Organizations partner with Great Place To Work to understand how effectively their leaders create the conditions for an overwhelmingly positive employee experience. Great Place To Work offers best-in-class data about the employee experience, sourced from surveys taken by millions of employees globally. This data offers organizations invaluable insight into how their workers will interact with the workplace and establishes benchmarks for working conditions around the world.

Great Place To Work’s employee-centric view of the workplace was revolutionary 30 years ago. Today, our Trust Model™ offers an unmatched opportunity to identify what’s happening within your organization. Great Place To Work’s survey and analysis gives employers the ability to measure and track employee experience against key metrics and industry leaders.

Earning Great Place To Work Certification has  many benefits , including:

  • Better recruitment metrics such as offer acceptance rate
  • Higher  business profitability
  • Automatic  Best Workplaces™  award eligibility
  • Greater employer brand awareness
  • Improved employee trust
  • Higher retention:  51%  higher than a typical U.S. workplace
  • Greater employee pride in the company
  • Recognition for having  great people managers  and leaders

Great Place To Work Certification criteria are the global standard for quantifying and benchmarking the employee experience. Using the  Great Place To Work Trust Model and the Trust Index Survey , Certification evaluates workplace culture from the perspective that matters the most — the employee — offering the most comprehensive picture on the market of the internal health of an organization.

To be considered for Certification, organizations must have 10 or more employees and must complete a two-step process:

  • Survey employees with the Trust Index Survey.
  • Complete the Culture Brief™, a company questionnaire.

Positive employee responses to the Trust Index Survey (four and above on the five-point scale) are averaged to provide an organization-wide assessment of culture: the Trust Index. Companies that score above the current threshold become Great Place To Work Certified.

Surveys must meet strict requirements for how they are distributed and the percentage of employees who respond to ensure they accurately represent feedback from the company’s full population.

To earn Great Place To  Work Certification, the average score across your survey results must show that approximately 7 out of 10 of your employees are having a consistently positive experience at work.

Once you are Certified, you will receive an email from us with access to your survey scores, digital Certification badge, a toolkit of social media images, and press materials with shareable content. As an extra benefit, your organization will automatically be eligible for all our award lists through the entire 12-month period your Certification is valid.

In broad terms, the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey measures the level of trust in your organization and the consistency of the employee experience. In other words: How often can employees count on something happening in their workplace, such as clear and honest leadership, fair treatment, and employee recognition?

More specifically, the Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey measures individual employee experiences of five dimensions of a high-trust company culture through 60 statements and two open-ended questions. Three of the dimensions are connected to the actions of leaders and building trust: credibility, respect, and fairness. The other two dimensions measure the workplace experience of employees in relation to their colleagues and the wider organization: pride and a sense of belonging.

These five dimensions create a workplace culture where employees feel empowered and encouraged to do their most meaningful work. High-trust cultures are shown in Great Place To Work research to  outperform their competitors  in recruitment and retention, productivity and innovation, and financial performance.

Survey answers are assessed on a five-point scale, revealing the most common experience of employees in the organization. Employee scores are averaged to provide an organization-wide assessment of workplace culture: the Trust Index score.

The Keys Behind Four Seasons’ Five-Star Success By DeMarco Williams

April 4, 2016

Scott Taber, senior vice president of rooms for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, has seen a lot over his 30-plus years with the company. Through the hospitality market’s evolution, hashtag explosion and everything else, he says the brand has remained steadfast in its commitment to one thing — putting a smile on every visitor’s face.

And as the company’s brilliant showing in Forbes Travel Guide’s 2016 Star Ratings awards proves, that mission still hasn’t wavered — 26 Four Seasons properties around the globe earned a Five-Star distinction, the most of any hotel brand. Right after the company’s impressive awards haul was announced, we spoke to Taber about changes in the hotel industry, Four Seasons’ consistency and his keys to keeping a smile after three decades on the job.

You have 26 locations around the globe with Five Stars. How does it feel to have earned so many distinctions across the brand? We’re so, so proud. It’s a great reflection of the people who work so hard in our hotels every day. We are very fortunate to have people who are just so committed to their jobs and so committed to taking care of our guests every day that their pride is showing through, and it shows in these results. But it [also] shows in the things that we hear every day from our guests.

