We will start at Dean Martin's previous home since it is close to multiple local coffee shops like Alfred's or Kelly's Coffee & Fudge Factory. Grab a snack or beverage before your own guided tour to fuel you!

Use a smartphone to find your way to each address and discover the houses of celebrities both past and present.

Streets in the hills are notorious for twists and turns, so it is best to have a co-pilot helping with directing the driver.

Considering that many of these estates are located near busy streets, you may not be able to stop. Also, be kind.

1. Dean Martin (511 N. Maple Drive)

The beloved musician Dean Martin spent his last days in this wonderful house until his death in 1995.

Martin was well known as a singer and most famous for songs like That's Amore, Mambo Italiano, and Everybody Loves Somebody. but he also starred in several films such as Ada and Rio Bravo .

In addition to acting and performing, he also enjoyed success as host of The Dean Martin Show .

He was a member of the rat pack for a time too. Dino did it all, and he clearly had good taste in real estate!

Head northwest on Maple toward Carmelita and then turn left at the 1st cross street onto Carmelita. Turn right onto Rexford.

2. Boris Karloff (629 Rexford Drive)

Here you will find the former residence of none other than Frankenstein's monster!

In the 1930s, Boris Karloff made a name for himself with title roles in early Universal horror movies like Frankenstein and The Mummy .

Although he was a prolific actor, he became known primarily for his work in genre films.

Next drive southeast on Rexford toward Carmelita then turn left at the 1st cross street onto Carmelita. Turn left onto Hillcrest and then another left at the 2nd cross street onto Sunset.

3. Madonna (9425 Sunset Blvd)

Madonna, the Queen of Pop, changed the music industry and is know for her constant reinvention.

After purchasing this house for $12 million dollars in 2003, Madonna had it remodeled to include a reported 9 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms.

The property also includes a tennis court, a pool, and a full-sized theatre.

In 2013, she sold this residence for $19.5 million dollars. In 2021, Madonna bought a mansion previously owned by The Weeknd.

Head south toward Sunset and take a right onto Sunset. Turn right onto Foothill.

4. Frank Sinatra (915 Foothill Road)

Just down the road from his buddy Dean's house, you'll find the former property of yet another Rat Pack member.

Like his friend, Frank Sinatra was well known for both acting and singing.

Sinatra secured notable roles in movies like Ocean's 11 and The Manchurian Candidate . He lived at this house from 1982-1998.

Head east toward Foothill and then take a left. Foothill turns slightly right and becomes Doheny then turn left on Loma Vista.

5. Greystone Mansion (905 Loma Vista Drive)

While not a celebrity residence, many celebrities have set foot in this mansion.

Originally built in 1928 in Tudor revival style as a wedding gift from oil tycoon Edward Doheny to his son Ned Doheny and wife Lucy.

This masterpiece had 55 rooms, stables, kennels, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and exquisite English-style gardens.

A tragic fate bestowed on Ned only 4 months after moving into the massive home, however. He was found dead with his friend Hugh Plunkett. It was ruled a murder-suicide though it remains mysterious to this day.

Lucy continued living in this home with her children until 1955. It was then sold and the movie studios started renting it.

Today this mansion is a historic landmark, and museum and is still used for filming.

The building's resume is extensive. The Social Network, The Holiday, Young and the Restless, Spiderman, and Death Becomes Her , to name just a few.

It is Kermit's mansion in The Muppets and it is Chilton Academy in Gilmore Girls.

The film There Will be Blood is actually about Edward Doheny and was also filmed at the mansion!

Head southeast toward Loma Vista and turn right. Turn right onto Doheny and then right onto Schuyler.

Turn left onto Readcrest and then left onto Lindacrest. A final right onto Coldwater Canyon to reach your destination.

6. Carrie Fisher (1700 Coldwater Canyon Drive)

Although this property was originally built for Robert Armstrong ( King Kong ) and later owned by Bette Davis, it would eventually be sold to none other than Carrie Fisher.

Known for notable roles in Star Wars and The Blues Brothers , Fisher lived in this house until her unfortunate death in 2016.

Head north for about 1.5 miles to your next location.

7. Charlton Heston (2859 Coldwater Canyon Drive)

Known for leading roles in Ben-Hur and Planet of the Apes , Heston lived in this house for quite some time before his passing.

The property includes a pool, a tennis court, and fantastic views.

