Holiday cruise and rail booking

After making my initial holiday inquiry, they followed this up by return calls but didn't over badger us to commit. Sometimes their foreign staff were a little hard to understand. This is the second time I've used the Jetline company, the first was very good. They have now confirmed everything by phone call and email

A great success!

My wife and I have used Jetline Cruise a number of times and while there have been one or two issues in the past we have consistently found them to be the best for value for money. Having just returned on 24 October 2023 from a Lake Garda stay followed by a cruise sailing out of Ravenna we have to say that this time the company really excelled itself. It was Jetline which choose our hotels in Lake Garda, Venice and Barcelona. All three were excellent and of the highest standard. Together our stays in each contributed to us having a very special and memorable holiday. Thank you Jetline.

This is our second holiday with Jetline Cruise, and as before, Tony is super helpful and the booking process was well managed. During our previous holiday, Tony was able to assist us even while away with additional upgrades. Incorrect information given pre booking so was very disappointed 😞 as I have booked with this company many times before for myself and I have recommended this company to friends who have made booking with you . Update my agent contacted me today to say the incorrect info on our booking would be rectified straight away .The department sent through the new bookings with correct details this time apparently the last one was a typing error .Give them benefit of the doubt as we have had quite a few holidays with them and never had a problem .

Competitive Offer and Satisfactory Service

Competitive offer, easy to get through to Reservations. Helpful adviser, who took the time to check out various options in terms of flights and hotels pre and post cruise. Bookings made quickly and full amount paid. Issues and queries regarding Jetline changing one of the hotels not handled quickly and it took three phone cslls to get a clear explanation as to why I was not going to be compensated for the change from a 5 star to a 4 star hotel. Think this issue could have been resolved more quickly. Customer Service staff helpful regarding mistake with passport number rectified immediately and sorted a discount offered by NCL, as a returning customer. Overall, so far I find the service satisfactory.

Had a couple of problems with…

Had a couple of problems with clarification on booking due to printing error but they resolved them really quickly and I was more than happy.

BEWARE OF JETLINE

One star is too much but there was no other option. Stranded in Canada by a missed connection their 24 hour emergency line was answered but no assistance was offered. Next time I tried to ring after 35 attempts I gave up. They have NO customer service and since our return, many £k out of pocket, their attitude is 'not our problem, go to your insurers'. Some expert company! We spent over £32k and were taken for a ride (not the one we paid for). Don't waste your money with them, you'd be better off getting your 10 year old to arrange your holiday. Edit. 2039297/8/9 were our booking numbers. Please refer to the email I sent on the 19th of October for fuller details.

Poor service and product knowledge

Booked a fly cruise holiday. On confirmation invoice there was no mention of any baggage allowance. BA website useless, and Van at Jetline didn't know (but assumed none). Jetline took no ownership and left me to chase around with BA and the cruise company who told me allowance was 23kg. Jetline should have known at the outset, or at the very least found out for me. Poor service.

The complete package

I spoke to Nathan at Jetline as I wanted to know how much a single cabin would be. He quoted me a figure and then managed to discount it. The cruise includes flights and transfers and he even found my membership number with the cruise company. My documents arrived a couple of days later as promised. I have travelled with Jetline Cruise several times before and never been disappointed.

Last year we booked with Jetline

Last year we booked with Jetline , and had wonderful service from a guy called Tom, Who could not do enough for us. This year we got someone else , who was happy to sell us the holiday , but then started getting really pushy and not as helpful , when he first tried to sell the holiday. Found that a bit sad. I did originally ask for Tom, but unfortunately he was not available. All in all , I would book again through Jetline, and hope that we get service like the first time .

1 year later and still waiting for refund

Great company until something goes wrong! Booked a multi centre holiday with internal flights. We had to pay a baggage fee for our internal flights even thought luggage was meant to be included. Jetline said this should not have happened. 1 year later and we are still waiting on a refund for baggage charges!!

If you make an online booking and later find your holiday combination on sale, and available, at a lower price somewhere else on the internet, we will refund the difference to you.

  • The claim must be from the lead passenger on the booking.
  • We can only price match a booking that has been made online.
  • The lower price holiday must be accurately priced, available to book immediately online and be from an abta bonded company.
  • The policy does not apply to bookings of 9 passengers or more.
  • The policy only applies when both flights and accommodation are booked together under the same reference number, this does not apply to individually booked elements the price match is only valid on the total holiday cost and not individually priced elements.
  • JetLine is an independent travel agent and does not organise package holidays. To make a claim It must be an exact match, for example, several companies now operate both a charter airline and a no frills airline and we do not price match from one to the other. Neither do we match a tailor made holiday against a package holiday
  • This price match cannot be part of a discounted price due to a voucher or loyalty scheme redemption

What do we do with your personal data?

How and where will your data be processed?

Any information that we hold about you is stored on our secure servers and all payment transactions are encrypted. Whilst we do our best to protect your personal data, no information transferred over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure and you provide your information at your own risk.

When your credit card details are required as part of the booking process, we store the last 4 digits and an authorisation code. In the case of some low-cost airlines, we will use the payment details you provide to purchase the flight seats on your behalf.
