Excellent service as the staff are pleasant, polite and I love the fact I can just sit there while they book my flights or holiday. I love going into the shop and come out with exactly what I want without tearing my hair out on the internet, I am an old fashioned soul and like face to face contact. Top travel agent.

This is the 2nd time we have been to see Luke at Leamington Spa, he is extremely helpful and friendly. We pre booked an appointment with him and communicated by email beforehand. He organised everything so well in terms of finding the perfect holiday to organising our seats on the plane. Leamington Spa branch. Walked in and gave the chap who greeted us some fairly spurious ideas for what we might want to do. He quickly unpicked our uncertainty and guided us through the process, finding a superb deal which he then bettered. Every request has been met with incredible speed and the whole experience has convinced me why travel agents exist. His name is Joe and I have nothing but praise and thank him for making our holiday so easy to be on.

I booked my cruise with P&O whilst on a…

I booked my cruise with P&O whilst on a cruise. It was important that I did not pay my final payment until after the 1st of November and P&O agreed to this. They asked if I wanted the information sent to Hays Travel I said I did not mind either way. I was horrified to be told by Hays whilst I was on holiday that they required final payment by 8 October or it was likely to be canceled and I would lose my deposit. They have now moved payment to the 23 October. I will never use Hays again as they certainly do not appreciate my custom

Using a travel agent as opposed to online

I cose a Travel Agent as opposed to booking online because you get a face to face personal appointment. I wanted simply to talk to someone and ask any questions that occurred to me. I was very satisfied and felt someone was making my job easier. It was a friendly and helpful service. The only thing I would suggest is to tell people earlier any hidden costs, I only knew about those when I booked. Apart from that I was happy to have used Hayes.

Expensive flights

The staff are efficient and friendly. I booked two flights between Gatwick and Porto with them. However, when I got home I checked the prices on the internet and found both flights were £100 cheaper if I had booked online myself. Suggest you check prices online before booking through them.

I always go to Hayes

I always go to Hayes , Leamington Spa. I know the staff and they know me. They have always been helpful friendly and polite. I call in with any problems and they soon sort it for me.

I booked my cruise with P&O whilst on a…

I booked my cruise with P&O whilst on a cruise. It was important that I did not pay my final payment until after the 1st of November and P&O agreed to this. They asked if I wanted the information sent to Hays Travel I said I did not mind either way. I was horrified to be told by Hays whilst I was on holiday that they required final payment by 8 October or it was likely to be canceled and I would lose my deposit. They have now moved payment to the 23 October. I will never use Hays again as they certainly do not appreciate my custom

Using a travel agent as opposed to online

I cose a Travel Agent as opposed to booking online because you get a face to face personal appointment. I wanted simply to talk to someone and ask any questions that occurred to me. I was very satisfied and felt someone was making my job easier. It was a friendly and helpful service. The only thing I would suggest is to tell people earlier any hidden costs, I only knew about those when I booked. Apart from that I was happy to have used Hayes.

We had a specific holiday request.

We had a specific apartment in mind, but it was so popular that only a nearby one was available. Tracey was very thorough and worked through several options to book us an excellent deal which matched up to our holiday request virtually 100%.
