Isabella and Connor Cruise are the two adopted children of Tom and Nicole. Connor was born on January 17th in the year 1995 in Florida, United States of America. His famous parents then adopted him when he was just one month old.

Cruise and Kidman adopted both Connor and his older biological sister, 30-year-old Bella Cruise, when they were still married.

The 28-year-old son of  Tom Cruise  and  Nicole Kidman  took to his Instagram Stories over the weekend to share a rare photo of himself at the Belleair Country Club in Florida.

In the shot, Connor poses in a blue checkered polo shirt, shades, and a hat and flashes a peace sign while posing for the selfie alongside two friends.

The smiling shot was taken in Belleair, a city just a few miles away from Clearwater, Florida which, as of 2019, Connor calls home.

The re-post marks the first from Connor since an April 29 photo , which also saw the son of two of Hollywood's most famous actors, on the golf course. This time, Connor was seen at the Pelican Golf Club, also in Belleair. He rocked a similar fit, wearing in the pic, wearing a striped polo shirt, gray shorts, shades, and a hat, flashing a thumbs up while standing next to a friend on the green.

He captioned the post with some golfing emojis.

Connor has mostly stayed out of the spotlight in recent years despite his famous parents. He did, however, attend the Diesel Fashion Show for Milan Fashion Week in February.

Kidman, 55, and Cruise, 60, were married in 1990 before splitting in 2001.

While public appearances from the 28-year-old are few and far between , Connor has been photographed alongside his famous father on multiple occasions over the years, including an appearance at a 2021 October Los Angeles Dodgers game in San Francisco. The pair were photographed sitting side-by-side in the stands as Cruise took photos with fans.

Cruise and Connor were also photographed together in October 2019 in London before boarding a private helicopter.

Tom Cruise's children with ex Nicole Kidman, Isabella and Connor Cruise, have led a relatively quiet(er) life ever since Tom's daughter with Katie Holmes, Suri Cruise , came along. Adopted by Cruise and Kidman respectively in 1992 and 1995, per Page Six , Isabella and Connor were frequently seen by the erstwhile couple's side during their 11-year marriage .

Ever since June 2006, when Kidman married country crooner Keith Urban, however, the "Nine Perfect Strangers" star has not been photographed with either of her eldest two children, per Australia's Now To Love . (She also shares daughters Faith and Sunday with Urban.) That may have something to do with Connor and Isabella — now ages 26 and 28, respectively — staying with their father Tom after their parents' divorce in 2001 (via News.com.au ). As Kidman clarified to the Aussie news outlet, the kids remaining with Tom "was their choice." She added, I'd love them to live with us, but what can you do?" 

Nonetheless, Kidman appears up-to-date on Isabella's current affairs, as she resides in England with husband Max Parker. In 2019, Kidman gave  Vanity Fair in 2019 some insight into how "Bella" was navigating married life across the pond. "Bella lives just outside London. A quick scan of Connor's Instagram page shows the 26-year-old frequently flaunting his epic catches of the sea, quipping in a mid-August birthday Instagram Story to friend Jack Vasilaros (per the Daily Mail), "Happy birthday @hookedforlife! Cheers to another year slaying monsters around the globe." (The two are proudly propping up an enormous piscine catch together in the Story.)

As for Connor's DJ endeavors, they seemed to have at least temporarily been put on the backburner. With his  Instagram suggesting his last spinster gig was in August 2016, a People source revealed that while Connor "still deejays ... he has really become a big fishing guy" who's "content with living a quieter life." Many wondered if this had caused a wedge between Kidman and her oldest kids. While Connor Cruise — the son of actors Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise — isn't super active on social media, the 26-year-old recently reaffirmed his love for the hobby that dominates his Instagram page: deep-sea fishing.

In a snapshot from his birthday trip to Costa Rica, Cruise holds up a formidable yellowfin tuna that nearly rivals his height.

Much of Cruise's Instagram activity centers on showcasing the fish that he catches — one of the few aspects of his personal life that he shares online. He and his older sister, Bella Kidman Cruise — who were both adopted by Kidman and Tom Cruise during the divorced couple's decade-long marriage — tend to stay pretty private, despite their parents' Hollywood fame. Kidman Cruise's Instagram account is primarily dedicated to her artwork, with a few rare selfies sprinkled in here and there.

