Thasos , sometimes spelled Thassos ( Greek : Θάσος), is a Greek Island tourist destination in the North Aegean Islands group, close to Kavala .

Understand [ edit ]

Thasos is a green, mountainous island with many picturesque bays and sandy beaches. The landscape is similar to Chalkidiki or Sithonia . It is an ideal holiday destination for families and people who want to relax at wonderful and not overcrowded beaches. There are a number of interesting antiquities to visit and there are enough beach-bars and clubs for entertainment and night life. A fire in September 2016 destroyed parts of the forests but this does not affect its beauty as a top holiday destination. In general the east side is much more crowded than the west side. People who like to have more space on the beach are better off with the west side, while those who want more action the east side is the better choice.

History [ edit ]

Earliest settlements are known from the Neolithic era. About 1500 BC, Thasos was taken by the Phoenicians, and by their knowledge in metallurgy, they were the first to exploit the mineral resources of the island. The island was then taken over by the Thracians until the Greek Ionian tribe displaced the Thracians in the 7th century BC. Gold and silver mining and trade flourished during this time and brought prosperity to the island. In 492 BC, the Persians conquered the island, which led to an economic decline. In 464 - 404 BC, Thasos was occupied by Athens and served as a colony of wood and metal supplies. 340 BC Philip II, king of the Macedonians, took over Thasos. In the period from 281 - 202 BC, Thasos was independent, until it was connected to the Roman Empire in 196 BC. After the division of the Roman Empire, it belonged to the Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantine Empire) from 330 AD. In 1455 AD, Thasos passed over to the Turks and was freed by Greek troops by 1912 in the Balkan War. In the Second World War, Thasos and larger parts of northern Greece were handed over by the Wehrmacht to Bulgaria, who had to leave these areas with war dead.

Get in [ edit ]

• Since Thasos does not have its own airport, the connection runs through the airport Kavala (near Chrysoupolis). From there it is 12 km to the ferry at the village Keramoti (ferry time Keramoti-Limenas, 45 min). By taxi the way from the airport to the ferry costs about €20, to Kavala the cost is €40. The bus connection is bad.
• From Thessaloniki Airport , there is a bus to the KTEL Macedonia bus station (1 hour), which is the bus station for intercity buses. From there, buses go to Kavala (2½ hours) every hour. From Kavala you either take a ferry to Thasos or a bus from the bus station to Keramoti (1 hour) and from there by ferry to Thasos. Alternatively, go by rental car from Thessaloniki Airport to Kavala/Keramoti (2½-3 hr). Some car hire companies from Thasos also have rental cars at the airport. Many cars rented on the mainland are not allowed to go onto the islands.
• Ferries : There are 2 ferries for vehicles and passengers to Thasos 1) Kavala-Scala Prinos (1½ hours, one-way adult ticket €6 as of August 2020) and 2) Keramoti-Thasos Town (Limenas) (45 minutes). The timetables vary depending on the season. Since the island is close to the mainland, the ferry costs are comparatively low, so that many weekenders and camper vans visit the island. In addition to normal ferries, a high-speed hydrofoil operates only for passengers between Kavala and Thasos City (Limenas).

Get around [ edit ]

The island has one main road which circles the perimeter. There is a bus service [dead link] during summer. Taxis are common and can be called from most restaurants, bars and supermarkets (taxis after midnight need to be booked in advance). Car and bike hire is possible from many of the larger towns and villages. To really see the interesting parts of the island, especially the mountain villages, a car or motorbike is needed. Normal cars are not allowed on dirt roads but some of the nice beaches an attractions can be reached on dirt roads only. Hire a 4WD at least for the days you want to go off-road.

Most tourists rent a car at least for one day to explore the island. As there is only one ring road the villages are described starting from Thasos town clockwise. From the main ring road the mountain villages can be reached via side roads or dead-end roads. If you visit the main attractions only a tour takes from 4-6 hr.

• 40.7762 24.7041 1 Thasos ( Θάσος, also known as Limenas , Λιμένας ). The largest village on the island with the harbor for ferry boats to Keramoti and is deep enough for sailing boats and offering power connection too. Visit the old fishing harbour with the customs building and a beach with beach bars. Continue the walk to reach the viewpoint called “Karnagio” with an old chapel and a nice restaurant to sit. Nearby the old harbour are the ruins of the ancient city and the Archeology and Ethnology Museum. From the old port take a walk to the Amphitheater and ahead to the Acropolis and a castle ruin. The ascent is a bit difficult, but well worthwhile because of the fantastic views. In the center of Limenas are commercial streets with souvenir shops, restaurants, fast food, police, banks, travel agencies and some nightlife. The beachfront Agios Vassillios Chapel, about 200 meters west of the ferry port, is also worth a visit. It consists solely of a cluster of hotels, campgrounds, restaurants, and more lining the exquisite "Golden Beach," renowned as Thasos' premier coastal destination. No central hub exists here; instead, visitors can find everything they desire. Towards the northern tip of the beach lies a charming, picturesque fishing harbor, which serves as the departure point for various excursion boats. However, the harbor isn't ideal for sailboats, particularly in windy conditions, as the anchors can be problematic due to the presence of seagrass. • 4WD off-road tours . Renting a 4WD off-road vehicle, you can reach some very interesting places that are prohibited for normal rental cars. Described are the sights in the respective places. Beaches : Saliara, Marbel, Vathi, Salonikos. Rachoni : Chapel; Megalos Prinos : Chapel; Kalirachi : Chapel; Maries : Waterfall, Mount Ipsaron; Theologos : Restaurant Neromilos; Aliki : Tower of Thimonia. If you only want to be on the road for one day, you should head for Maries and Kalirachi.  
• Hiking . Thasos is suitable not only for swimming but also offers many scenic walking tracks. Especially in the fall and in the spring when it is not so hot, many tourists use this alternative to beach life. There are local shops to buy hiking equipment and maps. For those who don't like to walk on their own in the mountains there are also organized tours. Information can be found in the Internet under "walk on Thasos". Popular trails are: * From Limenas to Makriamos and further to the Golden Beach (4 hr, 13 km, mostly flat) * From Potos to Theologos (3 hr, 10 km, slightly ascending) * From Theologos to Kastro (2 hr, 6 km, steep climb) * From Maries to the lake and waterfall (1 hr, 3 km, mostly flat) * From Ag. • Water sports . are available at many organized beaches. There are boats, jet skis, banana boats and water parachutes available. ( updated Feb 2018 )
• Cave climbing , [email protected] . There are many ancient tunnels and mines. Thasos was famous for gold, iron, manganese mining in older times. The tunnels are just abandoned and should only be entered with extreme caution. There is some special literature about the mines also describing their exact locations. Ancient sites tour [ edit ]

It is recommended to visit the ancient sites of the island in 2 tours in Thasos town and 1 in Aliki and Thimonia. The first leads up to the Acropolis of Thasos town and is also recommended for people who are less interested in ruin sites, because of the beautiful landscape and the wonderful vantage points. The second tour stays within the village and is less spectacular.

