Can I bring someone to do face painting or balloon twisting while in the private room?
I doubt... they offer add-ons for extra $$ like the ones you mentioned but it will happen in the playrooms.... the time in the private room is only for eating and cake. The whole time is private. In the time allowed for play you won't interfere… more
Can adults play too? I want to play there with my niece and nephew and not just watch them in there.
Yes you can so long as you are under 6'4" and 300 lb. There are adult things to do as well such as massage chairs, carnival style basketball, lounge couches, etc.

Not sure I have ever been to an indoor bounce house type place. Pretty straightforward concept and it was fun for the kids. The bouncey houses were all unique with a lot of different features to climb and jump. They also have a little party room after for pizza and cake. Straightforward and fun... what else do you want with a kids party?!
My daughter had her 7th birthday party here. She and her friends had a fabulous time bouncing on all the different bounce structures, climbing, and powering through the obstacle course area. The kids were running around like crazy and burning tons of energy, which is always a plus for us parents. The pizza and cake (ice cream cake from Dairy Queen) were delicious and the kids had plenty of food and drink. The two girls who were in charge of my daughter's party were beyond kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They really helped keep the kids behaved and on task. They also made my daughter feel really special and that was so lovely to see. They get 10 stars! I guess the only complaint I would have is that the party does move pretty quickly. You are ushered into one room, the kids run around for about 30 minutes, then you are ushered into the second room (for about another 30 minutes) as another party comes in to the first room. I get that it's a party factory, and they have it down to a science, but for the price we paid I feel like the kids could have used a little more time in the play areas and less time in the eating area. You get 45 minutes to eat pizza and have cake, but it would have been fine with 30 minutes and then give the kids more time to play. Overall, the kids had a great time and it was our first time hosting a birthday party outside of the house so it was nice that Bounce Safari took care of everything. They called about a week before the party to make sure we had enough pizza and what we wanted to do about the cake. I felt like the price was a little high, but it was also worth it to not have to worry about a thing. Thanks again Bounce Safari for a fun time!
Recently had my son's 3rd birthday party here. The kids had so much fun! I really chose this place because of the wonderful customer service. The Bounce Safari team is easy to work with, transparent about pricing, and truly care about the experience each child will have. They also keep the play areas spotless and make safety a priority. We hope to host many more birthday parties here as the years go on. Thanks Warren and team!
My daughter just celebrated her 5th birthday and we couldn't have been happier with her party!! The facility was clean, the staff were warm and welcoming throughout and the children were well taken care of! The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

We'd been to Bounce Safari for birthday parties before, and my son absolutely insisted on having his 5th birthday party there. Everyone (parents included) had a great time! Booking was extremely easy - I made the initial reservation online, and about a week out from the party, one of their employees called to confirm details. The party itself was well-organized, VERY clean (even though we saw another party vacate the rooms right before us), everything from cake to food to favors were included, and the fees were reasonable. Highly recommended!!
The place is disorganized, rushed and most of the staff is either rude or disinterested. I don't really think they understand that this is the one of the highlights of a child's year when they are working their birthday party. They jam parties one after the other and literally grab the food out from in front of the kids while they're still eating. I had my sons birthday party there and while he and his friends had a great time playing, I would never ever recommended this place to anyone. For almost $800 for an hour and a half, I am beyond disgusted with the service and the attitude of this establishment. The owner and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money and go to Bounce U. It's cheaper and it's honestly so much more fun than this dismal place where the staff are beyond overworked and miserable. Don't say I didn't warn you!!
Had grandchild's birthday party here, having previously been here one other time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized, as I witnessed firsthand, and as the kids left the bounce area in a line, there was someone waiting with spray sanitizer for their hands, before the kids went to eat. The play areas were a source of great fun for all. Both rooms had terrific bounce options as well as play areas for younger siblings. The party went smoothly from start to finish and from the time we arrived, the staff was on top of everything. For sure, we'll be back to play. The best recommendation comes from the kids themselves who had such a blast that they didn't want to leave!
What a fun place! I have been here for three birthday parties, and never disappoints. Amazing place for to occupy a toddlers time. There are two rooms with tons of bouncy castles.

We are located at 3 North Street Waldwick, NJ 07634. Just off of Franklin Turnpike 1/2 mile north of E. Prospect Street. Our Phone number is 201-857-4000.