In the documentary Bowling for Columbine , filmmaker Michael Moore visited this residence to speak with Mr. Heston regarding his very strong views on gun control in the United States.

Next is a slight left onto Mulholland and then a sharp left onto Franklin Canyon. Now turn right onto Mulholland.

8. Jack Nicholson (12850 Mulholland Drive)

This is probably one of the most disturbing locations you'll visit on your trip through Beverly Hills.

Not only is Jack Nicholson's estate tied to criminal investigations, but the house that once existed here has since burned down, prompting some to describe the land as "cursed."

However you choose to see it, this is certainly one of the most notable sites in Hollywood history.

The next location is literally right next door.

9. Marlon Brando (12900 Mulholland Drive)

Not only did Brando live right next to Jack Nicholson, but he also lived with his neighbor for a short time.

The two were reportedly pretty good friends, likely as a result of living so close together.

Although he had a long and illustrious career, most people remember this actor for his titular role in the beloved film The Godfather .

From here, drive west on Mulholland Drive until you reach Benedict Canyon Drive and turn left.

10. Elton John (1400 Tower Grove Drive)

The history of this property is as old as Hollywood itself.

Originally owned by silent film actor John Gilbert, the house would eventually change hands several times.

Eventually, the home would be sold to Elton John in 1977, and he would live there until 1981.

Unfortunately, the original mansion that once existed here has since been demolished due to structural problems.

After taking a look at this estate, keep going south on Benedict Canyon Drive.

11. Bruce Springsteen (1244 Benedict Canyon Drive)

Although this estate looks deceptively small from the road, the reality is that it sprawls back quite a bit.

Springsteen has reportedly lived here for quite some time, and there are indications that the property is much larger than it might appear.

With a musical career that spans over 50 years, Springsteen has won several Grammy Awards between the years of 1985-2013.

Turn left on Tower Road to find our next stop.

12. Jay Leno (1151 Tower Road)

As host of The Tonight Show for almost two decades, Jay Leno became one of the most notable faces of late-night television in America.

According to several records, he has lived on this property since 1987.

The house is equipped with plenty of space for his various automobile projects.

As an avid fan of cars, Leno has been a host of his own show entitled Jay Leno's Garage since 2015.

To find our next location, drive south on Benedict Canyon Drive until you reach Sunset Boulevard. Turn right here and prepare to turn left onto Roxbury Drive.

13. Mia Farrow (809 Roxbury Drive)

This was the childhood home of Mia Farrow.

She lived here with her mother Maureen O'Sullivan, a famous actress who played the role of Jane in several early Tarzan movies.

Mia was the daughter of Maureen and John Farrow, both of whom lived at this estate.

Mia Farrow would go on to make a name for herself with starring roles in films such as Rosemary's Baby and The Purple Rose of Cairo .

The next stop is just down the road.

14. Lucille Ball (1000 Roxbury Drive)

Most people know Lucille for her unforgettable role in the classic sitcom I Love Lucy .

While alive, she made her home in this beautiful modern colonial house.

If you can believe it, Jack Benny lived right next door at the time, and he would sometimes visit them on a whim.

According to some anecdotes, Lucy would personally hand out candy at the front door every Halloween.

You'll find the next destination just down the street.

15. Diane Keaton (1015 Roxbury Drive)

This Spanish-style home was originally owned by Betty Grable, but it would eventually be sold to Diane Keaton.

Being something of a preservationist, Keaton renovated the house to keep it in good condition.

Eventually, even Madonna would own this building at one time. The house has 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a full-size swimming pool in the backyard.

To reach our next stop, head back to Sunset Boulevard and drive south until you reach Copley Drive.

16. Gene Hackman (9901 Copley Drive)

You'll find this house located right next to the Los Angeles Country Club.

Gene Hackman is well known for roles in films such as The Poseidon Adventure and The French Connection , but most will probably remember him best as the original Lex Luthor in Superman .

From here, get back on Sunset Boulevard and travel north until you reach Ladera Drive. Turn here and continue north until you spot Monovale Drive.

17. Elvis Presley (144 Monovale Drive)

This was the last Beverly Hills property owned by The King.

This was the home of Lisa Marie Presley when she was born in 1968, and Elvis lived here with his family until 1973.

This house features a lot of windows that provide excellent views of Beverly Hills. In addition to the open floor plan, there is also a nice pool and spa in the backyard.

