PL Blue 45 R is a good option to RED/Illima (48 grams) A few CPM stronger would be Boyaah as S flex (50 gram), the R version is very soft to flex and more like A, but (RED)/Illima is also "soft to flex". Both this options should be fine for a player at 90-95 with a medium swing.
