Great concert! Still love the music and they’re great fun to watch. Old stuff still my favorite- who knew Ripplin’ Water was such a jam song!! Jamie and Ross added great sound to the band, looks like the Dirt band future. I can’t wait to see them again.

Dirt Band concert was incredible. These guys were on last night. Jeff Hanna's humorous comments were really great between songs. The band was scorching hot on an extended version of Rippling Waters. After the show, some band members, especially Jeff, stayed on stage and signed autographs. After 50 years the band has not lost a step

Great show! The Band seemed to be having a great time and the crowd was really in to it. They played a wide verity of music from the hits to cover. They closed with The Weight. The Big Top is a perfect music venue that adds to the fun for both the band and the patrons.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Announces ‘All The Good Times’ Farewell Tour

After nearly 60 years, a few Grammys, and a fair share of lineup changes, the hugely influential  Nitty Gritty Dirt Band will say farewell on the  All The Good Time tour. This is not goodbye forever, the band insists, but rather an end to the multi-city runs and long bus rides for the group that has helped define American roots music for over half a century.

More of a victory lap than an honest-to-goodness farewell, the first leg of the band’s “last traditionally scheduled gigs” will begin in March 21st in Bowling Green, KY. The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band will go out with a bang on the tour that stretches into July, with more dates to come.

“‘All The Good Times’ perfectly describes our career,” the band said in a statement this week. “Playing our music for Dirt Band fans all over the world has been an incredible experience for us. The most important part of that has been the connection to our audience—that beautiful communal give and take is like nothing else. That’s the very spirit we’ll be celebrating as we head into our farewell tour. We’re really looking forward to seeing you folks. Good times will be had by all!”

Tickets for most of the dates on the first leg of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band  All The Good Times: The Farewell Tour will go on sale on Friday, January 19th at 10 a.m. local venue time here . See below for a detailed list of tour dates.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band played its first gig in 1966 as a jug band in Southern California. Before the decade was up, the band had become a staple of the burgeoning country-rock movement alongside acts like Buffalo Springfield ,  The Byrds , Flying Burrito Brothers , and many others. The group brought this new style of twang-inspired rock with deep meaningful lyrics to national prominence in 1970 with the band’s hit cover of Jerry Jeff Walker ‘s “Mr. Bojangles”.

Though other hits followed in the ’80s with “Fishin’ in The Dark”, “Modern Day Romance”, and “Long Hard Road”, the group’s biggest impact on American popular music came in 1972 with the first of the  Will The Circle Be Unbroken records. The first installment of what ultimately proved a three-part series heard the Dirt Band team up with pillars of bluegrass and country like  Doc Watson ,  Mother Maybelle Carter , Earl Scruggs , Roy Acuff , and more. The seminal recording provided a cross-generational bridge that merged rising contemporary voices with the established luminaries of yesteryear—a bridge that has continued to bring younger audiences into Americana music through the decades.

Nitty gritty dirt band.

ngdb tour 2023

For nearly six decades, the three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has entertained audiences with their top-shelf musicianship and timeless hits. Now the time has come for the band who has carried a torch for American country and roots music to say so long to the highways and byways they’ve crossed an unimaginable number of times throughout their career.

On March 21st, 2024, the Dirt Band will kick off the first leg of their last traditionally scheduled gigs, ALL THE GOOD TIMES: The Farewell Tour. This isn’t goodbye forever, but it will be the last fans see of multi-city runs and long bus rides. These special shows will celebrate the music created by the legendary, yet ever-evolving NGDB. Many veteran bands trade on nostalgia, on replication of past glories, and on recycled emotions from younger, more carefree days.

The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band trades on a mix of reimagined classics and compelling newer works. The group formed in 1966 as a Long Beach, California jug band, scored its first charting single in 1967, and embarked on a self-propelled ride through folk, country, rock ‘n’ roll, pop, blue-grass, and the amalgam now known as “Americana.” The first major hit came in 1971 with the epic “Mr. Bojangles,” which, along with insistent support from banjo master Earl Scruggs, opened doors in Nashville. Behind those doors were Earl Scruggs, Roy Acuff, Doc Watson, Mother Maybelle Carter, Jimmy Martin, and others who would collaborate on a multi-artist, multi-generational, three-disc 1972 masterpiece: Will the Circle Be Unbroken went triple Platinum, spawned two later volumes, and wound up in the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Was this a cutting-edge combo or a group of revivalists? Was the goal rebellion or musical piety? Yes, to all these things. In the 1980s, the Dirt Band reeled off 15 straight Top 10 country hits, including chart-toppers “Long Hard Road (The Sharecropper’s Dream),” “Modern Day Romance,” and “Fishin’ in the Dark” (co-written by Jim Photoglo, who would join the band in the second decade of the new century). 1989 brought a second Circle album, this one featuring singer-songwriter talents including John Prine, Rosanne Cash, and John Hiatt and garnering two Grammy awards for the band (it later won another, for a collaboration with Earl Scruggs and other fine folks). Circle II also won the Country Music Association’s Album of the Year prize. Circle III was released in 2003, featuring collaborations with Johnny Cash, Dwight Yoakam, Emmylou Harris, Taj Mahal, and more.

