Know Before You Go

Day 1: Depart for Lourdes

Make your way to your local airport, where you will board your overnight flight(s). Your meals will be served on board.

Day 2: Arrive Lourdes

Upon arriving at into Pau or Toulouse airport, make your way to the baggage claim area and collect your luggage. Proceed to the arrival’s hall, where you will be greeted by your tour guide and/or driver. Embark on scenic drive to Lourdes. Check-in to your hotel and relax or explore before dinner. Following dinner, you will have free time to pray the Rosary and to attend the candlelight procession. (April-October only). These processions are lit by candlelight and guided by the Most Holy Rosary. Following this prayerful experience, you will return to your hotel for an overnight.

Days 3 & 4: Lourdes

Over the next two days, you will stay in a small town, nestled within the Pyrenees Mountains. During your time in Lourdes, you will pray and meditate in a site of Our Lady’s apparitions. Our Lady first appeared to Bernadette in 1858, and announced herself as “The Immaculate Conception”, near the Grotto of Massabielle. During the first two apparitions, little Bernadette prayed the Rosary with Our Lady and left without any exchange of words. During the following apparitions, Our Lady emphasized God’s love for us, penance, and the necessity of performing acts of penance for sinners. Throughout your time in Lourdes, you will have the opportunity to attend Mass at the Grotto, where Our Lady appeared to Bernadette; watch a video presentation that explains in detail, the story of Lourdes;  participate with the gesture of the miraculous spring ; Wash your hands, wash your face and drink the water. Finish with a short prayer:  Our Lady of Lourdes…Pray for us St. Bernadette…Pray for us Oh Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to experience Christ’s unconditional love, as you meditate upon the “life-size” Stations of the Cross that overlook the Grotto of Massabielle. In Lourdes, you will walk in and meditate upon the footsteps of St. Bernadette. Your group will have the opportunity to see Boly Mill, the birthplace of St. Bernadette, and the “Cachot,” an abandoned prison where Bernadette’s impoverished family lived. Each evening following dinner, you will have an opportunity to attend the candlelight procession and the Rosary, before a restful overnight.

Day 5: Lourdes - Paris - Lisieux (St. Therese - the Little Flower)

Today, you will enjoy breakfast before departing for Pau or Lourdes airport for your short flight to Paris . Upon arrival in Paris, visit and attend Mass at the magnificent, Sacre Coeur Basilica that stands atop Montmartre Hill. The Basilica that is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus was originally built in 1914, as an act of penance for infidelity that France was experiencing during that time. While on your visit, in addition to the extraordinary artwork and architecture that forms the Basilica, you will see the beautiful mosaic of the Risen Christ, the remarkable Grand Organ, . Celebrate Mass at the Crypt that contains the Tombs of many notable Cardinals. Time permitting you may have the opportunity during your free time to ascend a staircase to the Dome where you will take in a breathtaking panoramic view of the city of Paris. Following this visit, you will enjoy lunch on own and depart for Lisieux . According to Pope Pius X, St. Therese of Lisieux was the “greatest saint of modern times.” Her extraordinary love for God and service to humanity will come alive as you walk in the great Saint’s footsteps. During your visit, you will see the beautiful Basilica of St. Therese, and the magnificent mosaics and stained glass that are contained within. Diner an overnight at your hotel in Lisieux. will board your overnight flight(s). Your meals will be served on board.

Day 6: Lisieux (St. Therese - the Little Flower)-Landing Beaches & American Cemetery

Upon waking up in Lisieux and enjoying breakfast, you will pray and reflect upon the life of the beloved Saint as well as celebrate Mass. After Mass and following the visit to the Basilica, you will have the opportunity to view relics, clothing and personal objects of St. Therese when you visit her family home, Les Buissonets. Additionally, you will tour the Carmelite Convent of where she entered in 1888, and is currently entombed in with her parent . This afternoon transfer to Normandy Landing beaches. The Normandy landings were the landing operations on Tuesday, 6 June 1944 (termed D-Day) of the Allied invasion of Normandy during World War II. The largest seaborne invasion in history, the operation began the liberation of German-occupied northwestern Europe from Nazi control, and contributed to the Allied victory on the Western Front. Continue to visit The Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial is a World War II cemetery and memorial in Colleville-sur-Mer, Normandy, France, that honors American troops who died in Europe during World War II. Many of the brave American soldiers of World War II are buried here and, it is encouraged to say a prayer in thanksgiving for their courage. Return to Lisieux for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Lisieux - Chartres - Paris