Taking after their father, the siblings are members of the controversial Church of Scientology . Kidman doesn't share those beliefs but has been vocal about supporting her children's religious choices in the past.

"They are able to make their own decisions," the star of 'The Undoing' told Australia's Who Magazine in 2018. "They have made choices to be Scientologists and as a mother, it’s my job to love them. And I am an example of that tolerance, and that’s what I believe — that no matter what your child does, the child has love and the child has to know there is available love and I’m open here."

Similarly, Kidman discussed how she also respects their desire to remain out of the spotlight.

“I’m very private about all that," she said, referring to Cruise and Kidman Cruise. "I have to protect all those relationships."

Connor was adopted by Cruise and Kidman when he was 1 month old and was reportedly homeschooled (via Hollywood Life ). After his parents split, Connor and his older sister, Bella, decided to stay with their dad and remain members of the Church of Scientology. Despite the fact that she rarely speaks about her two oldest children, Kidman has made it clear that they are still very much a priority for her. "They are adults. They are able to make their own decisions," she said (via Hello! ). "They have made choices to be Scientologists and as a mother, it's my job to love them."

When he was younger, Connor gave acting a try and landed supporting roles in 2008's "Seven Pounds," starring Will Smith, and 2012's "Red Dawn" remake, where he costarred alongside Chris Hemsworth and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (via IMDb ). Connor then transitioned into working as a professional DJ under the name "DJ C-Squared" (via The Things ) and even released his own track on Spinnin Records (via Your EDM ). However, it appears that he gave up that career sometime in late 2016 (via Daily Mail ).

Connor Cruise is happily married to a fellow Scientologist

Although he has two famous parents, Connor Cruise has managed to live a relatively private life. After dabbling in acting and DJ'ing, Connor now spends most of his time as a deep-sea fisherman. The 26-year-old lives in Clearwater, Florida, and has even competed in fishing tournaments. In 2018, his team came in 3rd for the Rotary Club of Clearwater's Kingfish Tournament (via Distractify ). In addition, Connor has an Instagram account dedicated to his love of grilling called "Connor's Meatshack." 

As for his personal life, Connor reportedly married fellow Scientologist — an Italian woman named Silvia Zanchi — in 2019. Zanchi is thought to be a high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology, and there have been rumors that the marriage was arranged. The couple is rarely seen out in public together, and Zanchi doesn't appear to be active on social media. Sources are quick to point out, however, that Connor seems very happy with his life.

"Connor has a pretty simple life in Clearwater," a source told People . "He lives in his own home in a Scientology community. His life is deep-sea fishing. He has a lot of friends and seems very well-liked."

On June 2, Tom Cruise  and ex-wife Nicole Kidman 's son shared a group selfie with two friends at Belleair Country Club in Florida on his Instagram Stories.

Connor, 28, last posted a pic of himself on his account April 29 . In the photo, he was also seen golfing with a friend at a different county club in the state, where he lives.

Both Connor, a DJ, and his sister, artist  Bella Kidman Cruise , 30, have largely kept out of the spotlight despite growing up with famous parents, and rarely post on social media. Connor is occasionally photographed at fashion events and sometimes attends ballgames with his dad . He also shares Instagram pics of himself golfing, fishing or grilling meats, as well as throwback images of himself and his sister as children.

Connor and Bella are the only children Tom and Nicole, who divorced in 2001 , share together. Tom Cruise and son Connor made a rare appearance together in New York City Saturday.

The “War of the Worlds” star and his 28-year-old son, whom he shares with ex-wife Nicole Kidman, stepped out in the big apple for a promotional event for Tom’s upcoming film “Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning.”

Tom wore a black button-up with blue jeans and black shoes. He completed the simple look with reflective aviator sunglasses and a silver wristwatch.

The “Top Gun: Maverick” star’s son also dressed casually for the event, wearing a gray collared shirt with blue jeans and sneakers.

The actor’s sister Lee Mapother also tagged along with the father-son duo.

