  • Beth T 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Well worth doing Worth doing when you're in Sharm, you get taken to the middle of the desert in an air-conditioned bus, you are then met by your guides, you travel by quad bike to mountains and see beautiful scenery. You then go to a small gathering area to see a camel and ride it if you have purchased this (you do just get on a camel and do a 2 minute trip in a circle from what we saw). You then get taken to a different place where you are seated and a show is performed and you get fed. The show was good, fire and snakes, and the food was also very well done considering you are in the middle of a desert. There was a telescope located on the exit where you could look at a star before you're taken back on the quad bike through the desert. Overall it was really enjoyable and I would recommend doing this. Only thing I would recommend is taking glasses with you and a headscarf, if not you can purchase them there for a small fee. I would also say take a jumper if you're going when the evenings get cold as you are sat around for a long time. Very good experience. Read more Written February 12, 2024
  • Beth T 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Slightly false advertisement but good experience Was a good experience to go and see all the fish, however is advertised on trip advisor as though it includes free time to snorkel for 30-45 minutes which is not the case you are just on the boat constantly. Would be good for people who don't want to snorkel. Arranging travel was fairly easy but they advise they will meet you at the top of the hotel and then WhatsApp to confirm but with no WiFi at the top of the hotel it's difficult to communicate. Definitely worth doing and you do see a lot underwater. Read more Written February 12, 2024

  • AmyyyPao4 0 contributions 2.0 of 5 bubbles Disorganized Disappointment This is one of the tours my family and I were most excited for in Egypt, however, it ended up being one of our worst experiences because of the service. (A shame with views that can sell themself) Prior to arrival, the coordination was acceptable for hotel pick-up/drop-off, the staff requested copies of passports to get started on the national park permit required (and to identify us at pickup) and hotel name/room number. The service level declined rapidly upon arrival at the port. Several issues throughout the day: - Extreme disorganization and rudeness at checkin - Inaccurately processed booking information, resulting in 1 dive instructor for 21 divers upon departure. - Charging for people for the use of snorkel equipment even though they were included in the reservation. All snorkel equipment was broken or inoperable, in which they would then try to charge you for “breaking”. - Aggressive photo taking, in and out of the water taking away from the diving experience. (Oh, and if you dare not purchase them at the end? Good luck) - The icing on the cake? Physically shaking a tip jar in front of your face while deboarding. - Disappointing management of people near the coral. It’s a dying species and they were letting people touch it and stand on it. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because when we actually were left alone by photographers and got to scuba for 10 minutes, it was beautiful. If you decide to go: - Bring a towel. - Physically bring a copy of your booking to dispute any up charges. - Bring your passport. - Adjust your expectations. Read more Written September 29, 2023
  • H7458SLlucym 0 contributions 3.0 of 5 bubbles Elite vip trip - honest review booked this trip via the tui guide which he highly recommended to do, however i personally feel that our experience wasn’t as good as we expected due to the the colourless coral reefs. First of all the title ‘VIP’ is miss leading due to the missing availability for choice over drinks. I understand the dangers of selling alcohol aboard however I feel that serving only coke lemonade and water in small plastic cups isn’t very ‘luxury’ not to mention the coke and lemonade was luke warm. I must also mention that security does check your bags before entering the boat meaning we aborded the boat 25 minutes late. When we arrived to the boat overall we was satisfied with the cleanliness aswell as the modern style of boat with comfortable sunbeds. Lunch at 3 was slightly late for us personally, however the food was nice and there was a good selection. This trip is perfect for people that are craving a quiet little adventure. Minus the amount of times we were pressured to take photos multiple times after saying no ThankYou!! Overall I personally enjoyed the peaceful journey to and from each stops, where we were safely guided around the warm sea of coral reefs and were lucky enough to spot a family of dolphins that came close to the boat. Before hand we learned about the different types of fish aswell as hired snorkeling equipment which is available. ( not included in the price) Overall this was an enjoyable experience however unsure if I would recommend to a good friend. Read more Written August 15, 2023

  • colinw204 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles A grand day out. A grand day out. Once we’d been 'processed' into the Marina and got on the boat it was superb, the crew were friendly and there was plenty of room, comfy chairs, sun loungers and the cleanest heads I’ve come across on a day trip or dive boat. They took us up to Jackson & Gordon reefs near Tiran Island and we were super lucky to have a pod of Dolphin play alongside as we travelled there for some excellent snorkelling before a superb lunch. On the way back after lunch, one more snorkelling stop and then sadly it was over and back to the hotel. Read more Written June 15, 2023