This morning, your day begins with an early breakfast before we depart for Chartres. Chartres, known for its massive Cathedral Notre Dame. Worldwide known for the incredible stained-glass windows from the 12th and 13th century. A World Heritage site by UNESCO, which calls the Cathedral “the high point of French Gothic art” and a “masterpiece”. Have some free time for lunch in the quaint town of Chartres. After lunch we will continue to Paris . Check in hotel and free time before a delicious dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Paris

Today, you will enjoy a full sightseeing tour of Paris. After breakfast, you will visit and celebrate Mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, where you will view the incorrupt body of St. Catherine Laboure. The Saint’s guardian angel led her to the chapel where the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to her. During apparitions, Our Lady repeatedly instructed the making and purpose of the Miraculous Medal as well as, the green scapular. According to the Blessed Virgin Mary, those who wear the Miraculous Medal and scapular will receive special protection and abundant graces. Following your prayerful and reflective experience at this elegant chapel, you will begin your sightseeing tour of Paris. After Mass we will walk to Saint Vicent de Paul Church. Continuing our day with a visit of the Notre Dame Cathedral, a perfect example of Gothic art. Our panoramic sightseeing tour via motor coach continues on to the most recognizable symbol of the city of Paris, the Eiffel Tower. Historically, the Tower’s original intent was to commemorate the centenary of the French Revolution but, later assisted in meteorology, telegraphy of World War I, radio, and television. Pass by the L’Arch de Triomphe, a monument that symbolizes gratitude for those who fought for France. This monument stands at the West end of the Champ-Elysees, one of the world’s most famous boulevards and another one of our stops on the sightseeing tour. We will also pass by the ever famous, Louvre Museum.* This Museum is one of the finest in the world and contains a number of pieces that truly emanate not only French art but also, European culture. Your fun-filled, busy day ends with a lovely meal and a very comfortable overnight.

*Regretfully we will not visit the Louvre Museum, due to time limitations. However, if you wish to extend your stay in Paris by arriving a day early, this Museum is worth it, as it is one of the finest in the world and contains pieces that emanate European art and culture.

Day 9: Paris – Amsterdam

Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Amsterdam. Upon landing into Amsterdam airport, make your way to the baggage claim area and collect your luggage. Proceed to the arrival’s hall, where you will be greeted by your tour guide and/or driver. Transfer to your hotel. This afternoon we will visit the Chapel of our Lady of All Nations, one of the Virgin Mary’s apparition sites. In 1945 until 1959, Our Lady appeared to Ida Peerdeman with the continuous message of love and repentance and, the prayer for Nations. Following Mass we will visit the site of a Eucharistic Miracle. In 1345, as a result of a man’s illness, a Sacred Host was found preserved in his house after it was moved numerous times and after having experienced a fire that left the city in ruins. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight in Amsterdam.

Day 10: Amsterdam – Zaanse Schans – Amsterdam

Following breakfast, we will celebrate Mass. After Mass enjoy a guided a tour of Amsterdam, where you will experience its seventeenth century historical and picturesque atmosphere amidst its canals and squares. During your walking tour you will view the Royal Place, Vrijheidsbeeld (National Monument) , the Flower Markets, Opera House, City Hall and Begijnenhof. Additionally, you will experience a glimpse from the outside of the many cultural highlights Amsterdam has to offer, such as: Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House, Rembrandt House and, the Rijksmuseum. After free time for lunch we will proceed to the Zaanse Schanns, a unique piece of Dutch history on the river Zaan. It is residential area in which the 18th and 19th centuries are brought to life. Stroll past the bakery museum and enjoy the smell of fresh cookies. Take a look were clogs are made. Don’t miss the cheese factory, the various windmills and much more. The Zaanse Schans is a unique part of the Netherlands, full of wooden houses, mills, barns and works shops. Return to Amsterdam for dinner and overnight.