Tom and Connor have made a handful of public appearances together in the past, including a 2021 Los Angeles Dodgers game in San Francisco, Calif.

Tom, 61, also shares daughter Isabella with Kidman, 56, whom he was married to from 1990 to 2001. They adopted Isabella and Connor in 1992 and 1995, respectively.

As for Tom’s son, the “Seven Pounds” star seems to lead a low-key life outside of the spotlight.

Connor Antony Cruise is the child of two of the biggest stars in the world right now, yet many fans are getting to know him for the first time. Now 26 years old, Connor tends to shy away from the spotlight in spite of his influential parents. Still, fans can glean a lot from his Instagram feed and sources close to his family over the years.

Connor was born on Jan. 17, 1995, and adopted by Cruise and Kidman when he was one month old. He was the second of their adopted children, following older sister Isabella Jane Cruise in 1992. For the remainder of their marriage, Cruise and Kidman's children lived relatively private lives , and they stayed out of the spotlight as much as possible even when Cruise and Kidman split in 2001.

The custody arrangement between Cruise and Kidman was never very clear to the public, but there were rumors of tension between Kidman and her adopted son. By contrast, Connor and Cruise have often been spotted in public together, apparently happy and sharing some common interests.

Connor has dabbled in acting and has also made a name for himself as a DJ. These days, however, he seems to be keeping to himself, and pursuing his love of fishing all around the Caribbean. Here is a look at what fans know about Connor Cruise.

Cloistered Rumors

A report by The New York Post in 2006 claimed that Connor and Isabella Cruise grew up in their parents' home in Manhattan, while a report by Hollywood Life claims that Connor grew up in Los Angeles, California. HL also reports that Connor was homeschooled and that he "didn't set foot outside his father's mansion until he was 10." This last claim is unsubstantiated.

'Seven Pounds'

Connor's first big step into the public eye came in 2008, when he appeared in the movie Seven Pounds . He was 13 years old at the time of filming, and played a younger version of Will Smith 's character Ben. Connor co-starred with Rosario Dawson and Woody Harrelson on the movie as well.

Connor's second and only other film role was in Red Dawn in 2012. He played Daryl Jenkins, co-starring with Chris Hemsworth, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Josh Peck, Josh Hutcherson, Adrianne Palicki and Isabel Lucas, among others. Since then Connor has been out of the movie industry, though it is not clear if that is by choice.

Relationship With Kidman

According to Hollywood Life, Kidman told reporters in 2007 that she had a "strained" relationship with Connor. This claim does not appear anywhere else, though in 2018 Kidman did explain why she is generally private about her relationship with her two older children. According to Hello! Magazine , she told the Hollywood Foreign Press Association: "I'm very private about all that," hinting that it had to do with her children's choice to practice Scientology like their father.

According to Hollywood Life , Connor has refuted rumors of tension between himself and Kidman, and has said that they are on good terms.

Scientology

As noted above, Connor is a lifelong practitioner of Scientology, having been introduced to the faith by his father at birth. In 2019, sources close to Connor confirmed his church involvement to reporters from PEOPLE , saying: "Connor and Isabella grew up in the church of Scientology, they've been members since they were kids."

The insider said that Connor and Isabella "are completely dedicated scientologists just like Tom," adding: "Connor has been able to remain close with Tom because of Scientology.... Connor lives in Clearwater, [Florida,] which is the church's main hub. He still deejays but he has really become a big fishing guy. He's content with living a quieter life." The source even said that Connor "is in a relationship with a fell Scientologist who also grew up in the religion."

"He lives in his own home in a Scientology community. His life is deep-sea fishing. He has a lot of friends and seems very well-liked," they concluded.

Connor and Tom Cruise have made some public appearances together in recent years — attending sporting events and sometimes movie premieres side by side. The insider told PEOPLE that even these sightings are related to Scientology in some ways. They said: "Tom and Connor stepping out together in London was a big deal. It was the same weekend that Scientology does their annual gathering called the International Association of Scientologists (ASI). Tom has attended numerous times in the past, but this appears to be the first time Connor has gone."