Boat was modern and clean, staff were all very attentive fun and happy to help with anything, Captain was lovely and he found us dolphins 🐬 Lunch was fantastic with a really good selection of food. The coral was amazing and was easy to swim around, the sea was very calm where we stopped. Would definitely do this again when we return to Egypt. Just one too, take lots of water, you do get drinks on the boat but the water is warm and you only get small cups.We took a few bottles of water and some ice in our them mug. 😊 Read more Written June 9, 2023
  • springerlloyd 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Nothing VIP about this cruise. Beware. This snorkeling cruise, apparently exclusive to TUI, is a complete rip off. It must be the only snorkeling event that doesn't provide snorkeling gear. You have to take your own, or hire from their favoured hire shop. The numbers are supposed to be restricted to 25-30, but our cruise had far more people and this meant that a number of us didn't have sunbeds as promised. There was no service of drinks offered on board as stated. The lunch cooked by the Captain on board was a kofta, a piece of chicken, breaded fish(not fresh) and 3 prawns, plus salads. The bread was handed out literally by hand (no gloves) by one of the crew, and put directly onto the table, no hygiene here, and we had to request drinks as none were offered. The 3 snorkeling sites were good and the lads helped those who were inexperienced, but there was nothing exclusive or VIP about this cruise. After haggling with our TUI rep, we got back 50% of the £144 cost, but we would have preferred to have had the promised cruise. Read more Written May 6, 2023
  • Daniel P 0 contributions 2.0 of 5 bubbles Not great The trip wasn’t as advertised. 1. The pick up was late by over 30 minutes. The boat then sat in the harbour for a very long time which meant that it was not at sea for 8 hours as suggested. 2. We selected the boat as it was a large boat (max 30 passengers) although we set sail with 38. I think that there would have been more if additional bookings had been made. I would however say in defence that the boat was large and comfortable. 3. The trip doesn’t include all costs. They make you pay extra for a life jacket albeit if you are a comfortable swimmer you will bot need one. 4. We booked the trip in order to complete a beginners dive. The cost does not include this and basically the additional money double the price. The dive itself was about 10 minutes. Although it was good, the instructors were more interested in getting photos and videos rather than the experience. Overall, the snorkelling was ok but was rushed due to the poor timings which meant that at one site, we only had 15 minutes. Read more Written April 29, 2023
  • bahad_r_944 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles So Bad DO NOT take this tour. Can't image if there a worse tour company than this. It was horrible and terrible experience. We agreed on driving an atv, camel ride and star gazing. We drove ATV but it was all. I saw a lots of people riding camel on desert, on the other hands we rode camel on the circle for 3 minutes and they call it camel riding, and told to me if I would like to do it 1 more time? Are you kidding? There were no star gazing at all, i requested hundreds of time, but they didn't take it seriously. The guides cannot speak English at all. We didn't get any information about desert culture, bedouin life etc. IT WAS ONLY TIME WASTING. Read more Written April 16, 2023

Sharm el Sheikh to Jerusalem | Tour from Sharm to Jerusalem, Bethlehem

Sharm el Sheikh to Jerusalem , Tour from Sharm el Sheikh to Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and the Dead Sea by Bus to Visit the Sightseeing of Jerusalem the holy city of the three major Abrahamic religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. We will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh in an air-conditioned vehicle, and drive for approx 3 hours to the Taba border, Then cross the border and meet your tour guide then drive to Jerusalem via Arava Valley.

The Dead Sea

On crossing the border you will drive to Arava Valley toward the Dead Sea . Stop at the Dead Sea for a Float Famous for its high salt content. The Dead Sea was one of the world’s first health resorts (for Herod the Great) and has been the supplier of a wide variety of products, from balms to Egypt ian mummification. People also use the salt and minerals from the Dead Sea to create cosmetics and herbal sachets. The Dead Sea has a density of 1.24kg/L, so thick that swimming is challenging but provides a relaxing floating experience!

