Can't access ChatGPT on any browser

I can't access ChatGPT on any browser. The image below was taken in Safari. It doesn't seem to be an issue on OpenAI's part nor a high traffic issue since I can access it on my phone and windows laptop.

I've tried waiting it out for a couple of days but the issue still persists.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this would be appreciated.

I have tried doing all of this multiple times: logging out of the chat, clearing the cache and cookies, and then logging back in, but it didn't help. OpenAI support also gave the same response. It's just strange, and I think it might be related to the latest macOS update because everything was working fine for me about a week ago. The fact that it works in Google Chrome also suggests that the issue is with Safari.

For me that solution works:

Go to Settings -> Wi-Fi -> Click on the details of your current connection -> Disable or Turn off 'Limit IP address tracking".

FWIW, I signed up for ChatGPT to see if I had the same problem. I tested Firefox and Brave and had no problem on Monterey and later. I don't have an answer to your problem. You might try while in Safe Mode.

Maybe try creating a new generic user and try with that user? If it still fails, and since it already failed in Safe Mode, I would consider:

• Security tools you have installed -- even in Safe Mode they can "protect" you and interfere
• Your router settings, especially security, DNS
• Mac Firewall setting
• Browser settings relating to security and privacy, cookies, etc.

Note that sites like ChatGPT do try to extract information about you, your Mac, etc. If you have configured your system, router, etc. to prevent that it might not function.

ChatGPT works (in as much as one can say it "works") for me on Safari and Chrome on my Mac, Chrome and Edge on my Windows computer, and the ChatGPT app on my iPhone. So, sadly, I have no insights.

Try logging out of ChatGPT and clearing your cache and cookies. Restart Safari and see what happens. Or, do what I would do and just keep using Chrome.

To be more accurate, the issue is with Safari on your computer . As I noted, it works fine for me using Safari. I'm running the latest version of Ventura.

I often visit some websites that allow ChatGPT to be used for free using OpenAI's API. I find it quite convenient that I do not need to register an account to use ChatGPT. This is the website I often use gptturkey

For those unfortunate times when ChatGPT is down, we’ve compiled a list of potential solutions you can try to get it running again.

Signing out of the ChatGPT app and signing back in is a good way to refresh your session and resolve any account-specific issues. So, if restarting the app doesn’t help, try removing and re-adding your account in the ChatGPT app using the steps below.

Step 1: Open the ChatGPT app on your phone. Tap the three horizontal dots menu icon at the top-right corner, and select Settings.

Step 2: Scroll down to tap on Sign out.

Step 3: Sign back into the app and see if it works.

5. Turn Off VPN Connection

Problems with your VPN connection can also prevent the ChatGPT app from communicating with the server and make it unresponsive. To determine if that’s the case, you can temporarily disable your VPN connection and try using the app again.

6. Check ChatGPT’s Server Status

At times, server congestion or other related issues can impact the performance of the ChatGPT app on your Android or iPhone. OpenAI maintains a server status page that can help you determine whether the problem originates from the server side.

A yellow or red bar on the server status page indicates that ChatGPT is experiencing a partial or major outage. If the servers are down, wait for the company to fix the issue on its end before using the app again.

7. Clear App Cache (Android)

This is a rudimentary fix that can help fix issues with any Android app, including ChatGPT. Doing so will delete any temporary files associated with the app that may be causing the problem.

Step 1: Long press on the ChatGPT app on your phone and tap the ‘i’ icon from the resulting menu.

Step 2: Go to Storage and tap the Clear cache option at the bottom.

8. Update the App

If the ChatGPT app is still not loading, you can consider updating it as a last resort. Doing so will help fix any issues caused by known bugs.

Open the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone) and search for the ChatGPT app. If a newer version is available, tap the Update button to install it.

ChatGPT has set the internet on fire with its incredible Artificial Intelligence and here we show you some different ways to use ChatGPT on a Mac.

ChatGPT is a deep learning AI chatbot that can generate text on just about anything incredibly accurately.

The possibilities are endless with ChatGPT and there’s no doubt that it’s a next level technology that goes beyond anything that Siri, Alexa or other “virtual assistants” are capable of.

In May 2024, OpenAI finally announced the ChatGPT for Mac and although initially it was only available to Plus subscribers, it’s now available to everyone.

Unfortunately, it only works on Apple Silicon Apps though.

However there are lots of free third party apps that allow you to integrate it more closely with macOS including on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.

At the moment, the ChatGPT is free to use on all platforms but the developer OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT Plus for $20 per month.