From here, simply drive north on Monovale Drive until it turns into Carolwood Drive.

18. Rod Stewart (91 Carolwood Drive)

Just north of the country club, you'll find this house on Carolwood Drive.

This is the former residence of famous musician Rod Stewart, who has won multiple awards for his work.

Stewart recorded his Great American Songbook albums at this residence, and he once stated that the song Stardust was the perfect theme for this house.

Keep driving north on Carolwood Drive to find our next destination.

19. Michael Jackson (100 Carolwood Drive)

This is actually the last residence of Michael Jackson before his untimely death.

Jackson was known as The King of Pop, producing several hit records and winning a lot of awards throughout his career.

The house would eventually be sold for $18.1 million in 2012.

Our next location is even further north on Carolwood Drive.

20. Walt Disney (355 Carolwood Drive)

Further north on Carolwood Drive, you'll find one of the former residences of Walt Disney.

Although the original house no longer stands, there are signs of his influence all over the place, including a small train that became known as the Carolwood Pacific Railroad.

Originally purchased in 1949, the property would eventually be sold for $74 million in 2014 and transformed into the Kilgour Building.

Once you're done here, make your way back down to Sunset Boulevard. From there, turn onto Charing Cross Road.

21. Hugh Hefner (10236 Charing Cross Rd)

You'll find the fabled Playboy Mansion located on the west side of the Los Angeles Country Club.

When Hefner originally purchased the mansion in 1971, he got a pretty good deal for $1.05 million.

This historic building has since been sold to another party after being listed at $200 million.

Indicative of the legend behind this particular location, the rare zoo permit given exclusively to this property transferred hands to its new owner when it was sold.

22. Steve Martin (1005 Beverly Glen Blvd)

This is just one of the houses owned by Steve Martin.

Although he began his career as a notable comedian in films such as The Jerk and Planes, Trains, and Automobiles , he has since spent most of his time playing the banjo.

As a musician, Martin has won a Grammy and even created his own award – The Steve Martin Prize for Excellence in Banjo and Bluegrass.

After visiting this location, head south again and make your way back to Sunset. Once there, look for Bel-Air Road and drive north until you reach Copa de Oro Road.

23. Nicolas Cage (363 Copa de Oro Road)

The next stop is the home of Nicolas Cage who is an American actor and film director known for The Rock, Con-Air, and more recently Pig.

Watch the 1983 film Valley Girl starring young Nicolas Cage after visiting L.A. for fun shots of Lala Land in the 80s.

Although Cage was the most recent owner of this estate, it was also previously owned by Dean Martin in the 1960s then sold to Sir Tom Jones in 1976.

The red-brick property was designed by Gerald Concord and is affectionately known as the "Pink Palace".

This residence is situated on one of the priciest streets in America called Copa de Oro Road (translates to Cup of Gold in Spanish).

The interior includes polished wood paneling, contributing to the 18th-century country house style that was originally intended by the architect.

Our next stop is right down the road.

24. Cary Grant (10615 Bellagio Road)

Here you will find the former residence of Cary Grant, one of Hollywood's most famous stars of yesteryear.

Among other notable roles, Grant is perhaps best known as the leading man in films such as An Affair to Remember and North By Northwest .

Fun fact: his birth name was Archibald Alexander Leach.

When Paramount put him under contract, he was going to change his name to Cary Lockwood - but executives thought it sounded too long and settled on Grant.

Although it's not a particularly large or glitzy house, its proximity to the Bel-Air Country Club makes this a very desirable property.

Keep driving down Bellagio Road until you reach Carcassonne Road. Turn right and keep driving north until you get to Chalon Road. Turn left and drive west to Sarbonne Road.

Turn right here and drive north very shortly until you find Stradella Road on the left.

25. Clint Eastwood (846 Stradella Road)

This property is owned by none other than Clint Eastwood.

Although he got his start in notable westerns such as The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly , Eastwood has gone on to become one of the most respected directors in Hollywood.

His recent work includes directorial work on films such as Sully and American Sniper .

Clint owns both this estate and the one next door, giving him plenty of space to work with.

This residence was designed by architect Paul McClean and completed in 2014. It has 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Its last sale price was $39,000,000.

From here, it is recommended to stay on Stradella Road until you reach Roscomare Road. Turn left and drive south until you see Chalon Road once again. Keep driving south and turn onto Bellagio Road.

