This chopta tour package from Ahmedabad will take you to a Paradise where one can enjoy trekking. Tour Itinerary

1 Day 1 : Ahmedabad to Delhi pick up to Rishikesh drop (245Km/ 6h)

Take the direct flight/train from Ahmedabad and meet the representative at the Delhi Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Rishikesh and check-in to the Camp. In the afternoon visit Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, Janki bridge, Triveni Ghat to attend Ganga aarti, after that move back to the hotel. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel.

2 Day 2 : Rishikesh pick up to Chopta drop (175Km/ 5h 30m)

The next morning, have your breakfast and check out from the hotel, and then be transfered toward Chopta. On your way visit Devprayag. On arrival, check-in to the camp. After that have dinner, your overnight stay will be in the camp.

3 Day 3 : Chopta Sightseeing

The next day, have your breakfast and then you will visit Tungnath temple. Trek to reach Tungnath, after visiting the temple trek for one hour to reach Chandrashila. After that return back and check in to the Camp and have your dinner.

4 Day 4 : Chopta to Rishikesh drop (175Km/ 5h 30m)

The last morning, have your breakfast and check out of the Camp. After that move toward Rishikesh. On arrival check in to the hotel. After that have your dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

5 Day 5 : Rishikesh to Delhi drop (245 km/ 6 hours)

The last morning, have your breakfast and check out from the hotel. Lastly, you will visit Parmanth Niketan Ashram and Geeta Kuteer. After this, you will be going back to Delhi for your onward trip to Ahmedabad.

How to make a booking

Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times of Hotel / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment

The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased price must be paid before your departure (Full and final).

No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as the compensation of the unutilized services.

Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances
Registration once booked cannot be cancelled , transferred and exchanged.
Travellers have to wait for repair if in case breakdown the vehicle .
Travellers are sole responsible for any mishappening , theft , loss , injuries ,illegal activities such as carry banned drugs , unlawful activities during the tour.

Some of the campsites even have basic rooms like the place where I stayed. Apart from that basic accommodation is also available in the main Chopta market. So you have plenty of options.

You’ll have to shell out at least INR 800-INR 1000 or even more depending on the season. Since Chopta is a famous destination it is not very budget friendly.

As far as food is concerned, there are basic dhabas in main chopta market. Also, the campsites around Chopta serve simple but delicious food. But don’t expect fancy restaurants or Cafes in Chopta valley.

Decent accommodation available at Sari village, which is just 24 km away from Chopta.

Internet Connectivity in Chopta

The internet and mobile connectivity in and around Chopta itself is very poor & intermittent. But once start hiking towards Tugnath you should get decent network.

So people who require network connectivity Chopta as a destination has very poor network. So do keep this in mind. BSNL works in Chopta but only as far as calls are concerned.

Day 1 arrival at chopta.

Arrive at Chopta to the Meraki Mayadeep Hotel or similar (as per the booking). Enjoy the evening tea with snacks, followed by dinner in Chopta. Night Stay in Chopta.

Day 2 Trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila

After breakfast we will reach the trekking point in Chopta and start the trek. After 3.5 kms of trek we will reach Reach Tungnath Temple (3600 mts) - The highest temple of Lord Shiva in the world. After some rest, we can continue or trek to Chandrashila (4000 mts) and return back to Chopta. Relax and Enjoy the evening at Chopta property. Dinner and overnight stay in Chopta.

Day 3 Chopta â Joshimath/Auli

After breakfast. Check out from the hotel and proceed to Joshimath via Gopeshwar and Chamoli. After arrival at Joshimath check-in into the hotel in Joshimath or Auli (as per your booking). You can visit local sightseeing places of Joshimath like Kalpavriksha , Sankar math, Narsingh temple , Vishnu Prayag . Evening free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Joshimath/Auli.

Day 4 Auli Visit

If you are staying in Joshimath: After breakfast get ready to visit Auli , step out of the hotel and board the Auli Cable Car - Longest cable car in India ( Note: cable car charges are not included in the package ). Explore the beauty of Auli, You can also trek to the Gurson bugyal from Auli. Evening return back to Joshimath. Dinner and overnight stay in Joshimath.