Day 11: Amsterdam – Utrecht – Ghent - Bruges

After breakfast we will depart for Utrecht. One of the principal political, economic and cultural centers of the Netherlands. We will visit Katherine’s Convent Museum (Catharijne convent) located in former hospice of the Order of St. John, telling the history of Christianity in the Netherlands. It also holds a large collection of medieval art treasures. You will have free time for lunch, before boarding the motor coach for your transfer to Ghent. Ghent, Belgium, home to the famous painting, “Adoration of the Mystic Lamb.” The large and complex altarpiece was painted by Jan and Hubert Van Eyck in 1432 and, is currently housed in Ghent’s, St. Bavo Cathedral. We will celebrate Mass at St. Bavo Cathdral. After Mass continue to Bruges, The Zeebrugge port of Bruges is an important center for European trade. Diner and overnight.

Day 12: Bruges

Today following breakfast, we will visit the Church of Our Lady for Mass, you will inevitably notice the preserved culture of the Middle Ages that is still present. While at the Church, you will have the opportunity to view the magnificent marble statue, Madonna and her Child sculpted by Michelangelo. Next, we visit the Holy Saviors Cathedral, Bruges Cathedral. Continue with a visit to the Basilica of the Holy Blood. Most interestingly, this Basilica also holds a venerated relic of Jesus Christ that was collected by Joseph of Arimathea and brought from Jerusalem. Modeled on the Church of the Holy Suplechre, it has a replica of the Christ’s tomb. This afternoon you will have free time to enjoy lunch and a leisurely stroll in this enchanting city. Return to your hotel on time to enjoy a delicious meal and a restful overnight.

Day 13: Return Home

After an early breakfast and heartfelt farewells, transfer to the Brussels airport for return flights home.

• Day Pilgri...

People come to Lourdes to go to the Grotto where Bernadette saw the Virgin Mary. This place is a place of prayer, trust, peace, respect, unity and silence that we can take advantage of in different ways.

• To reflect In front of the Grotto, or on the far side of the Gave, benches allow you to spend time in silence so that you can lay down everything that invades your thoughts: suffering and worries but also joys and thanks.
• Lean on the Rock. Spiritually, in the Bible, the Rock symbolises trust in God, the stone on which the Church is built, the solid word on which we lean. Although the current health crisis does currently allow us to touch the Rock, you can make this gesture in your heart at the feet of the Virgin Mary.
• Pray the Rosary The Rosary is recited every day at 3:00 p.m.
• Participate in Mass Mass is celebrated every day at 10:00 am in French

Day 02 : AMSTERDAM – VOLENDAM – AMSTERDAM

Welcome to Amsterdam. Setibanya di kota Amsterdam, kita akan langsung menuju Kota VOLENDAM, desa nelayan yang terus dilestarikan, disini Anda dapat membuat foto kenangan dengan mengenakan pakaian tradisional Belanda. Setelah itu, kembali ke Pusat kota Amsterdam, city tour melewati Dam Square, Royal Palace, National Monument, Central Station, Rijksmuseum. Setelah santap malam, menuju Hotel untuk beristirahat. Day 03 : AMSTERDAM – BRUSSELS - PARIS

Day 04 : PARIS FULL CITY TOUR

Day 06 : NEVERS – LOURDES

Day 07 : LOURDES

Pagi ini kita sambut dengan EKARISTI KUDUS di salah satu kapel yang sudah disediakan untuk rombongan kita. Dilanjutkan dengan MANDI AIR SUCI LOURDES , lambang tobat kita dan masuk hidup baru dalam Tuhan. Kemudian kita renungkan sengsara Tuhan Yesus dengan JALAN SALIB MENUJU PUNCAK KALVARI , berbelanja souvenirs dan rosario , hingga malam hari kita bergabung Bersama para peziarah seluruh dunia untuk mengikuti PROSESI  LILIN , simbol dari terang Kristus yang selalu menuntun setiap langkah kita agar selaras dengan kehendak-Nya. Day 08 : LOURDES – NICE

