Wir waren gestern Mittag aus London wieder gekommen und sind immer noch total geflasht,was wir in der kurzen Zeit alles gesehen haben.Danke auch an unseren Guide Hagen, der auch mit schwierigen Situationen super umgegangen war.Hotel war Ok,Organisation war auch gut.Alles in allem war es mal wieder ein gelungener Trip.Genau wie unsere Paris Tour 2019.

Novalja 2021

Waren im August zu viert in Novalja. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten was unsere Unterkunft anging hat am Ende doch alles super geklappt. War echt eine mega Woche! Alex (unser Lieblingsteamer) sollte sich übrigens überlegen öfter mal aus dem Büro zu kommen und Darko verdient eindeutig eine Beförderung. Sehen uns nächstes Jahr :)

Schlechte Reiseleiterin

Ernst müssen wir selbst gucken wo wir uns im Bus sitzen können, als wir es hatten dann sollen wir als Familie 2 ganz hinten und 1 sollen ganz nachvoher. Wenn man schon nicht hintereinander sitzen können, aber dann in der nähe aber nicht so. Im Bus waren viele die alleine verreisen, anstatt die zufragen, ob Sie sich da um sitzen können, fragen Sie eine Familie. Was sollen denn das und zum Schluss als Kommentar Sie sitzen ja eher nicht zusammen. Diese Reiseführerin sollen sich einen anderen Job suchen, das sie was tut hat nichts damit zutun. Da selbst ein der sich mit Londen beschäftigt besser. Zeit werden, einfach verändert wie es Ihnen passt, dann mal gucken welche Fähre man bekommt, viel zu früh da. Also für das bekommt man deutlich etwas besseres. Stadtrundfahrt mit 2 Fotostop, lächerlich und das für 18 Euro. Man ist nicht mit machen aber man muss selbst zusehen wie man ins Hotel kommt. Hotel weit außerhalb. Also mit extra Geld verbunden und natürlich Zeit die man nicht hat. Man ja nur paar Tage da Kaum Informationen. So ne grobe Übersicht bekommt man nicht.

Achtung Abzocke

Achtung Abzocke! Unserer Stufe wurde vor ca. einem Jahr eine Abreise angeboten, die wir auch bereits zu dem Zeitpunkt gebucht hatten. Nun bekommen wir 1 Monat vor Reiseantritt mitgeteilt, dass wir unsere Apartments nicht kriegen weil andere dies angeblich für mehr Geld buchen würden und wir nun ein schlechtes Alternativangebot bekommen oder stornieren können. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit!! Bucht niemals bei diesem Drecksladen Leute!

Perfekte 2 Tage in Paris

Unser Wochenende mit Mango war einfach perfekt. Unsere Reiseleiterin Julia lebt Paris und das steckt einfach nur an. Die Organisation war super, Julias Wissen über Paris ist der Wahnsinn. Noch nie eine so gute Reiseleiterin gehabt, obwohl ich bei meinen anderen Touren mit Mango auch nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Der Busfahrer Thomas war auch klasse. Unser Hotel war toll. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauber, gutes Frühstück und der Zimmerblick auf den Eiffelturm und Sacre Coeur unbezahlbar.

Harry Potter Tour 2024

Wir waren bei der Harry Potter Tour im März 2024 in London mit dem Bus. Wir hatten eine sehr positive Erfahrung mit Mango Tours. Zum Einen hat die Busreise super geklappt, der Bus war pünktlich in Hannover und die Fahrt hat ohne größere Probleme geklappt. Die Busfahrer machten einen sehr sicheren Eindruck auf uns und lösten schwierigere Situationen sehr gut. Man muss ja dazu sagen, dass leider Straßensperrungen und Probleme mit der Fähre nicht vorhergesehen werden können, sodass die Schuld für unsere etwas verspätete Ankunft in London nicht an Mango Tours oder den Busfahrern liegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unsere Reiseleitung, Ina, denn sie war von Beginn an immer offen für unsere Fragen und kannte sich sehr gut in London aus. Auch hat sie den Ablauf der Reise von Anfang an erklärt. Die Ausflüge fanden wir passend gewählt sodass zum einen Harry Potter (durch die Warner Bros Studios) aber auch London an sich schön erkundet werden konnten. Besonders hat uns der Ausflug nach Oxford gefallen. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Reise und aus unserer Sicht gut durchdacht. Falls wir nochmal mit dem Bus in den Urlaub fahren, dann mit Mango Tours.

