The Rose announces 2024 Asia Tour – Manila, Seoul, Jakarta, and Mumbai confirmed

The Rose will be touring across Asia in early 2024.

The four-piece Korean alt-pop band are set to bring their DAWN TO DUSK tour to four cities in Asia kickstarting in Jakarta, before making stops in Manila, Mumbai, and Seoul. 

Thereafter, the group will set off to the European leg of the tour where they will be visiting cities such as Hamburg, Budapest, London, Milan, Paris, and more.

The announcement of the tour came after the band's successful wrap-up of their performances in United States and various festival concerts including Lollapalooza in Chicago, British Summer Time in the United Kingdom, and Mad Cool Festival in Madrid. 

Kirby Lee, Co-CEO of entertainment company, Transparent Arts , shared in a press release: “We've gotten great feedback from everyone about the new production for the Dawn to Dusk Tour. We are happy that we finally have a stage set up that matches the awesome performance energy from The Rose. We can't wait for the rest of the world to see it.”

Comprising members Woosung (vocals and guitar), Dojoon (vocals and multi-instrumentalist), Jaehyeong (bass), and Hajoon (Drums), the band is known for their music that “masterfully weaves emotions and sounds”. 

Since their debut, the band released a slew of acclaimed albums that their fans could relate to including HEAL , which rose to number four on Billboard’s Heatseekers Albums in 2022.

The artist pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase via The Rose’s fan-driven app, The Rosarium , on 7 December , while the general on-sale tickets will begin on 11 December . For more details on ticket sale timings, check out the official website .

[UPCOMING EVENT] The Rose ‘Dawn to Dusk’ Asia Tour in Manila

Korean rock and alternative pop band The Rose is set to return to the Philippines on January 26, 2024 !

The quartet — composed of members Dojoon , Hajoon , Jaehyeong , and Woosung — is bringing their Dawn to Dusk Asia Tour to Manila at the Smart Araneta Coliseum .

After playing previously announced 2023 dates on their US Dawn to Dusk headline tour, The Rose is kicking off 2024 with a multi-city world tour.

The Asia leg of the tour will also feature shows in Jakarta, Mumbai, and Seoul before the band heads to Europe for dates in Berlin, Oslo, Stockholm, Amsterdam, London, Paris and more.

The announcement comes after a successful year of their US Headline tour and festival concerts such as Lollapalooza in Chicago, Brazil, Stockholm, Argentina and Chile, British Summer Time in the UK, Mad Cool Festival in Madrid among other cities.

Renowned since their inception for electrifying performances, The Rose quickly became one of Korea’s most sought-after groups delivering a series of critically acclaimed albums that resonated with fans worldwide.

In 2019, three of the band members temporarily went on hiatus to fulfill their mandatory military service obligations, during which Woosung pursued a successful solo career, releasing captivating albums and embarking on sold-out world tours.

In a moment of sheer joy for their devoted fans, The Rose reunited during one of Woosung’s performances in South Korea in 2022. This reunion paved the way for their first full-length album HEAL , which was inspired by the transformative power of music and the stories shared by both their fans and themselves.

HEAL soared to #4 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Chart , while their accompanying HEAL Together World Tour drew an overwhelming crowd of over 90,000 attendees. Now, with their sophomore full-length album DUAL which made the Mediabase 200 chart in its first week of sales, The Rose takes their music to new heights with Rolling Stone UK calling it “an album that takes you on a layered, emotional journey, full of elation, heartache and twists and turns – just like life itself.”

Korean rock band The Rose is set to bring their 'Heal Together' world tour to Manila

Get ready, PH Broses! The boys are returning to Manila with a new concert and album. 

Prepare to wrack your hearts with She’s In The Rain as Korean pop-rock band The Rose is set to return to Manila for their "Heal Together" world tour.

Following the announcement of their U.S. and Europe tour which starts this October, the group also added Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, and Seoul to their global tour. Although there are no dates yet, fans are all excited to see the band up close once again.

Before kicking off their world tour, The Rose will be releasing their new album, HEAL , on Oct.7. This will be their first comeback under their new agency, Transparent Arts and Wasserman.

