Patrick Hartough, Owner and President of Condominium Travel Club and Pulaski Tickets & Tours Travel Agency and currently Vice President of Resort Developers Association, has over 25 years experience in the Outdoor Resort and Travel industry. Association Graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelors Degree in Science, Patrick started from the ground up in the Private Resort Industry. From frontline sales at All Seasons Resorts in 1985 to owner and President of East Coast Resorts in 1988, a wealth of operations, sales and marketing experience gives him the sensitivity necessary to make CTC and Tickets & Tours responsive to the needs of our members.

Lies all lies. They tell you a lot of condos/hotels come up in Central CA for none in two years. They tell you it's better hotels but they are dives. They promise you a bunch of stuff you never will get. Their brochures are 2 years behind. No prices they say are true. RUN RUN RUN!

Sandra, not sure what you are looking at, but I pulled up our live inventory today from the link on your member website called CTC Weeks. I found over 30 properties in Central California with over 100 weeks of availability from $199 to $599 a week. There were studios to two bedrooms available. Here are a few examples: Many properties in the South Lake Tahoe area (Weeks available April through December 2018, $199 to $399 for the week) Point Arena California (on the coast, $299 for a one bedroom).Tehachapi, CA. near Bakersfield ($499 for a one bedroom).We have many more options as well. Not sure what brochures you are referring to. We do not give any brochures out because our inventory changes daily and is live on your member website. Please call us at 315 298 3355 so we can assist you.

We received a an offer to go to this vacation club and listen about their program. Was offered a "free cruise". All you had to do was paid the port fees/taxes. When trying to book the cruise, it was a bunk bed room which me and my husband did not want. We travel a lot through Carnival and because we are VIP's with them, it was cheaper to book through our VIP rewards than their "low cost" cruise. So, we were never able to use. We bought into their scheme and since June 2016 have been paying $115 a month. Only used a couple of time to book hotels but mainly got for booking Carnival Cruises, our VIP was much cheaper than going through them. So, we never utilized. Then the other day, I was trying to book a hotel and tried to sign on for my deals. Would not give me access. I called and they stated we were to renew 6/2017 for $199 and did not so it expired. We still owe well over $2K so at this point, not sure what we are paying for. I called and was told that our balance was separate from accessing those benefits so not exactly sure what we paid for! What I do know is I am required to pay $115 a month and have no access to the Condo club. When asking about was sent a copy of our signed agreement which is a bunch of legal jargon that no one can understand. I intend to file a formal complaint as we feel VERY taken advantage of. I am writing this in hopes that no one else gets scammed liked we did!

These people use hucksters at fairs who promise you a free 5 day cruise with us paying the port and taxes. We were initially told we would get a free 5 day cruise on Carnival anywhere anytime. After attending their program for 3 hours, we were given a coupon to get this cruise. We were told we would be expected to pay the port charge and taxes which would be between $100-220. We also would expect to pay a small amount for an upgrade. When we looked closer at the certificate, we found we could only use it September-December. Since we did not receiver notification until December, we could not use it in 2016 and it expired May 2017. That only leaves September-December 2017. We also could not use it except for cruises leaving on the east coast. the full scam was when we received the cost being charged. Instead of port charges and an upgrade which should be about $400 for the two of us, it was about $400 each. This would be almost full cost according to the Carnival Website. I realize this sounds like just a bad review, but since we lied to at each time, I feel it is a scam.

I have been with.Condominium Travel club for 7 years and joining was the best thing I have ever done.

We attended their sales event and decided not to purchase but we were given a promotional cruise. This cruise was supposed to be free with the exception of taxes and port fees. On June 16 2016 We chose 3 dates in September and October 2016. July 12, 2016 we were quoted these prices for a carnival 4 day cruise from LA to Mexico 9/12/16 - Carnival Inspiration - 4 Night Baja Mexico round trip Los Angeles CA - 1A - Inside cabin with upper/lower bunk beds - Sold out - 4B - Inside cabin with 1 king or 2 twin beds - $304.44 per person 10/9/16 - Carnival Imagination - 4 Night Baja Mexico round trip Los Angeles CA - 1A - Inside cabin with upper/lower bunk beds - $190.09 per person (Taxes, port expenses, any/all fees rate) - 4B - Inside cabin with 1 king or 2 twin beds - $258.99 per person 10/16/16 - Carnival Imagination - 4 Night Baja Mexico round trip Los Angeles CA - 1A - Inside cabin with upper/lower bunk beds - $190.09 per person (Taxes, port expenses, any/all fees rate) - 4B - Inside cabin with 1 king or 2 twin beds - $277.69 per person The prices seemed a bit steep especially since I had just gone on this same cruise in February and paid about 150 in taxes and port fees per person. The above quoted prices are per person not total. I priced the same cruises on Carnival.Com and the port fees and taxes were 177.28 per person . The total cruise would have been about 300 per person so in reality this is not a promotional cruise. On July 13 I emailed Ashley Rice asking for an explanation of the prices (I know the cruise lines have dates that are more expensive but I also know that September and October are not those months) I did not get a reply of explanation then I emailed again July 20th and again no explanation. called and was placed on hold then hung up on and I had received a call from Ashley but I missed the call so I called back and I did not get an answer. I let a message and no return phone call. I have called on extension 202 and 123 and there is never an answer .

We apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion on pricing of your cruise. There are many moving parts to the pricing of a cruise and many ways to display to the public a price that is not your final price. Typically you get the final price when you book the cruise. The promotional cruise is not Free as stated on the invitation you received at the time of the offer. The prices you were quoted on other cruises you wanted should have been less then you can find through the Carnival website since we were trying to find you a promotional rate. We do hundreds of promotional cruises and all offer a substantial savings to the user. Again we apologize for any confusion on pricing.

I find this company very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to booking travel arrangements. Being alone in the Travel world is not good, having a company that is in the know has helped me tremendously!

Company did what it said it would do. And for the skeptics, remember, "If someone promises you a diamond ring for 10 cents, you will probably wind up with a ring that isn't worth a dime" Nothing is truly "free" For example, all cruises advertise prices that do not include port charges and taxes. They are always additional fees, and this "free" cruise is no exception. Secondly, our sales presentation was wonderful, no pressure, just great prices for great vacations. Our individual sales consultant that spoke with us after the presentation was the most cordial of anyone I have encountered as a similar sales meeting. She explained the program in detail without any strong arm techniques. We did not buy, simply because the program does not work with out current travel needs. If it did, we would have purchased on the spot.

Do not give your time or money to this company. They will lure you in with a "free" cruise for 90 minutes of your time. What they are selling and "giving away" is not worth 1 minute of your time. Everything they promised, they did not deliver on. This company is a sham and everything they are selling is too. Do not be fooled!

The most common reason would be you entered an incorrect password too many times. You will need to wait 24 hours before being able to log in to your account for security purposes.

If you did not enter an incorrect password, your account might not have been activated yet on our new website. You will need to contact  [email protected] , and we will activate your account.

There are a few possible reasons you may not have received your reset link. First, ensure that you are using the email address or username associated with your Condo Travel Club membership. Next, be sure to check your spam folder.

If you are positive that the information is correct and no email was sent to your spam folder, the next step would be reaching out to  [email protected]. W e will set up a temporary password. Then, you can change your password under the “My Account” tab.

The most likely reason you can no longer navigate to “Book Travel” is that your subscription needs to be renewed. You can do so on the “My Account” page under “Subscription Details.”

You will need to contact our office to do so. Please email [email protected] with the subject line “Username Change Request.”

Navigate to the “My Account” page, scroll down, then click on “Account Information.” There, you will be able to update your information.