Kembali pagi ini kita mendapat berkat Tuhan saat MISA PAGI di Gua sebelum meninggalkan Lourdes, kemudian menuju kota NICE . Tiba di Nice,  makan malam & check in hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 09 : NICE – MONACO – PISA

Negeri kecil dengan pesona alam yang menakjubkan, MONACO adalah target kunjungan kita berikutnya. Setibanya, kita melintasi arena balap Formula 1, Pelabuhan kapal pesiar, serta ke bukit MONACO VILLE untuk melihat ISTANA KERAJAAN GRIMALDI . Sore hari kita ke PISA untuk menyaksikan dari dekat salah 1 keajaiban dunia MENARA MIRING PISA. Bermalam di Pisa. (B,L,D)

Day 10 : PISA – ASISI – ROMA

Pagi ini perjalanan dilanjutkan menuju kota damai, ASISI untuk berziarah ke Makam ST FRANSISKUS , pendiri Congregation OFM dan melangsungkan Misa kudus disana. Setelah itu melanjutkan perjalanan ke ROMA untuk bermalam. (B,L,D)

Day 11 : ROMA FULL DAY CITY TOUR

Pagi ini anda akan city tour mengunjungi COLOSSEUM (Photostop) yang merupakan 7 Kejaiban Dunia. Lalu menuju ke VATIKAN untuk mengunjungi BASILIKA SANTO PETRUS  yang merupakan Gereja Katholik terbesar di dunia. Disana Anda juga mendapat kesempatan untuk berziarah ke makam Santo Petrus dan makam Bapa Suci Yohanes Paulus ke-II. Kemudian kita akan berziarah ke BASILIKA SANTO PAULUS DILUAR TEMBOK , yang disana terdapat makam Santo Paulus. Lalu menuju Katedral kota Roma, yang tak lain yaitu  BASILIKA SANTO YOHANES LATERAN , kemudian berdoa di  SCALA SANCTA  (Tangga Suci) dan menuju ke  BASILIKA SANTA MARIA MAGGIORE , tempat disimpannya relikui palungan Bayi Yesus yang dibawa dari Bethlehem, tidak ketinggalan berjalan mengunjungi  TREVI FOUNTAIN & SPANISH STEPS  yang terkenal. Tour Eropa Vatikan Lourdes Paris Jerman 16 Hari, setibanya di bandara FCO, Roma. Anda akan diajak menempuh perjalanan tour dalam itinerary dengan menggunakan bus VIP ber-AC. Perjalanan tour ziarah Katolik di Eropa ini memakan jarak antar kota yang cukup jauh, namun tidak akan terasa di mata karena anda akan dimanjakan dengan pemandangan indah khas Eropa Barat. Jarak Kota Roma dengan Nice adalah 700 km, Lourdes – Paris: 850 km, Paris – Munich: 878 km.

Hari ke-1: Jakarta

Shalom, 3 jam sebelum keberangkatan, Anda diharapkan berkumpul di Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno Hatta untuk berangkat menuju ROMA.

Hari ke-2: Arrival Roma - Vatikan

Pagi ini Anda tiba di ROMA. Setelah itu photostop di COLOSSEUM yang merupakan 7 Kejaiban Dunia. Lalu menuju ke VATIKAN untuk mengunjungi BASILIKA SANTO PETRUS yang merupakan Gereja Katholik terbesar di dunia. Hari ke-4: Roma - Assisi - Pisa

Pagi hari meninggalkan Kota Roma menuju ke ASSISI, disana Anda akan berziarah ke BASILIKA SANTO FRANSISKUS ASISI . St. Fransiskus sendiri adalah seorang pendiri Serikat OFM. Setelah berdoa dimakam St. Fransiskus, perjalanan akan dilanjutkan menuju Kota Pisa. Bermalam di PISA. (B/L/D).

