The refreshments are an added attraction especially during warmer days. In spite of the rains and flooding that happened in Dubai few days before we visited the garden, the garden was surprisingly well managed, except for unavoidable damages, which is understandable. • Meander164119 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Worst Visa Application Experience, Missed my flight. ZERO proactive updates. Unprofessional team. I trusted Rayna Tours to deliver my Egypt visa, and they promised they could do this for me within 5-7 days (advertised 4-5 days). I contacted them through their website and was assigned to Kaustubh. I explained to him that I have a flight in a week, and asked if they could rush my visa application process. I paid AED 900 more than the advertised fees for a multiple entry rush visa, because I was desperate to make my flight. Only to learn later (after speaking to other reps in the company) that they NEVER applied my visa on time. Here's a summary of my experience: 1. On the week I applied: I drove to Dubai so they could receive my requirements on the same day, only to be told they had to apply to Abu Dhabi Embassy (note: I had already sent my residency paperwork ahead of time, so clearly they did not review this prior to advise which embassy I should apply). This could have saved me a trip to Dubai on to have my application brought to Abu Dhabi in the end. 2. My application through Kaustubh started on 23 April, my physical documents received on 24 April. Every day, I would follow up but NEVER receive on-time updates. Only to learn, that this was only applied at Abu Dhabi Embassy in May. This has been severely delayed. Long story short, it is now May 15 today, I have missed my flight, I am without my passport, I have had to reschedule other travel plans. And, I still do not have clear updates on next steps. 3. I need to reach out and call Kaustabh, who has now delegated to a PRO named Salman, and both of them are difficult to reach, promise to come back to you but never do, promise to call back but never do. It's been very frustrating these last 3 weeks! I have outsourced this application process through a travel agent because I am a very busy person and do not have time to deal with follow ups, but this has been the most number of follow ups I have had to deal with because of how unprofessional the staff in this agency are. 4. Today, May 15, I am still waiting for my Passport. It was apparently picked up from the Egypt Embassy in Abu Dhabi last May 13, I told them to deliver it to me directly since I am in Abu Dhabi... but khalas, as expected from an incompetent team, it has ended up in Dubai despite multiple follow ups. Today, I have been told by Salman to pick it up from the Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi which of course I refused to do. I have absolutely no reason to have to go to the Thai Embassy. 5. Final Note: I have no visa to Egypt still, as I told them it is now more important I get my passport back than to pursue a visa for Egypt. I have asked for a refund for this horrible experience, to which I have not been given any confirmation. 6. I do not know what to do anymore, and who to reach out to for help within this company. Highly recommend sunrise for this time of the year as the desert can be very warm. Temps were perfect early in the morning. Our guide was so good at explaining and taking photos. Everyone in the camp at the desert was very kind offering tea, water, snacks! We spent 3.5-4 hours from pick up to drop off. Camel rides, sand boarding and the 4x4 dune bashing met expectations. Wonderful journey through the desert of Abu Dhabi

Sunil was an unbelievably friendly guy. He showed us some beautiful spots in the desert and performed some crazy stunts with his car that truly fascinated us. During our drive from Abu Dhabi to the desert he also told us some very interesting facts and stories about Abu Dhabi and its history. Also, the photos he took were phenomenal and will surely end up in the family album. Thanks for this superb experience, we would recommend it to everybody who visits Abu Dhabi and would like to go on a exceptional adventure! Sunil is a 10/10!

First of all the driver ( Mr.Brown) was so friendly! The trip in the dessert was realy nice and the barbecue was amazing. You can choose between some good meat or vegetarian dishes.

The views were amazing. Took so many photos. Our guide Kamran Khan was very knowledgeable and amazing. He gave us so many information to understand the history of Abu Dhabi and UAE better.