26. Alfred Hitchcock (10957 Bellagio Road)

Hitchcock also perfected the art of the cameo. He is featured in 39 of his films!

Hitchcock bought this home for $40,000 in 1942 and lived at this residence until his death in 1980. His wife, Alma, died in 1982.

Rihanna’s Real Estate: Her Property Portfolio Shines Bright

While sports fans will be tuning in to Super Bowl LVII   to watch the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles square off, the real action for music fans will be at the halftime show, when the superstar Rihanna will take the stage and, we assume, blow the retractable roof off the place.

The megawatt Barbadian singer, actress, and entrepreneur is worth a whopping $1.4 billion, through her Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty brands.

With sales of over 250 million records worldwide, the 34-year-old is one of the bestselling female musicians of all time.

Along with smash hits such as “Umbrella” and “Diamonds,” the artist also has amassed a glittering portfolio of ritzy real estate.

Let’s take another look at the Grammy winner’s prized properties .

Posh properties

Most recently, Rihanna has been busy buying in Beverly Hills, CA . In 2020, the real estate investor dropped a cool $13,750,000 for a swanky, five-bedroom pad.

The 7,600-square-foot mansion is located near the Beverly Hills Hotel and Sunset Boulevard.

It features an open floor plan with French oak flooring, a chef’s kitchen, a cocktail bar, and formal living and family rooms. The primary bedroom has sensational views and a spa bathroom that opens to a private outdoor area.

The house was originally built in 1938 and has been modernized over the years. It now offers a contemporary design combined with traditional style.

Neighboring estate

Three months after buying the first Beverly Hills home, she shelled out $10 million for a four-bedroom mansion next door. Built in 1939, the four-bedroom home features nearly 3,600 square feet of living space.

According to the Hollywood Repo rter , this home was never listed on the market before Rihanna purchased it. It was last sold in 2015 for $5,075,000. So clearly, the singer made it worthwhile for the homeowners to move out by paying almost double what they paid.

The Tudor-style home also features an open floor plan with a chef’s kitchen and a primary suite with a sitting area and balcony. The lush backyard comes with a swimming pool.

These two properties offer nearly an acre of land, two swimming pools, and more than 10,000 square feet of living space.

Rihanna successfully sold her Hollywood Hills villa for $6.55 million last year.

The deal left the 34-year-old with a loss on the contemporary-style home she bought in 2017 for $6.8 million. She’s surely glad to be done with it even without a profit.

Shortly after she closed on the home, an intruder broke in while she was away. The performer then called it quits on the sleek space and placed it on the market. While it took years, she finally was able to move on from the mansion.

Rihanna also has a three-bedroom Century City condo, a two-bedroom Los Angeles condo, and (reportedly) a multimillion-dollar Barbados mansion.

RuPaul’s mansion in Los Angeles has an epic disco ball room and massive drag closet

Can we get an amen up in here for RuPaul’s stunning home?

The “RuPaul’s Drag Race” creator and host, 62, took fans on a tour of his Beverly Hills mansion in a recent video for Architectural Digest , and much like the Emmy winner himself, the house is bold, glamorous and full of personality.

“It just makes me happy,” RuPaul said during the video tour of his house, which he shares with husband Georges LeBar. “And listen, if you’re going to be on this planet, why not be happy? Why not live in a place that makes you happy? And that’s what this place does.”

One of the happiest spots in the house is undoubtedly the disco room, a ballroom with black-and-white flooring and no fewer than 26 disco balls glittering at different heights from the high ceiling. 

“We love music, we love to dance. When I was coming up, there was always a place that said, ‘Cocktails! Dancing!’” RuPaul said. “(That) doesn’t happen anymore so we decided we needed a disco in our house.”

The room’s central table is on wheels so it can be easily pushed out of the way when the mood to dance strikes, he added.

“The idea is to have people over for a little nosh, and then move the table out of the way and then have a daytime disco in this very room,” he said.

The disco room may be mostly black and white, but the rest of the house is heavily accented with RuPaul’s favorite color, orange.

“When I was 34, I realized orange was my favorite color because of the way it makes me feel,” the Tony winner said. “I implore all of you out there watching to find what your favorite color is, based on how you feel, and live in it.”