Hari ke-5: Pisa - Monte Carlo - Nice

Pagi hari ini Anda akan diajak mengunjungi MENARA PISA yang merupakan salah satu dari 7 Keajaiban Dunia. Kemudian menuju Monaco dari Pisa, negara kecil di selatan Perancis. Apabila waktu dan kondisi memungkinkan Anda akan diajak untuk melintasi ARENA BALAP FORMULA 1, PELABUHAN KAPAL PESIAR, serta bukit MONACO VILLE untuk melihat ISTANA KERAJAAN GRIMALDI. Setibanya di LOURDES , check in hotel, kemudian Anda dapat langsung berziarah di GUA PENAMPAKAN (Grotto) untuk berdoa secara pribadi. Malam Anda diajak mengikuti Prosesi Lilin dan doa Rosario. Hari ke-7: Ziarah Lourdes

Pagi hari Anda diajak untuk mengikuti MISA KUDUS bersama. Kemudian Jalan salib untuk mengenang pengorbanan Tuhan Yesus, lalu Mandi Air Suci Lourdes. Sore hari mengikuti prosesi Sakramen Maha Kudus, Adorasi, dan Pemberkatan Orang sakit. Setelah makan siang, Anda dapat memiliki ACARA BEBAS yang dapat Anda pergunakan untuk berdoa secara pribadi di GUA MARIA atau hanya sekadar berbelanja souvenir khas Lourdes. PENDAFTARAN & PEMBAYARAN (REGISTRATION & PAYMENT)

• Uang muka pendaftaran yang dibayarkan kepada NAZARET TOUR tidak dapat dikembalikan (down payment non-refundable) pembayaran down payment minimal IDR 7.000.000 atau sesuai dengan paket tour/destinasi yang dipilih ditambah dengan biaya visa (jika ada) .
• Uang muka adalah tanda jadi untuk mengikuti tour yang dipilih dan BUKAN untuk mengikat nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap mata uang USD/EUR. Pembayaran pelunasan tour akan dihitung berdasarkan kurs yang berlaku pada saat pembayaran pelunasan.
• Peserta bersedia memenuhi kelengkapan persyaratan dokumen sesuai jadwal dan ketentuan dari pihak Kedutaan Negara yang dituju.  Biaya visa tetap harus dibayarkan walaupun visa tidak disetujui oleh Kedutaan, demikian juga jika terdapat biaya lain seperti pembatalan hotel, kereta dan atau tiket pesawat yang terjadi karena adanya tenggat waktu yang belum tentu sesuai dengan waktu penyelesaian proses visa dari Kedutaan, dan juga biaya tour lainnya maka akan dibebankan kepada Peserta tour.
• Pendaftaran tanpa disertai deposit bersifat tidak mengikat dan dapat dibatalkan tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada Peserta.
• Uang muka pendaftaran tidak dapat dialihkan atau diganti ke paket tour lainnya. (non-rerouteable, non-endrosable deposit).
• Pelunasan biaya tour dilakukan 30 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan.
• Pendaftaran yang dilakukan kurang dari 30 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan harus langsung dibayar lunas.
• Bagi pendaftar yang berusia di atas 70 tahun atau memiliki keterbatasan fungsi anggota tubuh atau indera atau keterbatasan secara mental, wajib  didampingi oleh anggota keluarga, teman atau saudara yang akan bertanggung jawab selama perjalanan tour.