How do I know your facility is clean?
We pride ourselves on being the cleanest kid’s party venue around. In fact we’ve always been that way and have been even before Covid hit. Our emphasis is on maintaining a clean, sanitized facility and have strict cleaning guidelines for our employees to follow between each and every party. We use electrostatic cleaning machines that mist tiny droplets of FDA and CDC approved SAFE cleaners which adhere to all surfaces ensuring clean disinfected surfaces throughout our facility. We also have air purifiers in the party rooms as well as hand sanitizers and hand wipes located in each party room, arena, check-in area and each bathroom. Please feel free to call and ask about our sanitizing and disinfecting procedures or stop by to see for yourself.
What happens in case of a snowstorm?
We don’t cancel or postpone parties based on a weather forecast or due to a light dusting when the roads are being plowed and salted and people are out and about. If we do get snow or anything else that could make the roads dangerous we would make the determination early on the day of the storm and postpone the party to another available day and time that works for the customer. Please note that if you postpone your party, you would be responsible for any catering (not pizza or the ice cream cake) that you ordered for that day.
Is the party a private party?
Yes, all parties at Bounce Safari are 100% private. We may have other groups in other rooms in the building but any room that your group is in will ONLY be you and your friends and family. The private and exclusive nature of your event is one more thing that separates Bounce Safari from other children’s entertainment venues.
How long is the party?
Our parties are all 1 hour and 45 minutes long.
When should I book my Bounce Safari birthday party?
As soon as possible! It is not uncommon for us to sell out 6 to 8 weeks in advance. The sooner you book your child’s birthday party, the more likely you will get the date and time you want. You can book your party online at any time. Click here .
How do I reserve a birthday party at Bounce Safari?
Please call us at 201-857-4000 to Reserve your 100% PRIVATE birthday party. We require a $200 non-refundable deposit when making reservations for parties. The balance of your birthday party will be due the day of your party.
How far in advance should I book my party?
We recommend at least two months to be sure you get your preferred time slot, however, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute party requests. Please note that weekends book up quickly. We offer weekday birthday parties at a lower cost.
How do I know you received my e-reservation?
We will send you a confirmation via email immediately after booking your time slot.
What form of payment does Bounce Safari accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Discover and Master Card as payment options.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are NOT refundable. The deposit may be applied to a different party date if the party is cancelled at least one month (30 days) prior to the scheduled party date.
Do I have to know my head count and other options when I reserve my party?
No. We will call you about 4-5 days before your scheduled party date to confirm your head count. You can place an order for food and other add-ons at that time.
Is the Birthday child counted towards the total number of participants?
Who do we consider a participant.
Any child that plays, eats pizza, ice cream cake, drinks juice and gets a goodie bag is considered a participant… regardless of their height. Please keep in mind that we (and the State of NJ) have set height requirements which are different for each inflatable and climbing structure. We have floor games, Rody rubber horses, Gorilla blocks, hula hoops and balls for the kids that do not meet the State of New Jersey’s height requirements.
Are adults counted towards the total number of participants?
Guardians/parents are not counted towards the total. We do ask however that you consider the total number of guests (including adults) when considering how many guests will be comfortable in the party rooms. Please call us to discuss if you have any questions about the number of guests that our party rooms will accommodate.
How much are additional pizzas?
$15.00 for each additional pizza and $2 for each extra topping.
Can we order additional pizza the day of the party?
We will try to accommodate any last minute request; however, the pizza order should be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance of the party.
Can I order food for the adults other than pizza?
Yes, we have a great selection of heros, wrap platters, salads, brunch items and hot trays. Many more options, just ask!
Can I bring in food or drinks?
Bounce Safari does not allow any outside food or beverages to be brought in to the facility with the exception of cake or cupcakes. If a child has a food allergy, outside food may be brought in for that child only.
Can I have more than one Guest of Honor?
Of course! We’re the perfect venue for twins, triplets or friends sharing a birthday celebration. We charge an additional $25 per additional guest of honor for the extra gift, throne, hurricane ride, etc…
How many guests can I invite?
