The bell hoppers and luggage people are really helpful as well as the reception team but the rooms were a bit dated and the carpet was wet on one side of the room did inform them but it was like that for rest of the stay may be a problem with my room only but since was alone didn’t matter. What was had is no bedside plugs on both sides universal power sockets would have been nice but usb outlet was good breakfast wasn’t great for 22 euros. Please do away with wooden key cards those bad quality cards gave me a splinter on my palm all the cards had splinter had 2 rooms and so did the signs for the door to hang on the handle

Hotel staff is friendly and handles crazy busy crowds of guests well. The staff in the bar, one male and one female, were wonderful! The room was nice- we had the Executive suite,. Great view of the Seine, but no USB plugs or US voltage outlets. Bring your own adapter with multiple US outlets and USB outlets. Easy to purchase on Amazon before your trip. Breakfast was not worth the extra money. There are two lovely bakeries nearby, Ladurée and La Duchesse. Galeries Lafayette department store next door. Easy 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Recommended highly, but don’t buy their breakfast. Crowded restaurant and disappointing quality food. Staff everywhere were very nice and spoke English.

This hotel is not 4.5 stars. Rooms were not great. The tv didn't work. It wasn't as clean as I'm used to for a Novotel. And also halfway through our stay the elevators broke. Having to walk up and down 22 flights of stairs is WILD. Talked to the front desk about the issue and they were very nice and helpful. But it's frustrating that this places isn't updated at all. But the elevators are and somehow still don't work. I literally had to call the front desk for them to get me cause I was literally stuck on the 22nd floor. . . . Update* they switched our room for the the inconvenience, and we went to lay down. Lo and behold there was dry blood on the bedding. This hotel is actually gross

Contemporary hotel situated a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. Pros: -The rooms were clean, moderately sized, with toilet separated from sink and bathtub. -Hair and body wash are provided in a dispenser in the shower. -In-room safe, fridge, and kettle -Can accommodate larger groups, tour buses, and conferences. -Views of the Seine and the Statue of Liberty Paris -Views of Eiffel Tower from outside hotel Cons: -The partial shower divider doesn't adequately protect against water leaking onto the floor. -Liquid soap dispenser stopped working - had to request for a new bottle of hand soap from the front desk -have to walk several feet to the sink to wash hands after using the toilet (others might not wash hands due to this distance, which is disturbing) -Strong powdery perfume scent in the common areas may trigger some with environmental allergies Would consider staying here again.

This hotel has admitted it overcharged me, but hasn't repaid me! It's been almost two months. Not acceptable.

What an amazing hotel this was. I honestly was a little anxious at first because I didn't read the reviews prior to me making reservations here. I made my reservations based on a recommendation from family. Once I read the reviews I had second thoughts about canceling. I am so happy I didn't. This hotel was everything I could have hoped for visiting Paris for the first time. I was expecting the rooms to be smaller in Europe, (based on a lot of reviews I would see), but these rooms were perfectly sized. They seemed to be the same size as the one in the U.S. The different aspect of the room was that they had the toilet in a seperate area then the rest of the bathroom, (shower, bath and sink). I thought it was a little funny at first, but quickly saw how convenient it was. When one person is showering, the other person can use the toilet with no interruption if needed. The hotel also had an excellent gym, and pool. The gym access was free, but pool access required an additional fee and a reservation. Another convenient amenity was the free water. They had free sparkling and flat water dispensers to refill your water bottles any time of the day. They also had a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby which was nice. The hotel was about a mile walk to the Eiffel Tower and pretty close to a lot of eateries. When you exit the hotel and turn right, (towards the tower), there are a lot of tourist trap restaurants lining up the streets. My recommendation is to turn left when exiting, to go behind the hotel. When you do, there is a mall area with a food court that has a lot of options. Inside the mall is the best little macaron shop I have ever been to. The caramel macarons are to die for, and I'm not even a big caramel f The only negative for me, was when I arrived to the hotel for check in at 2pm, my room was not ready. The front desk clerk apologized and said housekeeping had not finished with it yet. It wasn't ready until about an hour later, at 3pm. However, the front desk clerk did give me free drink vouchers for the inconvenience. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Good service at the reception.. helpful and courteous.. level 0 below the floor of the reception has a Starbucks machine.. the caramel latte is yum! Free water because you can drink tap water in France haha the room was clean and nice. Playground is walkable distance and so are two grocery stores! 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower.