  DEVIASI (DEVIATION)

(Deviasi; Perubahan, perpanjangan, penambahan/penyimpangan rute perjalanan di luar rute perjalanan yang telah dijadwalkan oleh NAZARET TOUR)

• Deviasi dapat diproses apabila sudah melakukan deposit dan melampirkan fotokopi paspor.
• Deviasi dapat dilakukan apabila jumlah peserta yang berangkat dan yang pulang telah memenuhi kuota dari ketentuan maskapai penerbangan.
• Apabila deviasi sudah disetujui maka akan dikenakan biaya sesuai dengan ketentuan maskapai penerbangan dan tidak dapat kembali ke jadwal semula.
• NAZARET TOUR tidak menjamin konfirmasi pesawat, hotel dan sebagainya bila Peserta menghendaki perpanjangan jadwal paket tour. Lalu apabila permintaan deviasi tidak dapat disetujui oleh pihak maskapai penerbangan maka peserta secara otomatis akan kembali ke jadwal semula.
• Deviasi yang akan mempersingkat jadwal paket tour, tidak diberikan pengurangan biaya dari biaya paket standar semula.

  PEMBATALAN (CANCELLATION)

Jika terjadi pembatalan acara tour oleh peserta sebelum tanggal keberangkatan maka biaya pembatalan adalah sebagai berikut:

• Setelah pendaftaran : Uang muka pendaftaran (Non Refundable)
• 60-30 hari kalender sebelum tanggal keberangkatan : 50% dari biaya pelunasan
• 29-15 hari kalender sebelum tanggal keberangkatan : 75% dari biaya pelunasan
• 14-00 hari kalender sebelum tanggal keberangkatan : 100% dari biaya pelunasan

Biaya pembatalan di atas juga berlaku untuk beberapa kejadian seperti berikut:

• Peserta yang mengganti tanggal keberangkatan atau mengganti paket/jenis tour.
• Peserta yang terlambat memberikan persyaratan visa dari batas waktu yang telah di tentukan Nazaret Tour dan mengakibatkan Peserta tidak dapat berangkat tepat pada waktunya karena permohonan visa nya masih diproses oleh Kedutaan/pihak berwenang terkait.
• Bila permohonan visa ditolak, sedangkan tiket sudah diterbitkan sebelum permohonan visa disetujui, karena keharusan sehubungan dengan tenggat waktu yang ditentukan perusahaan penerbangan (airlines), maka biaya visa tidak dapat dikembalikan dan peserta tetap dikenakan denda pembatalan dan administrasi sesuai dengan kondisi terkait pihak airlines, hotel dan agen di luar negeri.
• Uang muka pendaftaran peserta tidak dapat dikembalikan bila Peserta melakukan pembatalan secara sepihak.
• Peserta tour yang tidak melunasi tour hingga menjelang proses penerbitan tiket, maka dianggap melakukan pembatalan secara sepihak.
• Pembatalan keberangkatan yang dilakukan oleh Nazaret Tour karena group tidak mencukupi kuota akan di informasikan kepada peserta paling lambat 32 Hari sebelum jadwal keberangkatan.
• Pembatalan yang dilakukan oleh Nazaret Tour yang dikarenakan tidak mencukupinya jumlah peserta minimum untuk syarat keberangkatan tour, maka seluruh dana yang telah diterima dari peserta tour akan dikembalikan secara penuh.
• Pembatalan yang dilakukan oleh salah satu pihak (Peserta atau Nazaret Tour) karena bencana alam, perang, wabah penyakit, aksi teroris atau keadaan ‘ Force Majeure’  lainnya, maka ketentuan-ketentuan di atas dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu, tergantung dari kebijakan pihak airlines, hotel dan agent partner di luar negeri.

(Force Majeure; Suatu kejadian yang terjadi di luar kemampuan manusia dan tidak dapat dihindarkan sehingga suatu kegiatan tidak dapat dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya).

  PENGEMBALIAN UANG (REFUND)