We have a very, very hard maximum of 32 kids. The 33rd kid simply will not fit. You do not need to commit to any particular package when booking your party, just give us your best guess. We will count the kids with you at the party and you’ll be charged for the best package for you (plus any kids over the included amount). We may be able to accommodate more kids by securing both party rooms but this must be confirmed at least 30 days in advance at additional cost. Please call to discuss, particularly if you plan on having a large number of adults. For your comfort, parties with more than 30 guests are encouraged to reserve the entire facility. Ask us about pricing for rental of the entire facility.
Does Bounce Safari provide invitations?
Yes we do. We offer FREE full-color invitations as part of your 100% PRIVATE birthday party package. Please come and pick them up at any time.
What happens if more children than the party allows come to the party?
We will put you in the best “package” based on the number of kids that actually showed up. An additional fee is charged for each child over your party packages number of included guests. No more than 32 children are allowed and simply will not fit . Please do not exceed this number to ensure that everyone is comfortable and has plenty of room for fun.
How early should we arrive before our party?
Arriving 10-15 minutes before your party is completely adequate.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The parent(s) of the birthday party child must stay and the other parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Are socks required to jump?
Yes. Socks are required for the guests’ safety in the arena while they are jumping and bouncing. We also have socks to purchase in case someone forgets their socks.
How should guests dress for the Bounce Safari activities?
Our PRIVATE adventure zones are climate controlled so you should be comfortable. However your private party will be an active event, so dress in casual and comfortable clothing, but remember to WEAR SOCKS! You’ll be sliding, jumping, bouncing, and having a lot of fun, so dress accordingly. Please avoid short shorts or skirts because you will be sliding down slides. We also ask that you please remove your jewelry while bouncing. Please also note that HIGH HEELS OR WEDGE HEELED SHOES are not permitted in the arenas as they puncture our special gym flooring.
Will Bounce Safari help us during our party?
Absolutely! You will be assigned your own Team of Bounce Safari Guides that will help with the check- in procedure, be available for any questions during the party, help with your pizza and cake and will also help carry your presents out to your car!
Can I bring themed decorations?
Yes, The Bounce Safari staff will assist in decorating the party room for you while you are in the arenas. Helium balloons are not allowed without weights, as they can clog the air intake systems. Please do not tape or thumbtack any decorations to the wall.
Does Bounce Safari help with the set-up and clean-up of the party room?
Absolutely. We will set up the entire room and clean up after you leave. The Bounce Safari experience is designed to insure that YOU enjoy your special occasion along with your guests!
Are Piñatas or confetti permitted in the party rooms?
The Bounce Safari Guides will take care of the entire clean-up. We want you and your guests to have a good time, but please do not bring piñatas, streamers, silly string or confetti.
Do you have Internet Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we have FREE Wi-Fi for your computer.
Does Bounce Safari rent inflatables?
No, we are strictly an indoor facility and do not rent our inflatables. They are permanently mounted to the floor and state inspected for your safety.
What is the appropriate age for Bounce Safari participants?
Bounce Safari participation is normally determined by size and maturity more than age. However, the average age of the active participants is two (2) two years old and up as long as they meet the state mandated height requirement of 34″. Please note that each ride has a different height requirement. Several rides are 34″ and 36″ and some are 39″ and 42″. No child or adult is allowed without a signed waiver.
What are your safety rules?
Our Bounce Safari Adventure Zones are designed for Jump’n parties in a safe environment. Rule number one is to have fun but listen to the Bounce Safari Guides and adhere to the safety rules at all times. No bare feet allowed – socks required at all times. No shoes on play structures & bouncers. No food, gum or beverages allowed in the jump & play arena areas. Absolutely no running, pushing or pulling. We recommend removal of jewelry while bouncing. Bounce Safari reserves the right to refuse admission, and require any individual who refuses to obey Bounce Safari’s safety rules, to leave the facility. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.
Does Bounce Safari provide supervision?
Our staff members oversee the play area to ensure that children are obeying the rules and jumping safely. We do require a parent or assigned guardian to be present unless it is during an organized program designed for you to leave your children with us.
Are the inflatables safe for babies?
No! We have a 34″ minimum height requirement on most of the inflatable rides except for our obstacle course and Crazy Maze which have a minimum height requirements of 42″ and 39″ respectively. We also have Rodys (rubber horses), lots of giant GORILLA blocks, kids learning carpets, Castle Bouncer, Inflatable Basketball, hop scotch, mini golf putting green and more for the kids that are under 34″. Children under 24″ are FREE at Open Jumps when accompanied with a paying sibling.