Throughout the group’s lifetime, personnel has changed, with each change resulting in positive steps forward, new ways of playing the old songs, and renewed enthusiasm for writing and recording fresh material. The latest Dirt Band lineup is expanded to six members for the first time since 1968. Today’s group consists of founding member Jeff Hanna, harp master Jimmie Fadden (who joined in 1966), and soulful-voiced Bob Carpenter, who has more than 40 years of service in the ensemble. Those veterans are now joined by singer-songwriter-bass man Jim Photoglo, fiddle and mandolin wizard Ross Holmes, and Hanna’s son, the preternaturally talented singer and guitarist Jaime Hanna.

Blood harmony, thrilling instrumental flights, undeniable stage chemistry … these things are part of each Dirt Band show, just as they are part of Dirt Does Dylan, the first recording from the reconfigured, six-strong group released in 2022. Produced by Ray Kennedy and Jeff Hanna, it’s a remarkable ride through some of the most impactful songs of the past century, penned by Bob Dylan and taken for a blue highway spin by a great American band, with help from genius-level contemporary artists like Jason Isbell and The War and Treaty. A Dirt Band show is unlike any other. For legions of fans, it’s less about the memories than the moment, crisp as an Autumn apple and rich as a royal flush.

Opening act: Brit Taylor

ngdb tour 2023

With the critically acclaimed release of her sophomore album,  Kentucky Blue , singer-songwriter Brit Taylor is striding positively into her future. The Kentucky native — with her captivating lyrics and arresting vocals — is stepping boldly ahead with one foot firmly grounded in her Appalachian roots and the other plowing through new ground. It is rewarding, but it hasn’t been easy.

Kentucky Blue , produced by Grammy winners Sturgill Simpson and David Ferguson and released in 2023, is a happy, upbeat record that is feisty, funky and pure country and reflective of her life today. Its success — debuting No. 4 on Billboard’s Bluegrass Albums and climbing to No. 18 on Americana Music’s album chart — follows the success of Brit’s 2021 debut album Real Me and its complement, Real Me Deluxe, which chronicled her self-reflective journey from the depths of despair to honest self-awareness.

The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Announces Farewell Tour

ngdb tour 2023

It is the end of an era, and at a time when the eras of other legendary country bands and artists are coming to a close here in 2024. After six decades in the service of country and roots music, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band is calling the touring life quits, announcing a farewell tour spanning through 2024. From folk rock at their inception, to bluegrass revivalists in the ’70s, to country radio hitmakers in the ’80s, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band have just about done it all, and in a way that has been revered and wildly influential throughout music. Jerry Jeff Walker may have written “Mr. Bojangles,” but it was the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band that popularized the song and had a hit with it in 1970. Formed in 1966 in Long Beach, California, they were part of the emerging folk rock scene, though soon found favor with country as well, putting together a diverse catalog of American roots music that’s one of the most formidable and revered in history. The band perhaps released their pinnacle contribution to country with 1972’s Will The Circle Be Unbroken . Criticized by some previously for not taking the roots of country music seriously, the landmark album saw appearances by country and bluegrass legends such as Roy Acuff, Doc Watson, Earl Scruggs, Mother Maybelle Carter, Jimmy Martin, and many more. The album became like a road map for many folk and rock fans to find their way into country, as well as a bridging together of two generations of performers. In the 1980s, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band became mainstays in popular country, landing 15 Top 10 hits in a row, including three #1s: “Long Hard Road,” “Modern Day Romance,” and one of their signature songs, “Fishin’ In The Dark.” These many accomplishments have led to some considering that the band should be in the Country Music Hall of Fame. The final remaining constant members of the band have been singer and guitarist Jeff Hanna, as well as drummer Jimmie McFadden. Multi-instrumentalist John McEuen was also with the band for the first 20 years, and then rejoined the band in 2001 before leaving again in 2017. The farewell tour is being dubbed “All The Good Times.” No specific reason for calling it quits has been given. A statement from the band reads, “‘All the Good Times’ perfectly describes our career. Playing our music for Dirt Band fans all over the world has been an incredible experience for us. The most important part of that has been the connection to our audience — that beautiful communal give and take is like nothing else. That’s the very spirit we’ll be celebrating as we head into our farewell tour. We’re really looking forward to seeing you folks. Good times will be had by all!” The current lineup of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band also includes keyboard player Bob Carperter who’s been with the band since 1979, as well as bass player Jim Photoglo, Ross Holmes on fiddle and mandolin, and Jaime Hanna on guitar and vocals. Part of the farewell tour also coincides with opening slots for Hank Williams Jr. and Jason Isbell, speaking to the widespread appeal and influence of the band’s tenure. The news comes as multiple performers have been announcing their retirement from touring, including Joe Bonsall of The Oak Ridge Boys , and John Michael Montgomery . Ticket sales for the first leg of the tour will start Friday at 10 a.m. local time, with VIP packages available.

