Benfish tourism Special information

Benfish Tourism is one of the best tourism properties in West Bengal, run by “West Bengal State Fishermen’s Cooperative Federation Ltd.” They provide lodge and restaurant services from North Bengal to South Bengal at a reasonable price.

• Room Booking is available before 90 days, and full payment should be made during booking.
• Lunch or dinner and breakfast are available in the lodge.
• The luxury tax will be charged above 1000 rupees in AC rooms (exceptional Puri).
• Service tax should be paid at the lodge. Booking is not transferable.
• Payment gateway charges are mandatory and not refunded. 
• Partial cancellation not done.
• They will refund the money within seven working days. 
• Id card is mandatory during check-in. 

Cancellation

• In more than 15 days, 20% of the money will be reduced. 
• 50% of the money will be reduced in more than seven days. 
• Within 6 to 3 days, 75% of the money will be reduced.