• Tiket pesawat udara, kereta api, dan transportasi lainnya serta akomodasi yang tidak terpakai tidak dapat diuangkan kembali (non-refundable).
• Bila calon Peserta tour berhalangan /sakit sebelum tanggal keberangkatan yang dijadwalkan maka pengembalian uang/biaya pembatalan, akan mengacu kepada peraturan pembatalan.
• Bila ada pelayanan dalam paket yang tidak digunakan oleh para Peserta dikarenakan berhalangan atau sakit selama perjalanan, para Peserta tidak berhak menuntut uang kembali.
• Bagi Peserta tour yang tidak diijinkan masuk atau dikenakan tindakan deportasi oleh pihak imigrasi Negara setempat (walaupun sudah memiliki visa), atau yang ditolak oleh perusahaan penerbangan, atau dalam perjalanan menderita sakit, atau ada kelainan jiwa, atau dalam perjalanan mengalami kecelakaan, yang terpaksa harus kembali atau menyimpang dari perjalanan yang telah ditentukan dalam acara tour, atau terpaksa membatalkan sebagian/hampir seluruh perjalanan setelah keberangkatan, tidak berhak atas pengembalian uang atau bentuk pengembalian lain apapun atas jasa-jasa yang belum atau tidak digunakan.
• Proses pengembalian uang atau refund akan diproses Nazaret Tour minimal dalam 7 Hari Kerja atau maksimal hingga waktu yang tidak terbatas. Lama maksimal proses refund ini tergantung dari Pihak Airlines dan Agen Partner kami yang memiliki wewenang dalam proses pencairan dana refund.

PIHAK NAZARET TOUR TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB DAN TIDAK BISA DITUNTUT ATAS:

• Kecelakaan, kehilangan koper dan keterlambatan tibanya koper akibat tindakan pihak maskapai penerbangan atau alat pengangkutan lainnya, maka standar penggantian didasarkan pada ketentuan maskapai penerbangan internasional atau penyedia jasa pengangkutan yang digunakan.
• Kehilangan barang pribadi, koper, titipan barang di airport, hotel dan tindakan kriminal yang menimpa Peserta tour selama perjalanan.
• Keterlambatan atau pembatalan jadwal penerbangan, dan seluruh kejadian yang terjadi di luar kuasa pihak Nazaret Tour.
• Perubahan atau berkurangnya acara perjalanan akibat dari bencana alam, kerusuhan dan lain sebagainya yang bersifat ‘ Force Majeure’ .
• Meninggalkan Peserta akibat sakit yang diderita atau kecelakaan selama dalam tour.
• Pembatalan keberangkatan group yang dikarenakan tidak mencapainya suatu kuota minimum peserta tour.

 PIHAK NAZARET TOUR BERHAK:

• Demi kenyamanan dan kelancaran perencanaan perjalanan tour, Nazaret Tour berhak untuk menerbitkan tiket pesawat, kereta api dan transportasi lainnya, akomodasi, tiket masuk objek wisata tanpa melakukan konfirmasi lisan maupun tertulis kepada peserta tour yang telah melakukan deposit atau pelunasan.
• Membatalkan keberangkatan tour, apabila jumlah Peserta kurang dari syarat minimum jumlah peserta untuk sebuah keberangkatan tour, dan biaya tour yang telah dibayarkan akan dikembalikan seluruhnya.
• Demi kenyamanan dan kelancaran perencanaan perjalanan tour, Nazaret Tour berhak meminta Peserta tour untuk keluar dari rombongan apabila Peserta tour yang bersangkutan mencoba membuat kerusuhan, mengacaukan acara tour, meminta dengan paksa, dan memberikan informasi yang tidak benar mengenai acara tour, dll.
• Mengganti hotel-hotel yang akan digunakan berhubung hotel tersebut sudah penuh dan mengganti dengan hotel lain yang setaraf sesuai dengan pertimbangan dan konfirmasi. Apabila dalam periode tour di kota-kota yang dikunjungi sedang berlangsung pameran/konferensi maka akan diganti dengan hotel-hotel lain yang setaraf di kota-kota terdekat.
• Jadwal tour dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu mengikuti kondisi yang memungkinkan dengan tanpa mengurangi isi dalam acara tour tersebut.
• Pihak Nazaret Tour berhak menagih selisih harga tour dan lain-lainnya (jika terjadi kenaikan harga tour, airport tax, dll) kepada calon Peserta.
• Pihak Nazaret Tour berhak menagih tipping (tips) Tour Leader dari Jakarta jika ada dari peserta tour yang belum membayar.