This really comes down to the excellent and hard work of the person who cleans the room, the room attendants in our hotels who, instead of cutting corners, take the time to do their jobs the right way. Guests encounter our employees and our employees are genuinely interested in taking care of that guest. They love what they do and they love taking care of our customers.

When it comes to stellar service, what are some things that have remained consistent over the last 20 to 30 years? It’s funny because we’ve talked a lot about this lately. Last year we introduced a mobile app that allows our guests to interface with us in the way of asking for items, checking in and checking out of the hotel.

At the end of the day, though, it is not something that we mandate to our guests. Of course, the guests always have a choice and that is what it comes down to — creating great choices for our guests, making sure that they have the best.

The basics of the hospitality business are that people want to be able to have a quick, easy, fast, seamless arrival experience where [the hotel is] well recognized and that the things that they’ve asked for are there. They [want to be] warmly welcomed, and really feel that when they arrive at a Four Seasons, they can finally exhale from a day of travel.

I think probably the biggest thing that has changed in that 30 years is how much travel is going on in the entire world. The planes are fuller, the airports are busier and it’s much more congested. So, it’s that much more important that, when the guest hits our front doors, they feel like they have come home.

How do we anticipate their needs? How do we set up the room? How do we organize the hotel? That part of service is still important today. If anything, I feel we have more opportunities now, because the technology can take care of some of the red tape.

We have to get a credit card. We have to have you sign the registration card. But that stuff can be done digitally now, so that when you get to the hotel it’s just about, “Hey, what do you need?”

Whether it’s Hangzhou, Atlanta or Los Angeles, the staff seems to be aboard with this mission. What are some of those secrets that you use to build your great team? Now, I can’t tell you all the secrets. But it’s not something that has happened overnight. It’s been part of our company culture from beyond when I started — how do we create an environment of excellence in our hotels, where you have committed managers and leaders whose job is to support our employees, to make sure that they can do the best job that they can every single day?

You’ve got to create a work atmosphere where that employee feels competent, they feel like they’ve got what they need to do their job and that they have a manager who is going to listen to them and want to engage their input on how to do things better to make it easier for the guests. We call it our culture, and it goes back to our chairman and founder, Mr. Isadore Sharp, who is a brilliant leader. He boiled it down to the golden rule — treating others as you expect to be treated, and creating that atmosphere throughout the entire organization.

We are able to empower our staff and give them the ability to take care of these guests and to really feel the reward of those decisions, especially when they get great compliments from our guests. And we really look to develop our employees from within.

We don’t expect everybody to be like myself and stay for 30 years with the company, but we want to create opportunities so that people can have a healthy, fun, fulfilling career. We do that through making great opportunities for our people who do well with us, who embrace the culture and who want to grow. It is very common for us to have managers who have been promoted from within, either within the same property or they transfer to other hotels.

But, you know, what we find when we go to places like Hangzhou, where Four Seasons is relatively new, is that there are people who really want to work in that type of environment. It’s our job to make sure that we unlock those capabilities of those people.

Of course, you’ve got to find the right people. You’ve got to find people who really enjoy the business. The selection of our employees is the most important part of the formula. Then, provide the right support for them to do their jobs well.

Four Seasons Hotel Bogota’s Kuru Restaurant, Photo Courtesy of Four Seasons Hotels Limited

How have you been able to keep that desire to please going for so many years? I truly enjoy what we do. I enjoy seeing our hotels excel. I really enjoy seeing those people who really do well move and advance and develop. I get to see them be future leaders of our organization. It is really rewarding to see that spark.

And I think it’s an exciting business. No two days are alike. We are very privileged to be able to work with wonderful owners and wonderful partners who help to create these amazing hotels and create great experiences.

It’s a business where our goal every day is to try to make everybody leave with a smile on their faces. Some people have some very difficult jobs in this world. For us, this is really a great thing that a lot of us really enjoy every day.

So, I think that would be it — the great people that we get to work with. The people motivate me.

What excites you the most about Four Seasons’ future? I think the thing that excites me the most is the great new hotels that we have coming on board. We have a number of beautiful hotels in exciting new markets, which are going to help to continue to establish Four Seasons as the global leader in luxury.

