Beautiful mug but not very functional

This is a lovely mug but does not work well. The body gets very hot when you put hot liquids in it, too hot to touch. And the bamboo lid doesn't seat well when you try to put it on, I end up spilling tea everywhere. I am disappointed.

Great Aesthetic With a Catch

This ceramic mug is adorable, the aesthetic is just *chef's kiss*. The only downside for me is that it holds little liquid (seems less than 12oz and wasn't as much as my other 12oz cups); and the liquids did not stay hot/cool inside for very long (30-60 minutes max). Still super cute and I use it all the time, but don't expect it to keep the temperature like a YETI or something.

Great Product-Poor Customer Service

The Ceramic Mug is great and I would definitely recommend! Though, it is ceramic and so it does require some t.l.c. That being said, due to some unforeseen events, a previous mug that had been purchased broke. And I reached out to customer service more than once inquiring about their warranty. I followed all warranty related guidance when submitting a claim and never heard anything from customer service…even after follow-up, still nothing. And so I ultimately just reordered a new mug. So if you are looking for a great product (keeping in mind to follow care guidelines), SOMA does a good job. I mean, I have ordered three mugs even in light of the original breaking and the poor customer service. If customer service/warranty follow through is important, SOMA definitely seems to be lacking in that department so consider before purchasing. So solid stars for the product, not for the customer service.

Feedback on Ceramic Mug

First, I love the Ceramic Mug. The size is perfect and it feels great in my hand. It fits nicely in my bag. Love the color. PROBLEM: I had rinsed out the mug and set it on the drain board. In reaching for another glass, I knocked over the ceramic mug. It completely cracked the internal ceramic wall. I was so disappointed. A simple knock over and it cracked. It wasn’t dropped or knocked on the floor. So loved it when I used it, but alas, it’s no longer functional. 5 stars for everything about it. 3 stars because it breaks so easily.

I searched high and low for a double-walled ceramic travel mug with a silicone sleeve. I wanted something I could reheat in the microwave if necessary (so not metal), throw in the dishwasher (so not crazy delicate) and love to look at. I’d never heard of w&p but google brought me here, and now I’m impressed. I love the quality, design, and functionality of their pieces and will definitely buy a few more to round out my kitchen. It feels good to leave single-use stuff behind, but it feels even better to do that with beautiful, durable pieces.

I liked it. Has a nice heavy feel to it. My husband thought it was difficult to drink from, he would rather have the regular coffee mug. I did keep my cocoa hot.