Ich kann nur positives berichten, netter Kontakt schon vorab per Mail, alles was ausgemacht war wurde eingehalten, Preis - Leistungsverhältnis super! Ich hatte ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit meiner Tochter in Paris. Busfahrt war super, das Hotel sehr schön und sauber. Hab noch nie so entspannt eine Reise genießen können. Jederzeit wieder.

Hola Barcelona

Hallo Mango Tours Team, es war sehr schön mit euch nach Barcelona zu fahren ,die beide lange strecke Bus Fahrer sind Spitze,meine beide Kindern fanden die Fhart sehr amüsant und sehr lustig , Madelaine unsere Reiseleiterin war sehr nett und geduldig, nur für die Zukunft wünschen wir uns mehr Information über die Stadt oder etwas im Bus laufen lassen damit wir mehr details von der Stadt mitbekommen können. Ansonst war eine sehr schone Zeit in Barcelona, tolles Hotel, super Gegend. Einfach klasse :-)

Pool im Premium Paket ?

Uns wurde ein Pool im Premium Paket angeboten, doch davon war nichts zu sehen. In den ersten Tagen waren wir so gut wie obdachlos, da die Zimmeraufteilung so chaotisch war. Außerdem gab es noch viele leere Versprechungen, wie z.B gratis Getränke beim Backstage. Für die meisten Missgeschicke konnten die Reisebegleiter nichts und durch einen gratis Urlaub zum Nationalpark wurde das Schlechte bisschen ausgeglichen. Dennoch muss in Zukunft die Planung besser gehandhabt werden, das gleiche gilt auch für die Versprechungen. Lg Vanessa ist die beste

Nizza Tour: Absolut empfehlenswert

Rundum eine tolle Reise. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Alles hat gestimmt, angefangen bei unserem Reiseleiter Niko, der alles prima erklärt und organisiert hat und einem immer mit seinen Tipps zur Seite stand, über das freundliche und zuverlässige Busfahrerteam, den Reiseverlauf, die Unterbringung und den angenehm klimatisierten Bus. Außerdem ist es dort in Nizza, Monaco, Cannes, St. Tropez einfach wunderschön! Fazit: Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke für die schöne Reise!

