PAW PATROL LIVE! HEROES UNITE 2023 U.S. Tour Announced

Tickets on sale September 16 for first 16 cities of North American tour launching February 4, 2023.

Nickelodeon and VStar Entertainment Group has announced the launch of PAW Patrol Live! "Heroes Unite," based on the top-rated animated preschool series PAW Patrol, airing on Nickelodeon and produced by Spin Master Entertainment.

This brand-new production, which begins touring in the U.S. Feb. 2023, is an interactive live stage show, where members of the audience get to be heroes unleashed, helping the pups solve puzzles as honorary members of the pack, while they navigate the globe to make it back to Adventure Bay in the nick of time. Featuring stunning visual effects, captivating storytelling and a vibrant musical score that will have guests dancing in their seats and singing along, this staged extravaganza is jam-packed with action and fun for the whole family! Pre-sale begins Tuesday, Sept. 13th and select markets will go on public on sale on Friday, Sept. 16th.

“Paw Patrol Live” is currently midway through their 2023 tours — “Race To The Rescue” and “The Great Pirate Adventure” — that will take your favorite heroic pups to venues in the U.S. and Canada from June through December.

And if you were wondering whether or not they’d make it to the northeast, we’re happy to report that the traveling show will close their year out at Newark, NJ’s Newark Performing Arts Center with five shows on Dec. 29-30.

They’ll sing, dance and save the day at 10 a.m. , 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29.

Then, on Saturday, Dec. 30, the gang will entertain audiences young and old at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

We don’t know about you but that sounds like the perfect holiday gift for the “Paw Patrol” fan in your life.

How much does it cost to catch the live action version of the Nickelodeon stars live?

At the time of publication, all five shows in New Jersey start at $57 before fees on Vivid Seats.

However, cheaper tickets in other cities are available.

The interactive show runs different lengths depending on which version of the performance you’re attending.

PAW Patrol Live! “Heroes Unite” is 90 minutes including a 15 minute intermission.

PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure” runs 85 minutes with a 15 minute intermission.

PAW Patrol Live! “Race to the Rescue” goes for 75 minutes plus a 15 minute intermission.

“Paw Patrol Live” will not have a “ruff” time taking over Madison Square Garden this spring.

Paw Patrol’s “Heroes Unite” will have three shows on April 22 and 23 at 10:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m .

“Paw Patrol Live” is an interactive show where members of the audience get to help the “Paw Patrol” pups solve puzzles and return to Adventure Bay.

Where can I get “Paw Patrol Live” tickets?

Tickets for “Paw Patrol Live” are available to purchase through Ticketmaster .

Things get ruff when Mayor Humdinger wants to find the treasure first for Foggy Bottom. The pups need all paws on deck for this pirate adventure, including help from the newest pup who’s all ears…Tracker! Using their heroic rescue skills, problem solving and teamwork, the pups set sail to save the day. No job is too big, no pirate pup is too small!

Paw Patrol Live! "The Great Pirate Adventure" is coming to Angel Of The Winds Arena April 4th & 5th!

PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure" , is an action-packed, music-filled production. The PAW Patrol is back and on a roll in person and LIVE on stage! Ryder and your favorite pups have been working hard to get back on the road and they are ready to roll to Everett!  In PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure,” Mayor Goodway is getting everything shipshape for a big Pirate Day celebration in Adventure Bay. When Cap’n Turbot falls into a dark and mysterious cavern, it’s PAW Patrol to the rescue! Chase, Marshall, Rubble, Skye, Rocky and Zuma save Cap'n Turbot and discover a secret pirate treasure map that leads them on an epic adventure.

VIP:  A limited number of V .I.P. (Very Important Pup) Packages are available. The VIP package includes a premium seat and exclusive photo opp with PAW Patrol characters after the show. Each adult & child (age 1 & up) in a group must have a VIP ticket.

Very Important Pups (VIPs) are encouraged to check-in at least 15 minutes prior to the show. The VIP Check-in will be located in the theater lobby or in front of the stage. VIPs will receive their VIP credentials and instructions for entering the post-show photo opportunity at that time. The post-show photo opportunity lasts approximately 15 minutes and includes unique photo ops with two PAW Patrol characters*! All pictures taken during this party will be done with your personal phones or cameras, so make sure you bring them with you. Please note that our photo opp characters are full-body, human costumes. They are larger in size and scale than the pups on the TV show PAW Patrol. While most children are excited to meet the characters, others can feel frightened. If a child is scared or hesitant to meet the characters, we recommend moving to the back of the line; this will allow each child the extra time he/she may need to warm up to the characters and see how they interact with other children present.