1) Thasos Town

Tour 1 : It starts in the immediate vicinity of the old 40.7808 24.7131 1 war harbor at the 40.7798 24.7122 2 Agora , the economic center of the ancient city, a kind of marketplace with shops, religious and cultural sites. Even if only the foundation walls and a few pillars are present, the agora is the most interesting ancient area in the center. Directly following the agora are the 40.7802 24.7147 3 passages , a stone walled access from the residential quarters to the agora, the 40.7784 24.7129 4 Odeion , a small 2nd-century theater. and the 40.7798 24.7149 5 Arthemis Shrine from early Hellenistic times. From the agora you go northeast passing the 40.78073 24.71424 6 District of Dionisos , the 40.7815 24.71435 7 Sanctuary of the Poseidon and Wagon Gate , the 40.7823 24.71531 8 eastern residential area and Chariten Tor slowly uphill under shady trees towards the headland. There stands the very photogenic 40.78533 24.71578 9 St. Nicholas Chapel on the foundations of a 5th-century basilica. The view from there of the landscape and the sea is breathtaking. Below the chapel you can see the beach bar Karnagio. From here, the trail now leads steeper and much more strenuous uphill to the 40.7821 24.7177 10 Theater from the 3rd century with beautiful views of Thasos. Performances take place here during the summer months. Further above is the 40.7781 24.7197 11 Akropolis . In 1204, the Venetians built a castle in the eastern part of the Acropolis out of the ruins of the temples there, whose ruins are hidden between trees and barely visible from the village. If one follows the path one reaches the 40.7768 24.718 12 Sanctuary of Athena . Only the foundations of the 5th century BC are left of the temple. Nevertheless, the path is worth it, as the view of Thasos and the surrounding mountains makes up for the effort. A narrow pawn leads east to 40.7763 24.7172 13 cave sanctuary of the Pan from the 4th century BC. Again, it is more the view that is worthwhile. From here you go back to the city.

Tour 2 : It can be done well in less than 1 hour as you stay within the flat area of Thasos town and is really worthwhile only for people really interested in ancient ruins. It's best to start from the 40.77882 24.70912 14 Early Christian Basilica . If you follow the road away from the coast you will reach the 40.77792 24.71007 15 Hercules (Heracles) Sanctuary . Here too, only the foundations of temples and buildings from the 5th or 6th century BC are preserved. Now follow the signs along the Pier de Vambez road to the 40.7755 24.7091 16 Gate of Zeus and Hera past the remains of an Arch of Honor for Emperor Caracalla. The Gate of Zeus is the most elaborate and best preserved gate of the city, but also almost exclusively preserved as foundations. From there one arrives at the interesting remainders of the south wall to the 40.7744 24.7128 17 Silent Tor that is quite well preserved. From here it goes back towards the harbour.

Tour: 3 starts in Aliki. The entrance to the archeologic site is free and you can explore the place walking on market trails. The archeological site of Aliki includes the ancient 40.60124 24.73958 18 marble quarry , the remains of an ancient settlement, a double sanctuary and two paleochristian basilicas. The 40.60503 24.74243 19 ancient settlement of which only the ground walls remained is on the opposite site of the taverns. An interesting inscribed sarcophagus is worth to see. Following the path uphill for about 50 m you reach out at the 40.60338 24.74285 20 ancient sanctuary . The remains of the sanctuary consist of two constructions with both ionic and doric architectural elements build during the 6th-5th centuries BC. dedicated to god Apollo as protectors of ships and sailors. At the stairs that are at the facade of the sanctuary, there are inscribed names of many sailors that had arrived at the island in order to ship marble. The sanctuary was abandoned during the early Byzantine era, with Christianity becoming the dominant religion. The two churches were built in the 5th century AD and destroyed by an earthquake. Going from Aliki about 1 km towards Limenaria the 40.6066 24.7172 21 Ancient Tower of Thimonia is signposted. A field road leads up to the tower that needs good ground clearance if you drive up or walk for 10 min. The ruined Hellenistic tower was probably part of an ancient settlement but no excavations have taken place an the knowledge about this place is very limited. The nice view from the tower is more worth than the ruins itself.

Mining site tours [ edit ]

The mining on Thasos can look back on a highly developed metallurgy that began about three and a half thousand years ago and thus plays a significant role in the Aegean region. Probably in the late Bronze Age, beginning at the latest in the early Iron Age, took place an intensive and until the Byzantine period ongoing ore smelting. The ores mined in tunnels and open-pit mining contributed to the wealth of the island in ancient times and are an important part of the history of the island. Unfortunately, the wealth also aroused greed and so in the history of the island mostly foreign powers exploited the ores. Some former open pit areas are easily accessible and today interesting and photogenic "lost places". Also galleries are accessible, but only with a local guide to recommend and experience walking in caves and only with appropriate equipment.

• Metalia Beach . The beach at Limenaria with its metal industry ruins is one of the must see attractions in Thasos. The German industrialist Friedrich Speidel succeeded in 1903 in lengthy negotiations by the Turkish Sultanate to obtain a license to exploit the zinc-lead-silver-ore deposits on Thasos. The ores (400-500 tons per day) were mined mainly in open pit about 2 km NE from Metalia beach (Vouves), transported by a mine railway and in the four round shaft kilns (which you can still see today), processed and then shipped. In the ruins of the halls on the beach were ore mills, wet processing, electrical center and rolling mills. The installations were occupied by French troops at the beginning of the First World War and plundered as enemy German assets, destroying the buildings. The management building (Palataki) and various outbuildings were preserved and served as a war hospital for English officers. In the 1960s Metalia was then used as a loading point for iron-manganese ores for the company Krupp. With the help of an EC funding program (€600,000), a mining park and museum was to be built on the site from 2000 onwards. Owing to the usual corruption and nepotism in Greece, the money unfortunately collapsed and so everything is left to decay. ( updated Aug 2019 )
• 40.6348 24.5932 28 Vouves . The lead-silver ore opencast mining 2 km northeast of Limenaria with tunnels was in operation since ancient times. Old tunnels can still be seen today in the large open pit mine from 1903 to 1914. About 350 m before the entrance to Metalia Beach (coming from Limenaria) leads a dirt road to the open pit 2 km away. • 40.6614 24.6093 29 Iron ore open pit Mavrolako . From Limenaria the road branches off behind Kalivia to Maries and Kastro. From this junction, drive 3.5 km towards Kastro and then turn left into a wide dirt road. After about 300 m you reach the first construction ruins of the former opencast mine. The landscape there has the typical rust of iron ore and forms a photogenic contrast with the green of the vegetation. The mining was discontinued in the early 1960s. ( updated Sep 2019 )

The east and south sides of the island have many picturesque bays and popular sandy beaches, while the west side has more elongated, lonely, rocky beaches, but also beautiful sandy ones. For people who are looking for nudist beaches , Thasos is a good destination too. In the following, only the best known beaches are listed. There are still many bays and beaches to discover.