In a September 2013 deposition for the case, the Hollywood mega-star explained his objections to reports by In Touch that said he had cut ties with a then-7-year-old Suri after Holmes divorced him in 2012. He took issue with the publication claiming that he, a top celebrity member of Scientology, had chosen the church over his daughter “for good.”

“‘Abandoned by Daddy,'” Cruise said angrily in the deposition, referring to the headline of the story. “I mean, come on, that is absolutely disgusting. That is absolutely disgusting.”

But as Queen Elizabeth II once famously said about “recollections,” definitions of “abandonment” also may vary in this situation. In a report this week, The Sun quoted insiders who said that Cruise has not seen his daughter in 11 years.

Allegations of “abandonment” returned last weekend as Cruise let himself be photographed at one of Taylor Swift’s sold-out “Eras Tour” performances at Wembley Stadium in London. The “Top Gun” actor was seen exchanging friendship bracelets, hanging out with NFL star Travis Kelce and dancing to Swift’s music in the VIP seats.

But the night before, Cruise very publicly missed a major milestone in Suri’s life: her graduation from the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York City.

Cruise’s absence from Suri’s graduation made headlines. And then came more headlines about the 18-year-old dropping her father’s surname for the ceremony. She instead used the name “Siri Noelle.”

Sources told Page Six that the new name was a tribute to her mother. Noelle is Katie Holmes’ middle name, and Holmes has essentially raised Suri as a single parent in New York City since her divorce from Cruise.

It’s not clear whether Suri has gone to court to make the name change official, Page Six said. A source told the publication that Suri dropped her father’s surname because she wants her “own identity” and to “start fresh at college.”

But Suri’s new name choice also could be seen as a rebuke of her famous father — a sign that she has, in her way, abandoned him.

Tony Ortega, a journalist who covers Scientology, called Cruise out this week for “abandonment,” following reports about the actor going to Swift’s concert but not his daughter’s graduation. In an email newsletter for his Underground Bunker newsletter, Ortega said that choices Cruise has made over the past 12 years show that his “abandonment” of his daughter is “even worse than most people realize.”

Cruise and Holmes began dating in 2005, became parents to Suri in the spring of 2006 and married later that year in a ceremony at an Italian castle that was  attended by a number of high-profile Scientologists, including church leader David Miscavige.

Early in the marriage, Holmes was very involved in the church, which is said to exert a cult-like control over its members, Ortega said. But her interest in building her life around Scientology teachings cooled over the next six years, Ortega said. As Holmes was raising Suri, she also was getting to know Cruise’s older children, Isabella and Connor, whose mother is Nicole Kidman. Like Holmes, Kidman was initially very involved in the organization, but the Oscar winner’s interest similarly waned before her split from Cruise in 2001.

Isabella and Connor ended up living with Cruise following the divorce, where they were home-schooled and taught that Kidman was a “suppressive person,” or an SP, someone who is viewed as hostile to Scientology, according to a 2012 investigative story by Vanity Fair.

Holmes would have become aware that Scientology’s indoctrination for Suri would begin after her sixth birthday, Ortega reported. It’s no coincidence that Holmes decided to leave Cruise in 2012, around the time Suri turned six, The Sun also reported.

Cruise admitted he “didn’t expect” Holmes to file for divorce; the divorce proceeded quickly with the ex-spouses reaching a settlement within 11 days. The Sun reported that Cruise was granted sole custody of Suri. Under the terms of the settlement, Cruise also was required to pay $400,000 a year to help with her upbringing. There’s been no reporting that Cruise didn’t fulfill this obligation.

Holmes’ decision to leave the marriage, seek primary custody of Suri and enroll their daughter in private school caused “a massive public relations disaster” for Cruise and for Scientology, according to Ortega and Vanity Fair.

Holmes’ actions “would be automatic grounds for disconnection” from the church and Scientology members “if she were married to any other Scientologist,” Vanity Fair reported. But Cruise was given the option to maintain ties with his daughter, because of his celebrity status within the church, according to Ortega and Variety Fair.

To what extent Cruise maintained a relationship with his daughter became the chief source of contention in the actor’s lawsuit against In Touch and its owner, Bauer Publishing, according to The Hollywood Reporter . In his deposition, Cruise said he never “cut Suri out of my life — whether physically, emotionally, financially or otherwise.

