The mansion was worth $12 million when she first moved in, but now it’s worth over $20 million thanks to several lavish renovations.

He first purchased the 10-acre property in 2020 for nearly $175 million and quickly began construction. Since buying the home, Jeff Bezos has slowly been expanding it to span 28,000 square feet.

In addition to the mansion, the property features a gym, pool house, and pergola. The pool house spans 697 square feet, and they are also building a house for security guards on the property.

32. Ryan SeacrestRyan Seacrest Home

Worth $70 million, Ryan Seacrest’s Beverly Hills mansion is one of the best in the neighborhood. The lavish mansion sits on a 3-acre property and features 2 guest houses. Ryan Seacrest’s estate also features an underground garage and a pool house with a gym.

The main house on the property measures 8,628 square feet with 6 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

Lizzo made headlines when she bought a massive Beverly Hills mansion  from Harry Styles  in 2022. The house cost Lizzo $15 million, and it was built in 2019. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house spans 5,300 square feet. One of the highlights of the estate is the 58-foot infinity pool.

The unique luxury treehouse design makes Lizzo’s estate stand out among the 15,000 houses and condos in Beverly Hills.

In 2022, Adele  purchased  Sylvester Stallone's "hidden" mansion in Los Angeles for an eye watering $58 million. The mansion can be found in Beverly Park (just above Beverly Hills). The area is  also home to celebrities such as the The Rock, Justin Bieber and more.

The property spans 1,726 square meters  and contains eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, celebrities love bathrooms! Adele owns another "smaller" property which she paid $10.65 million for before announcing her separation from her husband, this is located at  9575 Hidden Valley Rd , according to sources.

Taylor Swift is the classic "girl next door" but when she's not singing about breakups or "shaking it off" , she is snapping up homes in Beverly Hills. Her main home is a $25 million mansion, which she petitioned the City of Beverly Hills to have designated as an historic landmark in 2017. The four bedroom mansion named the "Goldwyn Estate" is the former home of  Samuel Goldwyn, the co-founder of Goldwyn Pictures (now called MGM).

The loveable, charismatic talk show host "Ellen" loves interior design and luxury home decor. She is an avid "house flipper" and has bought and sold over seven properties in Beverly Hills.  For example, in 2003, Ellen bought a Beverly Hills home from Mutchnick for approximately $6 million, then after she sold it to Will Ferrell just three years later for $9 million, making a juicy profit.

In 2019, Ellen and her wife Portia de Rossi, purchased Adam Levine's  former  Beverly Hills mansion for an eye watering $45 million. Hugh Hefner, the ultimate Playboy and his famous Playboy mansion is located on the west side of LA Country Club, not too far from Nicholas Cages foreclosed property.

He purchased the property back in 1971 for just $1,000,000 recently it sold for $200 million! The sale included a sought after "Zoo Permit" which the new owner got the benefit of. I would love to see the moving in list, Beds (check), sofa (check) , Giraffee & Lions (Ermmm)

Jay Leno started his career in stand up before becoming the host of the Tonight Show for over 20 years! Cursed Home??

Jack Nicholson is Hollywood royalty, often seen as an alternative type of actor know for his eerie performances such as "The Shining", his home has some eerie stories behind it also.

His property is tied to multiple criminal investigations and the previous house on the land burned down! Legends say the area is cursed. I suppose thats great news for his neighbor Marlon Brando.

Bullock used to own a home right on Sunset Strip which she  rented  out for "just" $18,500/month, but reports suggest the landlady life wasn't for her and thus she sold in 2018.

The warm hearted crooner himself Dean Martin, spent his last few days in this epic Mansion. He was the widely successful host of the  Dean Martin show,  in addition to being a singer and movie star in films such as Rio Bravo.

Head south on Santa Monica Boulevard, from Dean Martins house and you will arrive at Foothill Road. The home to Dean Martins great friend, and fellow rat pack member Frank Sinatra!

Sinatra is one of the most legendary singers of all time, but he also starred in a few movies such as Oceans 11. This was his home from 1982 to 1998.

