Dave Matthews Band has announced its 2023 Warehouse package.

Members will receive Warehouse Vol. 12 and a full live album of DMB’s April 25, 2009 concert in Nashville as digital downloads in the month after they join the fan club or renew their membership.

The April 25, 2009 concert at Vanderbilt Stadium features a “Bartender” opener, a mid-set “Ants Marching,” teases of “The Last Stop” and “Blue Water,” plus classics such as “Seek Up” and “Two Step.” It also includes five songs from Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King , which DMB released later that spring.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Live Nation and Bold Events today announced that Dave Matthews Band is returning to Daily’s Place as part of their 2024 Summer Tour.  The two-night event comes to Jacksonville Tuesday, May 28 and Wednesday, May 29.

General on sale begins on february 16, band unveils “on the road to zero waste” initiative, in partnership with live nation, dmb commits to planting another million trees with the nature conservancy, which will bring total trees planted to five million.

Following a 14-country spring tour of Europe and the U.K., Dave Matthews Band will launch an extensive U.S. summer outing on May 22 in Tampa, FL at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre. The headline run will bring the band back to some of fans’ favorite venues, including Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, WI (June 21 and 22), Broadview Stage at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, NY (July 5 and 6) and The Gorge in George, WA (August 30-September 1), where the band traditionally celebrates Labor Day weekend and has sold out each of its previous 70 shows. With the summer tour, Dave Matthews Band will be introducing new sustainability measures as part of its “On The Road To Zero Waste” initiative – a partnership with Live Nation .

Named as a UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador in 2019, Dave Matthews Band has a long history of reducing its environmental footprint.  This summer, the band is partnering with Live Nation’s operated venues to minimize the concerts’ footprint even further – with the goal to divert at least 90% of fan-generated waste from landfills.  Leveraging its existing leading sustainability resources, Live Nation will support the concerts’ goal by providing zero waste green teams, zero waste stations, food donations, waste sorting, composting and the use of minimal single-use plastic.  Fans are encouraged to check venue websites for details closer to the tour dates. This year’s continued partnership with The Nature Conservancy’s Plant a Billion Trees campaign will bring the total to five million trees planted since DMB teamed up with TNC in 2020 to support reforestation.  For additional details, visit www.dmbtrees.org . Dave Matthews Band will offset carbon emissions for band/fan travel with the assistance of REVERB, who will also produce the tour’s annual eco-village.

Dave Matthews Band has sold a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined and more than 25 million tickets since inception, making them the second largest ticket-seller in history. The band’s new album, Walk Around The Moon , is available HERE . Pitchfork praised the album’s “tight-knit, tender songs.” Associated Press noted, “‘Walk Around the Moon’ is a varied set, with the tracks veering from small and intimate to brassy and political, with a filthy groove propelling ‘Break Free,’ a nostalgia-tinged and brooding ‘Monsters’ and the band absolutely cooking with ‘The Only Thing.’”

Dave Matthews Band has announced its 10th studio album — the first in five years — titled “Walk Around the Moon,” out May 19. The band also revealed dates for a 2023 North American summer tour, kicking off May 9 in Mexico City and ending on Sept. 3 in George, Wash, with the band’s traditional three-day Labor Day weekend celebration at Gorge Amphitheatre.

Dave Matthews Band Announces Rescheduled 2021 North American Summer Tour

Today, Dave Matthews Band announced rescheduled dates for its 2021 North American summer tour, which will kick off on July 23 in Raleigh, NC at Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek. The headline run will include two-night stands in West Palm Beach, FL, Chicago, IL, Noblesville, IN, Gilford, NH, Irvine, CA and Saratoga Springs, NY.

The band will also make its annual return to the Gorge Amphitheatre for its traditional three-night Labor Day run. The band will be joined by support artists Dumpstaphunk and Allen Stone on Friday; Robert Randolph and the Family Band on Saturday, as well as Mavis Staples on Sunday.

An online ticket presale for members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association will begin today at 12pm EDT at www.warehouse.davematthewsband.com for the newly added shows in Tampa, FL and Denver, CO.  Citi is the official presale credit card for the Dave Matthews Band 2021 Tour. As such, Citi cardmembers will have access to purchase presale tickets through Citi Entertainment® beginning Tuesday, April 27, at 10 AM local time through Thursday, April 29, at 10 PM local venue time. In addition to planting one million trees, Dave Matthews Band, who was named a UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador in 2019, will be neutralizing the biggest contributor to a concert’s carbon footprint – fan travel. On top of the band’s own footprint, REVERB will be calculating the carbon footprint associated with fan travel to DMB shows in 2021 and the band will be neutralizing these emissions by supporting carbon reduction projects. The band has a long history of reducing their environmental footprint and neutralizing tour carbon emissions from flights, busses and trucks, hotel stays and venue energy use going back to their first shows in 1991.