The selling point to this hotel is its proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Other than that, it's pretty bad. The rooms are extremely small (which I know is very common in Europe) but everything was also dirty and many things didn't work. Our sink was flooded when we got in. My mom's air conditioning was broken when we got there. I picked up the hair dryer and it literally broke off in my hand. While I speak passable French, there was a surprising amount of staff members who did not speak English, which I thought was strange when you're working at a tourist hotel. The staff also did not communicate well with each other, so if you requested a breakfast to go to a staff member at night, the worker at the front desk didn't know what you were taking about when you got there in the morning. Really, all you need is a hotel close to the metro and it doesn't really matter if you're close to the Eiffel Tower of any other landmark. I would not stay at this hotel again. One bonus: They do provide a great breakfast for a fee.

Nice clean room. Exploring Paris it takes many metro transfers. Hotel staff very unfriendly. Be prepared for long waits for the elevator in spite of their number 6. The Trocadero where I had breakfast looks like an outdated cantina. The staff seems to be in a daze. The food seems to be rewarmed from previous days, very unappealing and the fresh fruit either unavailable or very limited choice. The pastry does not look to be fresh either. About 1 hour before closing, the food starts being put away, so one is very limited in the choice. Very disappointing stay, I don't recommend this hotel or location.

My wife and I stayed on this hotel based on an experience I had in the early 2000's while staying there for a Schlumberger company conference. I remembered the hotel to be in a good location -close enough to the Eiffel Tower- and overall a good hotel. Our impressions now are not the same to say the least, the hotel needs work, the rooms, especially the bathroom need update. During this trip we also booked a hotel from the same chain in Heathrow airport and we were nicely surprised about it, the hotel was nice to be an airport hotel, better than the one in Paris. I hope they update the hotel although I won't be giving it another chance.

Reception staff rude. Rooms had dirty towels. When I tried Calling room service no answer then tried calling reception no answer. No clean towels. Elevators stopped at each floor. But mostly their attitude how they treated us. Thank goodness for another hotel that we stayed at the next day was 100 times better.

This hotel was dirty and had terrible service. It is so sad that with all the tourists that go, this hotel is so awful. The location is great but the bathrooms were not clean, the carpets were nasty and our rooms were not even refreshed.

The location was fantastic - very close to Monoprix, the big grocery and departmental store, the Eiffle tower, restaurants and shops and very close to effiel tower.

A pleasant property, fairly clean, super location easy to access to the centre. Perfect breakfast choices with french toast, really nice dairy products plus heated trays, family atmosphere. Exceptional customer service provided. The pool was nice, comfortable to sit around.

Everything was very good, helpful staff, great views to the south eastern horizon. Got great-sized room, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay of two nights. The location was magnificent, close enough to the metro stations, bus stations pathway, and Monoprix, McDonalds, and a large shopping mall with tons of eating options. It also was to the Palace of Versailles.

The breakfast was above average and extensive for vegetarians, with HIGH QUALITY food.

It has a lobby bar, that serves hot drinks.

Whole place was reasonably clean with magnificent views; excellent and wonderful location on top of having a mattress so thin you can feel the bars through it.

My room was soundproof and neat with the view to eiffel tower. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, a landscaped park was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The staff were attentive and caring and the design was modern.

The location in a calm area was fantastic and there were shops and chemist's nearby. Moreover, it was 3 km from Montparnasse Neighbourhood.

We recommend. Seems like a classic hotel, managed by a friendly staff. A minibar, a heating system and a private safe were available in the room. We ordered lunch at Grand Beau, located just next door to the venue.