Movie Set Heaven!  (Leo DiCaprio & more!)

This is the perfect place to head if wish to take a self guided tour of a Mansion which has been an iconic movie set for a number of film & TV Shoots.  This historic property was valued at $3.5 million back in the late 20s, which is about $400 million in today’s money.

Leonardo DiCaprio shot the movie "The Aviator" here and apparently attempted to buy it for $18 million dollars but was laughed out the property!

Dark History?

Greystone Mansion has a very dark history, it was originally built by Edward Doheny as a wedding gift for his son, Ned. Unfortunately though Ned was killed just a few months later in a murder/suicide.

10. Clint Eastwoods Home

Do you feel lucky punk?? Well Icon Clint Eastwood definitely should, an Oscar winning movie legend of over 40 movies and academy award winning director for movies such as "Million Dollar Baby". His home is also pretty majestic aswell, oh and he bought next door incase the neighbors complain about his Magnum 45!

"I'm a rocket man", Elton John is a pop legend and his house has legendary roots in Hollywood. It was originally owned by the silent film actor John Gilbert and changed hands many times, Elton John owned it between 1977 and 1981.

Fun Fact:  It is alleged by Daily Mail newspaper that US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo handed Kim Jong-un, (North Korea Dictator) a copy of Elton John's 'Rocket Man' CD when on talks in Pyongyang! After Kim Jong stated he had not heard of the song!

8. Marilyn Monroe & Cher!

This property has been owned by a number of notable movie stars and celebrities over the years. The owner of fox (Joseph Schneck) was the first before Tony Curtis, Burt Reynolds, Cher and of course the great Marilyn Monroe.

The King of Pops, iconic home in the Holmby hills was is last residence before his pre mature death. The home was sold for $18 million in 2012.After his death, all his painting, art, furnishings and even his death bed were auctioned of aswell leading up to the sale!

If you fancy heading to another piece of Jacksons history, drive around 2 hours west to arrive at Neverland Ranch (5225 Figueroa Mountain Rd, Los Olivos, CA 93441, USA) The magical location which housed a train, zoo and even a fun sized fun fair! This place became very controversial during the court cases before Jacksons death.

Fans were invited inside MJ's Beverly Hills home to place flowers & notes of condolence upon his passing.

5. Walt Disneys Home

Address:  355 Carolwood Drive .

Carolwood Drive is definitely the perfect place to tick of  a few celebrity homes.  Just down from Rod Stewarts place you will find the remains of Walt Disneys old house. The property was purchased in 1949 and sold for $74 million dollars before been converted to the Kilgour building.

The original house does not remain but there are still signs of Walt Disney nearby by, be sure to check out the Carolwood Pacific Railroad.

4. Carrie Fisher

Carrie Fisher, a star wars sweet heart lived in this home till her unfortunate death in 2016.

Although this property was originally built for Robert Armstrong ( King Kong ) and later owned by Bette Davis, it would eventually be sold to none other than Carrie Fisher.

3. Rod Stewart’s Holmby Hills Home

Also on Carolwood Drive in the Holmby Hills, is Rod Stewarts unique home. As a model train Enthusiast, Rod Stewarts entire third floor houses a complete replica of the New York & Pennsylvania Rail systems...eye catching indeed.

The Model features a 1:87 scale model of New Yorks Grand Central Station. With air conditioned skyscrapers and talking train conductors! But in a recent interview Rod Stewart warns "“Don’t say it’s a ‘train set’. It is a scale-model railway.”

Steve Martins home is an easy one to get to located just next to Rodeo Drive, between Beverly Hills Garden Park and Will Rogers Park. This is a relatively small Mansion compared to most but the 8000 square feet is still worth a peak.

With Dizzying Views and ‘Deco Modernist’ Styling, This Hollywood Hills House Is Ready for Its Close-Up

Of course, the screening room is one of the most dramatic we’ve ever seen.