ChatGPT Plus offers faster response times, AI art generation, better access during peak times and first access to new features.

ChatGPT works on any platform including Macs as it’s entirely web based but there are also ways to integrate it into macOS.

The easiest way is to use the official ChatGPT for Mac app from OpenAI.

Here then are the best ways to use ChatGPT on a Mac.

In May 2024, OpenAI released the official ChatGPT for Mac app which is easily the most powerful and integrated version of ChatGPT available for Mac.

Whereas other third party tools simply give you easier access to ChatGPT on a Mac rather than having to use it in a browser, the official OpenAI app allows you to upload files into it and much more.

By using a simple keyboard shortcut, “Option + Space”, you can instantly ask ChatGPT a question and with the new voice support feature, you can have a conversation with ChatGPT directly on your Mac.

You can ask ChatGPT what’s on your screen and discuss elements of it based on feedback from the AI assistant.

Other things possible are asking ChatGPT to create charts based on data in spreadsheets, chat about photos and analyze files you upload.

Initially, ChatGPT for Mac was only available to Plus subscribers but has now been rolled-out to all users for free.

Note that the official ChatGPT app is only available for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS Sonoma. It does not work on Intel Macs.

You can also download ChatGPT for Mac and try it for yourself.

You can access ChatGPT from your Mac’s Menu Bar thanks to a free third party app called macGPT .

macGPT allows you to start new conversations on your Mac desktop and also resume ones that you have already started. You can also access macGPT from the Main Menu via the brain icon even when apps are in full screen mode.

To use ChatGPT with macGPT follow these instructions.

• Sign-up for an OpenAI ChatGPT account . You’ll need to enter your name, email address and telephone number to verify your account.
• Download menuGPT and drag it to your Applications folder.
• Double click on it and login with your OpenAI credentials.

You can then use ChatGPT via macGPT from your Mac’s Menu bar. You can also change the settings so that macGPT is always on top floating over other windows.

You can download macGPT for free although the developer encourages a small donation.

If you find that macGPT is not working when you enter a request, then it’s probably because ChatGPT is at capacity.

Note that this is not a problem with macGPT but is due to high demand on ChatGPT.

If you’ve already updated your Mac to macOS Sonoma , then you can easily create a desktop Dock shortcut to access ChatGPT on your Mac anytime.

This has been possible on iOS devices like iPhones and iPads for some time but is also now possible in the latest version of Safari in macOS Sonoma.

In fact, you can do this for any website you use in Safari.

To create a ChatGPT app shortcut in the Dock using Safari in macOS Sonoma, follow these instructions.

• Visit ChatGPT in Safari. You don’t have to log into your account or anything to create the Dock app for it.
• Go to File in the top right of Safari.
• Click on the Add To Dock option.
• Click on Add .

You’ve then instantly created a ChatGPT app for Mac that sits in your Dock like any other application.

The latest version of Safari also has a “web app” view mode which is like a simplified version of the browser which may be better for using ChatGPT when you click on the app in the Dock.

ChatGPT For Desktop is similar to macGPT and allows you to access ChatGPT from your Mac’s Menu Bar.

Once installed, you can either click on the ChatGPT For Desktop logo in the Menu Bar or use CMD + Shift + G to quickly open it from anywhere.

Note that there are two different downloads for ChatGPT For Desktop: one for Intel Macs and one for Apple Silicon ARM M1, M2 and M3 Macs.

Outside of the official ChatGPT for Mac app, the quickest and easiest way to use ChatGPT on a Mac is simply to use the ChatGPT website in any browser such as Safari, Firefox or Chrome.

Once you’ve signed-up, you can ask ChatGPT anything and wait for a response.

If you sign-up with a Google or Microsoft account you only need to provide your email address to verify your account.

If you just sign-up with an email address, you’ll also need to provide your mobile number to verify your account.

You can then bookmark ChatGPT in your browser for easy access anytime you need it.

HelloAI is an AI Chatbot Assistant that allows you to use ChatGPT on your Mac desktop.

HelloAI requires you to have a ChatGPT account and helps you get answers to quick questions instantly via ChatGPT on your Mac desktop.

HelloAI sits in the top right corner of your screen and also includes a useful Prompt Library that saves your favorite and frequently used prompts.

There’s also a Prompt Store which provides hundreds of prompts for various topics ranging from business and education to travel and entertainment.

