Bucket list balloon ride Cappadocia, check!
This bucket list balloon ride in Cappadocia was everything we hoped for. The price of only $131 per person allowed our family of seven to enjoy it together. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience topped off by a great 360-degree video ($50) that the tour operator sold at the end. Worth every penny. Thanks to Viator.com for aggregating tour operators and making this dream come true for us.

Wonder Grace and the Lantau Island Day Trip - Big Buddha & Tai O
My wife and her sister went on the Lantau Island Day Trip - Big Buddha & Tai O while in Hong Kong. The tour was outstanding, despite the drizzly weather, primarily because their tour guide, Grace was absolutely the best that they have seen. She contacted both myself in the United States, as well as my wife and sister. Her instructions were spot on and she even escorted my family back to their hotel that evening on the subway. Grace went way above the call of duty and should be commended as what a tour guide should be these days. Her efforts made my family's adventure truly memorable!!

Uluru experience with Emu Run
The driver Miguel provided some interesting commentary on the way to Uluru and got us to our destination and back at our hotel safely and without incident. Our guide Yad was very knowledgeable and we found his commentaries interesting and kept us well informed of our surroundings. The day finished with bbq at Uluru which was lovely. Everything progressed to within expected timelines and we got back tired but happy.

Super easy and fun easy to plan trips/events
Viator is super easy to use. The search engine is intuitive and it's easy to find things. Also I love that, in most cases, you can set up reservations ahead without paying (some posts have no refund/payment is final options). Cancelling previously selected items is really easy as well. I'm planning a 3-week international trip to 4 countries I've never been to, on my own and Viator has really made it fun and easy. Thanks!
Lovely time, well worth the cost
This was a terrific experience from pick up to drop off. Our driver Alex provided good communication to arrange for our pick up at the bus/train station in Sitges. Once everyone was picked up Alex gave us a good summary of where we were going and he provided background and historical informatin on the way to our first winery. We went to 2 wineries, both very different (loved that part) and both very good. The buildings were incredible and at one the view was amazing! Lovely wine tastings at both and the people providing the tours at each winery were very informative and passionate about their wines. Absolutely recommend.

It was Perfect
It was Perfect! We experienced something’s that I would never have expected. Our trip was just incredible! Loved seeing the salt farms and fish farms. The railroad market was indescribable and the floating market and canal boat tour of the coconut groves was stunning! Our driver was excellent and always punctual. This trip ran like a well oiled machine! PERFECT
Fantastic Harlem Tour
The tour guide, Larry was excellent! He is very knowledgeable of Harlem's history. My experience was great. I learned so much about the neighborhood where I grew up, live and frequent all the time. The Soul of Harlem Tour provided a different perspective and gave me a new appreciation for its culture and history. Larry has great energy and a sense of humor. I will be recommending the tour to family, friends & colleagues.
Our private guide
Our private guide, Lookpat, and driver, Benz, were both exceptional. We could not have asked for a better experience. I forwarded my "wish list" to Lookpat the day before and she enable us to see and do as much as possible in the 8 hour time frame. In February, we elected to use Viator in Tasmania and had the same level of experience.

Unforgettable Experience
The experience was amazing! Many memories were made! All the staff was exceptional from the moment we boarded the boat. My 14-year-old granddaughter and I snorkeled in several areas and completed a Discover scuba dive. From lunch, drinks, fruit and cheese trays, and dessert ... everything was over the top wonderful. We did a snorkel trip the day before and this trip was by far the best! Thanks to Kelly again for taking care of my granddaughter. She had an unforgettable experience.

I love the product - Hate the Website
I love the product. Absolutely hate your website…it is predatory in nature. Once I include my financial information and press enter, I’m directed to a ridiculous amount of product inclusions. If you accidentally select something you don’t want, you can’t change it no matter what. You are automatically charged even though the process isn’t completed. It’s Timeshare like tactics which is unacceptable. You should put u you our product extras BEFORE a customer is required to enter their financial information. I gave a 3 star because the product is great. You may get 5 stars if you fix your website….but until then it’s a 3.
Convenient to work with
The company is very convenient and very easy ro make reservations through. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because one of the people in our party ended up with a very serious stomach bug. Instead of coming to the activity with the stomach bug and spreading it around, he stayed in the hotel. When I let Viator know how very ill he was, they could do nothing about refunding money for just 1 person. They definitely need to adjust their refund policy.
Viator takes zero accountability for its tour operators
Viator has not been able to help us in Playa De Mollarca and failed to communicate with the tour operator. Both of our tours were either cancelled last minute or were a No Show by the tour guide. Viator failed to provide any support in the process and took zero accountability.

