This company gathered all the things that we needed to have a complete vacation to Iceland. The price included: flight tickets, airport/hotel transfers, hotel with breakfast, tours and a wonderful sales representative, Mr. William Gray. This is my second trip with travel…

This is my second trip with travel centre US. My first trip was to Iceland and we are traveling to easter island this November. This company is awesome, everything they promise they do. I am very thankful, specially with Nixon he is probably the most patient person in the world!! My trip to Iceland was perfect and I'm sure my upcoming trip to Chile will be the same. Thailand 2024

Travel Center have been excellent from the start of the booking procedure through to my arrival back home. Excellent service throughout, answered all my silly questions never making me feel that I was wasting their time and the accommodation was amazing. We had issues with delays and lost luggage due to floods in Dubai but this was no one’s fault and travel center were there to support me all the time. Would 100% use them again and a special thank you goes out to Veronica and Kyle for their support and excellent customer service.

Good service, hassle free!

Book with Travel Centre before and was real easy. Just booked again for my parents 60th birthdays and had a great service provided by Ronan Kirby. As always with the Travel Centre, communication was great, and quick response times. They handled everything and once a deposit was paid I had all the details and itinerary emailed over within a few short hours. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future

The best flight booking experience with Norman at TC…

We will give 5 stars easily to the travel centre, because the service and responses we received made us to book our flights the way we needed and cheaper than the other competitors. This has to be the worst booking agency…

This has to be the worst booking agency I’ve ever booked with. Firstly I would like to acknowledge his unprofessional the staff are especially Emily. I have never been spoken to by any customer service agent in the manner that Emily spoke to me. Condescending and very very disrespectful. I’m not sure what process they use to book but nothing is immediate, it’s always a 24 hour wait. My friend was trying to change her flight within 24 hours of booking and I know that this could have been done but they could not manage even this small request. Upon checking in at the airport we were in separate bookings which meant we had different seats. It has literally been a complete and utter nightmare booking with this agency and I will never book with them again. The reason we use travel agents is so that it is a smooth process and you are generally taken care of. But not here. Once you book there is no going back. It feels as though you’re being forced into the holiday and there is no flexibility.

Superb trip to Bucharest and Draculas castle.

I have just returned from a trip to Bucharest and Draculas Castle, which was superbly organised by Veronica who put the whole package together for me. This was a truly fantastic trip and I would not hesitate in using this company again, and of course to book again through Veronica. The hotel was centrally located and superb, we had private transfers and flights, and she organised the day trip to Draculas castle too, all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, and I will be organising more trips in the future.

All I saw was a little convenience store with food. Beyond the bathrooms was closed off, I don't know rather not that's because of Covid-19 or a separate entrance.

Total s-hole. Closed majority of parking. Wont be staying here again. Just assume its shutdown and look for parking elsewhere.