If you are staying in Auli: Explore Auli and enjoy breakfast with breathtaking views of Nanda Devi and other Himalayan peaks. You can do the day hike to Gorson Bugyal from Auli and return back to Auli for the night stay.

Day 5 Departure from Auli/Joshimath

After breakfast, it's time to say goodbye to Joshimath/Auli. Our services will end at Joshimath.

Bhagwan Tungnath Temple is magnificent in its style and architecture, according to the wishes of the priest, the Tungnath temple is believed to be more than 1000 years old. This main temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and other smaller rocks temples in the vicinity are said to be dedicated to Goddess Parvati. In which Chandrashila Peak is also considered

Chandrashila Peak is another 1.5 km from Tungnath Temple, from Tungnath Temple, the path narrows and uphill trek route, as one climbs to the meadows of Chandrashila Peak. Chandrashila Peak is the last peak of the mountain on which the Tungnath temple is also situated. A beautiful small temple is situated on the summit. Chandrashila Peak is situated at an altitude of 3,690 m above sea level, these peaks are at 360 degrees. From there you get spectacular views of Nanda Devi, Trishul, Nanda Ghunti, Kedar Dome , Chaukhamba, Kamet, Gangotri ranges, Shivling Peak and Himalayan peaks.

Sturdy hiking boots: preferably all leather upper as it provides better ankle support. If you do not own a pair yet, it is advisable that you buy one as soon as possible & wear it often so that they are well broken. This will help prevent blisters.
Lightweight tennis shoes/sandals: for wearing in camp

Nylon socks: 2- Pairs, of the type you wear daily to be worm under the wool socks to prevent blisters.

Long John top: 2 also known as thermal underwear, preferably wool to be worm as the first layer.

Day 1- Pickup to you from Rishikesh railway station morning at 7:30 am – Drive to Chopta Camp – 202 Km (7/8 Hours (2,012 Meters) overnight stay camp

Day 2 – Chopta to Tungnath Chandrashila Peak summit 4130 m back to Sari village

Day 3 – Sari village to Deorital explore the valley and back to road head same day Drive from Sari to Rishikesh

Start your trek after having breakfast, the trail from Sari is well-defined, it is maintained and is made up of rocks when you go further you can see some houses and a temple on the way.

After some time the trail will get steep and when you go higher you can have a glance of Chandrashila Peak and Tungnath temple as the forest is cleared. As you go higher on the mountain you will see a Hawa Ghar made up by the forest department, so that people going higher can relax there and can enjoy the views from there so you can rest there for some time and relish the beauty of that place.

Now, the trail is covered by Rhododendrons and Maple trees, walk under the shade of trees, continue walking, you will get some valley views as you come nearer to your destination. Walk downhill and you will reach Deoria Tal, you can see the flowers blooming, birds chirping as there are a variety of Himalayan birds there. Alluring greenery will relax your mind.

Drive from to Rishikesh (220 km) (7/8 Hours) you will reach Rishikesh between 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Chopta to Rishikesh usually takes around 7-8 hours by car. The route passes through scenic landscapes and offers several opportunities to stop and enjoy the views. Here are some of the highlights of the return journey:

Ukhimath: Ukhimath is a small town located en route from Chopta to Rishikesh. The town is famous for its ancient temples and is an important pilgrimage center in the region. The town also offers stunning views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks.

Note: – Many trekkers commit the same mistake of carrying unnecessary items on a trek which only makes the backpack heavy. It is important to know the right items to carry. It differs from season to season if you are trekking in summers then carry less layers of warm clothing and if you are trekking in winters carry enough layers to protect yourself against chilly cold.

Necessary Items for trekkers

Backpack (50 to 60 liters) A strongly built backpack with good support is compulsory for a trek. (Rain cover is important)

Sturdy Trekking Shoes The shoes should be strong enough with good support. The people ask if sports shoes would be comfortable but it is good to bring the right trekking shoes.

The Clothes You Should Bring On a Trek Avoid keeping extra clothes because it only makes you backpack heavy.

Trek Pants – The jeans are never suitable for a trek so you need at least 2-3 trek pants for treks carry more for longer treks.

Jacket – Jackets are very important to carry on a trek it protects you against the chilly weather. So carry 2 jackets on a week long trek.

Layers of warm Clothing Carry warm woolen layers or fleece. Carry more layers during winter season (at least 2 to 3) and less during summer.

