Our company

Manu created Ninamu Oceanic Tour to make a living from his passion. Originally from Moorea, it is on the water that he feels at home. And it is with his family, accompanied by his son Vaimana, that Manu realizes his dream. Together, they will share their love for the ocean with you.

They are two certified local captains and guides who have years of experience and a very good knowledge of the marine environment and who have been working for years in collaboration with the professionals of the activity.

Come and spend the day with me, so I can show you all the best spots of the island. Mountains, waterfalls, private beach and other wonders is what awaits you with Enjoy Moorea!

We will start the day by picking you up at your hostel, lodge, ferry… And After getting to know each other, I will take you first to the Magic Mountain, one of the best panorama view of the island.

Then we will head towards the crater of the island where is located the pineapple which won’t have anymore secrets for you!

After that, we will go to the Belvedere, the highest point of view of Moorea where you can enjoy the landscape with a fresh coconut!

We will end the morning at the Tropical Garden where you will visit a Vanilla plantation and where I will tell you all the secrets about our local plants. Now that I have whetted your appetite, we will go to Temae so you can share, on a private beach, a typical polynesian meal with some punch, local beers, water and tropical juices.

After lunch, you can enjoy a little bit of free time to walk on the beach, collect some shells or have a swim into crystal clear water.

To end this beautiful day, we will head towards Afareaitu where a easy little hike (15mn) will take you to one of the waterfall of the valley. 

My mission of the day is to show you all the different aspects that Moorea that has to offer and that you get to know the island almost as well as the locals!!

We start the tour with an explanation of the species visible in French Polynesia, their journey, and the safety instructions.

Each year, several marine mammals migrate to the Pacific Ocean and especially to French Polynesia. Polynesia is one of the only destinations in the world where you can see them in their natural environment. As a result, the government has put in place rules of approach to protect and preserve these cetaceans. 100 meters distance between the boat ans the animals forces us to swim in the open ocean. After whale watching, we return to the lagoon and end the tour with a stop at rays and sharks. There’s nothing better to end the tour with a snack of fruit and cold drinks.

It is recommended to be in a good physical health and to be comfortable swimming in the big blue in the open ocean.

Swimming is not mandatory, you can observe them from the boat.

People with motion sickness can be sick at sea. We recommend you to take your precautions (seasick tablets and other) before the tour

Cancellation Policy

Customer will receive a full refund or a credit with 48 hours cancellation notice. Customers will also receive a refund or credit if the operator cancelled due to the weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Beyond these deadlines we do not offer refunds.