So sad to see them hang it up. They deserve the rest. They were indeed one of the few bands that transcended genres. My personal favorite of theirs was a minor hit from the late 79/80 (“Voila) An American Dream” written by Rodney Crowell. I’ll always love “Mr. Bojangles.” This may be somewhat controversial to say, but an early prototype of Bro-country can be found in their hit “Fishin’ in the Dark”. It featured Eagles member Bernie Leadon as lead vocalist. But their greatest contributions were the circle albums they did. I was really hoping they would have cut a fourth one before they retired. I shall miss them.

' src=

I thought Jimmy Ibbotson sang that one. He was always my favorite.

' src=

Jinnash you are correct. Jimmy ibbitson sang Fishin in the Dark!

I thought Jimmy Ibbotson sang that one. He was my favorite member.

I stand corrected. After confirming with Wikipedia, Bernie came on board with the following album. It was indeed Jimmy on “Fishin’ in the Dark.”

' src=

A family friend gave my dad and I free tickets to see them for the fourth row several years ago. One of the best shows I have ever seen. Not sure if I will be able to attend a show on this tour but hope to. Thanks for all the wonderful music!

' src=

Always sad to hear a group I listened to growing up finishing up their career. Its too bad if John McEuen doesn’t play on the final tour as he was an integral member of the group. From his autobiography, it sounded like a couple members of the group just kinda tossed him aside and thats why he left. Never a dull moment with bands!

' data-tf-not-load src=

Why are there no shows from you in Nevada during your final tour?

' data-tf-not-load src=

I was able to talk with John McEuen for several minutes following a concert in 2015. He signed an LP for me, and then asked the bus driver to bring my LP, Hold On, on to the band’s bus and have the other band members sign it for me as well. Within minutes I had signatures from: McEuen, Fadden, Hanna, and Carpenter. I hope to catch a show on this tour.

Farewell NGDB. Thanks for the memories and – for me in particular – the joyful music you made in the 80s.

“But we’ll give it a beat, and put it on the street, and we just might have another hit.”

' data-tf-not-load src=

When I decided to give country another chance after the drought of the seventies, NGDB’s was the first album I bought. I wasn’t familiar with any of the tracks on it, but it was awesome. I still stream it to this day. And they are great in person, BTW.

' data-tf-not-load src=

My parents took me on vacation to Nashville in the mid 80’s. We were walking around Music Row, and my dad says “There’s the guy from Nitty Gritty”. Sure enough, it was Jeff Hanna just walking down the street with a guitar case over his shoulder.

My folks always loved the Dirt Band and raised me on their music. I don’t know how many times we went on trips and listened to their Greatest Hits, Volumes I and II. Good luck to those guys on their last tour and I hope they make the most of retirement.

' data-tf-not-load src=

With them and the Oakridge Boys, the end of 2 great bands. Both will be much missed. Who can or will fill their shoes?

' data-tf-not-load src=

Always loved Nitty Gritty Dirt Band – used to hear Fishin in the Dark every day on the radio back in the 80s. Everybody still loves that song. I was pleasantly surprised one day to hear they were playing at the racetrack in Abbotsford BC about 15 years ago. Needless to say I left work early so me and the wife and baby could get there. Boss was there too… they played for a long time and it was a great. Thought I was lucky to catch them then, pretty awesome they are still making music.