You accomodated our changes!!!
You accomodated our changes!!! The tour was great, the narrator had a wonderful sense of humor. Once we figured out, the boarding location was fantastic right next to Girarardelli, a perfect place after the tour. Value was increased by the deal for a nearby parking.

We had a great experience on the Yarra…
We had a great experience on the Yarra River. Nice slow, smooth ride on the calm water, seeing all the different sights of Melbourne while listening to an informative session over the speakers and driver. Great staff and nice cuppa. Highly recomend. Thankyou.
App workes poorly and booked a non-cancelable tour in error
When I started booking a Paris trip, app stopped working before I could see details and it booked the non-cancelable tour. That now I am stuck with and Viator is not helping me cancel it. They gave me operator number in Paris which is not working. So I am stuck with an expensive, non-cancelable tour because Viator app won't work properly. Never ever Viator!!

Very useful website
Me and my wife were on holiday in South Africa and Zambia. We have always used Viator for arranging extra excursions - prices are competitive, it's simple to use, and the chat function is helpful to clear up any queries. Haven't had any issues with them and happily use again in the future

Tech support needs a major improvement.
Great tour and convenience, but I had major issue with the trips being auto cancelled without contacting me. I updated my credit card in the system, but somehow the trips I reserved previously were using the old card still. Spent 2 hours with the customer support. It was a waste of my time with the first two reps. Finally got decent help on my third attempt.

First time using this method/site to…
First time using this method/site to book tickets. It was very quick & easy to use, only thing I wish is that I had the option of choosing the particular 4 seats I purchased. I am hoping with the 'first come first served' policy, our family will get to sit all 4 of us together, side by side!!! Other venues we have been able to choose the seating, not leave it up to chance.
Venice: Glorious with Gondola Ride
I really enjoyed the in depth tour of the places in Venice that I wouldn’t normally have paid attention to. Francesca, our guide was entertaining and informative. We especially enjoyed the gondola ride. It was not rushed and was a glorious experience that allowed us to really enjoy the essence of what makes Venice so special.

Would book with Viator again
Booking was easy and Viator communicated frequently with news we needed for our outing. The trip itself was exactly as described, (Etna tasting and...something), a long half day on the mountain and then tasting some wine and local foods.

