First cruise booking
Just booked my first ever cruise with Mark at Iglu. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by the process and Mark was so helpful, he spent time explaining the differences between the cruise operators and gave me guidelines on how to narrow down my search. I'm so excited for the cruise I've booked and grateful to Mark for guiding me through the process and completing the booking for me.

I have booked many times with Iglu over the years and have always been satisfied. This booking done on line was exceptionally easy for me especially as I am out of the UK at present. The price was less than on other booking sites and the confirmation email came through quickly and was full of useful info. Great for a technophobe like me.

Emma could not have been more helpful. We arranged for her to call on Sunday before 12, but being impatient I phoned her and she returned the call as soon as she had finished with her client. We mad quite a few adjustments to the original quote and arrived at a really good price. Can’t wait now

He answered all our questions or came back to us within a given time if he didn't have the information at his fingertips, which he followed up with a confirmatory email. I found the booking process to be quite straightforward for our P&O cruise, however, the after sales process is extremely frustrating. 90 min wait on my last call being passed from pillar to post just to amend the booking, promised emails not arriving ect can be very frustrating.

Good start, downhill since
Received really good service when I made my cruise booking, however since then, I've enquired about a few things and Iglu are painfully slow to respond. At the time of writing, I am still waiting on a response to question of 24/04 re the potential of adding days to my holiday and confirming flights which were out of date range at time of booking. I'm worried that if I have a problem on my holiday, I'll receive the same sloppy service.

Excellent customer service
We have booked yet another cruise via IGLU. Yet again we have been very impressed with the customer service that has been provided by one of the agents and the advice and information given by him was very helpful. It has made the booking of a holiday very straightforward. Everyone we have spoken to previously at IGLU have always been very knowledgable on both cruise ships and cruise lines as well as destinations and obviously have lots of experience. No customer service
I booked a cruise for August with Laura, I’ve then realised I’ve made a mistake and double booked with a trip we had to Wales. Unfortunately this was Sam 36 hours after I made the first booking and so therefore I lost my deposit. We then made a fresh booking with virgin cruises for September. it seems that igloo did manage to transfer with virgin my cruise from August to September probably at no extra cost. I have them paid in full for the holiday in September which igloo have not transferred to virgin who are asking me for full payment within the next six days otherwise they are cancelling my cruise. So igloo have my money and I cannot contact them by phone or by bot. My booking reference is 118 0859 for one cruise and 124 3059 for the other cruise please can somebody anybody and I don’t care who from igloo please contact me.