“As with all good projects, the initial scope was [one thing], and my involvement ended up being three times that,” explains the ELLE DECOR A-List talent, who served as the house’s designer and interior architect. “Spaces kept getting added and, because it included an addition and renovation, there were some parts that were demoed unintentionally during foundation work that we had to rebuild.”

And his client, a human rights lawyer, burgeoning screenwriter, and father to a 14-year-old son, embraced the emerging challenges like the leading man in one of his own scripts. At just over 3,000 square feet, the four-bedroom, four full- and two half-bathroom home—with its soaring views of the San Fernando Valley—is a mix of Art Deco and Italian Modernism, with all the grandeur of heavily veined marble, wood paneling, geometric custom brass stair railings, and vintage lighting indicative of the two-period mashup.

“I’m more of a minimalist, so it was really about reconciling all of those elements,” Fernandez says. “There was definitely a collaborative push and pull, so it was a big exercise in restraint and filtering to get the ‘more is more’ look in a way that feels elegant but not excessive.”

That restraint is evident in the interior styling and juxtaposition of materials and furnishings. The living room, for instance, is partially divided by a curvaceous fireplace clad in a custom-designed ribbed walnut surround and Azul Imperiale marble. A pair of petrol blue armchairs by Gerrit Rietveld and a contrasting vintage armchair by Nello Pini for Noverredo are placed around a teal lacquered cocktail table by Charlotte Perriand. Above is an aged brass pendant from Apparatus; a metal-and-walnut media unit on the back wall has been designed by Ornare as a tie-in to the fireplace. “We played a lot with forms and color in the furniture but kept them softer and less eccentric, because you do see the pool deck and valley views through the [retractable] window wall,” Fernandez explains.

What his client refers to as the “gem box” screening room, however, is an entirely different matter. “It’s a space that’s super dark and moody with more colorful furnishings to offset the very monochromatic blue-on-blue shell,” he says.

And the cinematic design couldn’t be more apropos given the room’s intended purpose: The “Deco-modernist” paneled room features a custom dark red sectional and a 1970s burlwood and smoked-mirror cocktail table by Pierre Cardin; it is doused floor to ceiling in a deep navy blue. “In a room so serious, elements like the vintage coffee table and custom L’Atelier Paris bar add warmth and character,” Fernandez notes.

Taking its vibrant, multilayered cues from two design movements that simultaneously embody rich materials and luxurious finishes, this hillside retreat straddles the line between silver screen siren and film noir femme fatale for a decidedly epic world premiere.

Carla Gugino on Moscow Mules, Travel Must-Haves, and Her Modern Home

To the characters of Roadies , Showtime’s backstage-set series, a tricked-out tour bus is as good as it gets. Certainly, Carla Gugino’s cool, composed production manager Shelli is a creature of the road—domestic comforts be damned. She’s totally at home amid mic stands, mega speakers, and rock ’n’ roll–induced mayhem. Gugino, on the other hand, is no stranger to the finer things in life. When she wants to feel at home away from home (roles in everything from Spy Kids to Batman v Superman to Wayward Pines have taken her far and wide), she knows just what to bring along. “A little Bialetti espresso maker, a Nespresso milk frother, my favorite pillow, Young Living essential oils, and a Vitamix—if I’m on location for a long time,” she says, ticking off her carefully curated list. Describe your home in five words or less. Open. Inviting. Modern .

How would you describe your taste in decor? I live in an apartment in New York City. The main attraction is high ceilings and a kitchen that is open to the living room. We have a wall that’s a bookshelf, and it’s decorated fairly simply. We also have a wall that has a growing collection of art and photography that we’ve collected over the years. Our previous home was a 1927 Spanish house in the Hollywood Hills, which used to be the French Consulate, and was decorated quite colorfully and in keeping with the period in which it was built. So when we moved to New York, we wanted the opposite. ABC Home being nearby has been both brilliant and dangerous!