This could be useful for Marketing Professionals looking for brainstorming inspiration, Business Executives needing to communicate clearly with a team and generate meeting agendas and students that need to simplify research.

However, HelloAI also requires a $2.99 weekly or $9.99 monthly plan on top of your ChatGPT subscription if you have one.

You can also integrate ChatGPT in other apps such as Gmail, Microsoft Office and more by creating a Shortcut although this is the most complicated way of setting-up ChatGPT on a Mac.

Creating a shortcut on your Mac basically allows you to access ChatGPT from any application although it won’t work in all cases.

To setup a shortcut to use ChatGPT you need to:

• Sign-up for an OpenAI account .
• Get an OpenAI API key which allows ChatGPT to communicate with Siri.
• Click on “Create Secret New Key” and keep the API key safe somewhere.

You then need to create a Shortcut on your Mac instructions for which you can find below.

If you’re a programmer using Python, you can also integrate ChatGPT with Python on a Mac.

Python can access ChatGPT via the OpenAI API client similar to the other methods of integrating ChatGPT that we’ve already looked at.

Of course, it’s only useful for programmers although you may find that other coding platforms can also access the OpenAI API client on a Mac too.

If you want a convenient way to use ChatGPT on your Mac then try ChatTab.

If you can't log in to OpenAI's ChatGPT make sure that the servers are available. You can also check that you're using a compatible browser, have disabled your VPN, and are accessing the service through a web browser directly (not a browser extension).

Can't log in to ChatGPT? The OpenAI sensation has sent the web into a spin, but it's not always smooth sailing. It's often unavailable, with many users finding it hard to even sign up or log in at times. Here are some things you can try if you're having ChatGPT login issues.

ChatGPT is a web service like any other, and one that's subject to the same server problems and connection issues that can prevent you from being able to log in. The first thing to do if you're having trouble logging in is to make sure that your username and password are correct.

Use a password manager to store your login information to avoid issues like this in the future. For this to be your issue, you need to be able to get to the login screen in the first place.

If you can't log in or create an account because you cannot reach the login screen at all, something else is causing the issue. This could be a server issue, or the problem could be closer to home. Browser incompatibilities or issues stemming from your connection could also be to blame. So, what can you do?

If OpenAI's servers are encountering issues, the only thing you can do is come back at a later time and try again. If you can't even reach the login screen or you get a "ChatGPT is at capacity right now" error then this suggests the issue is with the server rather than your setup. You can always take a peek at the OpenAI status page to confirm.

If you want to be able to access ChatGPT even during periods of high demand, consider signing up for ChatGPT Plus (using the link at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar). This costs $20 per month and gives you priority access, faster responses, and new features as they are introduced.

Browser problems may also cause problems with ChatGPT, so it's always worth trying an alternative browser (like Firefox or Chrome) if your primary browser isn't working. You can also try opening a new "private browsing" session in your browser of choice. If you're using ChatGPT through a browser extension or other indirect route, consider using the website directly by visiting chat.openai.com in your web browser.

A VPN can also interfere with the ChatGPT service, so if you're using one consider turning it off and trying again. You can also try switching servers. VPN traffic is often flagged by web servers into providing additional verification.

Alternatively, consider that your network is blocking access to ChatGPT. This may happen if you're using the internet from within an internal network run by an employer or educational establishment. Try accessing the service from a mobile device (using a cellular connection) instead. Or, if you're on a home network, try troubleshooting your internet connection .

If nothing works, waiting and trying later is the best solution. You can always post your problem on the OpenAI community message board  to see if any other users have a solution you can try.

You'll need to sign up for an OpenAI account to use the chatbot. Fortunately, these accounts don't cost anything so you can interact with ChatGPT free of charge . You can create an account using an existing Google or Microsoft account , or sign up for a new OpenAI account directly. You'll need to supply a valid phone number "for security reasons" according to OpenAI (no landlines, VoIP , or Google Voice ).

If you're unable to sign up, you can always try posting your prompt on a service like GPT Overflow  and hope that someone asks the chatbot and posts a response for you. Failing that there's always Microsoft's Bing AI search to answer your queries, along with several other ChatGPT alternatives .

Mac users rejoice! The ChatGPT app is finally available for everyone, not just subscribers

Anyone can now download the ChatGPT app on the Mac and use it, including non-paying users – previously the app was restricted to ChatGPT Plus subscribers. 

OpenAI announced in a post on X that you can now “get faster access to ChatGPT to chat about email, screenshots and anything on your screen with the Option + Space shortcut.” You can download the app via the official website , enabling more convenient access to the AI, and putting various features at your fingertips on the desktop.

