• Kelle P. January 26, 2023, 6:30 pm My husband & I are drivers. We travel all over the United States in a sprinter van picking up and delivering things for different companies. Sometimes we will have to stay a night or two waiting on a load we can pick up and we had to do just that when we were in Holland, MI. We love loves we try to always use a loves while traveling for any and everything we need. So naturally we looked up lives near us and found store 742. We paid for a shower and got some food and gas as usual. But while we w ere in the shower rooms getting dressed another person was given a key to our shower room and started to come in. Thank God my husband was standing in front of the door because I had just stepped out of the shower and was completely naked and he was able to push the door back closed as soon as they opened it. I was livid to say the least. Not only did someone open the door on us but it also made me realize that apparently they are not cleaning the showers in between each customer. That is beyond disgusting. And highly unlike a loves facility. Any other loves we have been to has always been very clean and respectful. But this place was neither. We won’t be going back there ever again and if you’re a driver I would bring your own bleach with you if you decide to stop there and shower. … – show 0 0 Reply

We tried Hardee's at the new one on Forest Lake, MN and our Monster Breakfast Sandwich was smashed down and and was just barely warm. • Joan M. October 26, 2022, 7:15 pm Great place to park if you have time to get out and enjoy a walk or fishing. There is a park called Hawthorn Pond Natural Area. We had the whole weekend. Seems that the people from that area use it on the weekends. It’s not real big but it’s fairly busy. I’d like to visit on a week day. 0 0 Reply

They had one truck in there with one guy working on it, and two guys standing around him telling jokes. The lady at the front told me a one ton wouldn't fit over their oil change bay but I could go talk to them about it. Seeing the low bay and knowing it would easily fit I asked one of the two guys just standing there with his hands in his pockets and he told me it was impossible to do what I ended up going to AutoZone and doing in their parking lot. … – show 0 0 Reply

No place to sit because even though the app says that food area is open till 11 p it is actually 10p and by God don't be 1 minute late/early because they will shut the door on ya. This is a must stop if traveling cross country. My husband and I did when traveling from California to New York for my Moms funeral during Covid and now we are doing it moving our daughter from Buffalo to Texas. They have only improved over the years and added doggy parks. Also download the app and save 10 cents a gallon. You're welcome!

Cleanest bathroom ive seen for a truck stop definitely will continue to stop here in the future

This is one of my favorite truck stops in the country the staff is very friendly, accommodating, down to earth. I really appreciate Hailey for making sure our showers were incredibly clean, and our towels weren't sour smelling.

Immaculate Loves stop with pristine bathrooms and fully stocked, neatly organized goodies. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Lots to discover in a well-organized place!

This is a very nice and clean Love's! The bathrooms were especially clean. I was very impressed with them. They have about anything you can think of in this store including a full Arby's restaurant with sit down seating. If you don't want Arby's they have lots of snack foods including hot dogs and sausages with all the fixings. If you need charging accessories or any type of over the road electronic device they have those too. Just when I thought I seen everything they had to offer. My kids found a lottery ticket machine. So we stood there for a while feeding it. The kids (Old Enough To Gamble) would win enough to collect more scratch off's until their luck ran completely out. If you are heading to Nashville and want somewhere safe and clean to stop or just stretch your legs. I highly recommend this Love's! I cant express enough about how clean this one was. We stopped at a lot of these on the trip and it was always clean and had good services

Bathrooms were gross and crowded. It does have a dog park and had a long line for food as well. This wasn't my favorite Loves location. I got PTSD from the bathroom. Gross. Clean the bathrooms, fix the toilets so they flush, and clean the place up.

In a post Covid world it's hard to find good employees... I travel almost nonstop around the United States... These two guys at Arby's are probably the best employees that I have seen in a post pandemic world. They're tattooed and ear piercings to the hilt, yet they were smiling and laughing and talking and enjoying life... You could say they were so happy to have a job, to provide for their family... That he even mentioned his wife 3 times. Anyway I never leave reviews but these two employees were so extraordinary I just had to literally re-download this app to toast someone, whatever they're paid it's not enough. In a post pandemic world, Customer Service has literally gone to the floor... But in this little loves gas station at the Arby's it was a couple of unlikely World Class customer service employees I just had to honor, while stopping into a town I barley knew existed

Never been to a filthy Loves. This one is gross and the old lady that runs the register is rude and unprofessional
