After his moving and spectacular Eurovision performance, Slimane will be touring the world in early 2025.

On May 14th, 2016, SLIMANE won the 5th season of The Voice in France.

Since then, his rise has been meteoric:

With 2 million albums sold, 1 million spectators attending his shows, and nearly 2 billion streams worldwide, 5 NRJ Music Awards, and a Victoire de la Musique, Slimane will represent France at The Eurovision Song Contest 2024!

From the piano bars of Paris Pigalle, where he started, to his sold-out ARENA tours, the fabulous destiny of Slimane is an ode to perseverance, talent, and passion. North American Swifties are traveling internationally for their best chance at seeing Taylor Swift’s 2024 “Eras Tour” as the singer makes her way through Europe.

Swift kicked off the European leg of her tour — after a two-month break and a new album release — on May 9 in Paris, France. The singer performed for four nights at the Paris La Défense Arena and continued her tour through Sweden, Portugal and Spain.

Fans have noticed Swift’s European dates have been significantly cheaper than her North American concerts. With instances of ticket prices dropping below triple digits, a trip across the pond may very well be worth the extra travel expenses.

Swift still has 42 concerts left on her European leg before she heads back to North America, where prices remain in the thousands.

Atteint d’une maladie rare qui touche uniquement les hommes, Slimane s’est confié sans filtre sur sa lutte contre cette dernière, et les impacts sur sa vie.

Il n’aura pas démérité ! Après un parcours impressionnant lors de l’Eurovision 2024 , Slimane s’est hissé à la quatrième place du concours . Certainement déçu, il n’en a rien montré et a même réagi avec émotion à ce résultat inattendu . Si le suisse Nemo a brandi la victoire, l’acolyte de Vitaa est tout de même très fier de sa prestation.

Il faut dire que son introduction a cappella en a subjugué plus d’un. Mais pas le temps pour Slimane de ressasser puisqu’il s’est déjà lancé dans un nouveau défi . En outre, après sa participation à l’Eurovision, le chanteur a remporté un autre prix à l’étranger . En parallèle de ces bonnes nouvelles, il n’a pas hésité à se confier sur sa maladie .

Huit ans après avoir remporté la cinquième saison de The Voice , Slimane peut regarder fièrement le chemin qu’il a parcouru. Le chanteur atteint de gynécomastie

Mais cette actualité foisonnant e fait de Slimane une personnalité très demandée . C’est ainsi qu’il répond à de très nombreuses interviews. L’occasion pour lui de se confier sur des aspects plus personnels de sa vie . Papa d’une petite Esmeralda née en janvier 2022 , il reste tout de même très privé à ce sujet. Néanmoins, il a accepté d’en dire plus sur la gynécomastie , une maladie qui touche uniquement les hommes et dont il est atteint. Et c’est à nos confrères du magazine Têtu qu’il s’est confié.

À noter que la gynécomastie se caractérise par un développement anormal de glande mammaire chez l’homme . Ce phénomène est lié à une production d’œstrogènes trop élevée en comparaison à la testostérone . Pour Slimane, cette maladie est une véritable souffrance :

Quand j’étais jeune, j’avais un problème. C’est-à-dire, mes glandes mammaires qui se développent un peu trop. Je me suis fait opérer, j’ai une cicatrice et ça, par exemple, c’est quelque chose qui m’a vraiment perturbé dans ma façon d’appréhender ma virilité en tant que garçon. […] Je me revois dans The Voice faire 20 kg de moins que je dois faire aujourd’hui et me prendre quand même la tête pour ne pas être en T-shirt sur scène.

Force est de constater que cette maladie ne l’a pas aidé à gérer son poids, et encore moins à s’accepter. Et dans un métier d’image comme le sien, on imagine que cela peut parfois être très compliqué à vivre. Des confidences touchantes et sincères.

EXO singer Suho has announced his upcoming 2024 ‘Su:home’ tour of Europe, featuring concerts in the United Kingdom, France and more.

On May 23, EXO’s Suho announced his new 2024 ‘Su:home’ tour of Europe, which will feature five concerts in four countries this September. It’ll also notably be the K-pop idol’s first-ever solo tour of Europe.

The singer will kick things off at the Indigo at the O2 in London, United Kingdom on September 10. Thereafter, the EXO member will play shows in Paris, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Warsaw.

Suho upcoming 2024 ‘Su:home’ Europe tour will hot on the heels of the EXO singer’s upcoming solo mini-album, ‘1 to 3’, which will be released on May 31. The project will also feature the single ‘Cheese’ with Red Velvet ‘s  Wendy .

Taylor Swift may attract more U.S. luxury travelers to Paris for Eras Tour than Olympics

PARIS — Try and come for Taylor Swift's job. The superstar is playing a four-night stint in Paris, jumpstarting the 18-city European leg of the Eras Tour , and she may have drawn more Americans to France than the upcoming Olympics.

Jack Ezon, the CEO of Embark Beyond , a luxury travel agency based in New York City, said the Swift is generating five times the bookings as the summer games, as first reported in the Strait Times .

Although there is still time to arrange trips for the Olympics, held from July 26–Aug. 11, Ezon said his company has booked more than 200 Parisian vacations for Swifties. The average stay is three nights, and a third of the reservations are for mothers and daughters.

Cheaper to buy French vacation than one U.S. ticket

Swift changed up her three-plus-hour show to incorporate her 11th studio album, "The Tortured Poets Department." She's been working on the change for 8-9 months , since the singer-songwriter took a two-month break in fall 2023 to premiere her concert movie to theaters and release "1989 (Taylor's Version)." The updates have driven up excitement and demand for the Eras Tour with American fans wanting to see the modified show.

"The tickets to go to Indianapolis are like $5,000 apiece," says Stephanie Gottschalk waiting in line for the second Paris show with her daughter Brooklynn. "For us to fly here, stay in the hotel and buy the tickets was about $5,000 total. So half the price. And we got to experience Europe. We got to go to the Eiffel Tower and create memories that we're going to remember for the rest of our lives."

Dressed in "Bejeweled" outfits, the Gottschalks were already planning another trip back to Europe to see the record-breaking tour again.

"We've already started looking into Switzerland," Stephanie says. Swift will play in Zürich's Stadion Letzigrund for two nights July 9-10.

The Eras Tour will head back to the U.S. in the fall with October and November shows in Miami, New Orleans and Indianapolis. As of Saturday, the cheapest U.S. ticket on resale site StubHub.com was $1,615 for New Orleans. The most expensive VIP seat was worth $11,701 for Miami.

Global impact felt

The Swift Effect — a boost to local, state and national economies — was felt during the first year of the Eras Tour. According to Bloomberg Economics, Swift's concerts contributed $4.3 billion to America's gross domestic product. In Japan, the massive concert is estimated to have pumped $228 million (¥34.1 billion) into the country with $162.7 million (¥24.3 billion) going directly to Tokyo. In Australia, Swift was expected to sell $66 million worth of merchandise . Edwin Tong, Singapore politican and minister for culture, community and youth, said the country paid Swift $2-3 million dollars to exclusively play in the country.

Swift will perform Sunday night in La Défense Arena in Paris before heading to Stockholm, Sweden.

Cal Poly's Symphony and Choirs: France Tour Preview Concert

The Cal Poly Symphony and Cal Poly Choirs’ will feature works the groups will perform while on tour of France in late June, including as part of the 80th anniversary of D-Day at the American Cemetery in Normandy, in the Church of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine in Paris, and other locations throughout the country.