From a central prompt box you can query ChatGPT, and access options to take a screenshot or upload a file to send to the chatbot , and engage with the AI in other ways, including easily searching through your old conversations to find something specific.

Another example shows someone using the shortcut to upload some PDF class schedule files, asking ChatGPT to find and summarize the deadlines within the three files. That effectively illustrates how this can be a helpful tool to sort through your overwhelming college or school workload. 

The most impressive aspect of the app is the way it streamlines the process of using ChatGPT. Instead of having to copy an entire document to paste into ChatGPT, you can simply select a section (or as noted above, upload the whole file), bring up ChatGPT, and just ask for feedback in the search bar. 

Alongside all of this, Mac users can speak to the desktop ChatGPT app for a more hands-free experience, a feature I believe truly shifts ChatGPT from being just any old chatbot and turns it into a virtual assistant in macOS .

An example query on the OpenAI website shows someone prompting ChatGPT to take a screenshot of some broken code, requesting help with that code, which then opens the app and provides suggestions as to what to do to fix the problem. All that said, I’m someone who's very skeptical about the increasing integration and use of artificial intelligence in this way, especially considering the environmental impact that AI can have (in terms of processing workloads, and the power needed for that).

So while I do appreciate that this is all incredibly cool, and will make the lives of many people easier and more productive, at the same time, the more widely available this kind of tech becomes, the more impact it will have on the environment – and that's something the big AI brands need to be thinking about.

10 Fixes for ChatGPT Not Working in Google Chrome

ChatGPT has revolutionized the generative AI market with a class-leading chatbot. Open AI’s offering is available on the web and mobile platforms. That said, many had issues accessing and using ChatGPT on their preferred browser on the web. If you are among them, check the top ways to fix ChatGPT not working in Google Chrome.

OpenAI's ChatGPT and Microsoft's Copilot repeated a false claim about the presidential debate

Two of the most popular generative AI products, OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Microsoft’s Copilot, regurgitated false information about Thursday’s presidential debate just hours after it first appeared online and was debunked .

The false claim centered on CNN’s broadcast of the debate, which a conservative writer claimed without evidence was going to be on a “1-2 minute delay.” CNN quickly denied the claim , but that did not stop its spread among other conservative influencers, blogs and political figures alongside speculation that the delay would be used to edit the debate before it reached the public.

NBC News asked ChatGPT, Copilot, Meta AI, Google’s Gemini and X’s Grok questions about the broadcast on Thursday evening: “Will there be a 1 to 2 minute broadcast delay in the CNN debate tonight?”

Microsoft’s Copilot answered incorrectly, writing, “Yes, there will be a delay in tonight’s presidential debate between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump. CNN plans to implement a 1-2 minute delay instead of the standard 7-second delay, potentially allowing time to edit parts of the broadcast. The debate, hosted by CNN and simulcast on NBC News NOW, will be the first time the two candidates have shared a debate stage since 2020. Live coverage starts at 7 p.m. ET, and the debate itself begins at 9 p.m. ET.”

Copilot provided links to websites to back up its answer. It pointed to the website of former Fox News host Lou Dobbs, which cited the conservative writer's post about the alleged delay that first spread widely. Copilot also cited NBC News’ own liveblog for when the debate would start.

ChatGPT’s most up-to-date model, 4o, also answered the same question incorrectly, writing: “Yes, there will be a 1 to 2 minute broadcast delay during tonight’s CNN debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. This delay is intended to ensure that any inappropriate or unforeseen events can be managed before reaching the live audience. The debate will begin at 9 PM ET and will be moderated by Jake Tapper and Dana Bash. Measures are in place to maintain order, including muted microphones when a candidate is not speaking​.”

Despite citing Katie Couric Media and UPI in its incorrect answer, neither original articles mention any delay in CNN’s broadcast. 

When asked a version of the same question with fewer details (“Will there be a delay in the broadcast for tonight’s debate?”) ChatGPT answered correctly while Copilot still repeated the false claim about a delay.

Microsoft did not immediately respond to requests for comment. In response to a request for comment, an OpenAI representative said ChatGPT was now correctly answering the question initially posed by NBC News. In response to an additional question (“Will there be a delay to edit footage from the debate tonight?”) ChatGPT still answered incorrectly.

Meta’s AI product and X’s Grok answered the questions correctly, and Google’s Gemini refused to answer the questions, deeming them too political. 