It's a must-see location and probably the nicest beach of the island! After 600 m you reach the Marble Bay . Its a white marble sand bay which was used for the shipment of marble, with crystal clear waters and a unique but loud beach bar. Its also a must-see location. In the high season often overcrowded. After 2 km you will come to Vathi Bay . It is also a romantic bay but with a luxury hotel that have their sunbeds along the crystal clear water front. From there a dirt roads leads to Golden Beach. Its a long, wide sandy beach hemmed with hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a camping site. Crowded in high season. Good water quality. Centres for night life are Limenas, Limenaria and especially Potos where younger people like to meet. Most of the bars and beach bars organize themed nights, beach parties, etc., which are announced on posters in the hotels or in the places. Very popular "Greek Nights" are offered by some big hotels and some restaurants and pubs (check postings).

• Thasos has few bigger hotel complexes but a large number of small hotels, guest houses and private rooms , which are listed in the well known internet hotel search sites and evaluated. The more lively and crowded east side and Potos attract more younger tourists, while older guests often prefer the quieter west side from Limenaria onwards.
• There are several camping sites: in Scala Prinos, between Prinos and Scala Sotiros (Camping Daedalos), AstroCamping in the mountains, Camping Pefkari, Camping at Golden Beach in Scala Panagia.

• There is no danger for tourists, so you can move freely anywhere. Only take care of pickpocketing.
• Medical Care : There is no hospital in Thasos, but a "Health Center" in Prinos from the patient will be relocated to the Kavala Hospital for more serious illnesses. Medical practices (including dentist, orthopedist, cardiologist and general practitioner) can be found in Limenas and Limenaria.
• The drinking water quality is controlled, but differs from village to village. It is usually safer to use bottled water for drinking.
• Snakes : there is a poisonous snake that lives mainly in the mountains, often on stony terrain or in holes in walls, between rocks etc. (horned viper) It is very poisonous! Therefore, you should pay attention to good footwear and clothing, if you want to go off the beaten track and generally be careful with walls in abandoned houses and land.

An advantage of Thasos is the close distance to the main land what makes day trips easy.

• Kavala : often visited by ferry boat from Scala Prinos at Saturday morning as a day trip when Kavala's big and colorfull market (bazar) at the promenade is open (07:30-13:00, best visit time before 11:00, as it gets very busy later). The famous archaeological site of Philippi can be reached by bus from Kavala bus terminal Ktel , close to the bazaar. The best way to do this day trip is by taking the first ferry from Scala Prinos to Kavala and back on the afternoon ferry or back by bus to Keramoti and from there on one of the many later ferries. At the Aquadukt in Kavala you can also rent scooters and thus easily reach the sights outside the city center.
• Nestos -Delta and Nestos-Gorge : natural reserve areas of stunning beauty reachable by bus from Keramoti or but better by car as a day trip,
• Pangaion Hills : the Pangaio is with almost 2000 m the highest mountain in the Kavala area, with picturesque mountain villages, a multitude of monasteries and impressive vegetation. As a day trip from Thasos a car is necessary to reach the points of interest in a reasonable time.
• Drama . Provincial town but a good place to start an excursion to the Rhodope Mountains , wild, almost deserted natural landscape on the Bulgarian border.
• Xanthi : famous for its Old Town with many pubs and restaurants and night life
• Samothrace -Island: using public transport you go by bus from Kavala Ktel to Alexandroupolis where the ferry to Samothrace starts

Veoma loše iskustvo 2021 Tasos,Potos. Platili smo cetvorokrevetni apartman a dobili trokrevetbu sobu sa pomoćnim ležajem. Nisu hteli da nadoknade razliku u ceni cak je vlasnik bezobrazan.

Vila Iro u Neas Maramarasu je prepuna velikih bubasvaba, koje izlaze svuda i na sve strane. Kao u hororu. Nikako, ali nikako ne preporucujem. Zgrozena sam i sada kada se setim.

Tasos - opis

TASOS je najsevernije i najzelenije ostrvo Egejskog mora, smešteno u blizini istočne obale grčke oblasti Makedonija, odakle ga od kopna deli svega 8 kilometara. Poznat je po raskošnoj prirodnoj lepoti-nepreglednim šumama borova, koje celom ostrvu daju karakterističan miris, slapovima vodopada, brojnim peščanim uvalama, belom mermeru, kristalno čistom moru kao i dobrom vinu, medu, slatku od bundeve, maslinama, koštunjavim plodovima i mnogo čemu drugom; s toga, ne čudi što je baš Tasos već dugi niz godina jedna od najtraženijih i najomiljenijih destinacija za odmor naših turista.

Smaragdno plutajuće ostrvo Tasos ima nešto više od 15.000 stanovnika i zauzima ukupno površinu od oko 390 kilometara kvadratnih, što ga svrstava u deveto po veličini ostrvo Grčke. Teritorijalno pripada oblasti Trakija, dok se politički nalazi u oblasti Kavala, od čijeg istoimenog, glavnog grada svakodnevno saobraćaju trajekti. Najvećem, centralnom ostrvu pripadaju i tri manja: Tasopulo na severu, Panagia na jugu i na istoku Kinira . Glavni i njaveći grad je Limenas- nalazi se na na severu i centar je svih političkih i kulturnih dešavanja. Tasos se može pohvaliti i veoma blagom mediteranskom klimom. Leti su ovde temperature umerene i uglavnom ne prelaze trideseti podeljak, čak i u najtoplijim delovima dana, dok zimi skoro nikad ne padaju ispod nule. Zahvaljujući svom geografskom položaju zaštićen je od jakih vetrova pa, su i talasi na moru, osim na severu kopna, veoma retka pojava; sa prosečnom temperaturom vode od 25 stepeni kupanje ovde predstavlja pravi užitak.

Najlepše plaže Obala Tasosa je veoma razuđena i gotovo celom dužinom pristupačna za posetioce. Na ostrvu postoji oko 70 uređenih i još bezbroj divljih, skrivenih morskih uvala. Plaže su veoma raznolike pa, se mogu pronaći od onih sa najsitnijim, finim puderastim peskom, preko šljunkovitih i stenovitih, do specifičnih obala prekrivenih oblim kamenčićima od belog mermera. Prirodna hladovina borova krasi najviše uvale na severnoj strani ostrva, a izuzetno čisto, kristalno plavo more je svuda. Najpoznatije plaže, od kojih su čak četiri dobitnice plave zastavice za uređenosti i čistoću su: Pefkari, Golden beach, Makriamos, gradska plaža u Limenasu, Saliari ili Mermerna plaža, Paradise beach, Psili Amos, Tripiti…

Najpoznatija letovališta Limenas ili Tasos, kako se nekada zvao, je glavni grad i privredni, administrativni i turistički centar ostrva. Gradić koji obiluje sadržajima za posetioce svih godina: brojne taverne, restorani i kafići poseduje i najveću luku, kao i čuvenik rudnik belog mermera, prepoznatljiv u celoj Grčkoj. Pored gradske, od centra ka periferiji pruža se nekoliko najlepših plaža do kojih je lako stići zahvaljujući organizovanom prevozu-brodićem, taksijem, autobusom…

Limenarija drugi po veličini grad na ostrvu Tasos-nalazi se na krajnjem jugu sa pogledom na Svetu Goru, a od Limenasa je udaljen nekih četrdesetak kilomtara. Krasi ga 2 km duga uređena, peščana plaža kao i brojni apartmani, butici, marketi, pekare, restorani, kafići…Turisti mogu posetiti napušetni rudnik iz 18-og veka, žutu vilu Palataki, nekadašnje vlasništvo bogate nemačke porodice Krupp ili uživati u nekoj od tradicionalnih taverni sa pogledom na najlepši zalazak sunca.