The Church of the Nativity, or Basilica of the Nativity, is a basilica located in Bethlehem in West Bank Palestinian territories. The grotto it contains holds a prominent religious significance to Christians of various denominations as the birthplace of Jesus.

Begin the tour with the Mount of Olives – a view over the Old City & the Temple Mount, Descend the mountain to visit Gethsemane where it is said that Jesus spent the night before his arrest. Drive to Mount Zaiton to visit the Last Supper Room and proceed on to the “dormition”, Walk via the Armenian & Jewish Quarter to the Western Wall, and Walk via the Muslim Quarter to the “Via Dolorosa”. Walking through Via Dolorosa the tour reaches the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.

From the panoramic views at the Mount of Olives, our Tour guide will give you an introduction to the city and its long and eventful history.

Wailing Wall of Jerusalem

We drive down to the Old City and start with the Wailing Wall, which represents the last remnants of the Jewish Temple, destroyed by the Romans. It is a remnant of the ancient wall that surrounded the Jewish Temple courtyard and is one of the most sacred sites in Judaism outside of the Temple Mount itself. It has been a site for Jewish prayer and pilgrimage for centuries, the earliest source mentioning Jewish attachment to the site dating from the 4th century. Usually, various types of Jews can be seen worshiping here.

After the Wailing Wall, we continue through the Arab Market to the Via Dolorosa, Jesus’ Way of Suffering which leads us to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, Christian tradition Jesus was crucified and buried. The site is venerated as Golgotha and is said also to contain the place where Jesus was buried (the sepulcher). So the church has been an important Christian pilgrimage destination since at least the 4th century, as the purported site of the resurrection of Jesus. And today it also serves as the headquarters of the Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem, while control of the building is shared between several Christian churches and secular entities in complicated arrangements essentially unchanged for centuries.

The New City of Jerusalem

We drive to the New City of Jerusalem along the Israel Government area, taking a look, among others at the Knesset building used to house the Israel Parliament. After seeing the sights of Jerusalem and learning about its unique history.

Lunch break at one of the local restaurants followed by some free time for souvenir shopping. Exit Old City by Jaffa Gate. Now drive Back to Eilat we then cross the border back to Egypt and drive you back to your hotel in Sharm Enjoy the Tour from Sharm el Sheikh to Jerusalem and Bethlehem with Travelino Club .

We were group of 4 and opted for private tour with Cleotours. All communication about tour was prompt, clear and correct. The trip was well organised from start to finish. Mohamed our well informed guide was in control of all the logistics and made sure everything run smoothly. Then another young Mohammed ,our guide ,took us up the mountain was likewise firmly in control of the group for the climb and made sure we are safely. We were a little nervous about the hike as one of member has some health problem, therefore we opted for camel ride which was amazing experience. We enjoyed millions stars on the sky.How memorable experience!Last 700 steps was challenge but sunrise was worth it. Next to St.Catharine, our guide Mohamed waiting for us, provided very interesting tour of the monastery, well explained.. Thank so much everyone for make this amazing experience for us. Our guide Karim was excellent and very knowledgeable. Was always on hand and went out of his way to put a smile on your face. The only downside was the slight lack of information during the travel through Egypt with regards to what was happening (which bus to get on, why at certain points we had to wait etc) However we would still highly recommend this experience if you can manage the long travel times Read more Written 18 February 2024