Thermals – The Temperature decreases at night so you might be need thermals for Night.

HikerWolf provides its train tickets through the IRCTC app.
The tickets confirmation depends on the number of days left until the trip.
While it’s important to understand that there is no 100% confirmation guarantee for waitlisted and RAC tickets on every occasion, please be aware that HikerWolf does not have control over the confirmation process for tickets.
It’s important to acknowledge that there’s always a possibility of receiving an RAC (half seat) or a waitlisted ticket instead of a confirmed seat. Please note that HikerWolf is not accountable for unconfirmed tickets, as IRCTC is a government entity over which we have no control.
If the train is canceled or its route is changed for any reason, HikerWolf will not assume responsibility, and alternative solutions will be offered at an additional cost.
To enhance your chances of securing a full seat on the train, it’s highly advisable to book your trip well in advance, preferably at least 20 days prior to your travel date.
HikerWolf cannot be held responsible for changes in your travel plans, and therefore, if you choose not to take the same train we originally booked for your return journey, there will be no refunds\change for ticket dates or prices.

1. What will be the group Size? We prefer to have a group of 15-18 people as we intend to have more fun and give personal care. We need at least 6 people to kick start our treks.

2. Who will accompany us on the Trek? All our treks are led by certified professional trekking leaders, climbers. In addition to them, there will be a local guide, a cook, an assistant, porters, and other staff.

3. I am joining as a solo girl and/or traveling for the first time, is it safe to travel/trek alone? Safety is of prime importance and we understand them very well. The major of our staff is a girl for that very reason so be assured you are in safe and reliable hands.

4. What type of ground transportation will be used during the trip? We rent taxis such as Innova, Tempo Traveler, Bolero, Tata Sumo, etc. from our suppliers.

5. I can’t carry my backpack/bag while trekking, can I offload it? We always recommend carrying the backpack while trekking to help maintain body posture. If you can’t, we can provide you with a mule/porter to carry your backpack. I want this service you must inform us at least 1 week before the trek. The offloading fee would be around INR 300 per person per day.

6. What shoes should I buy? Shoes are the lifeline during the trek. It is highly recommended to buy trekking shoes for a well well-known brand. You can consider companies like Quechua, Columbia, etc. A waterproof shoe with ankle support will work well.

7. Are there bathrooms/toilets facilities available during the excursion? During the trek, separate toilet tents will be installed on each campsite.

8. What will be the type of accommodation? Accommodation is in dome tents/Homestay.

9. Will you provide sleeping bags and mattresses? Yes, we will provide sleeping bags and mattresses during the excursion. Our sleeping bags can withstand temperatures down to -10 degrees.

10. How many trekkers will be in a tent? It totally depends on the dynamics of the group. If there is a couple, we can give them a separate tent. If there is an odd number of people, then the tents would be on triple sharing basis.

11. How can I book a trek with you? After selecting the trip/excursion, you can book by clicking the Book now button or you can contact us and we will guide you through the booking which is quite easy.

12. What kind of food is served during the trek? We provide nutritious and healthy food during the trek. We always serve vegetarian Indian food and eggs.

13. How can I get drinking water during the trek? Himalaya water is considered the purest and safest water to drink. But for safety reasons, we sometimes boil water and use it for drinking and cooking.

If you find clean water while hiking, always fill the water where it flows, not where the water is stable or at rest.

14. Can we change the path? Yes, you can make suggestions. We will analyze this and, if we consider it feasible, we will apply it.

15. Can the trip/excursion be personalized? Yes, we can customize any trip/excursion based on your needs and feasibility.

16. Will the doctor accompany us during the walk? No, but our trekking leaders are certified in the first aid course for wildlife and always carry a first aid kit and oxygen cylinders during high altitude excursions.

17. Do you prefer to take medications with me? Yes, it is recommended to bring your own medicines while trekking.

18. Is Diamox advisable or not? Well, it totally depends on the person. There are usually no side effects of Diamox, but if you have previous medical conditions, it is best to consult your doctor.

Our itinerary is designed in such a way that we get sufficient time acclimatized. If in case you have any problem while trekking, inform your trek leader about your condition as soon as possible.