I just got back from our beautiful hotel in Bogota. It’s our first hotel in Colombia, and it’s a spectacular little jewel that will be an incredible addition. We have two hotels [in Bogota], one just opened in October and the second opens in April.

We have our second hotel opening up in Dubai next month and a hotel in Abu Dhabi, which will be our first hotel in Abu Dhabi, opening in May. And we have a number of other hotels coming on line.

From that perspective, that’s exciting. The other part that is exciting to me is how — I mentioned where you have this mass travel and this mass technology. How do we continue to differentiate and really provide a difference? How can Four Seasons still be this exclusive luxury provider for our guests — be it through personalized service or the technology that makes it a convenience — yet continue to have a great number of Five-Star properties? All those things really excite me about the future.

10 Ways To Book A Four Seasons Hotel With A Discount

10 Ways To Book A Four Seasons Hotel With A Discount

Spoiler, to get the best deal at Four Seasons hotels, book via our luxury travel concierge .

Four Seasons hotels and resorts have increased in price quite dramatically since COVID-19 struck. It seems demand is even stronger now, and these hotels are so popular that they often sell out in the high season, which means that they don’t need to discount their rooms.

Outside of the high season, it is possible to get discounts, and these discounts can be found on the Four Seasons website within each hotel’s mini-site under “offers.” Deals that you tend to see on these special offer pages include four nights for the price of three type of deals, resort credit deals, stay longer deals, and advance purchase deals (often as much as 20% off). It is worth noting at this point that Four Seasons doesn’t tend to offer last-minute deals. Prices almost always go up as you get closer to your stay date.

If you book via our concierge, our prices are identical to the offers on the Four Seasons website, but when you book with us, you’ll also benefit from our complimentary benefits, added in for free.

We aren’t cheaper than FourSeasons.com, we are the same price, but the free perks we offer are massively valuable. You won’t get these free perks if you book your stay on FourSeasons.com direct.

Crucially, by booking via our concierge, you will be put at the front of the queue for room upgrades, which means that you will be prioritized for your room upgrade in front of any other supplier. This is because our concierge is an official Four Seasons Preferred Partner.

Why Four Seasons?

The reputation of the Four Seasons as a brand means that they will continue to charge expensive room rates as their rooms are reliably excellent. Wherever you are in the world, Four Seasons hotels are consistently one of the best in that city or resort. Most Four Seasons hotel room rates start at $500 – $1000 USD per night, and because there isn’t a Four Seasons loyalty program , you will never be able to book a free stay by racking up and redeeming points, or by collecting points on your credit card and spending them on a Four Seasons hotel stay. It can’t be done.

But don’t panic. Even wealthy travelers want a great deal, and we share ten tips that will help you squeeze the most value out of your next Four Seasons hotel stay and get you the discount that you are looking for.

1. Four Seasons Discounts And Extra Benefits

As outlined above, you can take advantage of free loyalty style benefits from your very first stay at Four Seasons hotels and resorts by merely booking with a our concierge. It really is that easy, and the rates you pay will be the same as those on the Four Seasons website.

And Four Seasons is not alone in this luxury offering. Most luxury hotels have hidden travel agent loyalty programs that give you free benefits if you book with the right “Virtuoso” or hotel partner agent. We have outlined the best luxury hotel loyalty programs which give you upgrades and free breakfast in case you are looking at any other luxury hotel chains for your next stay and want a discount or loyalty style VIP benefits.

2. Book Early

The Four Seasons hotels in Hawaii run at a particularly high occupancy rate as there is never a bad time to go to Hawaii. I regularly recommend clients who book their stay with our concierge to book as soon as the rates come out. It is simply not worth holding out for a last-minute discount as these magical discounts don’t exist.

In Hawaiian hotels, as you get closer and closer to the dates that you are planning to stay, the rooms start to sell out, often starting from the bottom room up. So the cheapest mountain view rooms go, then the garden view rooms, and so forth. Of course, the oceanfront rooms are also in high demand, particularly for wedding guests and for those on their honeymoon, as well as families looking for an incredible trip. Who wouldn’t want to fall asleep to the sound of the waves?