' data-tf-not-load src=

Saw them 2-3 years ago. They put on a really good show. Full house. Hope to catch a date on this tour.

' data-tf-not-load src=

I’m a big fan of theirs. Not really sure there is a song by them that I don’t like. Long hard road is one of my all time top songs period. It’s not really in any way about it that relates to me but it just hits me in the feels. If you told me I could make one ten song CD and I had to live on an island for the rest of my life, that song would be on it. I think they have earned the rest.

' data-tf-not-load src=

I love this band. Grew up listening to them. I thought having Jaime Hanna and Ross Holmes in the band , young blood as it were, would revive Hanna, Fadden and Carpenter. Maybe Jeff’s just tired. What a catalog and what a legacy they leave.

' data-tf-not-load src=

yes, Ibby sang Fishin’, and most of the country hits.. He left 12 years ago.. I left 5 years ago.. after 50 years. It would be fun to play a final .. or last… with them, but doubtful they will call. Some of the best years of my life I ‘left on the road’… now doing my ‘own thing’, Circle music, NGDB favorites (mine) and eclectic songs..

You deserve to play the final tour with them John! I was fortunate to meet you a few years back at the Time Jumpers show at 3rd & Lindley, along with dj Eddie Stubbs. Thank you for your wonderful music!!

John you deserve to be on the final tour. Such a great musician! Was fortunate to meet you a couple years back at a Time Jumpers show with dj Eddie Stubbs there as well. Two Country greats!

' data-tf-not-load src=

The Circle music was, and is, a great gift to the world.

' data-tf-not-load src=

They were appearing at an venue in England back in the 1980’s when all the electric power in the theatre went off except for their instruments. Even the stage was blacked out. They hardly missed a beat and went straight into “Fishing In The Dark.” True professionals. A wonderful band too.

thanks for your comment… hey, spread it around!

' data-tf-not-load src=

I saw them in Asheville around 1982 in a very small club. They were still being billed as “The Dirt Band”. I remember thinking “Boy, how the mighty have fallen.” Little did anyone realize “Dance, Little Jean” was right around the corner.

' data-tf-not-load src=

I started going to thieir concerts about 30 years ago, loved everyone of them!! Their instroment beyond belief. The song was great as well. Very good ,easy listening to and very fun!,I wish they would something in colorado. I am 85, but love their music. Will miss them a lot.m

Wow. BUMMER! But you men have certainly worked your butts off for almost 60 years! This “OH great blonde, energetic one”, has seen you all over our great country and passed your music down to my daughters and grand babies, so your music WILL live on in the generations to come! Thank you for all the fun and backstage antics over the decades!! GREAT HEALTH & HAPPINESS TO YOU ALL!! From Orange County to Ohio, thank you for the wonderful memories! I may see ya in Marietta, OH.. IF I can get a damn ticket!

Just got our tickets from the venue we are going to. However, decided to come and check out the web page. Our dates and venue aren’t listed above. So it must have been added on. My husband and I have listened to this band together since 1980. However, we both listened as well growing up. Can’t wait for the show. Have 2 months to wait!

With a refreshed lineup and newfound energy, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band remains one of the most accomplished bands in American roots music.

Following an extended 50th anniversary tour, the ensemble grew to a six-piece in 2018 for the first time since their early jug band days. The group now includes Jeff Hanna (acoustic guitar, electric guitar), Jimmie Fadden (drums, harmonica), Bob Carpenter (keyboards), Jim Photoglo (bass, acoustic guitar), Ross Holmes (fiddle, mandolin), and Jaime Hanna (electric and acoustic guitar). All six members also sing, and when their voices merge, the harmonies add a powerful new component for the legendary band. And with the father-son pairing of Jeff and Jaime Hanna, the band carries on a country music tradition of blood harmony.