He joked that his warm-toned office is “like living in my own personal Hermès box,” referencing the French luxury brand’s signature orange logo.

“It reminds me of an office that Joan Collins would enjoy,” he added, bursting out laughing.

RuPaul also gave viewers a glimpse of his chic kitchen and breakfast nook, as well as his enormous closet and glam room. 

But the true heart of the house is undoubtedly the massive drag closet, which includes archives of drag looks he has sported over the decades.

“This is the epicenter right here. This is the mother lode,” he said. “This is the drag archives. Jewelry, shoes, gowns, you name it, it’s all right here.”

The room features floor-to-ceiling shelves of stilettos, as well as jewelry cases and a few mannequins modeling colorful dresses.

“You come down here and you want to make yourself beautiful,” he added. “You want to try on everything. You actually want to lick everything. But I don’t advise that!”

The host and producer said the drag closet is definitely his “favorite room” in the house.

“The kid in me has always loved color and shiny and outrageous and texture,” he said. “That’s what makes drag so important, that’s what makes drag so much fun to do.”

RuPaul also said his vibrant house reflects the joy he has found in expressing himself through drag.

“For anybody out there who has never done drag, I am telling you now, get yourself in a pair of pumps, wig, some very colorful eye makeup, and wait and see what emerges, because there’s a superhero in you that is just dying to get out,” he said.  

“Like these jewels, where you shine a light on it in a different way, and it turns into something completely different," he added. “That’s what we’re doing here and that’s what this house is."

Rommy Shy sues lender to undo foreclosure sale of Beverly Hills home

Investor’s mansion trades for $5.4M, while it has a market value of nearly $26M

Investor Rommy Shy has sued lender Wilmington Savings Fund Society and several loan servicers over what he describes as the “wrongful foreclosure” of his Beverly Hills mansion, The Real Deal has learned. 

The property, a 2-acre estate at 911 and 917 Loma Vista Drive, was scheduled for a foreclosure sale on April 9, property records show. During the auction, the property sold for nearly $5.4 million, just a fraction of its market value of $25.8 million, according to records from one of the defendants, loan servicer Quality Loan Service. Shy, through an entity called Bobs LLC, filed a lawsuit in a Los Angeles court the next day, requesting a judicial declaration to undo the transaction. 

Shy, the son of developer Barry Shy and the head of brokerage firm Royalty Realty, acquired the home for $20.3 million through a foreclosure sale in July 2021, according to property records. AShy’s entity Bobs was the lender for the previous owner of the property. It held a lien on the mansion and foreclosed on $13 million in debt, according to court records. 

In March 2022, Shy listed the mansion for $26 million. At the time, Adi Perez, a broker from The Agency who was handling the listing, confirmed Shy as the owner.

The previous owner of the mansion, Russian businessman Gennady Moshkovich, lost the property while dealing “with a series of medical complications,” court filings show. Moshkovich is best known as the man behind a $4 billion theme park on the outskirts of Moscow. He vacated the home shortly after Shy acquired the property.

In its complaint, Bobs claims that Wilmington, along with servicers Select Portfolio Servicing and Quality Loan Service, acted “as if Moshkovich was still the record owner of the property.” To prevent the home from going into default, Shy claims that he paid $1.3 million “under protest” because Select Portfolio wouldn’t provide a detailed accounting of the loan. 

“Notwithstanding notice of Bobs’ existence, relationship to, and interest in the property, SPS and Quality Loan proceeded with a nonjudicial foreclosure of the property without notice to Bobs as required by law,” the complaint states.   

Shy and his family are involved in several lawsuits. In December, a group of limited liability companies that the Shys control filed a countersuit against Laguna Point Properties . The dispute relates to a $400 million agreement to sell a portfolio of apartment buildings in Downtown Los Angeles. In January, a group of condo owners at a Downtown Los Angeles property sued the Shys, claiming that the family improperly funneled funds out of the homeowners association fund.  

Wilmington did not respond to a request for comment.

During her 10 years of ownership, Vergara gave the 2006-built structure a contemporary interior makeover overseen by designer Jennifer Bevan . Hidden behind gates and a notably overgrown hedge, the creamy beige house is described in the listing as  “refined and romantic,” and features seven bedrooms, all of them outfitted with ensuite full bathrooms.