Dave Matthews Band has sold more than 25 million tickets since its inception and a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined. With the release of 2018's Come Tomorrow , Dave Matthews Band became the first group in history to have seven consecutive studio albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Dave Matthews Band Goes Live On SiriusXM For Return To Alpine Valley, Postpones Second Night [Photos/Videos]

With 36 appearances at  Alpine Valley Music Theatre —the most of any artist— Dave Matthews Band ‘s trips to East Troy, WI have become a sacred event. So with that in mind, the band let everyone in on the fun for its trip back this weekend, broadcasting audio of Friday’s entire show on SiriusXM for all subscribers to hear. Unfortunately, there was no music to be heard inside Alpine Valley on Saturday as inclement weather and a toradno warning forced the band to reschedule the show to a later date yet to be announced.

While a brief run of torrential rain dampened Saturday’s festivities, the sun shined brightly on Friday when Dave Matthews Band took the stage. The 17-song main set witnessed a slew of summer tour debuts, including “The Best of What’s Around” which followed the opening “Pantala Naga Pampa”. Other songs making their first appearance of the summer were “Squirm” and a down-home, set-closing Southern sequence of “Cornbread” and “Louisiana Bayou”, the latter of which hadn’t appeared since November 10th, 2023 per  DMB Almanac .

Friday’s show-closing encore of “The Last Stop” proved more prophetic than the band probably intended. Just after 7 p.m. the following evening, as thousands of fans were already inside the venue, Alpine Valley forced all attendees to evacuate due to approaching severe weather as the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for the area. After about an hour of sheltering in place, the band and venue announced that the show was postponed to a later date, which as of publication has yet to be announced.

While we unfortunately did not get a second night of music at Alpine Valley, we do have images from Friday’s show courtesy of photographer Brett Bergen along with fan-shot videos by Mike Solomon . Dave Matthews Band Announces 2023 Fall U.S. Tour

After the band's triumphant summer tour, they are returning to the road for a stint of fall headlining dates

Dave Matthews Band announced plans to tour the U.S. this fall. The headline run, which will kick off on November 7 at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, GA, will also include a show at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, SC plus two-night stands at John Paul Jones Arena in the band’s hometown of Charlottesville, VA, Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT and New York City’s Madison Square Garden.

A portion of proceeds from the John Paul Jones Arena shows will benefit the band’s ongoing commitment to the resident-led redevelopment of Charlottesville’s public housing. This contribution is in addition to the five million dollars that Bama Works, Dave Matthews Band and Red Light Management have already committed to the project.

An online ticket presale for members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association is underway now at  www.warehouse.davematthewsband.com . Citi is the official card of the Dave Matthews Band 2023 tour. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, September 12, at 9:00 AM ET until Thursday, September 14, at 10:00 PM ET through the Citi Entertainment program. 

Dave Matthews Band’s ongoing partnership with The Nature Conservancy has resulted in three million trees being planted since 2020. This year’s partnership, which will continue with the fall tour, will bring the total to four million trees. Fans can join in this mission by adding an optional donation of $2 per ticket to plant a tree with The Nature Conservancy’s Plant a Billion Trees campaign – a major forest restoration effort with the goal of planting a billion trees around the world by 2025. Their summer tour draws to a close with the band’s traditional three-day, Labor Day weekend celebration at Gorge Amphitheatre in George, WA (September 1-3). Named as a UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador in 2019, Dave Matthews Band has a long history of reducing their environmental footprint, going back to their first shows in 1991. Having sold more than 25 million tickets since inception, making them the second largest ticket-seller in history.

Following their fall U.S. dates, Dave Matthews Band will head to South Africa to play shows in Pretoria and Cape Town. Matthews and guitarist Tim Reynolds will travel to Mexico’s Riviera Maya in 2024 for the seventh in their series of all-inclusive concert vacations. Set for February 15-18, the outing is nearly sold out.

Dave Matthews Band has a new date at Alpine Valley after severe weather postpones show

The postponed Dave Matthews Band concert at Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy has a new date: Sunday, June 30.

The concert was scheduled for June 22 but was put on hold as severe weather moved through Wisconsin .

Tickets to the June 22 show will be honored for the new date, the band said on X (formerly Twitter). Refunds are available at the original point of sale for those who can't attend on the new date.

Severe weather affected other outdoor music festivals Saturday night. Crowds evacuated at Tacos and Tequila Festival in Franklin, and SZA was delayed at Summerfest.

Dave Matthews Band regularly visits the area, most recently last summer at Summerfest, but it routinely makes trips to Alpine Valley. Setlist.fm indicates the band has played 37 shows at the venue, dating to 1998.

The band last came to Alpine Valley in July of 2022, and played two shows at Alpine Valley in 2019, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2012 and every year from 2002 to 2010.