Tuacahn’s 25th Anniversary HARD COVER STORYBOOK $25

The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band played their first gig in 1966 in Southern California as a jug band and by 1969 had become a cornerstone of the burgeoning country-rock community. Their career breakthrough came in 1970 with the release of the record Uncle Charlie & His Dog Teddy and the single “Mr. Bojangles,” a folksy Top 10 pop hit that remains a staple of their live show. During a tour stop in Nashville around that time, Earl Scruggs and his family came backstage to say hello. That introduction led to a friendship and some of the connections the band needed to record Will the Circle Be Unbroken. That three-disc album brought Nitty Gritty Dirt Band together with a number of country, folk, and bluegrass legends. Heroes like Roy Acuff, Mother Maybelle Carter, Jimmy Martin, Merle Travis, and Doc Watson joined the scruffy, young band to record country music standards such as “I Saw the Light” and “Keep on the Sunnyside.” The acclaimed project is considered a landmark recording in American music.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band earned a pop resurgence in 1980 with “An American Dream” and “Make a Little Magic.” Those singles also found traction on the country chart, setting the stage for a major run at country radio. The band secured 16 Top 10 country hits between 1983 and 1990, including three No. 1 singles: “Long Hard Road (The Sharecropper’s Dream),” “Modern Day Romance,” and “Fishin’ in the Dark.” Bernie Leadon, a founding member of The Eagles, played in the band from 1986 to 1988 filling a vacancy by longtime member John McEuen.

With so much material to work with, the band is making it a point to shuffle the set lists more often, meaning that this isn’t the same Dirt Band show from years past. “We’re fortunate that we’ve got a deep songbook. That’s been on our list, to resurrect some of the tunes we haven’t done in a while, in addition to some new stuff,” Hanna says.

At the peak of their country career, the band toured Europe with Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash, who hinted that they’d love to appear on a sequel to Will the Circle Be Unbroken, if the band ever decided to make one. That gesture convinced the band to get back in the studio to record another all-star album. Circle Volume II featured Johnny and June, as well as Rosanne Cash, Emmylou Harris, Levon Helm, John Hiatt, Bruce Hornsby, John Denver, Ricky Skaggs, New Grass Revival, and many other marquee names – not to mention encore performances by Roy Acuff, Jimmy Martin, and Earl Scruggs. Released in 1989, the album won three Grammys and a CMA Award for Album of the Year.

Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 7:30pm

Presale – Thursday, Feb 29th, 10am-10pm On Sale – Friday, March 1st, 10:00am

For nearly six decades, the three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning  Nitty Gritty Dirt Band  has entertained audiences with their top-shelf musicianship and timeless hits “Mr. Bojangles,” “Fishin’ In The Dark,” “An American Dream,” and many more. And now, the time has come for the band who has carried a torch for American country and roots music to say so long to the highways and byways they’ve crossed an unimaginable number of times throughout their career.

On March 21st , 2024, the Dirt Band will kick off the first leg of their last traditionally scheduled gigs,  ALL THE GOOD TIMES: The Farewell Tour . No need to fret, this isn’t goodbye forever, but it will be the last fans see of multi-city runs and long bus rides from the group that helmed the multi-artist  Will The Circle Be Unbroken  series that featured the likes of Mother Maybelle Carter, Doc Watson, Earl Scruggs, Emmylou Harris, Taj Mahal, Levon Helm, and dozens more.

“‘All The Good Times’ perfectly describes our career,” said the band in a statement this week. “Playing our music for Dirt Band fans all over the world has been an incredible experience for us. The most important part of that has been the connection to our audience—that beautiful communal give and take is like nothing else. That’s the very spirit we’ll be celebrating as we head into our farewell tour. We really look forward to seeing you folks. Good times will be had by all!”

About Nitty Gritty Dirt Band: With one of the best lineups in the group’s storied history, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, featuring founding members Jeff Hanna (lead vocals, guitar) and Jimmie Fadden (drums, harmonica, vocals); longtime bandmate Bob Carpenter (keys, vocals)—a member since 1980; along with Jim Photoglo (bass, vocals); Jaime Hanna (guitar, vocals); and Ross Holmes (fiddle, mandolin, vocals); remains one of the most accomplished bands in American roots music. Bojangles,” a folksy Top 10 pop hit that brought roots music to the national forefront. In 1972, they released the first of three groundbreaking  Will The Circle Be Unbroken  records, collaborating with many of the best bluegrass, country, and folk artists in the world. The band also has enjoyed vast success on the U.S. Country charts with hits like “Fishin’ In The Dark,” “Modern Day Romance,” and “Long Hard Road.” The Dirt Band are GRAMMY, CMA, and IBMA Award winners, and their  Nitty Gritty Dirt Band & Friends – Fifty Years, Circlin’ Back!  for PBS was an Emmy Award-winning television special. The Dirt Band’s latest album,  Dirt Does Dylan —released in 2022—has received widespread critical acclaim. More at  nittygritty.com/history .

