Can I bring someone to do face painting or balloon twisting while in the private room?

I doubt... they offer add-ons for extra $$ like the ones you mentioned but it will happen in the playrooms.... the time in the private room is only for eating and cake. The whole time is private. In the time allowed for play you won't interfere… more

Can adults play too? I want to play there with my niece and nephew and not just watch them in there.

Yes you can so long as you are under 6'4" and 300 lb. There are adult things to do as well such as massage chairs, carnival style basketball, lounge couches, etc.

My daughter just celebrated her 5th birthday and we couldn't have been happier with her party!! The facility was clean, the staff were warm and welcoming throughout and the children were well taken care of! The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here. She and her friends had a fabulous time bouncing on all the different bounce structures, climbing, and powering through the obstacle course area. The kids were running around like crazy and burning tons of energy, which is always a plus for us parents. The pizza and cake (ice cream cake from Dairy Queen) were delicious and the kids had plenty of food and drink. The two girls who were in charge of my daughter's party were beyond kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They really helped keep the kids behaved and on task. They also made my daughter feel really special and that was so lovely to see. They get 10 stars! I guess the only complaint I would have is that the party does move pretty quickly. You are ushered into one room, the kids run around for about 30 minutes, then you are ushered into the second room (for about another 30 minutes) as another party comes in to the first room. I get that it's a party factory, and they have it down to a science, but for the price we paid I feel like the kids could have used a little more time in the play areas and less time in the eating area. You get 45 minutes to eat pizza and have cake, but it would have been fine with 30 minutes and then give the kids more time to play. Overall, the kids had a great time and it was our first time hosting a birthday party outside of the house so it was nice that Bounce Safari took care of everything. They called about a week before the party to make sure we had enough pizza and what we wanted to do about the cake. I felt like the price was a little high, but it was also worth it to not have to worry about a thing. Thanks again Bounce Safari for a fun time!

I highly recommend Bounce Safari. My kids had such a great time at a recent birthday party. Additionally, their customer service is amazing. Warren, the owner, is one of the nicest people and made for such a positive experience. I will be back at Bounce Safari!

We'd been to Bounce Safari for birthday parties before, and my son absolutely insisted on having his 5th birthday party there. Everyone (parents included) had a great time! Booking was extremely easy - I made the initial reservation online, and about a week out from the party, one of their employees called to confirm details. The party itself was well-organized, VERY clean (even though we saw another party vacate the rooms right before us), everything from cake to food to favors were included, and the fees were reasonable. Highly recommended!!

The place is disorganized, rushed and most of the staff is either rude or disinterested. I don't really think they understand that this is the one of the highlights of a child's year when they are working their birthday party. They jam parties one after the other and literally grab the food out from in front of the kids while they're still eating. I had my sons birthday party there and while he and his friends had a great time playing, I would never ever recommended this place to anyone. For almost $800 for an hour and a half, I am beyond disgusted with the service and the attitude of this establishment. The owner and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money and go to Bounce U. It's cheaper and it's honestly so much more fun than this dismal place where the staff are beyond overworked and miserable. Don't say I didn't warn you!!

Had grandchild's birthday party here, having previously been here one other time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized, as I witnessed firsthand, and as the kids left the bounce area in a line, there was someone waiting with spray sanitizer for their hands, before the kids went to eat. The play areas were a source of great fun for all. Both rooms had terrific bounce options as well as play areas for younger siblings. The party went smoothly from start to finish and from the time we arrived, the staff was on top of everything. For sure, we'll be back to play. The best recommendation comes from the kids themselves who had such a blast that they didn't want to leave!

If I can give them zero stars I would! I had a party booked for this Saturday May 28! My whole family tested positive for COVID. I left them a voicemail and sent an email today, Thursday May 26th. I finally get a call hours later and the older man who called said okay to changing the date... as I explained to him that we can only do June or August because we will be away in July, he then basically changed his mind and told me that I would be losing the $100 deposit plus I have to pay for the ICE CREAM CAKE that they appt made today Thursday... for a birthday we can't go to anymore. I chose the highest package they offer! I had over 20 kids attending and he was trying to charge me another $100 deposit for the next new date... so now I'm supposed to lose out on over $250 and pay for the birthday which will be about $850 after adult food and add ons... and then he chooses to act as if he's losing money and that I am canceling when in fact I asked for dates to reschedule. It was like I was talking to two different people. This Bussines seems to be owned by him because he has the most awkward voicemail when you call the Bussines in his own voice... he's an older man and clearly needs someone else to run this Bussines because he is suffering from either memory loss, another mental illness of some sort and can't manage communicating and coming to an agreement with families. We have attended 6 other parties here and we were looking forward to attending and I am beyond shocked at the conversation exchange I had with this person. I was as kind and considerate but it seems he'd rather have people attend sick and infect the whole building and staff, then change the party date. (Which he had agreed on, that's why this was such an odd conversation!) I'm appalled and disgusted that someone can take advantage of others money during a pandemic like this. NJ COVID cases have gone up in May and I booked this in March! We had all intention of attending and I ordered the favors and dessert for my son and when I called to cancel the dessert today it was no problem! We can't control when we catch COVID. It happened and you need to change your screwed up mindset on robbing people of their money. Let's see how far your Bussines gets with your disgraceful mindset and behavior.

What a fun place! I have been here for three birthday parties, and never disappoints. Amazing place for to occupy a toddlers time. There are two rooms with tons of bouncy castles.

Highly highly recommend Bounce Safari! From start to end with the party and planning, the staff were 100% on top of things. Everything was provided and included with the party package from printable invitations, party paper goods, pizza, cake, and party favors. The staff made it super easy to book the party and go over all the details from the week before to the day of. Upon entering Bounce Safari, I was happy to see multiple staff members wiping things down, taking garbages out, and vacuuming. The young girls that helped out with the party were very energetic and engaging with the kids. The bounce rooms were tidy, organized, and updated. The kids had a blast! Everyone was all over bouncing around and enjoying. We then were moved to the party room (also so clean) and greeted with hand sanitizer (thank you!) before the kids sat at the table. The room was decorated so cute! The staff handed out plates, pizza, drinks, and checked in on the kids frequently to see if they needed anything. I felt that I didn't even need to lift a finger to do anything extra. The cake was from Dairy Queen and tasted delicious! The day ended with the kids receiving a bouncy ball as a favor. Everyone was so helpful and the party went so smooth! Thank you Bounce Safari for a super special day!