Potos svega par kilometara udaljen od Limenarije, ovo nekada malo ribarsko selo, danas predstavlja jednood najposećenijih letovališta. Posebno je omiljen među mlađim posetiocima zbog brojnih kafića i barova smeštenih uz samo obalu, kao i zabave koja ovde traje sve do ranih jutarnjih sati. Može se pohvaliti i velikim brojem luksuznih hotela i apartmana, dugom i širokom peščanom plažom, čistim azurno-plavim morem koje pruža mogućnost svima da se oprobaju u nekom od sportova na vodi.

Skala Sotiros mestašce skriveno na zapadnoj obali ostrva Tasos, nastalo je kao luka istoimenog sela na brdu i kao stvoreno je za opuštanje i pravi odmor. Uživanje u lokalnim specijalitetima, prepečenom hlebu i vinu, na peskovitoj plaži ili u nekom od restorančića sa pogledom na zelena brda borova i maslina idealna su kombinacija za sve željne mirnog sna.

Svojom raskošnom lepotom i bujnom vegetacijom, borovim šumama, fenomenalnim peščanim plažama, nestvarno plavo tirkiznim morem i skrivenim uvalama, magični Tasos je neodoljiv. Ostrvo je bogato arheološkim nalazištima, maslinjacima, najzelenijom prirodom a zastupljen je i seoski turizam. Manastir Arhangela Mihaila iz XII veka, odakle se pruža veličanstven pogled, nalazi se na samoj litici na jugoistoku ostrva i okrenut je ka planini Atos.

LIMENAS  -  Luka, glavni grad, važan turistički centar sa bogatom istorijom. U Limenasu, modernom gradu sa tradicionalnim duhom , možete provesti nezaboravan odmor. Manja gradska, lepo uređena peščana plaža ima sve što je potrebno, a malo atraktivnija i udaljena oko 1 km od centra je plaža Tarsanas. U laganoj šetnji ovim gradom možete naići na iskopine arheoloških nalazišta, doći do arheološkog muzeja u blizini stare luke, a popločane ulice vode do prepunih prodavnica suvenira, bakalnica, taverni i tardicionalnih proizvoda kao što su med, masline, čajevi.

LIMENARIA  -  Nalazi se na jugu ostrva, sa plažom dugom dva kilometra i postepenim ulaskom u vodu. Ovaj gradić ima dosta prodavnica, marketa, taverni i restorana, a šetalištem je povezan sa Potosom. Ispod impozantnog zdanja Palataki koje je okruženo borovom šumom, a u blizini centra Limenarije, nalazi se plaža Metalia iznad koje su u mermeru isklesani simboli horoskopskih znakova. Ukoliko želite da obradujete sebe ili neku dragu osobu možete prošetati do Iris zlatare, koja se nalazi na oko 30 minuta šetnje od Limenarije ka Tripiti plaži.

POTOS  -  Potos je manje ribarsko mesto, ali urbano i popularno, sa velikim brojem kafića i barova duž cele ulice uz more gde možete čuti razne žanrove muzike i dobro se provesti. Peščana plaža sa čistim morem i delovima sa prirodnim hladom učiniće boravak prijatnijim. Ima dobro snabdevenih marketa, ribarnicu, mesaru, tezge sa svežim voćem i povrćem kao i nekoliko butika odeće.

SKALA POTAMIA - Na istoku ostrva, gde je najfiniji zlatan pesak i jedna od najlepših plaža, nalazi se Skala Potamia, mesto gde ćete  doživeti savršenu harmoniju i odmor iz snova. Neizostavna borova šuma, maslinjaci, idealan prirodni sklad zelenila, obronci planine Ipsario i smaragdna boja mora čine ovo mesto očaravajućim. Postepen ulaz u kristalno čistu vodu najviše će obradovati porodice sa decom, gde mogu nesmetano da uživaju u svemu što nudi Golden Beach.

Balkan House je jedan od najtraženijih smeštaja u centru Potosa sa odličnim odnosom cene i kvaliteta. Poznat je po besprekornoj čistoći, ljubaznim vlasnicima i uvek zadovoljnim gostima.

Udaljen je oko 50ak metara od samog centra, odnosno centralne raskrsnice i 150 metara od plaže .

Vila Balkan House nudi četvorokrevetne apartmane i dvokrevetne studije raspoređene na prizemlju, prvom i drugom spratu. U neke se po potrebi može ubaciti i pomoćni ležaj. U ponudi za internet rezervacije je ukupno 7 smeštajnih jedinica.

Apartman broj 1 se sastoji iz dve prostorije. Jedna je veoma uska i ima samo jedan singl krevet i kuhinju. Druga je veća, ima dva singl ležaja i još fotelju na rasklapanje za dete. U većoj prostoriji se nalazi TV, klima uređaj i izlaz na terasu koja gleda prema dvorištu. Ima oko 30m2.

Studio broj 2 ima francuski ležaj i po potrebi se može ubaciti i pomoćni ležaj (odnosno, izvlači se krevet fioka ispod francuskog ležaja). Terasa izlazi na dvorište. Ima opremljenu kuhinju i kupatilo sa tuš kabinom. Veličina studija je oko 20m2.

Prizemlje je jako dobar izbor za porodice sa manjom decom, jer izlazi pravo u dvorištance iza kuće.

PRVI SPRAT:

Apartman broj 3 je najveći apartman jer može primiti i do pet osoba. U spavaćoj sobi se nalazi francuski ležaj, dok se u dnevnoj sobi gde je i kuhinja, nalaze dva singl ležaja. Apartman ima pogled na dvorište. Veličine je 45m2 i ima dva klima uređaja.

Apartman broj 4 ima spavaću sobu sa jednim francuskim ležajem i dnevnu sa dva singl kreveta. DRUGI SPRAT:

Apartman broj 5 ima spavaću sobu sa jednim francuskim ležajem i dnevnu u kojoj se nalazi sofa na razvlačenje za dvoje dece. Dnevna soba u svom sastavu ima kuhinju i kupatilo. I jedna i druga prostorija imaju zaseban klima i TV uređaj, kao i izlazak na terasu. Terasa gleda na dvorište a u daljini se vidi i more. Apartman je veličine oko 40m2.

