1.2.3. Direct communication with the manager of Olta travel on the treatment of the user.

1.2.4. The use of contact information to show relevant advertisements to users in social networks and the Internet.

1.2.5. For other purposes performed with the individual consent of the user.

2. The collection, storage and protection of personal data.

2.1. All personal data collected on the Website is processed, stored and secured in strict accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation (Federal law of the Russian Federation of 27 July 2006 № 152-FL "On personal data") and the European Union (The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679).

2.2. Olta Travel is taking the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unlawful or accidental access, copying, distribution of personal information, as well as other unlawful actions in relation to personal data of users, which include:

2.3. All data received on the Website of Olta Travel are transmitted via a secure https Protocol and stored on servers in secure, cloud-based customer relationship management service Bitrix 24, as well as in safe service for creating email newsletters Unisender.

3. User rights and obligations of Olta Travel.

3.1. Upon the request from the user Olta Travel should:

•        confirm the fact and methods of storage and processing of personal data of users;

•        inform about the method of obtaining personal data of the user;

•        explain the legal bases, objectives and timing of the processing of personal data;

•        in case of personal data leakage, inform the user about it;

•        make changes or delete users ' personal data from the database to stop storing and processing it;

•        warn about the expected cross-border transfer of personal data.

3.2. The user has the right to request the deletion of his personal data by sending an e-mail to [email protected] as well as the exclusion from the email-mailing by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button located in the body of each letter.

4. Conditions of termination of processing and storage of personal data:

•       company liquidation;

•       a written request for withdrawal of consent or exclusion from the database;

•       at the request of the user, if the data were obtained illegally.

Position Summary

Tax Consultant Intern 

We’re looking for highly-motivated, out-of-the-box thinkers to join our tax consulting team. If you enjoy a challenge and thrive in a dynamic environment, then you may be the right fit for our tax internship program. During the internship, you’ll gain first-hand knowledge of the day-to-day responsibilities that come with this exciting and rewarding career. You’ll receive mentorship and guidance from our tax professionals and have the opportunity to help develop solutions to complex tax issues through research, use of cutting edge technology, and consultation with other team members.

Work you’ll do

As a Deloitte Tax intern, you’ll work with diverse and talented teams to help clients analyze the tax effect of complex decisions, reduce overall tax rates, and pursue performance objectives. You will collaborate daily with our tax team to perform research and analysis, and utilize your consultative skills to turn findings into actionable solutions.  During your internship you’ll interact with multiple clients, providing you exposure to a variety of organizations and a stronger understanding of applicable tax implications for different clients.  

The successful tax intern will be able to:

  • Prioritize tasks
  • Manage multiple assignments in a team environment in-person and virtually
  • Apply problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree Bachelor of Science/Business Administration, Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • Definitive plans for meeting minimum educational requirements for CPA eligibility (which may differ from the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam) in the state of your assigned office location
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within in a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week
  • The start date for this position will be in Fall 2024, Winter 2025
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
  • Technology-related coursework highly desirable
  • Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.2 or higher)
  • Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)

Work you’ll do

As an HR BPO Analyst within the HC Managed Services function, following activities for the client need to be performed:

  • Execute HR operations processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS data management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in HR operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or related databases
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their HR operational queries and needs
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HR requirements and ensure services are tailored accordingly
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and operational efficiency
  • Implement best practices and drive process enhancements as necessary
  • Ensure HR operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards
  • Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and process compliance
  • Maintain records of HR operations, transactions, and relevant documentation

Skills Required:

  • Requires strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, procedures and ability to understand general HR practices and technology
  • Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events.
  • Desirable to have familiarity with HR related regulations and compliance
  • Experience of working on HR systems like workday, success factor, oracle, Darwinbox etc. is preferable
