Day 1 Delhi - Haridwar

Start a sightseeing tour of  Haridwar  from  Har Ki Pauri  a famous bathing ghat on the banks of the River Ganges in Haridwar. Har means God(Shiva) and Pouri means Footprint. It is believed that Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu have visited this place in ancient times. Here one can see the footprints of Lord Vishnu on a stone wall. You can also visit other places like  Mansa Devi Temple , Sivananda Ashram, Gita Bhawan, Swarg Ashram,  Ganga Arti ,  Chandi Devi Temple  etc. Attend Ganga Aarti in the evening at the famous Har Ki Pauri Ghat. Day 2 Haridwar - Mussoorie

Reach  Mussoorie . Start sightseeing tour of Mussoorie covering  Mussoorie Lake ,  Company Garden ,  Happy Valley ,  Gun Hill ,  Sir George Everest house ,  Camel’s Back Road . You can take a cycle rickshaw to Company Garden and back (do not pay more than Rs. 160). On return to  Mall Road , you can trek up to Gun Hill. Sadly, there is no view from the top of this Mussoorie’s second highest point, as it is completely infested with shops. You would rather give this a miss! Start walking on Camel’s Back Road. At the end of this road, you will be shown a rocky outcrop in the shape of a camel’s hump. This is a must-see, there is a very nice market at the end of Camel’s Back Road. Day 3 Mussoorie Sightseeing

Take a tour to Kempty Falls and Dhanaulti . Trek up the falls at Kempty instead of going down, this will be a new experience other than the commercialised down area of Kempty falls. Beware of monkeys snatching away things at Kempty. Do not miss the ECO park & Surkanda devi at Dhanaulti! It is simply superb… trek all the way up inside and discover beautiful and breath-taking sights.

Day 4 Mussoorie - Auli

Visit the  Auli artificial lake , one of the most astounding man-made lakes on the planet. The highest manmade lake in the world, the Auli artificial lake is one of the best places to visit in Auli. The lake was built with a view of creating perennial artificial ski slopes at this adventure destination. The water from this freshwater reservoir will be used to fuel the snow guns that have been stationed along the ski slopes to provide an even surface and extend the season of skiing even if there is less snowfall. Visit  Gurso Bugyal , popular for its perspectives of Dron Parvat,  Nanda Devi  and  Trishul Peak .

Day 5 Auli Sightseeing

Enjoy skiing at the  Auli ski resort . Visit Chenab lake, well known for its peaceful ambience. The last discovered and not-so-visited  Chenab Lake  is worth a visit for the calm and serene atmosphere that it offers. The virginity of this place holds the sights of tourists and makes it an enchanting spot. In the Garhwal Himalayas, there are still some areas which are virgin and unexplored.

Day 6 Auli - Chopta

Day 7 Chopta - Rishikesh

Start your day with a visit to  Ramjhula  &  Laxman Jhula . Both these iron suspension bridges built in 1986 across the river Ganges are iconic landmarks of  Rishikesh . Near Laxman Jhula visit  Kailash Niketan Temple , a temple with 13 storeys. The view from the top of this temple is magnificent. Day 2 Trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila

After breakfast we will reach the trekking point in Chopta and start the trek. After 3.5 kms of trek we will reach Reach Tungnath Temple (3600 mts) - The highest temple of Lord Shiva in the world. After some rest, we can continue or trek to Chandrashila (4000 mts) and return back to Chopta. Relax and Enjoy the evening at Chopta property. Dinner and overnight stay in Chopta.

Pick-up from Haridwar/Dehradun and proceed for a memorable day drive to Auli/Joshimath. On the way enjoy scenic beauty of Uttrakhand. On your drive you would pass through Ganga and Alakhnanda River. Day 2 Auli -Sightseeing

Experience magestic views with drive along alakhnanda river and pass through dense forest of chopta of nanda devi wild sanctuary. Dense forest have very rich wildlife diversity. Day 04: Chopta to Tungnath 4kms Trek – Chandrashila Summit 2kms Trek Beginning the day with a beautiful sunrise experience from Tunganath top, from there get a splendid view of Chandrashila up ahead. Nanda Devi, Trishul, Nandaghunti, Dronagiri, Chaukhamba, and Kedar. Thalaysagar and Gangotri ranges too could be seen at the edges. Back to Chopta and Dinner and Night Stay.

Chopta Auli Rishikesh Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Delhi – Rishikesh (230Kms / 6Hrs). Meet at Delhi Airport/ Railway station/ Hotel & transfer to Rishikesh. Check in to your hotel at arrival in Rishikesh. Visit Tirveni Ghat for holy dip and evening Ganga Aarti. Return to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Rishikesh.

Day 02: Rishikesh - Chopta (170 Kms / 7 - 8 Hrs). Morning after breakfast, drive for Chopta. In-route visit Devprayag and Ukhimath. Check in to the guest house at Arrival. Evening we will go for a short hike to stretch our leg muscles. Later enjoy bonfire. Dinner and Overnight stay in guest house.

Day 03: Chopta to Tungnath Chandrashila Trek and return (8 kms drive & 5 kms trek one way). Morning after breakfast, start your trek to Chnadrashila - Tungnath. Enjoy breathtaking views of himalayas. The climb is demanding but short and extremely scenic. It will take about a couple of hours to reach Tungnath temple. Religious or non-religious does not matter, just sit by yourself for a few minutes in the courtyard of the temple with eyes closed you will feel very light! After a brief stop for refreshments and rest carry on with your climb to reach the summit of Chandrashilla peak at about 4000m. The effort is going to be rewarded multiple times with views which are surely unparalleled. From the summit you can see big Himalayan peaks (Nanda Devi, Trishul, Chaukhamba and many more) and surrounding valleys in all directions. After capturing the views in your camera start walking down to the base camp at Chopta Later return to Chopta. Dinner and Overnight stay in guest house.

Day 04: Chopta - Joshimath Via Chamoli (150 Kms / 5 - 6). Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive for Joshimath . Check inn into hotel at arrival in Joshimath. Evening free for your leisure and pleasure. Dinner & overnight stay at Joshimath.

Day 05: Joshimath - Auli by Cable Car. Mornings have breakfast at hotel and later check out then take cable car for Auli from Joshimath. Check inn into hotel on arrival at Auli. Explore Auli Lake and Enjoy Snow Skiing. Stay overnight at Auli.

Day 06: Auli. Morning after breakfast day free for your leisure and pleasure.

Day 07: Auli - Joshimath Rishikesh (270 kms/ 8-9 Hrs). Morning have breakfast at hotel and drive for Haridwar. Check inn into hotel on arrival at Haridwar. If time permits enjoy Ganges ceremony at Har Ki Pauri. Stay Overnight at Haridwar.