Ein absoluter Horror-Trip nach London

Ein absoluter Horror-Trip nach London --- UEFA Champions League Finale 2024 --- Die versprochenen Leistungen: - Komfortabler 3-4 Sterne Reisebus mit Klimaanlage - Notfall-WC - DVD/Video-Player (gab es nicht!) - Getränke- und Snackservice (gab keine Snacks!) - Fährüberfahrt mit DFDS (war nicht DFDS sondern P&O!) - MANGO Tours Busbegleitung mit Infos und Tipps zur Stadt London (tolle Tipps! Achtung Ironie!) - Informationen rund um das Finalspiel in London (gab es nicht!) - Abfahrt Freitag 23:30 Uhr in Dortmund - Ankunft Samstag 09:00 Uhr in London - Abfahrt Sonntag London 03:00 Uhr ---- Chaos am DO-Busbahnhof da es 3-5 Busse sind, die für MANGO TOURS fahren. Diese wurden durch verschiedene Busunternehmen gestellt. Reiseleiter C. kam 1 Stunde zu später mit der Bahn. Somit eine Stunde zu spät losgefahren. Anzumerken sei auch, dass alle Reiseleiterinnen der anderen Busse MANGO T-Shirts trugen. Unser Reiseleiter C. sah aus wie ein Grasliebhaber, mit rutschender Skaterhose und nicht erkennbar als Mango-Mitarbeiter. --- Anschließend Fahrertausch nachts in Aachen. Statt dem freundliche Busfahrer aus der Eifel, kam nun ein unfreundliches Busfahrerpärchen, das direkt stress gemacht hat. Außerdem war es denen wichtiger ihrer Bierflaschen und Coladosen in den Bus zu tragen (um es später an uns verkaufen zu können), statt zügig weiterzufahren, um die verlorene Stunde wieder einzuholen. --- Zweite Pause auf einem Schmuddel Rastplatz in Belgien. Sollte 15 Minuten dauern. Dauerte länger. --- Aufenthalt in Calais über 4 Stunden! Reisepasskontrolle inklusive, für dass das Unternehmen nichts kann, aber es einplanen muss! Schnell war klar und wurde durch Reiseleiter C. bestätigt, das unsere Fähre bereits weg ist. Statt sich zügig zu kümmern, dass wir noch schnell auf die gerade beladene Fähre (DFDS) kommen, tat sich erstmal von seiner Seite aus nichts. Bis alle im Bus ihm dazu aufforderten. Reiseleiter C. war leider nur zu langsam und zu träge, sodass auch die zweite Fähre losfuhr und wir wieder warten mussten. Statt wie oben beschrieben mit der Fährgesellschaft DFDS, sind wir dann mit P&O gefahren. Unserem Busfahrer sei Dank das wir ganz vorne standen und auch schnell wieder von der Fähre runterkamen. Allerdings brachte das nicht viel da wir ohnehin schon zu spät in Dover ankamen. Von Dover dann 2 1/2 Std. Fahrt nach London. Ankunft dort 14:15 Uhr am Golden Eye (Riesenrad) und nicht um 9 Uhr wie versprochen! Der Bitte uns alle direkt mit dem Bus zum Hyatt-Park zu bringen, kam Reiseleiter C. leider auch nicht nach. Reiseleiter C. hat weder eine Ahnung vom zeitlichen Ablauf des Rahmenprogramms mit dem BVB gehabt, noch hatte er von irgendwas eine Ahnung in Bezug auf das Fußballspiel. Kurz vor der Ankunft gab es noch die versprochenen Tipps zu London. Er hat uns allen empfohlen, dass man gut SUSHI essen gehen kann. Was sich jeder Fußballfan auch wünscht, wenn er zum Fußballfinale nach London kommt und wenig Zeit hat. Außerdem hat er uns den Tipp gegeben das man mit SUSHI-Stäbchen sein Handy in Englands Steckdosen laden kann, indem man einfach das Stäbchen in den 3. Kontakt reindrückt. Ich kann Reiseleiter C. nur wünschen, dass niemand das auch nur versucht. Es wurde von ihm dann noch eine WhatsApp-Gruppe aufgemacht, sodass wir weiter mit Infos (?!) versorgt wurden. --- 00:15 Uhr fängt langsam an alles zu zumachen Viele von uns halten sich im Bahnhof Waterloo auf zur Zeit Überbrückung 01:18 Uhr postet Reiseleiter C. die Adresse von Minstry of Sound... Danke, jedoch wollen wir alle nach Hause, es ist kalt und wir sind im Fußball Outfit. 01:20 Uhr postet Reiseleiter C. das er am Heathrow Flughafen ist und den Bus abholt. 01:45 Uhr Bahnhof Waterloo schließt ebenfalls. Das freundliche Security-Personal räumt die Bahnhofshalle. Wir dürfen jedoch bis 02:45 Uhr alle dort dableiben, da man Mitleid mit uns hat. Danke geht an das Personal für eure Gastfreundschaft! 02:31 Uhr postet Reiseleiter C. Echtzeit-Standort. Doof, die WCs sind bereits alle geschlossen, auch die im Bahnhof, weil die Putzteams bereits alles säubern. 03:00 Uhr alle Busse sind da - nur unser nicht! 03:15 Uhr die Rückfahrt beginnt. 05:00 Uhr Ankunft in Dover - Polizistin schickt uns mit dem Bus zu einem 30km entfernten Sammelplatz (einem alten Flugfeld). Wartezeit 2 Std. Dann kurz vor Ankunft am Hafen, Fähre wieder verpasst. Ankunft in Dortmund 18:15 Uhr. --- Inkompetenter Reiseleiter C. kam ständig zu spät zum Bus. Eine völlige Fehlplanung des Unternehmens und falsche Versprechen (Leistungen) tragen zum Rest dieser MANGO-Erlebnisreise bei. Benennt euch lieber in BANANEN-Tours um. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Harry Potter Tour London

Leider hatte diese Fahrt rein gar nichts mit Urlaub zu tun. Der Bus stand kurz vor Verschrottung, da wurden die billigsten Hotels gebucht, die es in weiter Ferne vom Stadtzentrum gab und die Reiseleiterinnen hatten ihren Namen nicht verdient. Sorry, nie wieder mit diesem Unternehmen

Novalja 2022

Wir sind gestern aus Novalja zurück gekommen. Es war ein top Urlaub, die Organisation, Begleitung vor Ort durch Mango Tours, die angebotenen Ausflüge und unser Appartement waren einwandfrei, es gab keine Beanstandungen. Alle waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal welches Anliegen man hatte. Wir werden definitiv wieder mit Mango Tours reisen!