Frequently Asked Questions
Plan to spend one full day at Pearl Harbor. Most guided tours of Pearl Harbor take a half day, at minimum, factoring in transportation to and from Oahu hotels .
Different tours cover different attractions, and it's important to understand that not all of the Pearl Harbor sites are located in one place. For example, the Battleship Missouri Memorial and the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum are located on Ford Island, and neither of them are affiliated with the Pearl Harbor National Memorial.
The Pearl Harbor National Memorial is managed by the National Park Service and encompasses a visitor center, a theater, a bookstore, interpretive exhibits, Remembrance Circle and most notably, the USS Arizona Memorial, which honors the 1,177 crewmen who lost their lives on the battleship during the attack.
At minimum, most Pearl Harbor tours provide transporation from Waikiki and visit the Pearl Harbor National Memorial.
Yes, and you can reserve tickets up to roughly 60 days in advance of your visit through Recreation.gov . These tickets are available to reserve starting at 3 p.m. HST daily, and no more than nine tickets per person can be reserved in advance. Any tickets reserved in advance will be charged a nonrefundable $1 convenience fee per ticket. The park service recommends travelers with reserved tickets arrive one hour before their scheduled visit.
The Pearl Harbor National Memorial's visitor center, its two galleries, bookstore, wayside exhibits and Remembrance Circle are all free to visit and do not require tickets.
USS Arizona Memorial: For its main attraction, the USS Arizona Memorial, you must obtain a free, timed ticket in advance through Recreation.gov; a $1 free applies. The National Park Service operates tours of the USS Arizona, which include a short film about the attack and rides to and from the memorial on a boat operated by the U.S. Navy. Tours depart the visitor center every 15 minutes between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily and last approximately 45 minutes.
Travelers who want to enhance their experience at the USS Arizona Memorial have a few options:
- Visitor Center Official Multimedia Tour (23 Stops): The first is a two-hour, self-guided audio tour. Actress Jamie Lee Curtis narrates the recording and guest speakers include historians and survivors of the attack. Multiple patrons recommend opting for the audio tour and say it is worth the fee ($11 for adults ages 13 and older and $7 for kids ages 4 to 12, plus a $1 service fee per ticket).
- Deluxe Combination Narrated Tour & VR: Tech-savvy visitors may want to heed the advice of past travelers and upgrade to the deluxe tour of the facility, which includes the audio tour and access to the Pearl Harbor Virtual Reality Center. At the center, tourists can use virtual reality equipment to simulate walking aboard the USS Utah prior to the attack, viewing the attack itself and visiting the memorial. Tickets for this tour start at $20.99 for adults ages 13 and older, and $14 for kids ages 4 to 12. A $1 service fee is charged for each ticket.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are the best days to visit Pearl Harbor. School groups typically visit Pearl Harbor on Wednesdays, and Mondays and Fridays are often as busy as the weekends.
For security reasons, all handbags that offer concealment (inclusive of diaper bags and camera bags) are not permitted on-site and must be stored, for $7 to $10 per bag, at a baggage facility near the visitor center. Alternatively, you can bring a clutch, wallet, clear handbag or clear plastic bag as long as it doesn't exceed 1.5 by 2.25 by 5.5 inches.
Pearl Harbor National Memorial does not impose an official dress code. However, clothing that shows excessive skin or displays profanity is discouraged.

This was our 2nd time in Hawaii (the first time was to Oahu), so I wanted to ensure we did something memorable. I surprised my mom with a Mother's Day trip to the Big Island. I booked a private Big Island Grand Circle tour for just the two of us. This tour was the highlight of our entire trip! Our guide, Derek, was phenomenal! He is very kind and funny and possesses an incredible wealth of information about the island. It was amazing to be able to ask questions and view the island at our own pace. Derek made our trip an incredibly memorable experience. I cannot thank him enough, and I highly recommend Wasabi Tours and Derek as your guide. Mahalo!

Aloha. My husband and I did the Big Island Circle tour since we had never been to the Big Island. AMAZING. Our guide was Henry. He was witty, polite and very informative. He answered everyones questions. He made everyone feel welcomed. If you take this trip, they do have charging in the vans but they are c plugs.

We booked their Small Group Big Island Twilight Volcano and Stargazing Tour while on our visit to the Big Island - what an absolutely incredible tour! My main purpose for visiting the Big Island was to see Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. I had never booked a tour before to visit a national park, so I was a little worried with how much I'd get to see and experience, but our tour guide Scott and Wasabi outdid themselves with how well-done this tour was! I got to see and do way more in the park that I had expected, and it far exceeded my expectations. Even though I had booked this tour with the sole purpose of seeing the national park, I loved that they included a bunch of other stops on the way to really engage in all The Big Island has to offer - coffee farm, bakery, black sand beach. And then to top it all off with one of the best night skies I have seen in a LONG time! Scott was a truly amazing tour guide - so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to spend the day with. He really helped make this tour and our experience great. Hands down one of the best tours I have done in a long time.

We had so much fun on our island tour. Our tour guide Brett was nothing short of the best. He was super informed about all things Big Island, Hawaii. We left a jacket in his van and was amazing to swing back by our hotel to drop it off. He even serenaded us at lunch with his ukulele skills! Thanks for a great day Brett!