Cruise acknowledged that he didn’t get to see often since the divorce. He said it was difficult to arrange visits around his film shoots and Holmes’ schedule.

“Certainly what doesn’t change is the love that I have for my daughter, and that I didn’t abandon her emotionally, physically or otherwise,” Cruise said. “And in terms of how I feel about her in terms of the responsibility that I feel towards my child is not—(has) not waned in any way.”

Several weeks after Cruise’s deposition became public, the actor settled his lawsuit with Bauer Publishing in December 2013, the Hollywood Reporter said. Terms of the settlement were not released, but Bauer Publishing released a joint statement with Cruise’s attorneys. The statement said that the publisher “never intended to communicate that Tom Cruise had cut off all ties and abandoned his daughter, Suri, and regret if anyone drew that inference from anything they published.”

Since then, there have been multiple reports over the years, saying that Cruise doesn’t see his daughter. The Sun’s report suggested that their visits ended around around 2013.

In his newsletter, Ortega took issue with Cruise’s alleged choice to Suri out of his life, even as he apparently enjoyed an exception in Scientology. Ortega said he could ignore rules that apply to most members, who are told to disconnect from family and friends who are non-believers,  Ortega said.

“Even if Scientology had formally declared Katie to be an enemy, Tom Cruise is not a regular Scientology member,” Ortega said. “He’s a celebrity. And in fact, the most important Scientology celebrity of all time. And as a celebrity, Tom would have the ability to ignore those rules and continue to see both Katie and Suri if he wanted to.”

“But that’s not what happened,” Ortega said. “As the years passed after that 2012 split, it became more and more obvious that Tom had completely cut Katie and Suri out of his life.”

Ortega believes that Cruise in fact chose Scientology over his own daughter, even after the actor denied doing so in 2012. Cruise did so because he’s convinced that the late Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard “is the greatest human being who ever lived” and that Hubbard’s “technology” is the only thing that will “save” this planet, Ortega said.

Cruise would therefore want to maintain his relationship with Scientology, even if it meant not having one with his daughter, Ortega said. But the journalist offered another reason that Cruise cut ties with Suri when he didn’t have to.

In Ortega’s view, Cruise is not an admirable person, not as he’s often portrayed in positive press accounts. Ortega actually used more blunt terms to describe Cruise and insisted that the media is “always too afraid” to call him out.

Keeping it in the family!  Tom Cruise 's rarely seen son Connor appears to be taking after his father as the 29 year-old was quick to shake hands with the staff when they arrived in London.

The pair arrived at Battersea Power Station's heliport on Friday June 28 with several friends, and they were snapped leaving the helicopter, which Tom appeared to have flown himself. Connor greeted the Heliport staff with a firm handshake, similar to the one Tom is seen giving friends and new people he meets. 

As they made their way to waiting cars, Tom was happy to pose for selfies with fans who spotted the A-lister. 

Tom and ex-wife Nicole Kidman adopted their son  in the mid 1990s and he now lives in Florida, owning the barbecuing business Connor's Meat Shack. Connor is also a scientologist, and it is thought he rarely sees his mother. 

However Nicole has dismissed rumors that her children were estranged from her, explaining: "Motherhood is about the journey. There are going to be incredible peaks and valleys, whether you are an adopting mother or a birth mother. What a child needs is love." 

She added: "They have made choices to be Scientologists. It’s our job as a parent to always offer unconditional love." 

Scientology does not demand followers disconnect from those who do not follow the religion. It does state that "a Scientologist can have trouble making spiritual progress in his auditing or training if he is connected to someone who is suppressive or who is antagonistic to Scientology or its tenets".

Tom is also dad to daughter Bella, 31, whose mom is also Nicole, and who lives in Croydon, England, south of London, and 1 8-year-old Suri with ex-wife Katie Holmes . It is thought Tom is estranged from his youngest. 

With Tom jetting around the globe, the family rarely get to see each other but recently a rare picture of Tom, Connor and Bella  was posted online by former NFL star Derrick Brooks, which revealed the Top Gun star had enjoyed a night out of hockey with his kids. 