It’s Pirate Day in Adventure Bay and Ryder will need all paws on deck as he and the PAW Patrol discover a secret treasure map while on a mission to rescue Cap’n Turbot from a mysterious cavern.  It’s up to Chase, Marshall, Skye and all their heroic pirate pup friends to save the day and find the pirate treasure before Mayor Humdinger finds it first!

Cashless Facility

The Tacoma Dome is a cashless facility, including all concession and merchandise sales. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available at concession points of sale. There are cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATM’s) where guests can exchange their cash for a Tacoma Dome VISA card.  Card balances remain usable anywhere after the event.  Going cashless improves the transaction process, reduces wait times, and limits guest to staff contact. Getting Here

Let us guide your way! Please follow our  recommended routes  -  The use of Exit 133 from I-5 is  not  advised. This exit is generally closed for high volume traffic events and traffic will be re-routed.

Parking  in Tacoma Dome lots, opening at 8am, is $20 and may be limited. 

Park in downtown Tacoma and take the  T Line Link  to the Tacoma Dome Station!

Security & Bag Policy

Security measures are in place for all Tacoma Dome events. The clear bag policy is not in place for this event. All bags are subjected to search. Medical necessity and diaper bags are allowed.

Guests are advised to arrive early and to only bring essential items to expedite security screening.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed. Exceptions are made for health-related needs. See the Food and Beverage Policy in our A-Z Guide for more information.

Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed. If you see something, say something™.

Main doors are scheduled to open an hour before showtime.

Guests should use Lower NW entry doors. Recommended doors for our guests with disabilities are the Lower NW.

Camera Policy

Recording on a cell phone or any other device is strictly prohibited during the show.

Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the arena, including family favorites like grilled cheese sandwiches, Uncrustables®, and kid snack packs.

Guess who’s back in Detroit? Keith Lee, one of the most viral names in online food reviewing and a native son of the Motor City, raised in the Joy Road and Evergreen area on the westside, has arrived in the city and is ready to eat. The TikTok personality returned with his family for a visit this week and is asking for recommendations of local restaurants that want to be reviewed.

It’s a busy time to go check out restaurants in Detroit, as Lee pointed out in a post published Thursday, April 25. There’s the NFL Draft taking place downtown (which is already breaking attendance records with a whopping 275,000 visitors who descended upon the central business district on Day One of the Draft). Helping to kick off the football festivities, another Detroit native, Big Sean, delighted fans Thursday with a quick performance on the Draft stage.

In light of the chaos overtaking much of the city’s hospitality industry during the Draft, Lee says he’s not treating this trip as a “full food tour,” but is rather taking this time to revisit some of his beloved childhood favorites, like coneys, corned beef egg rolls, and Better Made chips.

Lee wasted no time with the taste-testing, first stopping by Hart Plaza — the NFL Draft Experience area site, where dozens of local restaurants, food trucks, and cafes are set up for the festivities. He appreciated the fact that many of the food vendors were Black-owned. He offered a sneak peek of what he’s getting into food-wise during this current visit by checking out a tray of wings from Good Vibes Lounge . He reported that the East English Village establishment had just gotten hit (presumably by a car) and that the ownership was feeling “defeated.”

“God willingly, she got a space here at the NFL Draft,” Lee says, before he displays a screenshot of Good Vibe Lounge’s Instagram account to let viewers know how to find the neighborhood bar and restaurant.

“God don’t make no mistakes,” added Lee, who is known for his spiritual take on his so-called “ Keith Lee effect .” Eater has reached out to Lee via email about his visit and will report any updates when they become available.

Lee has become a household fixture among the food-obsessed for his food tours in cities across the United States, including San Francisco , New Orleans , Dallas , Chicago , and Atlanta — a destination that went viral for its many dramatic instances of bad experiences. A native Detroiter, who now lives in Las Vegas, Lee has more than 16 million followers and makes it a point to visit smaller mom-and-pop establishments — often that are BIPOC-owned — that may have impressive menus, but that might be lacking in online presence. His visits are unannounced and are primarily takeout. He often sends in a family member to fetch the food when it’s ready so as not to attract attention. He rates each place 1 to 10 for customer service and the quality of the food, and makes sure to note his personal preferences whenever he scores. When he first started, he focused on Vegas-area restaurants and did his reviews while sitting in a tiny children’s-sized Paw Patrol chair, and now he most often films his reviews in his car.

