Un magasin très sympa avec du personnel accueillant et très compétent. Beaucoup de choix au niveau des CD et des DVD et souvent à des prix très intéressants. On aime passer du temps à fouiner l’objet rare et convoité. Seul bémol : au niveau des CD, les très grandes rock stars des 60’s et 70’s comme Rod Stewart, Elton John, Elvis Presley… ne sont pas très bien représentées.

Las vegas festival grounds saturday, october 19, 2024, presale begins friday, november 17 at 10am pt.

When We Were Young will return for a third year to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds on October 19, 2024 with headliners My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy leading the massive lineup. In 2024, over 50 bands will each perform an album front-to-back with highlights including My Chemical Romance performing The Black Parade , A Day To Remember’s Homesick , Jimmy Eat World’s Bleed American , Pierce The Veil’s Collide With The Sky , The Used’s In Love and Death , Simple Plan performing No Pads, No Helmets… Just Balls , Dashboard Confessional’s Dusk and Summer , Coheed and Cambria’s Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV , along with Nada Surf’s Let Go, in addition to rare reunions from Cobra Starship performing ¡Viva La Cobra! and Chiodos performing All’s Well That Ends Well and much more. Judas Priest and Sabaton Announce US Tour for 2024

Judas Priest and Sabaton announce their US tour dates for 2024. This tour promotes Judas Priest ‘s upcoming album “ Invincible Shield ,” and will kick off in 2024. Check the full tour dates below!

One of them is a massive box set that includes two vinyl editions with standard and alternate covers, regular and deluxe CD versions, a picture disc, a cassette, and a 7″ with three unique extra songs. Judas Priest will release their next album, “ Invincible Shield ,” on March 8, 2024. And the second song from this album, “ Invincible Shield ,” is called “ Trial By Fire .” This song will be released on November 17.

Tour dates include Reading, Pennsylvania, Boston, Massachusetts, Rosemont, Illinois, Washington, DC, and more, up to Syracuse, New York’s Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater at Lakeview on May 22. Live Nation produces the tour.

The guitarist for Judas Priest, Richie Faulkner, said that the album was “sounding great” and was being recorded in Phoenix, Arizona, with producer and touring musician Andy Sneap.

Tour de France cycling race will start from Lille in 2025 after 3 straight years of beginning abroad

LILLE, France (AP) — The 2025 Tour de France will start from the northern French city of Lille, race organizer ASO said Tuesday.

ASO gave no further information but said details on the early stages of the 2025 edition will be provided on Nov. 30.

The opening of the 112th edition of the showcase race returns to France after three straight years of starting abroad. It began in Denmark in 2022 and from Bilbao in Spain earlier this year.

Next year’s race begins from the Italian city of Florence, and takes riders to Rimini through a series of hills and climbs in the regions of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna.

It will be the third time that the race starts in Lille, following on from 1960 and 1994.

Rory McIlroy abruptly resigns from PGA Tour policy board

Rory McIlroy resigned from the PGA Tour board on Tuesday, an abrupt move that comes as the tour is trying to finalize an agreement to create a new commercial enterprise involving Saudi Arabia’s national wealth fund.

McIlroy did not mention his decision earlier in the day at the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, though one comment was telling about his three years on the board during some of the tour’s most turbulent times.

Asked if he liked having a seat the table, McIlroy said, “Not particularly, no. Not what I signed for whenever I went on the board. But yeah, the game of professional golf has been in flux for the last two years.”

In a statement, PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan and board chairman Ed Herlihy thanked McIlroy for his dedication and commitment the last five years — two years on the Player Advisory Council, one as PAC chairman who sat in on board meetings, and the last two years as the first international player to serve on the board.

“Rory’s insight has been instrumental in helping shape the success of the tour, and his willingness to thoughtfully voice his opinions has been especially impactful,” they said. “Given the extraordinary time and effort that Rory — and all of his fellow player directors — have invested in the tour during this unprecedented, transformational period in our history, we certainly understand and respect his decision to step down in order to focus on his game and his family.”

The New York Times first reported McIlroy’s resignation.

Monahan said in a memo to players earlier Tuesday the tour was working toward finalizing an agreement with the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia and trying to narrow bids from a handful of private equity firms wanting to invest in the for-profit PGA Tour Enterprises.

The deadline to finalize the tour’s deal with the Saudis, an agreement announced June 6, is the end of the year, though the deadline can be extended.

No player has been more outspoken than McIlroy about the PIF’s financial backing of rival league LIV Golf, which attracted a number of major champions with enormous signing fees. LIV Golf recently completed its second year, and it remains unclear how the PIF’s deal with the tour affects it.

McIlroy constantly criticized Greg Norman, the CEO of LIV Golf, and panned some of the younger players who went to LIV for “taking the easy way out.”

But he was left in the dark about Monahan’s secret negotiations with the PIF in May, along with other top players. The day after the shock announcement, McIlroy said, “It’s hard for me to not sit up here and feel somewhat like a sacrificial lamb and feeling like I’ve put myself out there and this is what happens.”

He also said that day he had come to terms with the Saudi involvement in other sports, and that perhaps the tour was better off being a partner as long as it’s done the right way. As recently as last week, he said he hoped the PIF is involved in the tour deal “and we can bring the game of golf back together.”

Players do not receive fees for serving on the board, and McIlroy got involved in tour business at a rough time. He served on the PAC in 2019 and 2020, the latter right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and the tour finding a way to resume playing.

Through it all was a threat of a new league funded by Saudi Arabian wealth. Even before LIV Golf was created, McIlroy was the first to say he was not interested in a new league, saying he wanted to be “on the right side of history.”

McIlroy also is involved in TMRW Sports with Tiger Woods, an entertainment and media venture that is behind the new tech-infused TGL golf league that starts in January.

He already has clinched his fifth season title on the European tour and said he felt he was playing some of his best golf, even as he tries to end a decade without winning a major.

The remaining five player-directors on the 12-member board will elect a successor to serve McIlroy’s term, which ends after next year.

Flawless from beginning to end. From the driver who picked us up from our hotel to hand deliver us to our train car, to the pick up on the other end in Vladimir, our drivers were engaging and fun and professional. Our guide for the day was knowledgeable and entertaining. She shared cultural experiences as well as historical facts and it made all the difference to our experience. The return trip to Moscow via train was equally easy due to the care provided by our drivers who ensured we knew which car to enter and at the final stop, they were waiting for us at the train car in Moscow to take us back to our hotel. it is a long day, but I am so glad that we went and that we decided to take the train option instead of traveling in Moscow traffic. This company provided excellent service and I highly recommend them.

This day trip lasts all day from morning till late evening. It was a wonderful experience. We were picked up at our hotel in Moscow, driven to the station and shown where to catch our train for the nearly 2-hour ride to Vladimir, Where we were met by another driver and a very good guide. She spent the next 8 hours with us, showing us the sights, particularly beautiful Suzdal, so atmospheric. We had lunch with her and our driver in a traditional Russian house with the family. So nice. A lovely day out.

Fascinating history in the area.

This was a really worthwhile tour. The train journey was an experience, we were met by a charming driver, and our guide went out of her way to make things pleasant for us. She answered all our questions, and showed us things we would never have discovered on our own. There was a minor hiatus when we arrived back to Moscow as we couldn't find our taxi driver - i would recommend taking his mobile number when he drops you off in the morning. Apart from that, a magical day out, one that will stay in my memories for a long time.

Good service as you are picked up from your hotel to the train station followed by the tour carried out by a knowledgeable guide and returned to the hotel safely by a friendly driver.