"Good Evening, Wow, look who stopped by my office before our [Tampa Bay Lightning] game tonight! @tomcruise. I was a little star struck but played it cool and He said he was too!" Derrick shared in December 2023.

Nicole Kidman finally breaks silence on Connor and Bella Cruise

Suri Noelle (which she appears to go by now) has allegedly not been in contact with her half-siblings Isabella Kidman Cruise and Connor Cruise.

A source told the Daily Mail that the 18-year-old, who is the daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise , has been estranged from her siblings from Tom's previous marriage to Nicole Kidman . Suri reportedly has been distanced from her father since her parents split in 2012. Isabella (who also goes by Bella), 31, and Connor, 29, who were adopted during Tom's marriage to Nicole Kidman. The pair married in 1990, adopted Bella in 1993, Connor in 1995. and divorced in 2001.

After the divorce, Bella and Connor went on to live with their father in LA and Nicole went back to Australia. But at the time, they both had joint custody. Per a source from PEOPLE in 2019, Bella and Connor "grew up in the church of Scientology" and "are completely dedicated scientologists just like Tom."

According to an insider from the Daily Mail, the two children have not been in contact with Suri in a decade and they explained why.

"First and foremost is the church of Scientology. Suri's father and brother do not associate with her because of their devotion to the church," the insider told the outlet. "So why would she have a relationship with her siblings?"

The insider added that the eldest siblings have "some jealousy" towards Suri since she's the 62-year-old's biological child.

"They are grateful that they were adopted but having no relationship with their mom, her family, Suri and that entire circle has made them feel outcast," the insider continued.

Although, the insider shared that hadn't always been the situation and Connor used to be close to Suri: "Connor tried to have a relationship with Suri as they were once close, but their relationship is now non-existent. He doesn’t try anymore. Isabella has never been close with Suri."

The Mission Impossible star and Katie divorced in 2012. Just as Suri hasn't reportedly been seen or photoghraphed with Tom, neither has the 45-year-old actress. Katie filed for divorce for reportedly "irreconcilable differences." There have been allegations it was due to Tom's affiliation with Scientology.

Just last month, Suri graduated from high school on June 21. Her mother was there while Tom was seen attending Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour in London that weekend. In Suri's graduation ceremony program, she went by Suri Noelle instead of Suri Cruise.

A source from the Daily Mail said that when Suri turned 18 this April, she had no intention in being in contact with her father.

"'He does not exist to Katie or Suri, and his daughter does not want to rely on him for anything. She feels that she has one parent and that is her mother," they said.

It’s well known that Suri Cruise has zero contact with her father, Tom Cruise. But little has been known about her relationship with her step-siblings, Isabella and Connor Cruise — until now.

Fresh reports suggest that not only is the 18-year-old estranged from her famous dad, her ties with her brother and sister are also “non-existent”.

“They haven’t had contact in a decade and there are several reasons why,” a source told the Daily Mail .

“First and foremost is the church of Scientology. Suri’s father and brother do not associate with her because of their devotion to the church, so why would she have a relationship with her siblings?”

Another reported reason for their estrangement is the fact Suri is Tom’s biological child who he shares with ex-wife, actress Katie Holmes.

The actor adopted Isabella and Connor with former wife Nicole Kidman and apparently the duo previously felt “outcast” when Suri was born.

“Secondly, there is some jealousy from Connor and Isabella when it comes to Suri because she is Tom’s biological child,” the source said.

“They are grateful that they were adopted but having no relationship with their mum, her family, Suri and that entire circle has made them feel outcast.”

The source said that Suri and Connor had previously been close over the years, but all that has reportedly changed.

“Connor tried to have a relationship with Suri as they were once close, but their relationship is now non-existent,” they source said.

“He doesn’t try anymore. Isabella has never been close with Suri.”

Isabella and Connor are not just estranged from Suri, but they also keep their mum, Nicole, at arm’s length.

“My kids don’t call me mummy, they don’t even call me mum. They call me Nicole, which I hate and tell them off for it,” she said back in 2007 during an interview with British morning show, ITV .