Apartman broj 6 poseduje odvojenu spavaću sobu sa francuskim krevetom, dok se u dnevnoj sobi nalazi kauč na razvlačenje za dvoje dece. U dnevnoj sobi se nalazi i kuhinja, a iz spavaće sobe se izlazi na balkon sa pogledom na dvorište. Kvadratura apartmana je oko 40m2.

Apartman broj 7 ima spavaću sobu sa jednim francuskim ležajem i dnevnu u kojoj se nalazi sofa na razvlačenje za dvoje dece. Terasa je manje kvadrature i gleda na glavnu ulicu i crkvu.

Studio broj 8 je mali dvokrevetni studio sa francuskim ležajem. Soba ima svega 12m2 ali ima u svom sastavu sve što vam je potrebno. Terasa gleda na ulicu.

Studio broj 9 ima francuski ležaj sa fiokom na izvlačenje za jedno dete. Studio gleda ka ulici i veličine je oko 20m2.

Sve smeštajne jedinice su klimatizovane, imaju TV, bežični internet, komarnike, kupatilo sa tuš kabinom i terasu.

Čišćenje se obavlja svakodnevno a zamena posteljine i peškira je na 2-3 dana.

Privatni parking se nalazi u blizini smeštaja i ima mesta za 4-5 automobila, ne za sve goste.

Kada dolazite iz pravca Limenarije , posle centralne raskrsnice vozite pravo još nepunih sto metara i videćete vilu sa desne strane magistrale. Nalazi se odmah prekoputa crkve.

Balkan House je odličan izbor ukoliko želite smeštaj u srcu grada, na 50m od centralne raskrsnice i isto toliko od suvenirnica, prodavnica, pekare, mesare, supermarketa, šetališta.

U slučaju otkazivanja 21 ili više dana pre dolaska u smeštaj, uplaćeni novac će biti vraćen. U slučaju otkazivanja u bilo kom trenutku kasnije, uplaćeni novac neće biti vraćen. U slučaju ranijeg napuštanja smeštaja, 50% preostalih dana će biti naplaćeno.

Draga Nikana, nikako da Vam prenesem svoje impresije sa letovanja.. Ja još uvek ne mogu da se vratim u realnost posle Tasosa.. Pre svega Vama mnogo hvala na SVEMU.. Genijalni ste u svakom smislu.. Boravak u Balkan house u Potosu je bio i više nego prijatan.. osećali smo se kao kod kuće.. vlasnici su divni.. poseban pozdrav slatkoj Eleni od dečaka Jakše.. Divni su ljudi.. Devojke iz Nikane su takodje divne, predusretljive.. Veliki pozdrav i za njih.. a što se tiče Tasosa.. ne mogu preneti svoje impresije u par reči, ali stvarno.. Odušvljeni smo.. Sledeće god minimum 15 dana.. jer je za obilazak Tasosa i to maloooo... Ostalaaa bih tamo da živim...(samo ako postoji vrtić u kom bih mogla da radim)

Mi smo bili u app.4 (2 odraslih i dvoje dece 11 i 9),ali bolji izbor je u svakom slucaju neki od apartmana sa dve terase.Veci prostor,bolje osvetljeni.Tu klaustrofobicnu dnevnu sobu (kako je neko nazvao)potisnule su sve druge lepe stvari zbog kojih smo dosli,tako da nam nije pokvarila celokupan utisak.App.je ususkan,terasica divna,gleda na dvoriste.U opisu je apartman na prvom spratu,ali to je gledano iz dvorista,inace kada ulazite na glavni ulaz on je u prizemlju,tako da smo se za cas smestili.Za higijenu,Nikanu i ljubaznost ocena 10.Ako planirate da sedite na terasi uvece bilo bi dobro da ponesete nesto za komarce.Svaka preporuka za Balkan house,na odlicnom je mestu sve vam je na dohvat ruke.

Stvarno za pohvalu . Kako apartman tako i za Nikanu . Uvek spremni i rado pomažu sa savetima sugestijama i odgovorima . Zato je jesu u samom vrhu turističkih agencija.

Sve pohvale za vilu Balkan house. Sve je kao u opisu,svakog dana se ciste apartmani,posteljina se menja na 2-3 dana,gazde vrlo ljubazne i uvek dostupne. Dvoriste lepo,za decu milina. Sve preporuke,ali najiskrenije za Balkan House!Ni jedna jedina zamerka,vlasnici ljubazni,momci i devojke iz Nikane cija je kancelarija u sklopu vile su u svakom momentu na raspolaganju sta god da zatreba.Higijena na nivou,svaki dan se ciste apartmani,posteljina i peskiri menjaju na tri dana,market pored vile,vila ima svoj parking tako da nema brige za automobile.Sve u svemu preporucujem ovu vilu,necete pogresiti!

Juče smo se, moja devojka i ja, vratili iz Potosa. Bili smo smešteni u Balkan Haus-u (tako su ga vlasnici krstili, namerno ili slučajno, to ne znam) i svima bih preporučio ovaj objekat. Osoblje je jako ljubazno (gazdarica nam je čak pomogla i stvari da unesemo u apartman prilikom dolaska), a smeštaj je dobro opremljen i izuzetno čist. Mi smo u apartmanu imali klimu, TV, WiFi internet (dosta dobar), šporet, frižider, električno kuvalo, aparat za kafu, toster za sendviče, posudu za pravljenje kocki leda, sve potrebne sudove i escajg, deterdžent za pranje sudova, u kupatilu fen, tečni sapun, toalet papir, stazu za izlazak iz tuš kabine... Što se održavanja tiče, posteljinu menjaju na svaka 3 dana (svaki put dobijate po 2 čista peškira, po osobi), a čišćenje sobe je svaki dan. Oni baš svaki dan iznose smeće i menjaju vam kese u kantama (u kupatilu i kuhinji). Redovno vam (po potrebi) dopunjavaju tečni sapun i toalet papir u kupatilu i deterdžent za suđe u kuhinji. Takođe, imate na oko 80 do 100 metara od objekta obezbeđen parking. SVE POHVALE I SVAKA PREPORUKA ZA OVAJ SMEŠTAJ ! Ja bih se uvek rado vratio kod njih. :) P.S. Apel za turiste iz Srbije NIJE TEŠKO BITI FIN !!!

Bili smo u ovom smestaju 01-10.09.2017. i imamo samo reci hvale,suprug i dvoje male dece..Boravili smo u apartmanu br.5,cisto,komforno,posteljina se menja svaka 3 dana,cisti se svaki dan.Gazdarica ljubazna,kao i ostali clanovi njene porodice.Parking je 50m dalje od vile,ali je velik ,ima mesta za 12-13 automobila.Plaza je ok,isli smo samo popodne na nju,prepodne smo obilazili obliznje plaze.Deca su uzivala,sto nam je najbitnije.Svaka preporuka za smestaj i za Nikanu :).