19. What is the minimum age limit to be eligible for the trek? The Minimum age limit is 14 years

20. What will we do if it rains? If it starts to rain slowly during the trek, we will continue walking as expected. Your poncho will keep you dry. If it rains a lot, we will try to find a refuge and wait for the rain to stop or subside. If it rains in the field, there would be no problems because all our living tents, our kitchen tents, and our bathroom tents are waterproof. You will stay dry inside.

21. Why is the trekking pole needed? It differs from person to person. If you think this will help you maintain balance while trekking, bring your cane. Some people believe that walking sticks break the pace while walking. It depends on you

Day 01: arrival in delhi.

Bid farewell to your home in Ahmedabad and travel to the national capital. You can travel to Delhi via train or through a flight at your convenience. When you reach the city, you will be met by our representatives, who will ensure a smooth transfer.

Day 02: Delhi to Rishikesh

The second day will see us officially start the Chardham Yatra. If the time and weather permit, you can take the opportunity to explore the historical city of Delhi and its many marvels. Later in the day, we will leave the intensity of Delhi behind as our traveling party will travel towards Rishikesh.

We will leave the national capital at around 9.30 pm for an overnight journey to Rishikesh.

Day 03: Rishikesh to Barkot

The third day of our Chardham Yatra will see us head to the beautiful town of Barkot. Barkot is a charming haven nestled amid peaks and valleys and serves as the base for the trek towards Yamunotri.

After a hearty breakfast in the morning, we will head towards our destination of the day. However, before we are on the move, you will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Rishikesh. You can visit several sightseeing spots, such as Sivananda Ashram, Geeta Ashram, Ram Jhula, Swarg Ashram, and Laxman Jhula.

Later, we will also make a brief stoppage at the beautiful Kempty Falls in Mussoorie. Upon reaching Barkot, we will check into our hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 04: To Yamunotri & Back

Today is a significant day on our Chardham Yatra as we will cover the first major destination, the Yamunotri temple.

Our day will begin early in the morning. We will drive towards the base camp in Janki Chatti; from there on, there is a 6 km trek to the temple. Now, you can either complete this trek on foot or choose a pony/ Doli service.

Upon reaching the Yamunotri temple, we will immediately do Darshan. We will also visit Surya Kund to prepare Prasadam to take home. After completing our pilgrimage to Yamunotri temple, we will head back to our base at Barkot.

Day 05: Barkot to Uttarkashi

Our journey continues towards Uttarkashi, which is also known as the Kashi of the North. Uttarkashi is the base for our Gangotri leg of the Chardham Yatra.

En route to Uttarkashi, we will stop at the Prakateshwar Mahadev Cave. Upon reaching Uttarkashi, we will first stop at our pre-booked accommodations and freshen up. Later, we will visit the famous Vishwanath temple and the Shakti temple on this day.

Day 06: To Gangotri & back

We will get up in the beautiful embrace of the Himalayas. Today is going to be a significant day as we will head towards the second of the Char Dhams, the source of the holiest river in Hinduism, the Ganges.

The route to Gangotri is the most scenic you will encounter on the Chardham yatra. Take as many pictures as you want and add them to your memory rolls, especially during our brief stop in Harshil. Harsil is a true gem hidden in the embrace of the Garhwal Himalayan range.

Upon arriving at Gangotri, we will head straight towards the temple to offer prayers and to seek the blessings of Ganga Maa. After, we will return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 07: Uttarkashi to Srinagar

We are at the halfway point of our Chardham Yatra, and it is time for you to bid farewell to Uttarkashi. Today, we will head towards the city of Srinagar, and no, we are not talking about the one in Kashmir.

The drive to Srinagar will take around 8 hours, depending on the weather conditions. We will also make a brief stop at the world-famous Tehri Dam and gaze upon this man-made marvel. Upon reaching Srinagar, we will check into our accommodations.

Day 08: Srinagar to Sitapur

It is time to say goodbye to the beautiful city of Srinagar and continue our Chardham yatra. Today, we will move with the aim of reaching Sitapur as the sun begins to set.

The drive to Sitapur is quite scenic. Enjoy the serenity that is on offer as we visit the Dhari Devi temple in Kalyanpur village. We will also make a brief stop at Rudraprayag to visit Gauri temple and Narad Shila, which are located on the river banks. We will reach Sitapur as the sun begins to set.

