And another Dometic bites the dust. Score one for Ron, who stopped by for a visit! Yep I still have issues with draining through my propane line. I don't believe now its related to whats above the floor. I think the propane line underneath snakes up and down, creating some mischief and capillary resistance. Or maybe a few grains of rice went down mine, who knows. So far its just a theoretical problem; it drains water faster than the "defrost cycle" of the Isotherm can produce it so it can keep up eventually. Nice workmanship Ron!  

I put all this information together and created an installation guide. Having an example to use with lots of pictures makes it much easier to follow or discover ways to do a unique installation of your own. I hope others will post their installations here to give more inspiration to those thinking of replacing their Dometic 3 way refrigerators!

Isotherm Cruise Classic 165 Upright Silver

The Cruise 165 is a two door fridge-freezer solution. The refrigerator provides a volume of 125 liters (4.4 cubic feet) and the freezer a volume of 40 liters (1.4 cubic feet). The refrigerator is equipped with interior light, three shelves, vegetable bin, and AC/DC functionality.

The CR165 refrigerator/freezer has a compact design with easy change swing from right to left. The Cruise Upright Classic fridges feature the freezer on top and have a finished exterior on the top and sides which makes them perfect for freestanding installations.   The new silver color simulates the look of stainless steel.
