Featured Artist: Raymond Guzman – A Visionary in Oversized Commissioned Art
At the heart of this artistic extravaganza is Raymond Guzman, the prolific artist and proud owner of Hoboken Sign Shop. Guzman’s creativity takes center stage, gracing the cover of this year’s studio tour poster. Spring Artists’ Studio Tour

The Hoboken Historical Museum and Fire Department Museum are pleased to participate in the Spring Artists’ Studio Tour this Sunday, June 4. This event offers residents and visitors a glimpse into Hoboken’s vital arts community.
On view at the Fire Department Museum, Bill Curran’s paintings and drawings will be featured from 11am-6pm. On view at the Hoboken Historical Museum from 12pm-5pm: Commute photographs by Anthony Jannelli in the Upper Gallery; Maritime Artist-in-Residence Frank Hanavan; and watercolors and prints by Patrick Neill.
We are immensely proud of our talented artists and to be included in this illustrious event.

Hoboken Art Tours To Give Visitors Rare Look Inside Artists' Lairs
H OBOKEN, NJ — One might wander right by the YES Gallery on the west side of Hoboken and not even realize the diverse types of art on the various levels inside. Artist Jannie Wolff, who hails from New England, has curated exhibits from respected artists all around the area, in one cozy and welcoming space.
Her gallery is just one of dozens you can visit this Sunday for free in Hoboken.
Each spring and fall, Hoboken's Artists' Studio Tour And Art Walk allows visitors an easy way to enjoy and support the arts community.
Besides the exhibits, there are often performances of music, dance, and spoken word.
The fall 2023 tour, set for this Sunday afternoon, features a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, multi-media work, ceramics, jewelry, and more.
The event takes place from 1-6 p.m. Nov. 12.

HOBOKEN, NJ — For the first time since 2019, visitors to Hoboken will be able to walk into artists' studios as part of the annual Art Studio Tour, typically held each November.
This year's self-guided tour takes place Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 5 and 6, from 12-6 p.m. each day.
During the last two years, the city changed the event to a largely outdoor art walk as a pandemic precaution. This weekend's event incorporates both studio tours and outdoor displays.

This year, you can wander to and through galleries, studios, and commuity art displays at more than 40 locations.
Don't miss the large buildings full of artists, such as 720 Monroe St., which has several art studios and quirky small businesses, and the Neumann Leather building at 300 Observer Highway.

Demonstrations, live musical performances, literary readings, and special receptions are scheduled throughout the weekend.
A limited number of printed copies of the tour directory and map will also be available at City Hall, 94 Washington St., on Saturday and Sunday.

Local artists Chesleigh Meade and Fabio Esteban are leading uptown and downtown guided tours in the Hoboken Art Walk’s “Through the Windows” on Saturday, May 13, at noon and 3 p.m. The artists will share their insights on some of the featured artists of the walk that includes around 90 locations.
From noon to 2 p.m., Meade will be leading a free tour in uptown Hoboken by foot. Meade is a mixed-media artist whose work can be seen on some of the utility boxes across Washington Street in Hoboken.
Her mixed media works include fusions of hand drawings, watercolors, collages, paint, disposable goods, and discarded packaging. She is a mother of three. The uptown tour begins at Choc o Pain, 1500 Hudson St.
From 3 to 5 p.m., Esteban will lead a free tour by foot in downtown Hoboken. He is currently working on a series of photographs, paintings, sculptures, and mixed media projects about the impact dreams have had on his life.

His works have been exhibited at the Museum of the City of New York, Manmade Gallery in Mexico, and Mana Contemporary in Jersey City. His photos have also been published in National Geographic. The downtown walk begins at Empire Coffee, 338 Bloomfield St.

Hoboken Art Walk & Studio Tour begins Saturday
Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla and the City of Hoboken invite residents and visitors to the annual Hoboken Art Walk & Studio Tour on Saturday, Nov. 5, and Sunday, Nov. 6.
The free, self-guided walking tour of local galleries, artists' studios, murals, and community art displays includes over 40 locations citywide.
"Our City is blessed by the artists, photographers, musicians, and writers who call Hoboken home, and I am thrilled to once again invite everyone to the Hoboken Art Walk & Studio Tour," said Mayor Bhalla. " I encourage residents and visitors alike to come meet the artists who add to the diverse culture and vibrancy of Hoboken. Thank you to all the talented artists participating this year."
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet over 100 artists, learn about their inspirations, and discuss their creative process.
The tour features a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, multi-media work, ceramics, jewelry, and more.
Demonstrations, live musical performances, literary readings, and special receptions are also scheduled throughout the weekend.
A digital art map and tour directory are available online at https://www.hobokennj.gov/events/hoboken-art-walk-and-studio-tour-2022 . A limited number of printed copies of the tour directory and map will also be available at City Hall on Saturday, Nov. 5, and Sunday, Nov. 6.