So the cheapest rooms and the best rooms tend to sell out. At the last minute, you are unlikely to be able to book the cheapest room. The room you wanted may have sold out, so you can be left paying a premium for a view you aren’t bothered about. You may be left with no choice at all and be forced to book a mid-range room that’s more expensive than you intended, like the partial ocean view.

So the key to booking a Four Seasons hotel, an absolute must, is to book as soon as you can so you can secure the room that you actually want while paying the cheapest possible rate for your room. Booking in advance will not always get you a discount, but it will stop you from paying over the odds, as you will be able to book into the room that you want.

3. Book Discounted Advance Purchase Rates

If you are booking in advance and are very sure of your dates, you can take advantage of advance purchase discounted rates. This is one of the few ways to get you a cheaper room. You must be sure of your dates because once you have booked in, there are no refunds on advance purchase rates, so if you can’t make your stay, you won’t get your money back!

Most Four Seasons advance purchase rates offer anywhere from 10-30% discount off the usual hotel room rates. An alternative discount offered at some hotels is three nights for the price of two or the four nights for the price of three discount. Both of these discounts tend to be available outside the high season and can save you a considerable amount of money.

4. Change Your Holiday Dates

You can even re-arrange your dates and plan to specifically target certain Four Seasons hotels when they are the cheapest and are offering the best discounts. You can arrange your plans around specific dates that you know your favorite Four Seasons hotel is cheaper. One of the most expensive Four Seasons hotels in the world is also one of the cheapest just before it closes for the winter and just before it opens in the summer.

The hotel in question is the Grand Hotel Du Cap Ferrat . We have already detailed how to book a Four Seasons hotel at the cheapest rate and at the Grand Hotel Du Cap Ferrat, the discounted low season rate is perhaps discounted by as much as 70 or 80% from their high season rate. The dates you need to be looking at for the biggest discount are the end of March, the start of April and the end of October, and the start of November. Granted, it might rain, and there might be a chilly wind, but the hotel bar, restaurant, room, etc., all remain the same at this stunning property. In my opinion, this is one of the best bargains at any Four Seasons hotel, as this hotel is simply stunning.

In Hawaii, you should avoid the main holiday dates to get a good offer, and at the Four Seasons Hampshire , Sunday nights are usually the cheapest, and this Sunday discount is worth looking out for. Take Monday off work and grab yourself a bargain!

Are you planning to go to the Caribbean and Whistler in the Winter and Florence and Milan and Florence in the Summer? No! Go to Whistler and the Caribbean in the Summer and Milan and Florence in the Winter! Get the same hotel and facilities for a discounted price. Think beyond the resort to the hotel. You can still swim in the pool, drink in the bar, eat in the restaurant, and enjoy the ambiance whenever you go. If you must ski, go to Whistler in the shoulder seasons in mid-December and April rather than when the snow is deep in January, February, and March.

Although many Four Seasons hotels may not discount rooms when you want to go, during the most unpopular months, individual hotels can discount rooms enough to merit a change of your plans. Visit at an unusual time, and take advantage of that discount.

Check out the unique special offers pages for each hotel on the Four Seasons website. Each individual hotel has a separate page that offers their discounts and the dates that the discounts are relevant so that you can time your holiday accordingly. Here are just some of them:

  • Four Seasons London At Ten Trinity Square Offers
  • Four Seasons London Park Lane Offers
  • Four Seasons Chiang Mai Offers
  • Four Seasons New York Offers

And In Hawaii:

  • Four Seasons Lanai Offers
  • Four Seasons Maui Offers
  • Four Seasons Hualalai Big Island Offers
  • Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina

The perks that you get by booking with our concierge can also be combined with these Four Seasons deals.

5. Look Out For New Properties

Brilliant new Four Seasons are opening all the time. The new Four Seasons in Napa is an incredible property and offers a great soft opening discount. Four Seasons Los Cabos is another one we are super excited about, and we expect this to be one of the best Four Seasons resort openings of the year when it opens in 2020. Expect opening discounts to encourage you to book here. Four Seasons Montreal is another super Four Seasons that has just opened and is offering a discounted opening deal.

