Everything was okay, we booked the tour in the night before and it says that we should be at the meeting point at 9:10, we arrived then and no ones was there, we called the company and they said that the correct time should be 9:25 and was that. We went with a van in 7 people in the total. The driver drop us in the hotel in the end.

Great tour. The shuttle was on time. The guide was excellent. Had great knowledge on the history of Auschwitz. Definitely recommend this tour.

Prepare for walking and in winter have warm clothing, you are on the move quite a bit as it’s a busy tourist spot but very well organised, and time goes very quickly. There is a lot of steps up and down but worth it. There is places to get drinks, fast food, and toilets so nothing to worry about.

Great experience and learnt so much. The way everything was explained and all details of both camps was shared by the guide made it a lasting memory. As the guide said if we don't learn from the past nothing will ever change.

Auschwitz is to visit once in a lifetime. Thank you for making this the easiest possible to access and visit.

Organised extremely well, guide was amazing, sensitive, respectful and knowledgable.

Good tor with interesting and light hearted information from the guide. Lots of historical and geological facts. The tour involves a fair amount of walking and alot of steps so a level of fitness is probably required. The only negative is the elevator ride backup is very cramped but it was only for a minute.

Booking was easy and had to ring to cofirm where we were being picked up at and they were very helpful. Minis bus on time. The disappointing thing was how quickly we had to do the tour. I had my 84 yr old mum with me and althoigh she is fit it was hard work keeping up with the group. It felt very rushed. There was no time to appreciate the attraction or to take many photos. It was also very busy with the next group behind us all the time so we didnt feel that we could linger and take it all in.

Driver was lovely, he knew that sometimes you exit the tour from the entrance about 1 km away, so made sure we had his number so wherever we ended up we could call and he would collect

Hotel pickup was prompt, about 5 minutes after the agreed time which is fine. The drive to the mines took longer than expected due to a 15 minute detour to pick up two people at a hotel on the outskirts of town. But the van was comfortable enough so it wasn't that much of a hardship. The tour was really good, and I especially appreciated the audio devices. The live tour guide spoke into her headset and we could all hear her through the device, regardless how far away, as you always had one earphone in your ear and your own individual volume control on the device. The guide was clearly understandable and gave good relevant information. I'm a bit deaf and usually have to walk right next to the guide in order to hear, so it was a luxury to be able to pause where I wanted to, and still be engaged in the tour.

Travelling to Auschwitz usually takes about 2,5 hours one way. The whole tour takes 7,5 hours.

If you want to be picked up from you accomodation you need to contact us first. We will confirm the exact pick up time from your location.

Please note there are several hotels in the Old Town restricted area, then you need to go to the closest meeting point.

Yes, it's possible. You need to choose the earliest morning tour to visit concentration camps and then start the Salt Mine Tour around  3 P.M. The whole combined tour will take about 11 hours.

Had a very smooth ride with the driver Jan to Auschwitz-Birkenau and an excellent english guided tour in both locations.

It was an awesome day and the driver was awesome even Changed my pick up to make it more easy for me Can not fault the day at all

Sergey our driver was ,he was a really good driver and also very nice and helpful. he explained to us how to get around Krakow, and gave us many tips, even for food. the best driver we could ever get.

Driver was very friendly , kind and polite the trip was really interesting he let us choose the music and also vibing with us
