Hospitality was very good. Very warm and understanding people. Little bit far from main road and had to take a off road to reach there. Jeep ride and Camel ride was okay could have been better. They provide a ATV service ( which was not in my package ) if which is bargained would be a good experience. Rooms were bug free, very clean n maintained and they provide mosquito repellent. Folk song and dance was too good. Overall a pleasant and warm stay.

Thrilling desert safari in a jeep under the care of trained personnel along with camel rides while witnessing the breathtaking sunset in the desert is just one of the highlights of your stay here. It was truly an amazing experience being here at Raj safari Best hotel with an amazingly helpful staff. Their hospitality is first class, if you happen to face any issues they resolve it quickly without you having to cross check with them. The ambience is rustic giving off palace vibes. We really liked the location. Arrangements were really good. Our stay in sam dunes was very comfortable. We haven't faced any issues. They have provided high tea with snacks after we reached. In dinner they had authentic food, it was good. Breakfast was also included. We are really happy with overall experience of sam dunes. We booked thar haveli in this property which is costliest and one 2 are available. Celebrities also book these as this is like a personal villa with own pools and garden inside. Very beautiful view in and out. Good cleaning and very good disciplined well behaved staff. Only thing i didn’t like as punjabi was food. Food experience was very bad. I didn’t like any food at all. I strictly want to tell people to not waste money on thali food they offer in restaurants at ground floor in evening. This is very costly but wastage of money. Very slow service and very bad food. Best part was we enjoyed sand dunes night dinner. In this night dinner, only view and whole journey from hotel to sand dunes was perfect and the location of sand dunes was awesome but again food was totally waste of money. This is inr 15000/ per person so it’s worth just bcoz of whole experience but don’t expends good food. But yes for alcoholics it’s a best one as they serve liquor too on sand dunes dinner. Smoking is allowed everywhere. A relief to life. Overall, it was a good trip to come with family and friends for drink and holiday time. But better be prepared for rajasthan marwari foods day and night in all menus everywhere.

The place is very neat and clean and the staff are excellent. We liked the rooms and facilities. The evening events are great fun. They keep plenty of water bottles in the rooms, while most hotels keep only one or two bottles per day. The drivers from there are helpful and they took us to the sand dunes. The camel ride and other arrangements were excellent. The hotel facilities such as the game room and fitness center are well equipped and maintained. The spa and swimming pool also look great although we did not use these. They packed breakfast for us since we did an early morning checkout. Grateful to the kitchen staff! overall a great experience. We strongly recommend the jaisalmer marriott resort.

We reached in midnight, hotel staff was very cooperative inf-act our room got upgraded as there was availability. Nice ambiance and they also have swimming pool in the entrance which was well maintained during our visit. Bathrooms was also neat and clean which would be one of the vital parameters for travellers.

am from Gujarat I have planned to come Jaisalmer to experience the THAR desert… I have check in google and other references and got few resorts out of I have confirmed with Sunrise Desert resort. I had planned for 2 days from 18th to 20th November but I got impressed with there service and food and there staff and I have extended 2 more days. There cultural activities make you feel local festive experience. Specifically mr barkat who will be guided us for every day plan all his suggestions were exceptional and I will rate 100%. We stayed there for one night. Staff and hospitality is amazing. Ruskar ali and all staff were really friendly and amazing. Tents were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was amazing. Best part is location & rooms. It's in city vicinity & rooms are well maintained, although do not accept any outside view. Food is nice but rates are on higher side just like any other good hotel. Complementary breakfast is not at all good. Very less options & even those which are available are not good. No cutting fruits, no juices, no on demand eggs or dosa. I think they need to improve on complementary breakfast because other hotels of same pricing do provide a lot better breakfast.

Owners and employees are very helpful and they coordinate with you nicely. The jeep safari and the camel ride was life time experience. Artists who performed are very talented and always smiling and full of energy. Would love to visit again for their beautiful service. Heritage jama resort is a must stay in jaisalmer.

We stayed for 3 nights at sky jaisalmer, me and my husband stayed in this property in nov’22. This is second time when i love to stay here, sky is at a great location, and the property is well maintained and proper hygiene. The tents are beautifully with all the modern amenities. There are many desert tents around seam dunes but this property is just awesome as they have limited tents and excellent hospitality. . On the first day we were greeted with a welcome drink along with high tea, they also offered a cultural show along with some starters. The resort has infinity pool, which is just awesome. For jeep safari i really appreciate to our guide h has awesome dune experience and the most important thing is this property has a unique jeep for safari. On the next day we had requested for the dinner at the dunes that evening, this experience was awesome and something i will never forget! food is very delicious, staff was so polite, attentive and well mannered. The most memorable thing is dinner at the dunes and jeep safari. A beautiful and unique experience which you will never forget. Loved everything during our stay, like the camel safari, evening cultural performances etc. Highly recommended! thanks you so much sky desert safari camp.

Just wow! what a spectacular view it had to offer. Our stay was so well managed be it room services, the safaris (camel & jeep), the cultural event & especially the food. Everything was at par. The highlight of our visit was the jeep safari which surely one should not miss at all. The owner is so humble & down to earth person that he did make of everyone with everything.

The burj suite is a thoughtfully designed and stunning room with a luxurious walk-in wardrobe and bathroom rolled in one. The staff was very courteous too, true to the culture of rajasthan. Lovely stay, it was amazing experience. Start from arranging pickup to reach camp until drop to another hotel. Sight scene arranged by mr. Suraj for 2 days at good price as compared to other providers. Food was good. The staff was co-operative in terms of any help you need. Mr suraj was always available to help what ever we need. Only one negative point i did not inform mr. Suraj but would like to mention here is that the items sold there like cold drinks or hukka etc wer double priced than the market, just cause it was far away from city. Overall it was best experience. I would recommend this camp for stay. Thanks mr suraj and team

Awesome place for camping, we enjoyed alot here, all the officials are very responsive and good. We enjoyed night concerts and desert safari in jaisalmer and events, will recommend every one to visit this place and stay in sham a desert camp jaisalmer for your next trip.