Kostenpflichtige Stornierung + 300 Euro Betrug

Ich habe im Januar 2023 eine Anzahlung von 115 Euro geleistet und bis Dezember 2023 nichts bezahlt. Schließlich habe ich mich entschieden, nicht teilzunehmen. Und die Organisation nimmt 20 % des "vollen Preises", obwohl Reise erst im Juli beginnt. Und das ist so ein Betrug, 20 % des Geldes!!?, und das ganze Geld, das in 115 Euro eingezahlt wurde, wurde aus dem Fenster geworfen. Das ist wirklich schlimm! Eine so dumme Regel und dann auch noch 600 Euro für eine fünftägige Reise verlangen, die bei eigener Recherche nicht einmal 300 Euro kostet. Das ist zum Totlachen, es zeigt nur, wie arm die Organisation ist, dass sie eine kostenpflichtige Stornierung abverlangen. NIMMT KEINE ORGINISATION, vorallem nicht bei diese sch*se , sie leben nur auf den Köpfern der anderen Menschen.

schlechte Betreuung

Gerade habe ich unsere Abifahrt mit Mango Tours nach Lloret de Mar hinter mir. Für Party Fans gab es zwar jeden Abend gute Angebote aber nicht besonders viel Abwechslung. Die Organisation war nie besonders gut oder konsequent, wir bekamen unterschiedliche Infos von den verschiedenen Mango Tours Mitarbeitern und wir fühlten uns nicht gut beraten und betreut. Auch die Flugtickets erhielten wir erst wenige Stunden vor dem Abflug und denen, die mit dem Bus zurück gefahren sind wurde noch 30 Minuten vor Abfahrt mitgeteilt, dass ihre Haltstelle gecancelt wurde. Wenigstens wurde ihnen ein bisschen Geld für den Zug in die Hand gedrückt.

Die Paris-Tour 1 war ein voller Erfolg

Die Parisreise hat wirklich sehr viel Spaß gemacht und das gehalten, was sie versprochen hat. Gute Organisation, Pünktlichkeit und ein sehr freundliches Klima. Am Samstag hatte man dann auch viel Zeit, die Stadt auf eigene Faust zu erkunden. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Busfahrer und an unseren Reiseleiter Micha, der spannende Geschichten zu erzählen hatte. Immer wieder gerne!

Ich kann jedem einzelnen nur raten mit mango zu fahren es ist einfach eine traum fahrt super lustig von anfangan eine super freundschaftliche Ebene und egal ib es busfahrer oder reiseleiter ist jefer hat ein offenes ihr und hilft sofort! Auf unserer jetzigen reise haben wir super viele neue Freundschaften gefunden und haben schon die planung für den nächsten Trip! Die hilden und die Füße gruppe können einfach nicht genug bekommen! Ein riesen riesen groses danke schön an das mango team aber vorallem an Hasan und jan die uns diesen urlaub zum schönsten erlebnis gemacht haben

Ich kann nicht beurteilen, ob Mango Tours die Mitarbeiter, die uns durch London, Oxford, Windsor und Greenwich geführt haben, verdient hat. Insiderin Kathi, Maskottchen Eugen und Busartist Dani waren einfach extrem cool. Neben einer großen Menge an dargebotenen Informationen, waren alle drei zu jeder Zeit entspannt, aufgeschlossen, organisiert und konzentriert. Dazu eine ordentliche Portion Humor und der immer wieder mal durchklingende(-singende) Hamburger Dialekt, das war schon fast der Wahnsinn! Ein außergewöhnlich tolles Team. Es hat uns extrem viel Spaß gemacht! Vielen, vielen Dank!

Ich gebe 5*, auch wenn ich den negativen Bewertungen über die Busqualität zustimmen muss, wurde dies jedoch bei Mango Tours in den Beschreibungen als 3-4 * Busse deklariert und nicht als 5*. Ich glaube Mango Tours weiß, was Sie an Ihrer Reiseleitung Kathi haben. Sie war wirklich toll, genaues wie beide Busfahrer. Die Organisation war sehr gut, ich weiß wovon ich rede, denn ich war selber 20 Jahre Reiseleitung im Ausland und 4 Jahre bei einem Partyveranstalter

I was on new years tour to Lloret de…

I was on new years tour to Lloret de Mar. We paid them to pick us up from Stuttgart, but they changed our tickets WITHOUT TELLING US to start from Karlsruhe. We had to pay the bus tickets from our pockets. They bought us tickets back from Karlsruhe to Stuttgart only after we asked for them. In New Years Eve we paid them to take us to dinner and to clubs in Lloret. We took a bus to neighbor town and the dinner was not pleasant experience. 3 course meal in 40 minutes and then they told us to get out of the restaurant. I know 20 euros is not much, but I would rather not be fed like a pig. After dinner we had some time to hangout in bar that is size of the big kitchen. Most of the quest had to have their drinks outside in December. And Bus was late every time for whole trip. German punctuality. Would not recommend to anybody.