Wasabi Tours did an amazing job!! The tour was informative and fun and simply breathtaking as we were engulfed in all the Big Island has to offer!! Dreu was a great source of knowledge and experience that made the tour extra special. He kept us fully engaged for the entire 12 hour day of exploring. Thank you for such a wonderful day!! I will treasure these memories always.
Great tour! Brett is an awesome guide. He even played the uke for our lunch! I'm glad to knock out so many things in one day, and I didn't have to drive myself!
Definitely the highlight of the entire Kona trip was Wasabi's Twilight Volcano tour! Our tour guide was Todd and he made the entire trip a joy from beginning to end. We got picked up/dropped off directly from our hotel which was super convenient since it's a loooong tour (even though time flies by) the van is super comfy with ac and cozy seats and enough space between aisle so your space doesn't feel invaded. We had a group of ten people with rows of three's, two's and one four. Our guide provided us with a rain jacket and a warm jacket if we needed one at any point (we definitely did!) The trip had multiple stops starting at a coffee farm where you have a beautiful lunch overlooking the greenery and ocean then you head over to the famous sweetbread bakery Punalu'u, Black Sands Beach and you get to spend about two hours in Volcano National Park seeing all sorts of wonder, including getting to go into a rainforest that leads down to the lava tubes which was my favorite part of the tour. After, you head over to grab dinner at Lava Rock Cafe before you head out to see the most BEAUTIFUL night sky you can imagine. We were so lucky our guide happened to be an astronomer and was incredibly passionate about constellations. He set up an insanely high quality telescope and even had a super strong laser pointer that made viewing just incredible. PRO TIP: Dress warmer than you think! Even though it's Hawaii, this goes late into the night and you are on a mountain, we were shocked how freezing it got. Bring a jacket and no shorts!

We took the Stargazing Volcano Tour on the Big Island with Todd as our guide. We had the most amazing experience on this tour. Todd was very knowledgeable about the island and the volcano. What made this tour special is that Todd has a telescope that he uses to allow us to see the stars and planets. He has a degree in astronomy, which he uses on this tour to teach about the stars. Hands down, this was the best tour we took while visiting 2 different islands.

We booked the Twilight Volcano and Stargazing tour for March 10, 2023. Aaron picked us up at 9:30 on Friday, 3/10/23, and dropped us off 13 hours later. We told him he was a fantastic tour guide, but he insisted it was our group, not him, that made it fantastic. We beg to differ! From the time Aaron picked us up to the time he dropped us off, he took care of Husband and me and the other 11 tour members. He was a magnificent storyteller, sharing stories about places we drove past, places we stopped to explore, and people who contributed to the history & success of the Big Island, and other 3 islands. He had a mellifluous voice, and would stop anytime someone had a question. He even spelled out Hawaiian words so that anyone taking notes (like me!) could write down the Hawaiian names correctly. We enjoyed every stop on the tour. The tour at the Coffee Farm was interesting. The lunch afterwards was delicious: teriyaki chicken on white rice with lightly fried mahi-mahi & purple sweet potatoes. We chose Guava Juice in a can for our beverage. We wish we could get it on the mainland. We stopped for dessert at Punalu'u Bake Shop before going to Punalu'u Black Sand Beach. We didn't get the local delicacy at the bakery, but their ice cream was thick and creamy. We didn't see a lot of turtles at the beach, but we saw 3 in the wild surf. Next we went to Volcanoes National Park. It was very cloudy, and we couldn't see the eruption site lava, but Aaron took us to the site hoping the fog would clear. It didn't. But he took us to other sites that were interesting and educational: the steam vents, the pit craters, and through a lava tube. Dinner was good at the Lava Rock Cafe. We had our choice of entrees with salad and drink. Everyone, including us, enjoyed our meals. We didn't think we'd see stars, due to the fog and rain, but Aaron brought us to a location where we could see hundreds and hundreds of stars. He used a laser pointer to show us constellations, individual stars, and the Milky Way. It was mesmerizing. During the 13 hours we were together, Aaron also made sure we were hydrated, passing out water whenever it was needed. He also made sure we were warm, giving us windbreakers and then thermal jackets when the weather was windy and cold. He also made sure to let us know the time between restroom stops so we could plan accordingly. If all of the tour guides are as accomplished as Aaron in their tour narrative and care of their tour participants, you will love this tour. We loved it for all it offered - especially Aaron as our guide!

I booked the twilight volcano stargazing tour for my husband and I for our honeymoon. It was a long day but we got to see SO MUCH of the island and our guide Todd was awesome. For the stargazing, he even brought his own telescope and allowed us all to look through. I had never looked through a telescope before! Todd had great stories to break up the driving parts of the tour and overall the day was amazing. The price per person is extremely reasonable for everything that you get to do and meals are also included.
