Denise planned our Annual Chick Trip for us. This year we went to Costa Mujeres, Mexico. We had the best time! Everything was perfect. The resort was clean and safe. And, there was a great selection of food, restaurants, and bars. The Foam Party and the White Party were a blast too! Thank you so much for organizing this trip for us!

I thought I was the only one who Patty and Crystal Lake Travel worked. They sell you trip insurance without telling you that it really doesn't protect you. Everything and anything went wrong on this trip. I have thousands in medical costs from what Spirit and Apple put me through. Patty said she would help me file my trip insurance but took off to Hawaii. By then she pretended to care. Apple just look up BBB in the future. I still can't get back the money for flights and transfers I never used.

I would never recommend them. They lie and sell Apple Vacations and Tripmate products. Please do not go here research the BBB before you waste you money. What is the point of having a travel agent? When there are 2 busy to even assist you. When you're vacation doesn't go the way it's planned. All they care about is making money and going on their own personal vacations. And the trip insurance terms and conditions are never explain. I lost over $ 3,000 and they could care less. I paid for my agent to go to Hawaii. The office would not assist me in my claim at all I believe because they knew it was a bait and switch plan. They also give you a letter of something goes wrong. You can reach them at 5am NOPE not till 720 and wow they are just HORRIBLE! Out of all my trips in my life this was the first time I used a agent. Worst mistake ever. I never had so many issues and a online booking has better customer service and is upfront with all fees.

I Went to Ireland on 3/11-3/18/2023 and it was a fantastic trip! Everything was made incredible easy through crystal lake travel! All of the destinations and hotels were immaculate! I would highly recommend using crystal lake travel for your next vacation!

When I called you to tell you outcome you were so rude to because you lied. Like I said Apple was more than happy to give me my money back, but as an agent not willing to help me and told me refund would be 2 months and not to call them and wouldn't talk to me. You . They did and we know the out come was what was your modus operandi your intent I hope you followed through and aren't going to ruin my daughters weddingI was never so disrespected in my life and lied to and treated like garbage. Don't ruin her wedding.I was respectful and nice and Patty you treated me like garbage when I cancelled and paid the extra for money back not a credit for another trip.

I would give a Zero if I could. I made a reservation on 8/8/2022 gave a 1600.00 deposit. I paid extra so if I had to cancel, I could get my money back. I cancelled my trip on 1/31/2023. I was told I would receive my money back in 7to10 days. I called Patty De Roo the agent . She again then stated 30 days from my credit card statement. Well how would Apple know that date that is private information.I asked her to call Apple she refused. I said I would call them and stated they won't talk to me because I'm not the agent. Well guess what they did and wanted me to get the refund you didn't. I sent you 2 emails about this and never responded. I want to thank Apple Vacations for stepping up up to plate. As for your agency you are dishonest and pathetic .You had no problem taking my money but gave me hell to get it back even though I paid if I needed a refund

We used Crystal Lake Travel as part of a wedding group going to Cancun, Mexico. Jan McGhee was such a trooper helping us arrange the trip and accommodations. We will use CLT again based on the good experience we had with Jan.

The first trip my wife and I went on using Crystal Lake Travel, we ended up going to Riviera Maya in Mexico. Our travel agent Patty, had personally been to every property that we were thinking of going and was able to give us so much more information than the brochure showed. The resort was awesome, the tips she gave us and where to go and what to do ended up making our trip extra special! It's great to work with a travel agent that knows so much about the properties. I understand her knowledge of Hawaiian properties are just as excellent. I'm looking forward to using her expertise in booking our perfect Hawaiian vacation someday soon. Thanks Patty!!!!

The ladies are always so friendly and helpful by helping me find my plane tickets for my trips!

I booked a vacation to Mexico with Crystal Lake Travel in 2011 they sent us to an awful resort in Puerto Vallarta. We decided to give them another chance for our honeymoon this summer (mainly because my mom has used them multiple times). Working with them turned out to be a terrible experience. We went into their office last fall and told the agent that we wanted to go to a sandals anywhere but Jamaica. She emailed us quotes for 5 places in Jamaica and a bunch of other resorts we told her we did not want to go to. We found a resort on our in the Bahamas and had her book it for us. She then turned us over to the vice president of the company Pam. This is when things really turned bad. We told her what room category we wanted and she booked us in one that was way more money than we told her we wanted to spend. She then booked our flight for the day of our wedding, not the day we wanted to leave. This cost me $300 to change our flight. She emailed us our itinerary and everything was correct. When we got to the airport and tried to check into the kiosk, we discovered that my wife's name was wrong on her boarding pass. So we waited in line for about an hour to get it fixed. When we got to the agent she told us she would not fix it, just go through security and hope they let you through. This is not what you want to hear at 4am. luckily we got through security but almost missed our flight. We wanted this to be fixed for our return flight so we didn't have trouble coming home from a foreign country. I emailed Pam asking her to fix the problem. She emailed back and said she would try to fix it. I did not hear from her again so I figured she fixed the issue. When we got to the airport in the Bahamas my wife's boarding pass was still wrong. The agent at the airport was not going to let my wife on the plane. We explained the story to her and luckily she was nice enough to fix the issue after about 45 minutes of talking to her. We did get on the plane and eventually made it back home. When we returned I emailed Pam and let her know all the issues we had. She replied with a very sarcastic apology and pretty much made it sound like she would never make any mistakes and it was my fault all these problems occurred. If that wasn't unprofessional enough, she decided it was a good idea to email my mom and tell her that she was disappointed with my email. I have never heard of a travel agent taddeling on a 29 year old client. To sum it all up; Crystal Lake Travel is a very unprofessional travel agency , I would not recommend this agency to anyone, and the VP Pam is a very snide, stuck up person that does not care about her clients.

This is the second time we tried using this place. Last year we just planed it because they can never find any deals for us. It's funny because we had no problems finding a fantasic deal . This time we went in and asked the lady at the first desk. (I will not day names) for a Alaska cruise for our 30 th anniversary we wanted to go somewhere special. She looked real fast and went right to the most expensive trip we said that if she couldn't find a cruise we will go somewhere else. We heard from her a few days later and then never again. She still did not find us a trip of any kind. So I called ticket to travel. This place found us a cruise and flight in our price range and we booked it the woman's name is Debbie and this is the only place I will use. Sometimes you just want to have a agent and they are a dying breed I can't believe that Crystal lake Travel did care about losing a customer. So Sad