The group parted ways with J & Star Company in 2020 after the members terminated their contract and filed a lawsuit against the agency for mismanagement. 

The Rose is a four-member pop-rock band that made their debut in 2017 with their first digital single Sorry . The members consist of Woosung, Dojoon, Hajoon, and Jaehyeong. All of the members, except for Woosung, recently finished their military service.

Following their concert, We Rose You Live in Manila in 2019 , it’s another night to remember for PH Black Roses as they HEAL TOGETHER with their beloved band, The Rose in 2023.

Presented by Three Angles Production, charismatic and multitalented band, The Rose successfully wrapped up their heal together world tour in Manila last January 14.

Without further ado, let us all reminisce about the blissful and healing moments with them.

Black Roses welcomed the band with a loud cheer. The show kicked off with their song, Definition of Ugly Is , followed by their song, Insomnia, She’s In the Rain , and Modern Life .

Dojoon was the first member who greeted the fans saying, “What’s up Manila! How’s everybody doing? It’s perfect weather tonight, it’s a perfect day for you and (for) us to enjoy.”

They introduced themselves one by one and fans were so ecstatic when they heard Woosung saying “Kumusta po kayo!”

The blissful night continued with The Rose singing their hit singles namely, California , I Don’t Know You, Candy, and Red .

After that, They performed See-Saw a song which was penned by Jaehyeong. It’s a meaningful song that expresses his past hardships in life. He said that he’s okay now thanks to his co-members, friends, and Black Roses.

That meaningful song was followed by Childhood, ILY, Shift, Time, and Yes .

“Manila has a different energy,” Dojoon said after Black Roses shared beautiful energy in singing Yes .

Woosung affirmatively responded and said, “Hands down, the loudest City in Southeast Asia”

Finally, Sorry, Beauty and the Beast, Cure, and Sour were the last set of songs they performed.

Fans were so surprised when Woosung, Dojoon, Jaehyeong, and Hajoon came back on stage while singing Black Rose as their encore song.

“Tell me it’s okay, don’t be afraid, nobody can take away, take away, love is the way.” -Black Rose

The struggles they’ve encountered in life made them stronger and gave them the courage to fulfill their burning desire to share their talents with everyone and heal them through their songs.

The Rose confirm dates and venues for Jakarta and Manila stops of ‘Heal Together’ Asian tour leg

The South Korean pop-rock band will be performing in Jakarta and Manila early next year

New details on South Korean pop-rock band The Rose ’s ‘Heal Together’ Asian tour stops have just been released.

On November 24, concert organiser Three Angles Production took to social media to announce the dates and venues for the band’s forthcoming shows in Jakarta and Manila. According to their announcements, The Rose will be performing at Jakarta’s Balai Sarbini on January 6 before performing at Quezon City’s SM North EDSA Sky Dome on January 14.

Ticket sales for the Manila show will start on December 4 via smtickets.com and they are priced between PHP3,500 and PHP7,500, exclusive of ticketing charges.

Additional information on ticket pricing and purchase for the Jakarta show is expected to be released in the following weeks. Dates and venues for The Rose’s forthcoming shows in Bangkok and Seoul, on the other hand, have yet to be released at the time of publication.

The Asian leg of The Rose’s ‘Heal Together’ world tour marks the final wave of performances under this concert series. The group are currently set to kick off the South American leg of their tour with a show in Mexico on November 26. They will then perform in Chile, Peru, Brazil and Argentina from the end of November to early December.

The Rose will then make their way over to Europe in January next year and are set to conclude the tour’s European run by February. A full list of their forthcoming tour dates can be viewed here .

Apart from their forthcoming show in Quezon City, The Rose are also set to perform at Careless Music’s Wavy Baby Music Festival , set to take place at the North Reclamation Area of Mandaue City. The pop-rock band will be performing alongside soloist Sunmi , R&B singer Pink Sweat$ , Aussie electronic duo Bag Raiders and Filipino bands Ben&Ben and December Avenue on January 13 and 14.