What’s always in your refrigerator? Lots of fruits and veggies, green superfood powders that I put in shakes (at the moment I have one by Moon Juice called Beauty Dust), homemade almond milk, Manchego cheese, farm-raised eggs, an eye mask, and a bottle of Billecart-Salmon rosé—you never know when a celebratory toast is in order.

What was last playing on your TV? I just watched a wonderful Spanish movie called Truman and before that watched the full season of The Girlfriend Experience in two days. We have a big screen in the living room. I don’t like TVs in the bedroom, unless I’m on vacation.

Most nights you eat dinner . . . In New York it’s easy to get in the habit of eating out often. We have great restaurants in our neighborhood, and I love nothing more than a stroll to and from dinner. We also have a roof deck on our building so, in the summers, we will eat dinner up there. I just perfected my Moscow Mule, so it’s been making some appearances in this sweltering East Coast weather.

What was the first thing you splurged on when you made it big? My splurges have remained pretty true to type from the start. I took myself to Positano the second I could afford it. They are my people, ya know? Travel, massages, and dark chocolate are still my favorite indulgences.

What was the best-designed set you’ve ever worked on? Watchmen was impeccably designed. Alex McDowell built several blocks of an alternate New York City in Vancouver.

Before you leave the house you always . . . “Try to find my keys and sunglasses. Why I can’t seem to put them in one spot, I’ll never know!”

What design details on Roadies make you feel like you’re inhabiting an authentic rock ’n’ roll world? The bunk beds with little curtains that draw shut are so specific to a tour bus. Also, the small kitchenette, like something you’d have on a boat. There’s a groovy lounge in the back, which creates a Pavlovian response—you want to start drinking beer and smoking cigarettes even if you don’t do either.

You make playlists for your characters. What was on Shelli’s? “It was a combination of songs that I felt Shelli would gravitate to and also just the overall vibe of that world. A few examples are “All Hands on the Bad One” by Sleater Kinney, “Do Ya” by Peaches, the Kills’ cover of “Dreams” by Fleetwood Mac, “Feeling Good” courtesy of Nina Simone, ”I Need You” by the Eurythmics, and “Kiss Me on the Bus” by the Replacements.

What do you imagine Shelli’s dream home would look like? Would she even have a dream home, loving life on the road so much? I think Shelli has a fantasy version of a home that’s an antidote to being on the road. Probably something that involves a claw-foot bathtub, an open kitchen, vast glass doors that open onto turquoise water, and a very comfortable bed. But as you astutely pointed out, I’m not sure she’s ready for that yet.

Jennifer Lopez was photographed visiting Ben Affleck ‘s rental home in Brentwood, California, despite ongoing rumors about their marital status. On Thursday, August 15, the 55-year-old “Jenny From the Block” hitmaker was spotted outside of her husband’s house on his 52nd birthday, according to photos published by Page Six . It’s unclear if the two celebrated Ben’s birthday, but J. Lo was spotted at Bruno Mars ‘ concert in Los Angeles later that evening.

The Selena actress’ recent outing comes amid speculation over her and the Argo director’s relationship. Fans grew concerned in the Spring when Jennifer and Ben hadn’t been photographed in public together for weeks. While they seemingly shut down split rumors by stepping out together on multiple occasions, J. Lo’s decision to abruptly cancel her 2024 tour fueled the rumors.

“I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down,” the pop artist wrote via her OnTheJLo newsletter in May, referring to her tour. “Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time.”

Live Nation released a separate statement at the time, noting that Jennifer was “taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”

By July, more reports surfaced about Jennifer and Ben after they listed their Beverly Hills home for sale. The Oscar winner also reportedly purchased a brand-new home while he and Jennifer spent time on opposite coasts. For her 55th birthday, the “On My Way” singer celebrated the day in the Hamptons, while Ben was seen back home in L.A.

Neither Jennifer nor Ben has publicly addressed the breakup rumors.

The couple’s relationship dates back to 2002. After meeting on the set of their movie, Gigli , the co-stars fell in love and got engaged. However, by early 2004, the duo called off their wedding and broke up. Nearly two decades later, they rekindled their romance and got married in 2022.