Special Guest Trey Hensley  is a GRAMMY®-nominated musician and singer/songwriter who was voted the 2023 Guitar Player of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association. He has been referred to as “Nashville’s hottest young player” by  Acoustic Guitar  magazine. In addition to a storied solo career and a duo career with award-winning resophonic guitarist Rob Ickes (NPR has called them “two musical phenoms”), Trey has worked with a diverse list of artists including Johnny Cash, June Carter Cash, Marty Stuart, Earl Scruggs, Dolly Parton, Taj Mahal, Tommy Emmanuel, Rodney Crowell, Old Crow Medicine Show, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Little Feat, Leftover Salmon and REO Speedwagon.  In addition to the latest album by Ickes & Hensley,  Living In A Song , Trey can be heard collaborating with Rob Ickes and Molly Tuttle on “John Deere Tractor” on the  A Tribute To The Judds  album; as a member of the Taj Mahal Sextet on the newly released recording,  Swingin’ Live at the Church in Tulsa;  and with Alison Brown and Steve Martin on the song “Bluegrass Radio.”

By the numbers: Statistics confirm Scottie Scheffler's historical dominance

Change Text Size

Is impending fatherhood the only thing stopping Scottie Scheffler? Quite possibly.

His historic run continued Monday when he completed his victory at the RBC Heritage. It was his fourth win in his past five starts, a run that also included victories at the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard, THE PLAYERS Championship and the Masters. The only exception was a runner-up finish at the Texas Children’s Houston Open, where he missed a 6-footer to join Stephan Jaeger in a playoff.

Scottie Scheffler’s Round 4 highlights From RBC Heritage

Scheffler has seemed invincible lately, and the statistics confirm that. Here’s a closer look at some of the key stats that put Scheffler’s historic play into perspective:

  • By winning at Harbour Town Golf Links, Scheffler became the first player since Bernhard Langer in 1985 to win the RBC Heritage one week after winning the Masters .
  • Scheffler is the first player since Tiger Woods in 2006 to win the week after winning a major .
  • With four wins and a runner-up in his past five starts, Scheffler is the first player since Woods in 2007-08 to have five consecutive top-two finishes . Vijay Singh is the only other player to have such a run in the past 30 years (2004).
  • This was Scheffler’s 10th PGA TOUR victory, coming in just his 51st start since he earned his first win at the 2022 WM Phoenix Open. Only David Duval has needed fewer starts after his first win to reach victory No. 10. Duval did it in 33 starts. Tiger Woods is third on the list with 59 starts.
  • In his 51 starts since the 2022 WM Phoenix Open, Scheffler also has 23 top-three finishes (45%) and 35 top-10s (68.6%).
  • All 10 of Scheffler’s wins have come since the start of the 2021-22 season. He is the first player to win 10 (or more) times on the PGA TOUR in the span of three seasons since Dustin Johnson won 10 titles between 2015-16 and 2017-18.
  • This is Scheffler’s fourth win of the season, matching his career-high from 2022. He is the fourth player with multiple four-win seasons since the start of 2000 , joining Woods (10), Singh, (3) and Phil Mickelson (2).
  • Scheffler has now recorded 40 consecutive TOUR rounds at par or better , a streak that began in the final round of the 2023 TOUR Championship. He’s 12 back of Woods’ all-time TOUR mark of 52 straight rounds at par or better (set across 2000-01).
  • In each of Scheffler’s last seven victories, eight or more of the top 10 players in the Official World Golf Ranking have been in the field . His most recent run of four wins in five starts has included two Signature Events (Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard, RBC Heritage), THE PLAYERS and the Masters.
  • Scheffler is averaging 5.38 birdies per round this season, on pace to set the all-time TOUR record for single-season birdie average (since the statistic was first tracked in 1980) . Woods set the current record (4.92) in 2020.
  • In his 39 rounds this season, he has outperformed the field average 35 times . He’s been at least a shot better than the field 30 times, at least two shots better 26 times and at least three shots better 19 times.
  • Scheffler leads the TOUR in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green by nearly a shot per round this season , after finishing atop the category by more than two-thirds of a stroke per round last season. No player had previously led the category by more than four-tenths of a stroke per round since Woods in 2009.

Jeezy ‘surviving and thriving’ after Jeannie Mai accuses him of leaving guns around toddler

He’s a soul survivor .