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens and Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru At Embassy One have also just opened and are currently offering nice discounted deals. Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia At Comcast Center, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, and Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok At Chao Phraya River are all set to open shortly and should be on your bucket list if you are looking for the best discounts at some of the best Four Seasons in the world .

6. Stay Shorter

It sounds obvious when you say it out loud, but I would prefer three nights at an expensive Four Seasons rather than a week at a bog-standard resort. Do one night in Paris and take advantage of our early check-in / late check-out rather than spending two nights somewhere less exciting.

7. Pick The Cheapest Properties

It doesn’t matter how luxury the Four Seasons brand is. Some parts of the world are simply cheaper than others. The Four Seasons Casablanca or Marrakech in Morocco will always be cheaper than the Four Seasons Geneva in Switzerland, whatever time of year you decide to visit. The cost of land and staff is not comparable between these two countries, so you can get a stay of the same caliber of Four Seasons hotel cheaper by choosing a Four Seasons hotel in a less expensive country. We have outlined the cheapest Four Seasons hotels in the world to help you choose where to stay. This is not a discount; this is simply using common sense to book your vacation in a cheaper area of the world.

Even within America, some Four Seasons are cheaper than others, and some are seasonal while others aren’t. Book for New Year’s Eve at the Four Seasons New York Downtown and the price will be ridiculous. Travel a few days later, and the rates will be much cheaper.

Locations of Four Seasons hotels in the Americas include Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Buenos Aires Carmelo, Uruguay, Chicago, Costa Rica, Dallas at Las Colinas, Denver, Hawaiʻi (Hualalai), Hawaiʻi (Lānaʻi at Mānele Bay), Hawaiʻi (Lānaʻi, Lodge at Kōʻele), Hawaiʻi (Maui), Houston Los Angeles (Beverly Wilshire), Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Toronto, Vancouver, Washington D.C. Canadian Four Seasons hotels include Four Seasons Whistler for ski, Vancouver, and Toronto.

Two pretty cheap American hotels include Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North with dreamy views of the high Sonoran Desert, an award-winning Spa, priority golf privileges at Troon North, tennis, hiking, and horseback riding. Rates here are discounted if you book in the summer, from around $349 USD per night.

8. Use Corporate Promo Codes

There are special corporate promo discount codes, so if you are an employee of a company like Goldman Sachs, Bank Of America, IBM, or the government, you might be able to take advantage of these discounts, but these codes are not widely available to the general public. In addition, the discount may not be as good as the free benefits offered by our concierge. We suggest asking for a free quote so you can compare prices and benefits and get the full picture before booking.

9. Don’t Book With Your Credit Card Travel Agency

Do you want to be at the front of the queue for your free room upgrade? Book your Four Seasons stay via our concierge, and we will put you first in line for your free upgrade. You will be placed in front of guests who book via booking services like American Express Finest Hotels & Resorts.

Book via our concierge and your upgrade will be prioritized over any other agency bookings, including Four Seasons direct bookings and credit card agency bookings. This is because our travel agency is an official partner of Four Seasons hotels, so room upgrades for clients that we book into Four Seasons hotels are put at the front of the queue!

You can use any credit card as payment when you book with our concierge, so you still get your usual loyalty points and rewards from your credit card when you book with us.

10. Take Expert Advice

We’re here to help. Our concierge team will share their travel knowledge of when and where to go to take advantage of the best Four Seasons offers and discounts.