  • kaisaliisal 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Amazing experience! As a solo traveler I was a bit hesitant taking this trip but decided to do it and it was truly the highlight of my holiday. What I don't like about tours in Egypt generally is the amount of stops they do on the road. I was picked up from my hotel at 21:30 and the drive together with 6 stops was 3h 40min (time altogether for all the stops on the way was about 1.5h).. so my suggestion to the tour company would be to cut down the stops to minimum and do only the necessary ones. We started to climb the mountain at 01:40 and we were lucky to get a really nice and friendly bedouin (Mohamed) as a guide to the top. Our group was 12 pax + guide, pleasantly small group. In my opinion, the main walk to the top is not really hard, the incline is not too big. What makes the situation a bit difficult is the sleeplessness. But we chatted going up and also did enough short stops on the way, so it was all good. But if you're struggling, it's possible to go up by camel as well, there are bedouins offering it basically the whole way up (fortunately no one was pushy to buy the service). Btw, during the night there are also small "shops" open on the way, so if you need water or sth, it's possible to buy. If you reach to the steps before the end, there's also possibility to rent a big warm blanket ($3) if you're cold. I had a scarf, hoody and a jacket but it was not enough for the cold at the summit (proper winter jacket would be suitable), so be wiser than me and layer properly and use clothing as you'd go out to proper winter weather. When you finally reach the top and wait for the sun to rise, you can enjoy seeing the sun colouring the sky in different hues of yellow and orange, take millions of pictures and just enjoy the scenery. It truly was magical. :) And when you go down, it's like you're experiencing a whole other excursion because now you can see the landscape what you didn't see while going up. So, this climb + sunrise as an experience was 10/10. My two wishes and recommendations for the tour company would be to 1) cut down the stops on the way and 2) buy new buses! Raise the price of the tour or whatever you need to do but it was pure torture to sit in the back row 4-seater seat, where I felt like the seat wasn't even at 90° angle but tilted forward + seat itself wasn't very comfortable either. If you score a seat in 2+1 row, you're in luck because these are much more comfier. Read more Written 28 December 2023

We had a guide until the ferry in Egypt and then in Jordan we had two guides-english speaker and russian speaker and we had two groups. In the end our guide left earlier and the other guide didn’t care about the people who speak english. We just saw the bus stopping and they started to leave one by one. We didn’t know that we arrived back to the ferry,as the Russian speaking guide spoke only in Russian language at the 🎤 in the bus. This it was not nice of the russian guide. Jerusalem is a holy city to the three major Abrahamic religions - Judaism, Christianity and Islam. In Judaism, Jerusalem has been the holiest city since King David of Israel first established it as the capital of the united Kingdom of Israel in c. 1000 BCE, and his son Solomon commissioned the building of the First Temple in the city.

In Christianity, Jerusalem has been a holy city since Jesus was crucified in c. 30 CE and 300 years later Saint Helena found the True Cross in the city.

In Sunni Islam, Jerusalem is the third-holiest city. It became the first Qibla, the focal point for Muslim prayer in 610 CE, and, according to Islamic tradition, Muhammad made his Night Journey there ten years later. As a result, and despite having an area of only 0.9 square kilometres, the Old City is home to sites of key religious importance, among them the Temple Mount, the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Dome of the Rock and al-Aqsa Mosque.

During its long history, Jerusalem has been destroyed twice, besieged 23 times, attacked 52 times, and captured and recaptured 44 times. The oldest part of the city was settled in the 4th millennium BCE, making Jerusalem one of the oldest cities in the world. The old walled city, a World Heritage site, has been traditionally divided into four quarters, although the names used today - the Armenian, Christian, Jewish, and Muslim Quarters - were introduced in the early 19th century.

The Old City was nominated for inclusion on the List of World Heritage Sites in Danger by Jordan in 1982.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Sharm el Sheikh in the earley morning and drive to the Taba border in an air conditioned mini bus. Here you will meet your tour leader who will accompany you untill Jurusalem. On crossing the border you will drive to Arava Valley toward the Dead Sea.

Stop at the Dead Sea for a Float

Famous for it's high salt content, the Dead Sea was one of the world's first health resorts (for Herod the Great), and has been the supplier of a wide variety of products, from balms for Egyptian mummification. People also use the salt and the minerals from the Dead Sea to create cosmetics and herbal sachets.

A must for people visiting Egypt the Dead Sea has a density of 1.24kg/L, so thick that swimming is difficult but providing a relaxing floating experience!

On to the Holy City of Jerusalem

We visit the holy city of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives, a mountain ridge in eastern Jerusalem with three peaks running from north to south. The highest, at-Tur, rises to 818 meters. It is named for the olive groves that covers its slopes. The Mount of Olives is associated predominantly with Jewish and Christian traditions but also contains several sites important in Islam. The mount has been used as a Jewish cemetery for over 3,000 years and holds approximately 150,000 graves.

From Biblical times until today, Jews have been buried on the Mount of Olives. The necropolis on the southern ridge, the location of the modern village of Silwan, was the burial place of the city's most important citizens in the period of the Biblical kings.

From the panoramic views at the Mount of Olives you will be given an introduction to the city and it's long and eventful history.

Wailing Wall of Jerusalem

We drive down to the Old City , and start with the Wailing Wall, which represents the last remnants of the Jewish Temple, destroyed by the Romans.