The “Keith Lee effect” that his reviews have on small businesses is profound. Janel Prator, owner of the Puddery , a Houston-area dessert business featuring Prator’s creamy banana pudding, told Eater in a December 2023 report that her shop was struggling to take off before a review Lee did his did of her place in November. His influence was immediate business took off, with customers lined up from the front door eager to try her desserts.

The last time Lee paid a visit to his hometown was in September when he reviewed several beloved local food businesses, including the Spot food truck, which, according to Lee’s review, had contacted him on social media to invite him to check out its food. He ordered a steak crunchwrap supreme with Hot Cheetos (on the side) and gave the truck a rave review for its service, house-made “Turbo” sauce, and commented that the meat was seasoned to perfection. Similar to Prator’s experience, the Spot also reported traffic snaked around its truck in the days after Lee’s review went live.

Deadline's Most Valuable Blockbuster tournament is back. While studios during Covid wildly embraced the theatrical day-and-date model when cinemas were closed, they soon realized there’s nothing more profitable than a theatrical release and the downstreams that come with it. If anything, theatrical is the advertisement for a movie’s longevity in subsequent home entertainment windows. Entering the conversation in 2023 were the streamers, such as Apple, who have also realized the necessity of theatrical to eventize their movies. The financial data pulled together here for Deadline’s Most Valuable Blockbuster Tournament is culled by seasoned and trusted sources.

PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie Paramount Pictures and Spin Master

Kicking off this year’s blockbuster tournament with a shocking twist is Paramount and Spin Master’s sequel Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie , a September 29 release that growled loudly at the box office with a $22.7 million domestic opening, a $46M global start and a final of $65.2M stateside and global B.O. of $202.2M. Interestingly enough, Paramount also notched the No. 10 spot in last year’s tournament with its Paramount+-turned-theatrical horror film Smile . PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie ‘s ultimate ticket sales, despite opening during the SAG-AFTRA strike, underscored the brand’s power to pull in families with young kids sans a massive publicity boost by its cast (Note: star Kim Kardashian did drop a trailer on TikTok on June 12 before the actors strike began). The first PAW Patrol movie in 2021 saw its grosses ($40.1M domestic and $144.3M global) siphoned due to its play on Paramount+ and in theaters; the distribution tactic was taken as families were slowly returning from the pandemic. The genesis to bring PAW Patrol to the big screen began with Paramount Pictures CEO Brian Robbins when he was at Nickelodeon. He saw the potential to spike consumer products off of one of the biggest preschool franchises in the world with a big-screen treatment; the Nick cable network first aired the kids series in August 2013. Part of the lure to get moms off the couch was in Paramount casting Kardashian as Delores, with the reality star herself a mother with kids who are PAW Patrol fans . Also, we can’t forget about Frozen star Kristen Bell being part of the voice ensemble here.

In order to raise the profile of The Mighty Movie minus cast PR, the studio delivered experiences to families to trigger them to attend. No actors to book on shows? No problem. There were costume characters from the film who flooded zoos, a White Sox game in Chicago and children's hospitals, as well as on-air appearances in several markets. There was also an immersive 5,500-square-foot  PAW Patrol 2  movie experience in New York City’s Columbus Circle, which ended with a collectible pup tag, photo op, Dance PAWty, and a gift shop featuring 24 SKUs of PAW Patrol goods for sale. On social, among the highlights were lyric videos created for three of sequel’s original songs including “Down Like That” by Bryson Tiller, “Bark to the Beat” by McKenna Grace and Blackbear, and “Learning to Fly” by Christina Aguilera. Brand partners that helped garner 3 billion impressions for the sequel included Burger King with a movie-themed King Jr. Meal, and Dogtopia, which called on all super-pups by encouraging pet parents to share their dog's superpowers in a first-time film partnership.

The bottom line.

How did this sequel dig its way into our top 10? It all boils down to the $50M in merchandise, per sources. Understand the following: Some movies are greenlit based on their ability to spur merchandise sales, and that was the justification here for this $30M production, split evenly between Canada-based Spin Master and Paramount. As such, it’s a line item here in the P&L. Other blockbusters such as T he Super Mario Bros Movie  and Barbie , though rich with merchandise sales, didn’t have greenlights contingent on consumer products. Paramount is the licensor of the consumer products and works on everything from towels to toothbrushes to pajamas. Spin Master gets $10M in participations from the movie. The $70M in revenues includes the cost for which Paramount sold the movie to streaming service Paramount+. A total of $114M in net profit has easily paved the way for a third movie, which has already been scheduled for release on July 31, 2026.