Fabulous Victory Day Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow for three nights, commencing on Victory Day (May 9th). We had an amazing time, and our hotel stay was one of my favorite memories from our weekend in Moscow. We received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, so we had a beautiful superior room overlooking the main street. The room was incredibly spacious, with a large walk in closet, a separate seating area, and the iconic, comfortable Four Seasons bed. The bathroom had two sinks with a large shower and tub. I sighed with delight every time my feet touched the heated floor in the bathroom. Aside from a few small issues that are discussed below, service in the hotel was stellar. The concierge and front desk staff were wonderfully helpful, and we loved the staff in the bar as well. We used the hotel's airport transfer service, which was swanky and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great every morning, and don't miss the homemade pelmeni later on in the day. The location cannot be beat. The hotel is located right next to the Kremlin, so it was easy to pop in and out of the hotel during our sightseeing adventures. Various subway lines are also located nearby. A few tips for Victory Day. First, we regretted the fact that we arrived half way through Victory Day, as we missed the big military parade in the morning. I would try to arrive on May 8th if your stay coincides with this holiday. We were still able to watch the afternoon march - over 500,000 people carrying pictures of their grandparents who fought in WWII. It was an incredibly moving sight to see from our room. Second, plan your day wisely if you are staying here on Victory Day. We were happy we booked transfers with the hotel, as the car had to drop us off a few blocks away from the hotel given that the streets were closed. The transfer was perfectly planned, as another Four Seasons employee was waiting for us and helped carry our luggage to the hotel. Third, please keep in mind that most attractions and roads around the hotel are closed on Victory Day. We were not allowed to walk to the Red Square until 8 p.m. It would be a good day to watch the parades and enjoy the amenities in the hotel until the streets finally open. I had a few small quibbles with our stay. Specifically, housekeeping left a cup with about an inch of water in it on our table for our entire stay. Small complaint, but we couldn't get them to take it no matter where we placed the cup. Also, although the spa is gorgeous, the service did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, I was surprised that the front desk receptionist asked if I wanted to get changed in my massage room, instead of getting changed in the locker room with all of the nice amenities. Also, my masseuse was sick and continually coughed throughout my massage. It was really uncomfortable to have her coughing when her face was close to mine as she massaged my neck, even though she wore a mask. To the hotel's credit, the front desk superbly handled this complaint upon checkout, but I would be remiss not to mention it in my review. Lastly, the hotel needs to stop using single-use plastics. I am by no means an eco warrior, but it is unacceptable in this day and age to use plastic cups for water in the spa. Not only is it bad for the environment, but plastic cups look tacky, especially given the price of the spa services. Additionally, the small plastic bottles of toiletries in the bathroom are not environmentally friendly, nor were they sufficient for my husband's and my collective use. Given Four Seasons' status as one of the premier luxury hotel chains in the world, I expect them to lead the way with respect to eliminating unnecessary plastic usage. Aside from these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons. Like all Four Seasons, you really feel taken care of and secure at this hotel. It was a weekend I'll never forget, and we look forward to visiting other Four Seasons hotels in the future. More

Our five night stay was fantastic. Just steps from Red Square, the Kremlin, and the Bolshoi Theater. Wonderful service and very safe. The front desk staff was wonderful and the restaurant staff could not have been nicer. Our room was typical Four Season quality - large and well furnished, with a fantastic bathroom including a large freestanding bathtub, a separate shower, and a large double sink vanity with adjacent make-up counter. Also, the Concierge (Zara) could not have been nicer or more helpful in choosing restaurants. Definitely a place I would stay in the future!

The location cannot be beat, at the entrance to Red Square. You enter a soothing atmosphere of quiet luxury. The bedroom hallways are wide and inviting. The room, a mere king sized double for us, is a junior suite by any other definition, and the bathroom is big enough to get lost in, if you hide in the floating bath tub in its center. Service was excellent; breakfast room pleasant with a great buffet and good service off the menu. Incredible pastries there, and in the lounge in the lobby.

What could be bad about a room with a private balcony overlooking the Kremlin? Absolutely nothing! We loved the service, the bar (great for snacks), and our room was plush. We totally enjoyed our stay, and the view.

Honestly, this was one of the best experiences we’ve had at any hotel around the world. The staff were welcoming, engaging, and helpful at all times. Smiling and approachable. Coming from a country with a high standard of hospitality, we felt very comfortable and taken care of. It was quiet, clean and the food was also incredible, So much so that we mostly ate at the hotel. Our favourite was the Silk Lounge for their menu (food all day and breakfast till noon, with a wide range of drinks from ginger honey tea to smoothies.) and absolutely lovely staff. I’d also like to give a shout out to the men at the front door who were always pleasant and kind. If there is an issue, it would be the one lane road that leads to the hotel which often is congested and time consuming, but then again the location is so convenient that I won’t be too worried unless you’re traveling in the winter. Props to the management. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the center of Moscow. It is an excellent example of high hotel art. The entrance to the hotel is practically on the Red Square. Perfect for wealthy people who care about their comfort.