It is a remnant of the ancient wall that surrounded the Jewish Temple's courtyard, and is one of the most sacred sites in Judaism outside of the Temple Mount itself. It has been a site for Jewish prayer and pilgrimage for centuries, the earliest source mentioning Jewish attachment to the site dating from the 4th century.

Usually you can see the various types of Jews can be seen worshipping here.

Place of Jesus's Crucification

jerusalem tour from sharm el sheikh

The site is venerated as Golgotha, where Jesus was crucified, and is said to also contain the place where Jesus was buried (the sepulchre). The church has been an important Christian pilgrimage destination since at least the 4th century, as the purported site of the resurrection of Jesus.

Today it also serves as the headquarters of the Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem, while control of the building is shared between several Christian churches and secular entities in complicated arrangements essentially unchanged for centuries.

The New City of Jerusalem

We drive to the New City of Jerusalem along the Israel Government area, taking a look , among others at the Knesset building used to house the Israel Parliament.

After seeing the sights of Jerusalem and learning about it's amazing history, we then cross the border back to Egypt and drive you back to your hotel.

Jerusalem Trip from Sharm el Sheikh

Holy to Jews, Christians and Muslims, Jerusalem’s Old city is one of the world’s foremost pilgrimage destinations. This is the place where you will walk the ‘living history’ of a city which has over the millennia been destroyed twice and captured and recaptured 42 times. The soundtrack is of church bells, the muezzin's call and the shofar (ram's horn), and the street smells of everything from church incense to the heady aromas of the spice market. It's a sensory and spiritual experience unlike any other.Wander the streets and see The Dome on the Rock, Temple Mount, The Wailing Wall, Al Aqsa Mosque and finish your tour with a visit inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the site of the crucifixion, burial and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth and the holiest site in Christianity. After all of the sightseeing of the morning, we will travel on to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on Earth, for a float and a photo or two.

jerusalem tour from sharm el sheikh

You will be picked up by A/C mini bus at about 8pm and driven to the Egyptian border crossing with Israel at Taba Port. Once you cross the border on foot and clear immigration control, you will be met on the Israeli side by your guide for your trip in Jerusalem.

Mount of Olives

Our first stop will be at the Mount of Olives, named aptly because of the olive groves that cover its slopes. This mountain is associated predominantly with Jewish and Christian traditions but also contains several sites important in Islam. Part of the mountain has been used as a Jewish cemetery for over 3,000 years and holds approximately 150,000 graves, some of which hold the tombs of Biblical kings.

The stop serves as a good introduction to the city, as here you will be able to get panoramic views over Old Jerusalem.

jerusalem tour from sharm el sheikh

Old Jerusalem

Your guide will give you a quick tour of old Jerusalem so that you can familiarise yourself all of the most important monuments: Al-Aqsa Mosque, Temple Mount, the souq and the old city wall.

The Church of the Holy Sepulchre

Then we make our way to the site of the crucifixion, burial and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth and the holiest site in Christianity: the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. We will have a guided tour of the inside of the church lasting about 45 minutes.

The Wailing Wall

Our next stop will be at the Wailing Wall whichrepresents the last remnants of the Jewish Temple destroyed by the Romans.

The Dead Sea

After all of that sightseeing, you will welcome the next stop on the trip which is at one of the Dead Sea’s many beaches. The Dead Sea is called ‘dead’ because no marine species are able to survive in its waters.  At over 400 metres below sea level, the Dead Sea is the lowest place on planet Earth. Due to the extremely high salt content approximately, 1.24kg per litre of water, it is almost impossible to swim here, only float and relax. The Dead Sea’s salt and mud are very beneficial for skin and are said to be useful for healing a range of ailments.