Inside, highlights include a double-height foyer displaying a striking curving staircase, which flows to formal living and dining rooms. The family room has French doors opening to the outside, and adjoins a sleekly designed gourmet kitchen outfitted with a large center island, high-end Viking appliances and a breakfast nook.

The bedrooms include an upper-level primary retreat sporting dual closets and spa-inspired baths, while the lower level is primed for entertaining with a substantial wet bar, a 3,000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room, a 10-seat movie theater and a gym with its own sauna. Outdoors, the steeply sloped backyard isn’t especially huge, but it does contain a lovely grassy lawn, privacy hedges and mature trees. There’s also a swimming pool and several areas dedicated to al fresco lounging and dining.

The Colombian-born actress and model—probably best known for her 11-season run as Gloria on the TV series Modern Family— ranked as the highest-paid television actress for many years. Today, her personal net worth stands at a reported $180 million .

Sofía Vergara finally sells Beverly Hills mansion after slashing the price by millions

Sofía Vergara just sold one of her spectacular mansions in Beverly Hills that was snagged by a lucky buyer. Lucky because the buyer paid a lot less than the Griselda star was hoping to get for the place when she first put it on the market in 2022. She bought the estate in 2014, which means she had it before she married her ex-hubby Joe Manganiello . Still, they spent plenty of time in the home as a couple before their split in 2023.

In 2022, the year before they decided to announce they were going their separate ways, Sofía and Joe listed the place for $19.6 million, but there were no takers. At the beginning of this year, Sofía re-listed the property for millions less than her original asking price and as of Tuesday, the place belongs to someone else. She bought the 7-bedroom home in 2014.

How much did she pay for it? Oh, just $10.6 million. The Tuscan-style 11,369-square-foot villa was built in 2006 and sits on a .6-acre lot. Sofía remodeled the place with the help of renowned designer Jennifer Bevan.

In 2022, the home was listed for $19.6 million in 2022.

“Encompassing seven all-ensuite bedrooms and three powder rooms, this 11,369-SF 3-level gated estate is filled with exquisite design features. The chef’s kitchen presents a center island, Viking appliances and a breakfast area,” part of the property description on the listing read. “The family room’s French doors open to the pristine, resort-like backyard with a pool, hot tub and manicured lawn. Ascend to the second level to find the primary suite with dual closets and spa-like baths.”

It has been described as more of a ‘private resort’ than a home.

“This estate offers the ultimate Beverly Hills lifestyle with complete privacy and simultaneous access to every luxury the area has to offer,” according to Santiago Arana, of The Agency. “No design detail was spared within this home that often feels more like a private resort than a residence.”

By 2024, the price was dropped by millions.

It was relisted for $13.9 million and ended up selling for $13.7 million. This time around the property overview on the listing was prefaced with “HUGE PRICE REDUCTION!!! PRICED TO SELL!!!” And sell it did.

Don’t worry about Sofía or Joe, though.

Even though the place didn’t sell for what Sofìa originally wanted, it sold for more than she bought it for although who knows how much she spent on remodeling it. Still, she has other homes and lots of money, so she isn’t suffering for slashing the price. As for Joe, he owns other places too so he’s fine if any of the proceeds of this sale were slotted to go to him.

Sofia Vergara can finally close the book on her marriage to Joe Manganiello for good -- because she just got rid of the last remnant of their past ... the fancy house they shared.

The actress's Beverly Hills estate -- which she'd been trying to sell for a couple years now -- found a new owner this week according to online records... with a sale of her former property officially closing on Tuesday, at a final price of $13.7 million.

That's down from what she'd relisted it for at the beginning of the year, when she put it back on the market for $13.9 mil -- which had already been slashed by quite a lot since 2022.

That's when she and her ex-husband initially listed the pad for a whopping $19.6 million -- but, clearly, there were no biters ... and they had to seriously drop what they were asking for, settling for the $13 mil range.

Remember, the house went up for sale before Sofia and Joe filed for divorce in 2023 ... and since then, they've settled up ... which ended up being nice and tidy (and amicable too).

As for the house itself ... hey, what can we tell ya -- it's a beaut, and whoever snapped it up certainly got a lot of bang for their buck. The 7-bedroom home comes with all the bells and whistles of luxury ... including a full-sized gym, a private pool and spa, a movie theater, etc.

Now that she's gotten rid of the home, Sofia can move on once and for all. Lord knows they've both already done that in their personal lives ... now, their real estate portfolio too.