Day 09: To Kedarnath & back to Sitapur

Day 9 is going to be the most challenging part of this journey. Today, we will trek to the Kedarnath temple, a trek that is nearly 19 km long. So, make sure you are physically fit and carry your medication (if needed) for this part of the journey.

With every step you take, you can feel a sense of shared purpose alongside fellow pilgrims. As soon as we reach the abode of Lord Shiva, we will head toward the temple and offer prayers. Later, we will descend back to our base in Sitapur.

Day 10: To Badrinath

On the tenth day, we will leave Sitapur behind and head towards the final of the Char Dhams on our Yatra - Badrinath.

The route to the Badrinath temple is again quite scenic. We would make stoppages at Karnaprayag, Vishnuprayag, and Nandprayag. We will also offer our prayers at the famous Narasimha temple in Joshimath before finally reaching Badrinath. We will check into our accommodations for a well-deserved rest.

Day 11: Badrinath to Pipalkoti

We will get in early in the morning for a Darshan at the Badrinarayan temple, but first, we will take a dip into the holy water of Tapt Kund. After offering prayers at the temple, we will head towards the Brahma Kapal.

The day will also consist of us sightseeing Mana village, Bhim Pul, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Saraswati River. Later, we will head towards Pipalkoti for an overnight stay.

Day 12: Pipalkoti to Delhi, via Haridwar

The penultimate day is officially the start of the return leg of the Chardham Yatra. We will wake up in the early morning, heading towards the national capital. But we will also make a stoppage at Haridwar along the way. En route, you will witness the confluence of the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers in Devprayag.

Upon reaching Haridwar, we will head toward Har Ki Pauri Ghat to witness the famous Ganga Aarti in the evening. After that, our traveling party will head towards Delhi with an overnight journey.

Precaution for Yatra

Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions

There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.

Disputes, if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard

Cancellation Policies

If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges

Ans. Chardham yatra is going to open for 2024 from 14 May onwards and it will be closed during the first week in November.

Ans. Yes, the VIP darshan tickets are available in All temples.

Q3. Is registration required for char Dham yatra?

Ans. Yes, registration is required for everyone who are going for this journey by road. In case of helicopter journey passengers do not require any registration.

Q4. What kind of clothing should I be bring?

Ans. There are no strict regulations for clothing to visit the Temple as such. Being a place of worship, you should dress up decently and comfortably. you can wear anything you wish. Summer Months May and June, it is sunny and the weather remains quite pleasant, you can wear light clothes. However due to high altitude the climate is unpredictable and changes abruptly from sunny weather to heavy rain which suddenly makes the weather cold and freezing. make sure to carry waterproof raincoat and pants along with good quality of woollen socks, gloves and warm cap.

Q5. Type of Food?

Ans. You will get pure Vegetarian Meals during yatra (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Q6. What kind of accommodation will be provided at places?

Ans. Accommodation will be provided depending on your package. We make sure that every passenger stays in comfort. however, the idea of comfort on these remote parts of the Himalayas is very different and basic. You should not expect a high end 5-star property because most of these hotels on high altitude regions remain closed off for 6 months and opens up only when the yatra begins. the hotels that we will offer will be the best in this situation.

Q7. What type of vehicle we will get in Badrinath & Gangotri to reach Temple?

Ans. Innova car with an experienced driver will be provided to you for visiting these temples.

Q8. Age Limit for Yatris?

Ans. There is no fixed age limit for Char Dham Yatris. As the yatra will pass through high altitudes, therefore preferred age bracket is between 7-75. Ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not allowed to undertake this yatra

Q9. Will there be a guide with us throughout the Yatra?

Ans. There will not be a guide because there is no need for it. all the necessary assistance will be given by us and the base managers present at the helipad. this includes guiding you through the briefing process and timely transfers to your next destination.

Q9. What is procedure of refund and how much time it take

Ans. Any refund against a payment received through a Credit Card, will be made on the same credit card only. Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 8 weeks due to banking procedures.

Q10. Does Char Dham by helicopter package include all Maha Abhishek Pooja and other activities during Chardham Yatra?

Ans. Yes, Maha Abhishek Pooja at Badrinath & VIP darshans at all the temples are included in the Chardham Heli Package.