Odlican izbor

Super izbor ukoliko ne planirate da provedete vise od 3-4 sati dnevno (budni) u sobi... i ako vam smeta buka mozda zasmetaju crkvena zvona par puta dnevno

Lepo,novo,svakog dana se cisti peškiri posteljina stvarno sve pohvalee,jedino cistacica je haaa prica za sebe,uvek nervozna i namrstena al radi super i samo nam prica AVRIO AVRIO haaa.sve u svemu dobar smestaj u centru, ima svoj parking mnogo bitna stavka,svog nocnog cuvara, tako da sve u svemu super je.ako budemo opet isli idemo tu.moja preporuka.

Sa smestajem smo veoma zadovoljni. Uredan cist i lepo odrzavan. Zena koja ga cisti radi to besprekorno, svaki dan je pospremljen apartman. Kreveti udobni. Crkva jeste perkoputa i cuje se kad zvoni ali to je samo u nedelju izjutra.Potos jemalo mesto i sve je blizu. Ljudi iz Nikanine agencije ljubazni i predusretljivi.

Boravila sam sa suprugom i devojcicom u studiju broj 2 u periodu od 03.07-13.07. 2017. god. To je 2+1 studio koji je u prizemlju i gleda ka dvoristu. Sve je kao i na slikama cisto, uredno i lepo opremljeno. Sobu su nam cistili svaki dan, peskire i posteljinu menjali na 2-3 dana. Vlasnica je jako ljubazna i nenametljiva. U sobi je jako prijatno jer na terasi postoji tenda koja stiti od sunca, pa nam je klima retko bila potrebna. Zvona crkve koja je preko puta smo retko culi i zaista nam ni malo nisu smetala.

Balkan House sve preporuke

Bili smo 15 dana sobe su prelepe , čiste se svaki dan. Lokacija je prelepa ljudi iz agencije koja se nalazi u prizemlju kuce su ljubazni i uvek spremni da daju lep savet za obilazak Tasosa.

Balkan house je na odlicnoj lokaciji, u samom centru, a jako blizu plaze. Bili smo u apartmanu na spratu. Sve preporuke za ovaj smestaj.

Super odmor 2016

Tasos je odlično mesto za odmor, nije ni previše malo, ni previše veliko ostrvo, tako da se za 10-ak dana može dosta toga obići ali svakako ne sve, zato je potrebno ponovo doći tamo :) Ima dosta peščanih plaža na kojima smo zaista jako uzivali. Psiliamos, San Antonio (na kome ima fenomenalan kafić-restoran Sea Breeze, preporuka kesadilja sa piletinom i avokadom) i Notos su nam tri omiljene plaže. Ali mala napomena za Notos, sama plaža je divlja, prljava i neuređena ali su voda, boja mora i pesak u moru fenomenalni, tako da kome ne smeta navedno jako će uzivati u ovoj maloj plaži. Svakako treba posetiti Panagiu, gde postoji izvor ljubavi i mostić koji parovi treba da pređu kako bi zauvek bili srećni i zaljubljeni. Najlepši zalazak Sunca je svakako na maloj plaži Atspas , gde je usluga jako dobra i osoblje jako ljubazno. Naša preporuka je, ko voli dobru jagnjetinu, da se ode u Teologos. I obavezno posetiti manastir Sv. Arhangela Mihaila. Na kraju, Tasos nam je osvojio srca i svakako planiramo da ga ponovo posetimo, Jelena i Marko.

U ovoj vili smo bili smesteni krajem avgusta ove godine.Imate sve moje pohvale,prvenstveno zbog cistoce i ljubazne vlasnice.Takodje,zelim da pohvalim osoblje Vase agencije (posebno Anu).Apartman broj 3 je vrlo komforan,obzirom da je nas petoro bilo smesteno,dv oje odraslih i deca od 18 16 i 14 godina.Svaki dan kad se vratimo sa plaze,zaticao nas je obrisan apartman,sa cistim peskirima.Plaza je vrlo blizu,obezbedjen parking,sam centar Potosa a pri tom vtlo tiho na samim terasama,jer gledaju na maslinjak u dvoristu.Sigurno cu preporuciti svim mojim prijateljima.

Smestaj je odlican. Bili smo smesteni u periodu od 25.08.do 05.09.u apartmanu br.6 koji je s pogledom na dvoriste. Prezadovoljni smo s obzirom da smo bili s malim detetom. Tiho je nema nikakve galame. Zena cisti svaki dan,zamena peskira i poseljine je na svaka 2 dana. Sve pohvale i preporuke

U vili Balkan house smo boravili krajem avgusta,petoclana porodica sa troje odrasle dece od 14,16 i 18 godina,u apartmanu br 3.Komforan je,ima zasebnu sobu u kojoj se nalazi bracni krevet, sa odvojenom terasom,a u drugoj prostoriji se nalazi kuhinja ,mali sto i dva kreveta,plus pomocni lezaj,koji je kad se razvuce,potpuno iste velicine kao i kreveti.I ova prostorija ima zasebnu terasu,a obe gledaju u dvoriste koje je potpuno mirno. Ono sto me je odusevilo je cistoca;apartmani su cisceni svakog dana,zamenjeeni peskiri i posteljina,besprekorno.Gazdaricu smo videli tri puta -jedva smo je nahvatali da joj platimo najam :) U prizemlju vile se nalazi predstavnistvo agencije Nikana sa vrlo ljubaznim osobljem (poseban pozdrav za Anu).Imate sve moje preporuke,samo tako nastavite

Odlična Balkan House

Bili smo u dvokrevetnom apartmanu u Balkan House u Potosu od 20.8.-30.8.2016. godine. Apartman nije veliki, ali tako i piše, međutim posjeduje sve što je neophodno, čak i za one koji žele da kuhaju. Balkon je veliki. Sve je čisto, posteljina i peškiri se mijenjaju na svaka dva ili tri dana. Internet je odličan. Lokacija je super sa gledišta udaljenosti od plaže i kafića, taverni. Jedino što je malo bučno noću, jer ulica je odmah ispred, prolaze motori, auta, buka je, a preko puta kuće je crkva, tako da i zvono zna rano ujutru da probudi. Sve u svemu, mi smo uživali. Osoblje Nikane je tu u samom ulazu u kuću, spremni da pomognu u svakoj situaciji. Dobijaju se kartice za popust u pojedinim restoranima, tako da čim dođete javite se u agenciju. Mi nismo znali, već smo slučajno ušli pred sam kraj našeg ljetovanja, i djevojka nam je dala karticu.U Limenariji postoji taverna gdje je čak 15 % popusta sa tom karticom.

Za svaku preporuku

suprug i ja smo odseli u sobi 2+1 i vrlo smo zadovoljni uslugom. Sobe su hotelskog tipa, sve je vrlo cisto i uredno. Zena svakodnevno sredjuje prostorije, peskiri i posteljina menjaju se svaki drugi dan. Plaza je udaljena manje od minut hoda, a odmah pored nalazi se market kao i setaliste.

