Nickelback Announces 2023 Get Rollin’ Tour

BRANTLEY GILBERT JOINS ACROSS ALL NON-FESTIVAL DATES

Today, acclaimed rock band  Nickelback  announced the upcoming 2023  Get Rollin’ Tour , in support of their most recent 10th studio album,  Get Rollin’ .  Produced by Live Nation, the massive run will hit 38 cities this summer, kicking off on  Monday, June 12  in  Quebec City, QC  at Videotron Centre, with stops across North America in Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Nashville and more before wrapping up on  Wednesday, August 30  in  Belmont Park, NY  at UBS Arena. NICKELBACK 's history dates back to 1995 in Hanna, Alberta, where they got their start playing covers in a band called VILLAGE IDIOT , a nod to the small-town nature where they played and grew up. Nickelback is a rock band from Alberta, Canada. They’ve released 9 studio albums since 1996. Originally starting out with a more grunge-rock sound, the group developed a more radio-friendly sound in order to increase their popularity.

In a video promoting their upcoming “Get Rollin’ Tour,” the Canadian rockers go behind the scenes to reveal they’re the deep voices behind the epic tour announcement.

“Was that good?” lead singer Chad Kroeger asks his bandmates.

And with that, the group, that has been the butt of music snob’s jokes and memes for years, shows they have a smirking sense of humor too.

Will they bring that tongue in cheek attitude on the road with them?

We can’t say for certain but it is likely that they’ll bring their massive hits like “How You Remind Me,” “Photograph,” “Rockstar,” “Burn It To The Ground” and “Someday” as well as tracks from their recently released 10th studio album “Get Rollin'” to the stage at each and every show.

That includes an Aug. 30 concert at Elmont’s UBS Arena and a pit stop at the annual Tailgates and Tallboys Music Festival in Bloomington, IL from June 14-17.

Nickelback 2023 tour schedule

Chad Kroeger, Ryan Peake, Mike Kroeger and Daniel Adair launch their North American 38-concert “Get Rollin'” tour at Quebec City’s Videotron Centre on June 12.

From there, the quartet have arena and amphitheater concerts mapped out in Vancouver (June 28), Salt Lake City (July 6), Las Vegas (July 15), Nashville (Aug. 1) and Milwaukee (Aug. 5).

The run concludes on Aug. 30 at Elmont’s UBS Arena .

Shows won’t start with the headliners taking the stage on this tour.

No, country rockers Brantley Gilbert and Josh Ross will serve as special guests at each and every concert.

Here’s a quick primer on each of the support acts you’ll see if you arrive on time.

Brantley Gilbert , a Jefferson, GA native, is known for his slick country sound. It’s very possible you’ve already seen him on tour before too. Over the past decade, he’s opened for Kid Rock, Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, Willie Nelson and Luke Combs. Want to check out his music? Things get heavy on Nickelback’s most recent record, “Get Rollin’.”

On track two, Nickelback maintains that energy and brings the guitar solos, menacing vocals and thumping drums to the catchy “Skinny Little Missy.”

From there, the rockers return to their pop radio friendly roots with the friendlier ditty “Those Days” and “High Time.”

Tailgates and Tallboys Festival

From June 14-17, Nickelback has been tapped to headline the annual Tailgates and Tallboys Festival in Bloomington, IL.

The star-studded affair will also bring major country stars like Kane Brown, Parker McCollum, Jelly Roll and Lainey Wilson as well as to the festival grounds for the four-day extravaganza.

Nickelback - Get Rollin' Tour

Nickelback ’s first album in five years, Get Rollin’ was released November 18, 2022, via BMG and debuted at #2 across the Current Rock, Alternative, Hard Music and Digital Album charts. The record also landed on the ARIA Album Chart at #3 and in the Top 10 in the UK, Canada, Germany, Australia and Austria. Additionally, Get Rollin’ debuted at #1 in Switzerland, a career first for the band. The highly acclaimed new album is a thrilling soundscape of adventure, nostalgia and emotional exploration. With the new record, Nickelback continues their incomparable legacy as “one of rock’s biggest-ever bands,” as noted by KERRANG and furthering their legacy is set to be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame at the JUNO Awards on March 13, 2023.

FLOOR ACCESS Ticketholders with floor seats can access the floor via sections 110/111, 112/113, 113/114, 119,120 & 120/121. Wristbands will be required to access the pit and can be picked up on the main concourse by section 228.

TRAVEL ADVISORY The Culture and Entertainment District is currently completing the 17th Avenue Extension. During this time vehicle and pedestrian access to the ‘Dome will be restricted and parking may be limited. Parking in Stampede Park is limited due to Calgary Stampede set up and Game Con (June 25 th only).  We recommend parking in 11 th Ave Lot for $8 , with an approx. 5-minute walk to the Scotiabank Saddledome.  Lots 10, 11, 18, and 20 are available ($15), on a first come first served basis.  If you have a CSEC parking pass, please follow directions to these car lots, clearly displaying your pass. Transit is operating, please use Victoria Park/Stampede Station with an approx. 5-minute walk to the Scotiabank Saddledome. Walking – The majority of sidewalks are open in and around the Scotiabank Saddledome; please be mindful of vehicle traffic, follow pedestrian wayfinding and keep to the allocated sidewalks wherever possible. Travel light.

Guests are encouraged to leave bags/purses at home or limit the size of their bag. Bags must be smaller than 14″x14″x6″ and must fit comfortably underneath your seat.

Cashless Venue

The Scotiabank Saddledome is a cashless venue. All concession stands, retail locations, and 50/50 sellers use contactless terminals that allow debit, credit, Apple/Google Pay, and gift card transactions. Learn More

Mobile Ticketing

Moving forward, all future tickets sold for events at Scotiabank Saddledome will be Mobile Only Delivery. Tickets can be accessed and displayed via the Ticketmaster App.

Accessibility

The Scotiabank Saddledome recognizes the needs of guests with accessibility challenges. Barrier-free access is located on the northwest side of the ‘Dome and accesses directly onto the main concourse. Visit our Accessibility page for more information.

Guests at the Saddledome are required to go through security screening procedures when attending an event; there are walk-through magnetometers at all points of entry and guests will be asked to remove all items from their pockets.