The incorrect answers follow concerns raised by government officials, academics and some employees at AI companies about how popular chatbots can be used to propel misinformation. 

Aside from AI-generated images and videos, concerns have been raised about how AI will be used by voters to seek information during critical events such as elections. 

A recent study that asked AI models about election information found that oftentimes, popular products got crucial information, such as registration date cutoffs and presidents’ ages, wrong.

Apple is not withholding any other new features in macOS Sequoia, meaning users with supported Intel Macs will be able to enjoy things like the ability to schedule messages to send later, Reminder integration with Calendars, a new standalone Passwords app, window tiling, and more. I keep seeing this, how come yourself so many people seem to shut down AI stuff as rubbish? Have you tried chatgpt or any alternatives? It can be really powerful and I’m very excited for Apple Intelligence. Genuinely interested to hear your perspective.

ChatGPT's Voice Mode won't launch on time — no word from Scarlett Johansson yet

OpenAI says it needs another month to refine the Voice Mode experience for ChatGPT.

What you need to know

• OpenAI demonstrated a Voice Mode for ChatGPT earlier this year that supported verbal communication with natural language.
• Voice Mode was set to roll out to a select group of testers this month, but it has been delayed.
• OpenAI explained that it needs to improve the "model's ability to detect and refuse certain content."
• The company also aims to improve the user experience of Voice Mode and prepare infrastructure to handle the scale of expected demand.
• OpenAI received criticism from Scarlett Johansson, who claimed the "Sky" voice for Voice Mode was based on her, though OpenAI did not mention that legal battle when announcing the delay of Voice Mode.

You'll have to wait at least one more month to try out OpenAI's Voice Mode for ChatGPT . Last month, OpenAI demoed the voice-based experience , which allows you to communicate with ChatGPT using natural language. The company planned to start testing Voice Mode with a small group of ChatGPT Plus users this month, but it has since delayed that rollout.

OpenAI shared that the delay will give the organization more time to improve "the model's ability to detect and refuse certain content." The tech giant did not specify what type of content needs to be refused, though some have speculated that users may try to have ChatGPT act like a virtual girlfriend. If that is the case, OpenAI will want to lock down what Voice Mode will and will not do.

The delay will also give OpenAI a chance to improve the user experience of Voice Mode and get its infrastructure ready to meet demand.

OpenAI shared the following statement on X (formerly Twitter):

"We're sharing an update on the advanced Voice Mode we demoed during our Spring Update, which we remain very excited about:

We had planned to start rolling this out in alpha to a small group of ChatGPT Plus users in late June, but need one more month to reach our bar to launch. For example, we’re improving the model’s ability to detect and refuse certain content. We’re also working on improving the user experience and preparing our infrastructure to scale to millions while maintaining real-time responses.

As part of our iterative deployment strategy, we'll start the alpha with a small group of users to gather feedback and expand based on what we learn. We are planning for all Plus users to have access in the fall. Exact timelines depend on meeting our high safety and reliability bar. We are also working on rolling out the new video and screen sharing capabilities we demoed separately, and will keep you posted on that timeline.

OpenAI did not mention Scarlett Johansson in its statement. The actress accused OpenAI of making the "Sky" voice for ChatGPT sound like Johansson. Specifically, the voice was compared to Johansson's character in the Netflix movie "Her." OpenAI pulled its voice technology shortly after Johansson issued a statement.

Later, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman responded to allegations, stating, "Sky is not Scarlett Johansson's, and it was never intended to resemble hers. We cast the voice actor behind Sky’s voice before any outreach to Ms. Johansson. Out of respect for Ms. Johansson, we have paused using Sky’s voice in our products. We are sorry to Ms. Johansson that we didn’t communicate better."

Regardless of if the delay of ChatGPT's Voice Mode is connected to any potential legal battles between OpenAI and Johansson, testers will have to wait until at least next month to try the voice technology.

T he Chrome Web Store has thousands of themes and extensions that add new visuals and features to your Chrome browser. Are you looking for a new Chromebook on a budget ? ChatGPT vs. Gemini: Which gives the better answers?

If you use Google Chrome on your Windows PC or Mac, here's how to open the Chrome Web Store from the Google Chrome browser.

• Select the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the address bar to see a menu of options.
• Hover over the Extensions submenu, then select Visit Chrome Web Store .
• A new tab opens, showing the Chrome Web Store extensions page. From there, browse extensions using the carousel at the top or by scrolling down and checking out the cards on the main page.