The Rose reveals dates and venues for 'The Rose: Heal Together' shows in Manila and Jakarta

The Rose has revealed dates and venues for their shows in Indonesia and the Philippines!

On November 24, concert promoter Three Angles Pro announced that the band will be holding their shows in Jakarta and Manila next year as part of their ongoing ' The Rose: Heal Together ' world tour.

The Rose will perform in Jakarta on January 6 of next year before traveling to Manila on January 14 to perform at the SM Skydome. Further information about their shows in Bangkok and Seoul has yet to be released.

Meanwhile, the band will perform in Mexico tomorrow (November 26) and will conclude their tour for this year in Brazil on December 4. The Rose will then resume their world tour on January 23 in Belgium until February 19 in Spain, with Asia dates in between.

Justin Rose (+15000) … Hey, stranger things have happened and you know it. The veteran from England hasn’t been in form for most of 2024 and he’d end the trend of seven consecutive champions at Royal Troon having won earlier in the calendar year, but he’s been a man for the moment his entire career. Of course, he crashed onto the scene as a 17-year-old who finished T4 at Royal Birkdale in 1998, but he’s also won the U.S. Open (2013) among numerous premier tournaments, the gold medal in the 2016 Olympics and the FedExCup in 2018.

When he won his last PGA TOUR title at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am early in 2023, he said that it proved that he still had a game good enough to win when everything is in sync. Now 43 years of age and in his 21st Open appearance for which he medaled at 36-hole final qualifying to secure, by the way, he’s in the pocket of the older guard that has clutched the claret jug semi-regularly over the years, with or without proper form upon arrival.

Sungjae Im (+800) … If there was a Power Rankings for those snubbed from the Power Rankings, he’d be No. 1. Indeed, he’s had a rough go in the majors this year, missing the cut in each of the first three, but his performances in all of his last eight non-majors has been spectacular. It includes a successful title defense in his native South Korea, another three top-four finishes and the rest top 15s. Last week’s T4 at the Genesis Scottish Open served double duty as an extension of his blistering form as well as a primer for his first look at Royal Troon.

Akshay Bhatia (+650) … The über-talented 22-year-old will be stacking top 10s and better on top of themselves in the majors sooner than later, so why not start the pile in his Open Championship debut? He couldn’t ask for better form in the short- and long-range. The lefty captured his second PGA TOUR title at the Valero Texas Open in April and arrived at Royal Troon with progressive improvement that culminated in a co-runner-up – albeit painful for how he finished – at the Rocket Mortgage Classic. In support of the elevated expectation is the fact that he’s proven to adapt to additional challenges, but his default profile as a top producer in the wind on open tracks by the sea meshes seamlessly with this week’s test. The fact that it’s a major is just a coincidence.

Matthieu Pavon (+450) … Like Justin Rose above, the 31-year-old Frenchman also is an eye-popping +15000 to win but his odds for a Top 20 are longer. (Rose is +400 for the same.) Unlike Rose and fitting for the trend at Royal Troon, Pavon has a victory earlier this year. He broke through for his first PGA TOUR title at the Farmers Insurance Open. He’s since fortified his clubhouse lead for the Arnold Palmer Award as the Rookie of the Year with a pair of top fives, including a solo fifth at the U.S. Open. He also placed T12 in his Masters debut, so he’s capitalized on the opportunities triggered by the late-season surge on the DP World Tour in 2023.

Matteo Manassero (+200) … He’s back! The Italian is just 31 years of age, so he’s not quite Roy Hobbs, but he’s going to have separate legions of fans given how long his career slump lasted. A piece of evidence is that this is his seventh appearance in The Open and yet the most recent since the last time that Royal Troon hosted in 2016. Like all but Rose above, Manassero also has a victory in 2024. It was at the Jonsson Workwear Open in South Africa in March where he connected for his fifth DP World Tour title and first in 11 years.

Reining in his irons has been the key in his return to our consciousness and a primary contributor to nine top 40s this year. He was among the leaders in numerous metrics for his approach game en route to a T15 in last week’s tune-up at The Renaissance Club.
