Why can’t I log in or sign up via the B Infinite Mobile App?

• If you are an existing B Infinite member i.e. you have previously registered on our mobile app or website, you may log in using the same username and password as the previous app. If you have forgotten your password, you can still log in provided you use the same email address used for the previous registration; just select ‘forgot password” to receive a new password and follow the steps to complete your log-in.
• If this is your first time using the app or you have not previously registered any of your B Infinite cards, you will need to sign up as a new user. Just follow the easy steps in the app. 

Why am I still unable to log in into my B Infinite Mobile App after I have signed up?

I’ve verified my account / email via the link provided in the email but am still unable to log in, i’m trying to add my bcard into the b infinite mobile app and this message pops up: “oops card exists in sso”. what happened, i have multiple email addresses with multiple bcards. do i log in to the mobile app using different emails, the b infinite card that i added into the old mobile app seems to be missing from my new mobile app. how can i retrieve the card number, i can’t remember which b infinite card was added to which b infinite mobile app account. what do i need to do, i did not receive the verification email to continue with my mobile app sign up. what do i do.

What is ShopOnline!?

I favorited a product while i was browsing on a brand website and i now want to purchase it and get bpoints. can i go to my browser history to find that link and make the purchase and earn bpoints from it, will i be able to get bpoints if i go directly to the merchant brand which listed in shoponline, why are my bpoints not credited.

Carl Lentz, his wife Laura on cheating scandal and healing journey

The former pastor says he is ready for the next chapter of his life.

For a decade, Carl Lentz was the lead pastor for the flagship New York City branch of the famous Australian megachurch, Hillsong. The brand was one of the fastest-growing religious movements on Earth.

Lentz was a hip pastor with a youthful congregation and a following that included actress Vanessa Hudgens, basketball player Kevin Durant and pop star Justin Bieber.

But nearly four years ago it all came crashing down, when Lentz was fired as pastor of Hillsong NYC for "moral failings" when his extramarital affairs made headlines and he admitted he had cheated on his wife, Laura. Now, the couple is opening up about how Carl Lentz's infidelity shattered their marriage and ministry and the work they have done and continue to do to recover.

"It wasn't a sexual thing," Lentz told "Nightline" about the infidelity. "It's not like I was out, you know, looking to have sex or looking to commit adultery. I had deep brokenness that manifests itself in a lot of different ways."

When Laura first heard the news, she said she felt "confused and then, sad, broken and shattered." The lowest point of her life, Laura says, was when she heard the depth of her husband's acts for the first time during a call with staff. "I just couldn't take it anymore," she said.

Laura was close to leaving Lentz and taking care of her children on her own. She spoke with a betrayal therapist, who helped guide her through the next steps to a divorce. Lentz and his wife Laura agreed to tell their three children about what Lentz had done before the scandal ignited headlines across the country.

Lentz said he "was digging my own grave" and is working on changing. He went to rehab to address his mental health. Through therapy, he opened up for the first time about his childhood trauma. When he was a young boy, he says he was molested. "The molestation that happened to me when I was a little boy, about 5 or 6 years old, altered my brain chemistry, altered my habits, altered my view of sex," Lentz said. "And from that age till as long as I can remember, I had habits of secrecy and hiding and high risk taking that I could never explain."

Laura says learning this gave her a reason not to end the couple's 20-plus-year marriage and to fight for it. She ultimately decided to stay by his side.

"I stayed because I loved him," Laura said. "We're on the phone with a therapist, and she was asking him some questions about his childhood and some of that pain, and he started to talk and try to go through what happened. And he got to a point where he just stopped and his whole body started convulsing."

Through Lentz's breakdown, Laura realized there was so much more brokenness than she had known. While Laura was working toward forgiving her husband, more and more stories about Lentz allegedly abusing his power as lead pastor surfaced.

In 2022, the Christian Post obtained an internal review of Hillsong conducted by an outside firm. The review included interviews with staffers who claimed Lentz had been emotionally abusive. "I don't know those people, and it's hard for me to speak to those situations," Lentz said. "If I were to sit down and talk to these people, and if my actions and leadership hurt them in any way, I'd love to apologize for it.”

In a different situation, a woman who worked for the family alleged that Lentz sexually abused and manipulated her. Lentz denies the allegations. Due to public and private backlash, Lentz and Laura went into seclusion for three years. Their family is rebuilding and restoring their foundation away from the fast pace of New York City in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They say their family needed to be in a place where they could all grow and stay at a consistent, sober, calm, patient pace.