Wir waren mit Mango Tour beim Champions League Endspiel. Aufgrund schlechter Vorbewertungen war ich sehr skeptisch wurde dann jedoch sehr positiv überrascht. Fahrer und Reiseleiterin Magdalena taten ihr Bestes und die Mitreisenden waren insgesamt eine tolle Truppe.

Extrem schlecht und unorganisiert!

Extrem schlecht und unorganisiert! Angefangen hat es bei der Busfahrt nach Novalja. Normal wären 20 Stunden gewesen. Wir brauchten 32, da der Busfahrer in Absprache mit Mangotours alle 5 Minuten eine Pause eingelegt hat. Dann war noch der Reifen kaputt, da mango Tours uns einen bereits kaputten Bus (sicherlich aus 1910) gesendet hat, wodurch wir nochmal länger warten mussten und folgend wurde noch ein Unfall gebaut. Wir sind also gute 10 Stunden später als geplant angekommen und hatten somit quasi einen Tag vor Ort weniger. Die weiteren Tage war alles unorganisiert und die Mangotour Leute hatten nie Ahnung von irgendwas. Vieles von dem, was wir gebucht hatten, gab es laut Mangotours gar nicht und haben wir dementsprechend auch nicht bekommen. Generell eine echte Entäuschung und Frechheit. Mit Mangotours würde ich nie wieder auf Abifahrt fahren.

ich habe Flug gebucht und bezahlt aber…Vorsicht bei Mangofligts.com Flug zu buchen

ich habe Flug gebucht und bezahlt aber die Tickets nicht bekommen.Nach Mehrmaligen Aufforderungen die Tickets zu schicken wurden meine Tickets angeblich von mir storniert ,was überhaupt nicht stimmte. Geld versucht über die Bank zurück zu fordern, keine Erfolg. Nie wieder bei Mangofligts werde ich Flug buchen. Sollte das Geld in 3 Monaten wie von Mangoflihts.com versprochen zurück erstattet werden, werde ich eine Anzeige bei der Polizei machen wegen Betrug und einen Anwalt einschalten. Nach 3 Monaten immer noch kein Geld für die Stornierte Tickets bekommen. Was für ein Verein .Es bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig wie einen Rechtsanwalt einzuschalten Vorsicht!!!!

Ich habe bezahlt und bekomme meine…

Ich habe bezahlt und bekomme meine Tickets nicht bekommen. Das System sagt man kann meine Buchung nicht finden. Chat antwortet nicht. Am Telefon meldet sich niemand. 3 Tage vor Abflug wurde meine Buchung storniert, obwohl alles bezahlt war und der Flieger nachweislich fliegt. Man kann immernoch Tickets dort buchen. Nun kann ich nicht mehr in Urlaub fliegen da der Preis dafür jetzt 6 mal höher ist, als das was ich bezahlt hatte. Ich überlege einen Anwalt einzuschalten. Schon sehr interessant das trustpilot mich von mangoflights.com jetzt hier zu mangotours leitet. Mangoflights.com ist derjenige der bewertet wurde NICHT mangotours.

War eine richtig geile Zeit

War eine richtig geile Zeit! Preis-Leistungsverhältniss nicht zu übertreffen. Wir hatten ein schönes 4 Sterne Hotel in Lloret de Mar, gutes Essen und saubere Zimmer. Besser als man es sonst von Spanien gewohnt ist. Hammer Animation in den Clubs von den Teamern & sehr viele Vergünstigungen in Clubs.

Hab nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht während meiner Abireise mit Mango Tours. Es gibt coole Angebote wie Schaumparty, Catamaran Tour und Ausflug nach Barcelona. Abends wird dann gefeiert in den besten Clubs. Hier lohnt sich die Clubcard, da man überall perfekte Deals bekommt.
