Description

Head to Toulouse Street in the French Quarter at your selected time for your 2-hour Sunday brunch cruise. Board the Steamboat NATCHEZ, an authentic paddle-wheel steamboat that will take you on an old-time ride along the Mississippi River. This steam-powered vessel has everything from a museum-quality engine room to a megaphone to call the ship's orders.

As you steam ahead on the Mississippi River, enjoy marvelous views of New Orleans’ skyline while being treated to live music performed by a jazz trio. There is also live narration on board.

Inside the cabin or on the outside decks, sit down to a delectable Louisiana-style buffet brunch. Savor dishes such as egg frittatas, Creole shrimp, cheese grist, bread pudding and fresh fruit (see full menu below), all tasty Louisiana favorites! Drinks including mimosas, punch and Bloody Marys are available for purchase.

Your brunch cruise ends back at the French Quarter with plenty of time to continue your New Orleans sightseeing on land.

Steamboat NATCHEZ Jazz Brunch Cruise

Welcome aboard the most unique blend of "real new orleans", combining a two hour cruise on the iconic steamboat natchez, with traditional live jazz from the steamboat stompers, and a mouth-watering new orleans brunch..

On this Sunday brunch cruise, travel along the Mississippi River while enjoying live jazz music and savoring a lovely tableside brunch. This authentic paddle-wheel riverboat will whisk you away to the romance and ambiance of yesteryear. Don't forget your camera, as you'll see amazing panoramas of New Orleans' skyline!

Tour departs daily at 11:30am and 2:30pm. Boarding begins at 11:00am and 2:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to boarding.

Owner reserve the right to substitute a similar vessel should the NATCHEZ become unavailable. Periodically, Steamboat NATCHEZ will be out of service for her yearly Coast Guard inspections and general maintenance. All cruises during this time will take place on her sister vessel - the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS. In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.

The booze, brunch & jazz cruise was amazing. The food was great, classic New Orleans style brunch. Jumbo, grits, bacon. The whole works. The music was the best part. Just was just something magical about listening to jazz while sailing the Mississippi River was an experience of a life time. The Bach app really helped facilitate and enjoy the experience overall. If I go back to New Orleans for whatever reason. I would deff do the brunch jazz cruise again!

We loved the Booze, Brunch, & Jazz Cruise. First, the food on this was actually AMAZING. I'm a foodie, so I have high standards. As soon as you sit down, you're fed. (My kind of place). We also had a blast on the second deck listening to the jazz band, dancing, and taking photos outside with our crew. The cruise wasn't too long or too short, and it definitely felt like a very "New Orleans" experience. We loved it!

I truly enjoyed myself on the boat. The food/drink options were phenomenal and the jazz played their hearts out!