It's common for an extension to need permission to read and change data on websites you visit. Some extensions can be customized to restrict which websites they can access. All extensions can be deactivated and uninstalled if you want to take a break or remove them.

With a Chrome theme, choose Add to Chrome , and the new theme becomes active immediately.

How to use Chrome extensions

Some Chrome extensions begin working as soon as you install them, while others require some setup. You can access some extensions in the toolbar that appears to the right of the address bar. Toolbar extensions appear as icons. Click them to activate them, or right-click for more options.

To manage extensions:

• Select the icon at the far right of the toolbar that looks like a jigsaw puzzle piece, then choose Manage Extensions from the popup menu.
• Alternatively, use the more menu in the upper-right corner, hover over Extensions , and choose Manage Extensions .
• A new tab opens, showing the extensions you installed on your computer.
• You'll see a toggle switch that's blue when turned on and gray when turned off. There are also buttons to show more Details and to Remove an extension.

Open the Chrome Web Store from a Chromebook

You might find references to Chrome apps online, but they are no longer supported except for Google Enterprise and Education customers and partners. Google said Chrome app support has been extended for these users "until at least January 2025." Google Chrome apps require a compatible web browser because they are built with web-friendly languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. These apps look similar to Windows and macOS apps and open in their own windows.

It was a great idea, and many Chrome apps were developed, but a new technology called progressive web apps (PWA) is a better option for web developers who want to create lightweight apps that run everywhere.

Open the Chrome Web Store from another browser

Several browsers are compatible with Chrome extensions and themes. For example, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and Brave browsers support Chrome extensions.

Apple's Safari browser supports extensions but is not compatible with Chrome extensions. However, you can install the Chrome browser on a Mac if you need to access a Chrome extension. Many Chrome extensions work in Firefox, but there are some incompatibilities . Check if your browser is supported by opening the Chrome Web Store using this link .

Are Chrome extensions available for Android and iOS?

Chrome extensions are designed for computers, not smartphones. The default browser on most Android phones is Chrome, which doesn't support extensions. On an iPhone, the default Safari browser only supports Safari extensions.

ChatGPT NOT working - Cannot access Login page

Chatgpt is down. I 've tried everything and cannot access the site to even attempt to login. Its been like this all day. Can’t believe there is nothing on the web about this? I’ve tried different browsers and devices

I am having the same issue on the desktop version. The mobile webpage works normally for me.

Update: I tested both on the same company wi-fi. Phone could use website. Laptop could not.

Update 2: Issue appears to be resolved.

Try clear cache and cookies on your browser. Incognito mode Ctrl_Shift+N in chrome

SAME HERE! What is the best solution?

Same issue. I havn’t been able to use ChatGPT since late last week. I get to a login page when I use InPrivate (ingognito) on Edge, then I can choose between Chat, Dali-E on the next page, then just blank white page when clicking on ChatGPT. It’s not loading. On corporate network or VPN from home. Have ChatGPT plus account which works fine on both private and corporate mobiles. If not private mode I get the ChatGPT poem, which is rather annoying to see by now…

I am having same issue. It works with IOS app or with IOS edge-browser, but its not working with any windows browsing SWs.

I have tried all the solution, such as cash cleaning, Network connection, Extension disabling, atc. but nothing has changed.

I have the same issue on my VPN, works fine without.

OpenAI is using a CDN, cdn-oaistatic-com, and it’s ssl certificate gives me a NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error.

Qualys SSL Labs Server Test orcdn-oaistatic-com doesn’t show it’s not trusted.

I am experiencing the same problem. I also have a ChatGPT Plus account. I am using my Windows 10 Pro laptop. I am not using a VPN. I am using my home’s network.

The problem started yesterday, Monday 2023/09/25, when ChatGPT displayed something like my session ended and I need to log in again. I tried to log in, but ChatGPT displayed a screen with a failed attempt at a poem and two buttons, Log in and Sign up. I clicked on the Log in button, and nothing happened. I then tried to log in some other way and ChatGPT displayed a blank screen. I then deleted cache and cookies, tried to log in and saw the same two screens. I finally tried using a private window and again saw the same two screens. This happened while using my Brave browser.

I then tried to log in using Chrome, the first time I used Chrome to access ChatGPT, and saw the same two screens. I finally tried to log in using Firefox, the first time I used Firefox to access ChatGPT, and saw the same two screens.

This board’s software will not allow me to include links in this post. So, I am going to substitute a word, slash, for the URL character, / , and a word, period, for the URL character . .