Ovo je jedini smestaj u kojem bi ponovo odsela kada bi ponovo dosla u Potos. Odlicna lokacija, nista fancy ali je izuzetno cisto i uredno, peskire manjaju cini mi se svaki drugi dan, cak nam je spremacica prala sudove :) :) Bili smo u apartmanu br 4, svaka soba ima svoju klimu i tv i predivnu terasu u hladovini. Vili ima svoj parking 50m od apartmana sto je velika prednost. Dobro opremljena kuhinja a kupatilo ima pravu tus kabinu a ne one raspale zavesice koje se jedva navuku. Prezadovoljna sam.

Odlicno , preporuka

Supruga i ja sa troje dece 0d 15.8.2015 do 24.8.2015. Boravak je bio fenomenalan. Prostran apartman, Veliki frizider u kombinaciji sa zamrzivacem(sto je nama posebno znacilo jer smo zaledjivali partone za poljski frizider kojeg smo nosili na sve plaze gde nema barova.Gazdaricu videli samo prvi dan i pomogla nam da unesemo stvari. Ciscenje svaki dan zamena posteljine i peskira na svaka 2-3 dana. Tende na terasama. Kuvalo u apartmanu. Prostrano kupatilo. Nikana kao agencija se super pokazala za sve su nam bili dostupni. Do sada najlepse letovanje i prvi put da slike i opis vile odgovaraju stvarnom stanju.

Pozitivni utisci

Od 06.07.2014 do 16.07.2014 sa suprugom i dvoje dece (8.5 i 2.5). Smestajna jedinica 9. Jedna od tri koje gledaju na crkvu i ulicu. Franciski lezaj i jedan pomocni lezaj koji je starije dete bio odlican, nesto kraci od francuskog, ali po udobnosti odlican. Namestaj nov ili bar tako deluje, higijena u sobi na zavidnom nivou, cerka vlasnika koja je non-stop u objektu se brine o tome i stvarno je za svaku pohvalu. Soba dovoljno velika, prostor u jednom ormaru mi se u prvom momentu ucinio malim, ali kad smo se raspakovali taman smo stavili sve sto je trebalo. Kupatilo sa tus kabinom, prostranim ormaricem za sitnice i bas veliko i lepo sredjeno. Za pohvalu je i to sto postoji peskir za izlazak iz tus kade i sto se menjao svakodnevno. Ostali peskiri na tri dana kao i posteljina. Bilo je po tri velika i tri mala peskira, jer se taj studio vodi kao 2+1. Posto smo obisli sto sa decom sto i pre njih jako puno smestaja po Grckoj i na samom Tasosu prijatno su me iznenadili detalji kao sto je deterdzent za sudove i spuzva i kupka u kupatilu. To skoro nigde nismo sretali. Da dam sad kratak osvrt na buku i guzvu na ulici kao i na postojanje crkve. Kada smo hteli da rezervisemo smestaj jedan od komentara je bio da je veliki nedostatak crkva koja pravi strasnu buku preko megafona. Mi smo stigli u nedelju oko 13h, i cele nedelje sam ocekivala kad ce pa kad ta crkva konacno da se oglasi, kad ono tajac. Liturgija je bila samo u nedelju 13.07.2014 i to vec oko 8-9 casova i tada su se cula zvona i prenos liturgije. Naravno mi smo u to vreme vec uveliko doruckovali i spremali se na plazu. Popodnevna zvonjava je bila oko 18 casova, ali mi smo tada jos uveliko bili na plazi i to nam ni najmanje nije smetalo. Stvarno sam ocekivala mnogo vise buke i smetnje od pomenute crkve, ali ovo sto smo doziveli je zanemarljivo. U jutarnim terminima culi su se kamioni koji prolaze i eventalno stanu da bi dostavili robu u obliznjem super marketu. Terasa je imala veliku tendu tako da je hlad zagarantovan, ali nas je direktno sunce osim kratko ujutru zaobilazilo. Terase koje gledaju ka ulici su jako uske i to mi je i jedna od zamerki na smestaj. Imaju terase duzinu, ali je problem u sirini :( Jos jedan detalj koji me je odusevio su VINSKE CASE!!! Detalj koji mnogima mozda i nece zapasti za oko, ali za nas ogroman plus. Sto se tice interneta tu je bilo malo poteskoca, ali smo zahvaljucuci Ivi iz Nikanine agencije i taj problem resili, hvala jos jednom ovom prilikom. Ovo nam je bio prvi put na Tasosu preko Nikane, a cetvrti ukupono, s obzirom da i i mi i deca nosimo odlicne utiske i divne usponemen na ovo letovanje, vec je postignut dogovor za sledecu godinu ... Tasos preko Nikane ...

Super,super,super

07.07.do17.07.2014 Suprug dve cerke sestricna i ja apartman broj 4.Mi imamo samo reci hvale jer je sve odlicno.ko zeli da sprema obroke dovoljno je opremljena kuhinja.Ormar velik dovoljno polica ladica(2Tinejdjerke onda vam je jasno koliko je tu stvari)terasa gleda na dvoriste meni super jer videla sam apartmane koji gledaju na ulicu pa kad vidim one peskire okacene to mi bas nije zato mi se ovo svidja.mi smo u apartmanu 4.Mlada gazdarica divna devojka lepo sve odrzava.nama su peskiri promenjeni posle 2 dana a pise posle 3.imate po osobi 1 za tusiranje i 1 manji.Nikana i njen tim su extra,pogotovo Iva.Mi smo sigurni da sledece godine Tasos,Nikana i Balkan Haus.NIKANI I NJENOM TIMU PUNO HVALA

Boravili smo u apartmanu u prizemlju, koji je bio savršen za našu četvoročlanu porodicu (roditelji + dvoje dece). Za one koji se odluče da na odmoru sami spremaju obroke, kuhinja je dovoljno opremljena, tako da ne brinete. Naša deca su uživala na terasi i u dvorištu, gde su se i igrala.

Smestaj odlican

Boravili smo u periodu od 18.08. do 28.08.2013. supruga, ja i dvoje dece (11 i 4 godine)u apartmanu br. 4 i boravak je bio veoma prijatan

Boravila sam sa suprugom i bebicom od godinu dana u drugoj polovini avgusta u Balkan Haus, u studiu 2+1. Potpuno smo zadovoljni samim studiom, izgledom, opremljenoscu, cistocom, svim! Obzirom da smo bili sa bebom, ovo su detalji koji su bitni, a sve je bilo savrseno. Nemam nikakvu zamerku, svima bih preporucila, cak nam je domacica kuce prala i sudove onih dana kada mi nismo stigli. Svaki dan nam je cistila i praznila kantu, a osim toga je izuzetno prijatna i srdacna, dodatni +.Jedino sto je mozda bila mana ,je to sto je od podneva pa na dalje bilo malo toplije na terasi jer se tako sunce okrece, ali opet su to stvari na koje ne mozete uticati.Sve u svemu, toplo preporucujem!!!