2023 prices 5- 20$ more p.p. depends on the tour Tours to Petra from Sharm el Sheik, Egypt - 1 day tour Since there is so much to see in Petra it is important we make good use of our time. You are collected around 4:00 from your hotel in Sharm el Sheik, to ensure we are amongst the first to arrive at the border crossing. Our staff will guide you efficiently through the Taba border and will drive you to the border with Jordan. As you cross to Jordan your tour guide and tour staff will meet you. Here your Jordanian guide will take care of the border procedures and once the visas are issued we are on our way to Petra.  Your tour is exclusively Desert Eco Tours. We operate daily tours in mini buses' and places are limited ensuring our tours run smoothly and spend more time in Petra, approx 4 –5 hours.  Once aboard the mini bus, you will receive bottled mineral water. It is not permitted to take food or drink into Jordan from Israel. You now begin the two-hour drive to Petra via Aqaba and the famous Wadi Rum. Your specialist guide will give you an in-depth briefing on the history of Jordan and its culture. As you reach the Wadi Rum area the red desert scenery is particularly striking and we take a moment to take in the remarkable views. This area was the base of TE Lawrence during the Arab revolt (Lawrence of Arabia). Nearing Petra we stop once more at a viewpoint overlooking the town of Wadi Musa (Moses Valley) and on a hilltop in the distance we can see the shrine, which marks the grave of Aaron, Moses' brother. From the visitors' center at Petra's entrance, we walk to the Siq Canyon. Horses are available for this walk but a tip is expected from the handlers ($5). We suggest participants walk with their guide to the Siq. On the route we see the ‘Silica Quarries', The Jinn Blocks and the first large site the ‘Obelisk Tomb'. At the entrance to the Siq we see the stone damn that protects Petra from floods and the ancient drainage channels of the site. Entering the Siq we see the remains of the Arch that marked the entrance to Petra. We also see the beginning of the Petra's ingenious water system that runs the whole length of the Siq. Within the Siq we find several deities and ancient carvings adorning its towering canyon walls. At the end of the Siq we find Petra's most renowned monument, The Treasury (Khazneh). Here we take a few minutes for photographs before continuing our tour along the impressive Street of Facades towards the Nabataean Theater. We get an impression of some of the most impressive graves, the Royal Tombs. If time allows, we walk along the Colonnade Street and visit the Great Temple. From here we head back to the Siq canyon and Petra's entrance. We take a late lunch at a restaurant in Wadi Mussa, remember that drinks are not included in the tour price (standard practice). Returning from here to Aqaba and Eilat, en route we see the sunset over Wadi Rum and stop briefly at Aqaba's colorful Arabian market (souq). After getting an impression of Jordan's only port city, we return to Eilat than drive back to Taba border and back to your hotel in Sharm el Sheik by late at night. Note: El Deir (the Monastery), only on private tours due to limited time.

jerusalem tour from sharm el sheikh

Jordan - Petra and Wadi Rum 2 Day Tour from Sharm el Sheik, Egypt  This two day Jordan tour begins in your hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, Sinai, we will pick you up early morning (4:00) or the eve before to spend the night in Taba- near the border, cross Taba border into Israel and drive to Arava border where we enter Jordan. From the Jordanian side of the border the tour heads straight to Petra. At the entrance to Petra we leave our vehicles and commence the walk (horses optional) to the imposing Siq Canyon. A 1/2 hr walk through this incredible canyon leads us into the city of Petra. We tour Petra on foot, exploring the main archeological sites and attractions. Early afternoon we stop for a refreshing buffet lunch at a restaurant within the site, after lunch clients have free-time to visit additional places within Petra. Some choose to walk up to The Monastery (The Deir), others visit The High Place of Sacrifice, while most prefer to enjoy the extra time for photos at the famous sites on the route back through Petra. After touring Petra we check into our nearby hotel or make our way to our Bedouin camp, where we enjoy our evening meal and settle in for the night. Here we have the opportunity to witness the awe-inspiring desert night-skies and the wonderful views of the desert by night.  Day 2- Following breakfast we board 4X4 new jeeps, driven by professional Bedouin drivers and journey to the famous sandstone area of Wadi Rum. We go off-road into its unique landscape and get well off the beaten track to explore rarely traveled ancient merchant routes. We enjoy a picnic lunch in the great outdoors whilst taking in some of the Rums most outstanding scenery. Unlike the majority of tours in Wadi Rum (tourists in hoards along the same old route) this tour gets well away from the tourist groups and busses to explore the less accessible areas of Wadi Rum, areas which remain unspoiled and whose remarkable natural beauty very few tourists get to see. Having explored the outer reaches of the Rum we continue on to Aqaba and enjoy a short visit to Aqaba market before returning to Taba border to complete our tour in your hotel in Sharm el Sheik. The night in Petra: By default- 3* hotel