Laura says she changed after Lentz's rehab process, too, and is working on speaking up for herself and asserting her needs in her marriage. Lentz has accountability partners who keep tabs on his actions; if he messes up again, he says, Laura will be out the door.

Laura said she now trusts her husband again. She said he talks to her about everything — she hears everything — and he's done the work to build trust in their relationship again. His children have also forgiven him for his mistakes.

"I think sometimes you might have to go through some really dark, deep days or seasons or chapters," Laura Lentz said. "And you can either flick that page and start again or you just shut the book, you know? And I think we chose to flick the page and see what's next."

Carl Lentz told ABC News he has no desire to rejoin the pulpit for now. He wants to put that in the past and is looking forward to what's ahead. He's now working on a new podcast.

"I think I realized early that I had a gift to be able to explain things in a way that people who don't typically love church or love faith could understand, and I figured that out early," Lentz said. "I didn't know if it was like a pulpit calling. As much as it is, I'm able to explain this in a way where you can drop your guard and listen, and I'm not going to judge you, and I'm not going to try to make excuses or talk around theology. I'm going to like, speak what I believe to be true."

FESTIVAL OF FOOTBALL

The Festival of Football is our kickoff to Season 7, designed to bring the thrill of international competition right into Football Ultimate Team. As  international competition takes centre stage in the football world, we're mirroring that excitement with themed content that spans the entire seasonal ladder. Keep an eye out for live items that will bring a dynamic element to your team, reflecting the real-world performances and fervour of these tournaments.

PATH TO GLORY

Kicking off the Festival of Football is Path to Glory. The Path to Glory Campaign follows each nation's step towards silverware. The unique aspect of Path to Glory players is their ability to upgrade based on their nation's form throughout the tournament. 

GREATS OF THE GAME

In addition to current stars, we're paying homage to the legends of the game. Greats of the Game will feature ICONs & Heroes whose upgrades are tied to the goals scored by their nation during the tournament. This celebrates the players who have left an indelible mark on the game.

NEW LOAN TYPES

The Festival of Football Update will also feature new types of loans. There’s two new loan types we’ll be introducing into the game alongside traditional Match Loans; Timed Loans & Global Loans. 

When you log in to Football Ultimate Team during the Path to Glory Campaign, you’ll receive Global Loan (more details below) of a Path to Glory Player to help give your squad an international boost. 

Match Loans  First and foremost, we want to clarify that the traditional Match Loans, which many of you are familiar with, will remain unchanged. The two new loan types are additional to Match Loans.

Global Loans  Global Loans apply to all players simultaneously. Global Loans begin on a set date and time for everyone and count down to a predetermined end point together. When the timer reaches zero, the loan item will no longer be usable and will be removed from your club. 

We think the addition of Global Loans will provide new squad building opportunities for the wider community, leading to new and interesting line ups through an increase in themed content. During the international competition we’ll introduce Global Loans for the first time in EA SPORTS FC 24, to help create an international takeover in Football Ultimate Team. 

Festival of Football Global Loans will expire on July 18.

ADDITIONAL UPDATES

The Festival of Football Update also brings changes across the game from a new skill move and an ice-cold celebration, to enhancements to the Clubs and Manager Career.

These additions are based on feedback and designed to improve gameplay and ensure your experience is both rewarding and enjoyable.

First up, we've introduced a new skill move called the Double Touch Lane Change that's sure to be a hit with players who love to dazzle on the pitch with their technical prowess. This addition comes later in the calendar, but it's definitely worth the wait for those who thrive on skillful play.

• Hold L2 + Hold RS R/L || LT + Hold RS R/L Xbox Series X|S

Additionally, we're bringing a new celebration to the game. Inspired by Cole Palmer's standout season at Chelsea, this celebration can be executed with Cole Palmer across Kickoff, Career, and Football Ultimate Team modes. For those looking to celebrate in style with any player, this celebration can be unlocked in the Football Ultimate Team Season 7 Festival of Football ladder.

MANAGER CAREER

Youth Prospects scouting and development is a big part of Manager Career experience. For our Manager Career enthusiasts, we’ve made changes in Title Update #16 that will bring new and exciting additions to the youth system.

Over the course of your Manager Career you will be able to scout Youth Prospects with 90+ potential and seven PlayStyles. Such players that came through your Youth Academy will now develop two PlayStyles+! The first PlayStyle+ will be unlocked at 80 OVR and second will be unlocked at 90 OVR. This is the only way possible in Manager Career to have a player with two PlayStyles+.

We are looking forward to seeing our community sharing prospects they scouted and nurtured to become generation talent!