Mirno,cisto, prijatno...

Sa suprugom i sinom sam boravila u apartmanu br.1 od 16.08.do 26.08.2013.Vila se nalazi u samom centru Potosa, sve sto je potrebno nalazi se u blizini. Apartman je veoma lep,dobro opremljen, cistoca je na zavidnom nivou, okrenut je prema dvoristu tako da su mir i tisina zagarantovani. Za kucepaziteljku Anastasiju sve pohvale za pedantnost,ljubaznost,nenametljivost. Crkvena zvona i ponekad liturgija se cuju ali su meni licno prijali.Devojke iz agencije Nikana su vrlo prijatne, predusretljive i mile.

Boravila sam sa porodicom u app. br. 3 u prvoj polovini avgusta 2013. Odlican smestaj, sve pohvale. Posebnu zahvalnost pored ljubaznog osoblja Nikanine agencije dugujemo i Anastasiji koja se pobrinula da nam u vili nista ne nedostaje.

Nov, odličan smeštaj

Letovala sam sa suprugom i dvoje dece od 26.07-09.08 2013. u apartmanu 4+1. Vila je nova, apartman prostran i dobro opremljen, lepa terasa. Higijena na visokom nivou (hvala Anastasiji). Lokacija je odlična, sve je na dohvat ruke. Mi smo oduševljeni sa smeštajem kao i sa Tasosom. Za svaku preporuku. Mislim da ćemo opet doći.

VELIČANSTVENA PRIRODA, ODMOR ZA DUŠU

Letovali smo u periodu od 27.07.-09.08.2013. Suprug, ja i dve devojčice (5 i 11). Bili smo smešteni u 4+1 apartmanu koji je bio idealan, u pravom smislu te reči. Lokacija savršena, u samom centru (na 30-tak metara od pekare i marketa), a potpuno sklonjeni od gužve i buke jer apartman gleda na dvorište. Dovoljno prostran apartman, opremljen svim što je potrebno. Svakodnevno čišćenje apartmana, menjanje posteljine i peškira svakog drugog dana. Posebne pohvale za Anastasiju koja je tu za sve što vam je potrebno, veoma ljubazna, a nenametljiva. Obavezno posetite selo Teologos i ne propustite jagnjetinu u taverni Stelios!

Super smestaj,cisto,u centru.

Od 01.08-11.08.2013 Balkan house-Potos Porodicno sa suprugom,dvoje dece-sin 2,5 god. i cerka 7 meseci i supruginom mladjom sestrom.Super iskustvo sigurno cemo se ponovo vratiti kada kinci malo porastu.Hvala puno devojkama iz Nikane na ljubaznosti.

Odlican smestaj u centru Potosa

Letovao sam sa suprugom i dvoje dece od 23.06. do 02.07.2013 godine u app.br.1. Odlican smestaj u prizemlju vile, vrlo prostran i komforan app. Mi smo i prosle godine letovali u Balkan haus vili i sve pohvale za osoblje agencije Nikana i za osoblje na odrzavanju vile.

Letovala sam sa suprugom i petogodišnjom ćerkom u drugoj polovini juna u dvosobnom apartmanu. Apartman je odlično opremljen, tu posebno ističem da su sve prostorije u apartmanu imale AC i TV, da je kuhinja u potpunosti opremljena posuđem i potrebnim aparatima, apartman ima kablovski internet dobrog protoka,kupatilo je novijeg datuma, komforno sa tuš kabinom. Apartman se čisti svakog dana, a posteljina i peškiri se menjaju svakog trećeg dana. Balkan house se nalazi u blizini plaže, šetališta i svih sadržaja u malom, ali lepom Potosu.

Super nam je bilo i opet ćemo doći :)

Od 13 do 26-og juna boravila sam sa suprugom, bebom i sestrom u apartmanu 4+1. Prezadovoljni smo uslugom, apartman su nam čistili svaki dan. Apartman je komotan, prednost je veliko kupatilo pa smo imali sasvim dovoljno prostora za kolica, bazenčić....Gospođa koja brine o čistoći je jako prijatna i ljubazna.Ništa nam nije nedostajalo. Sve u svemu došli bi ponovo :)

Odličan,odnosi korektni,u potpunosti zadovoljni

avgusta 2012,sa porodicom i rođacima.U centru, 3 minuta do plaže,tiho ,mirno sa dobrim parkingom,neprimetni i korektni domaćini ,bez ijedne zamerke.Možemo ga preporučiti svima koji žele da imaju dvorište i da se osećaju kao kod svoje kuće.Lepo uređeni apartmani.

U periodu od 19-30.7.2012. u Balkan Haus sa devojkom u apartmanu za dvoje u prizemlju.

Gostovao sam sa sinom i suprugom.Sve je bilo korektno u vezi smestaja.Jedino je malo bucnije sa obzirom da je odmah do glavne ulice-odnosno puta.

letovao sam sa porodicom, suprugom i dvoje dece od 25.06. do 08.07.2012.Trokrevetni studio poseduje jedan francuz i pomocni krevet tako da je idealan smestaj ako je jedno dete do 5 godina, inace treba gledati veci apartman.Sto se tice samog apartmana vrlo je cist,posteljina i peskiri se menjaju svaka cetiri dana i cisti se apartman redovno,kuhinja je odlicna sa ravnom plocom i kombinovanim friziderom tako da je mesta u frizu dovoljno,kupatilo je sa tus kabinom i dobro je opremljeno, poseduje i fen za kosu.Terasa je idealna, poseduje sto i stolice od drveta vrlo udobne i komforne i poseduje tendu tako da je uvek hladovina.Apartman u kome smo boravili je studio u prizemlju br.2.U samoj vili je i Nikanina agencja koja verovali ili ne poseduje i biblioteku gde mozete uzeti knjige na citanje.Svo osoblje pocev od vlasnika koji su vrlo ljubazni i neupadljivi, preko zaposlenih u agenciji su vrlo profesionalni, ljubazni i usluzni.Trude se da vam ugode cak su obezbedili i kartice za popuste u dosta restorana i prodavnica sirom tasosa.Sve pohvale za Anu, koju smo imali prilike da upoznamo, i pohvale za agenciju i osoblje

Gostovala sam sa porodicom od 15. do 30. juna.Sve je bilo kako su nam rekli,jedino što nas vreme nije baš poslužilo.Vila se nalazi u samom centru,na oko 200 metara od same plaže koja je ok.Preporučujem vam restoran Garden grill,gde je hrana izvrsna,a cene povoljne,u odnosu na kafić na samoj plaži koji je izuzetno skup.Obavezno posetite prelepi manastir Svetog Mihaila sa predivnim pogledom,plažu Golden beach na kojoj su najbolji talasi,selo Teologos sa najboljom jagnjetinom,i Panagiu sa lepim prodavnicama u centru.Inače,po meni Potos je najbolje mesto na Tasosu.