Jeezy gave an update on how he is doing amid his sour divorce from Jeannie Mai.

After the television personality accused the rapper of leaving an “unsecured” assault rifle in their home , which she alleged their 2-year-old daughter, Monaco, found, he let fans know he’s never been better.

“Surviving and Thriving,” he captioned a post of his Sheen magazine cover on Instagram Thursday.

The “My President” emcee, 46, has been at the center of several allegations by his estranged wife, 45.

Jeezy in the club.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday, the former “Real” host accused her estranged husband of hiding “dangerous firearms throughout his home which are easily accessible and obviously dangerous to a two-year-old child.”

She also provided photo evidence of Jeezy walking through their home with the rifle in his hands as well as several guns strewn about their residence.

In the same filing, Mai accused the “Soul Survivor” emcee of physically and verbally abusing her. In one specific alleged incident from April 2022, she accused her ex of choking her and pushing her down the stairs while they were spending time at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San Francisco.

However, Jeezy vehemently denied the claims in a statement to Page Six Thursday.

“The allegations are not only false, but also deeply disturbing, especially coming from someone I loved,” he said.

“This malicious attempt to tarnish my character and disrupt my family is ridiculous. It’s disheartening to witness the manipulation and deceit at play and at this time my main concern is being an active father to our daughter as I continue to fight for court mandated joint custody.”

Earlier this month, he asked for full custody of Monaco and claimed Mai’s schedule was too chaotic to properly care for her. Just days later, he canceled his request in favor of joint custody.

Jeezy previously accused the “Hello Hunnay” host of “gatekeeping” their daughter from him. However, in her response , she claimed she was simply trying to keep Monaco out of harm’s way.

“It is essential to clarify that Ms. Jenkins’ insistence on reasonable safety measures being put in place, such as safely securing and locking away all firearms that have been unsecure in the past, as well as having familiarity and properly trained caregivers is absolutely not gatekeeping, but rather a responsible effort to prioritize their daughter’s wellbeing,” court documents obtained by Page Six in December 2023 read.

The “Put On” rapper filed for divorce in September 2023, reasoning that their partnership was “irretrievably broken.”

Jeezy with his daughter Monaco.

Days after he filed, a person close to Mai told Page Six she was “devastated” by their split and “wants her family unit back.”

Jeezy broke his silence on their divorce in October 2023.

“The decision to end this chapter in my life was not made impulsively and comes with a heavy heart,” he said in a statement to Page Six.

“Despite this, my love and respect for Jeannie remains and the time we spent together holds a cherished place in my heart.”

Jeannie Mai and Jeezy at an event in 2019.

The “Adversity for Sale: Ya Gotta Believe” author also said he was committed to ensuring Monaco “feels the love and stability she deserves” amid their separation.

Jeezy and Mai walked down the aisle  in March 2021 after three years of dating.

They welcomed their daughter in January 2022.

Go beneath the streets on this tour of the spectacular, mind-bending Moscow Metro! Be awed by architecture and spot the Propaganda , then hear soviet stories from a local in the know. Finish it all up above ground, looking up to Stalins skyscrapers, and get the inside scoop on whats gone on behind those walls.

Know More about this tour

We begin our Moscow tour beneath the city, exploring the underground palace of the Moscow Metro. From the Square of Revolution station, famous for its huge statues of soviet people (an armed soldier, a farmer with a rooster, a warrior, and more), we’ll move onto some of the most significant stations, where impressive mosaics, columns, and chandeliers will boggle your eyes! Moreover, these stations reveal a big part of soviet reality — the walls depict plenty of Propaganda , with party leaders looking down from images on the walls. Your local guide will share personal stories of his/her family from USSR times, giving you insight into Russia’s complicated past and present. Then we’re coming back up to street level, where we’ll take a break and refuel with some Russian fast food: traditional pancakes, called bliny. And then, stomachs satiated, we are ready to move forward! We’ll take the eco-friendly electric trolleybus, with a route along the Moscow Garden Ring. Used mainly by Russian babushkas(grannies) during the day, the trolleybus hits peak hours in the mornings and evenings, when many locals use it going to and from their days. Our first stop will be the Aviator’s House, one of Stalin’s Seven Sisters, followed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — and you’ll hear the legends of what has gone on inside the walls. Throughout your Moscow tour, you’ll learn curious facts from soviet history while seeing how Russia exists now, 25 years after the USSR.