For our Clubs players, we're adding a permanent double XP multiplier to any experience gained after a match in FC 24. Which means accelerated progression for your Virtual Pro - faster way to unlock extra slots and different available PlayStyles for your Virtual Pro. By simply playing any match in Clubs (ex. drop-in or league game) you will notice an increased amount of earned XP. And remember that the amount of XP is also based on the Match Rating - the better your performance in the game the faster the progression.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for players looking to catch up to friends and find new ones in FC 24, ensuring everyone can enjoy Clubs experience regardless of their starting point.

Title Update #16 brings 27 new player star heads to EA SPORTS FC 24. You can expect to see improved likenesses of players across the Premier League, including players like Rodri, Sven Botman, Pedro Porro and Eberechi Eze.

Please note that these star heads will become visible following a Server Release that will come shortly after the Festival of Football Update.

• While on the longest train journey I've ever taken, I found ways to keep comfy and pass the time.

This was back in 2021 when the longest train ride I'd been on was about 3.5 hours when traveling from Amsterdam to Paris, but the thought of spending 30 hours on a train appealed to me.

I booked a roomette accommodation for about $500. A step up from coach seating, it's a 20-square-foot private suite that sleeps two people.

I romanticized my overnight train trip to Miami until the moment I stepped on the train. I don't know exactly what I expected, but I felt antsy and anxious about the length of the trip and the constant motion. 

Despite having my own room, I felt pretty uncomfortable during the ride and like the journey took forever. Thankfully, I had enough time to find ways to make it easier on myself.

Here's everything I did to make myself feel more comfortable and pass the time. 

First off, I wore the comfiest clothes I own.

Does it look like I'm wearing pajamas? That's because I pretty much am. These are the most pajama-like trousers I own that I'd wear in public, although my mother would argue that they should only be for sleeping. 

But who cares? Once you get on the train, you'll be happy you're comfortable, no matter what you look like. 

I went with the comfiest shoes that easily slip on and off.

After years of overpacking , I have a new rule: one pair of shoes per week of travel . That meant I could only bring the shoes on my feet for my six-day trip to Miami, so I picked the comfiest ones I had. 

I picked up these memory foam babies at T.J. Maxx for only $20, and they slip on and off very easily. This was great for being able to leave my room quickly with shoes on.

When I found myself getting motion sick, I made sure to sit in the seat that was facing the same direction the train was going. This helped a bit.

This is an old trick my mom taught me when I would get train sick during weekend getaways from our home in Stamford, Connecticut, to NYC. Going against the motion of the train made me feel sicker, so I stuck to one chair my whole trip.

Since I knew my bathroom would be right next to my sleeping quarters, I brought Poo Pourri with me to eliminate any odors.

A decade ago, I may have had a bigger problem with the toilet situation next to my bed in the Roomette. But thankfully I had packed some Poo Pourri , a spray that goes in the toilet just before you poop to eliminate odors.

I also adjusted the lights and the temperature to my liking.

Adjusting the lighting throughout the trip helped me feel like I was changing environments even though I wasn't.

Bringing my own snacks was a game changer since my ride only came with meals that weren't that delicious, in my opinion.

Trail mix and granola bars kept me full in between meals. My meals were included with my ticket purchase, which cost $557.

There were about five options for meals. I went with short ribs and mashed potatoes for dinner, and it was decent. The next day, however, I tried the salmon and rice for lunch, and I found the salmon tough and dry and the rice tasted like the salmon, which threw me off.

But going to the dining halls to eat my meals kept my room from getting messy and allowed me to get out of the same space for a few minutes.

Even though eating in my room was an option, I didn't want my bunk to smell like food all night. 

So did getting out of the train for a short walk during longer stops.

The train took a short break every few stops, and passengers could walk around the platform for about 10 minutes.

Getting up to stretch my legs and take in some fresh air made the next few hours of being crammed in a room with a window that didn't open a little more bearable.

To pass the time, get moving, and feel more at home, I took frequent dance breaks in my room where I closed the curtains and blasted music in my ears.

I tried to make the train feel like home, and at home, I dance periodically pretty much every day.

So shutting the curtains gave me a moment of privacy to just be my goofy self. This helped me keep moving, too.

I also brought my own entertainment, from video games to playlists.

I brought my own devices and didn't rely on the spotty internet connection to watch movies and listen to music and podcasts. Downloading these beforehand helped, and made the time go by a little faster. 

In between movies, shows, and video games, I looked out of the window and took in the views.

Looking out of the window was a constant reminder that I was on my way to somewhere new, and it helped me stay excited about my trip.
