Loved your trio report on Hanoi. I was there in June 2023 for 6 nights. Agree it's crazy! The key is to keep moving. Don't stop. You will get used to it after a day. La Siesta Ma May is a phenomenal hotel in the centre of the Old quarter. Met Restaurants are fantastic for Vietnamese food. 5 star ratings on google.
