As usual the greeting was friendly and welcoming,sound product knowledge and easy to talk to.Being slightly older it can be daunting to spend over £2500 on a holiday and the staff explain carefully what the package includes.

Good Travel agents are a dying breed.

Having tried to book a holiday online with not much success we went to Hays travel agent in Weston Super Mare, where Charlotte helped us through the process including added costs ( hold luggage). It’s a pity that travel agents seem to be disappearing. Having tried online for days we were fully booked within 2 hours. Also help with the requirement for my walking impaired wife. Will certainly book our next holiday with them.

Went into the shop two weeks ago with a general enquiry. We were greeted by Charlotte with a smile and a genuine offer of help. She phoned us a couple of days later and we at that time were still thinking about our plans. We returned yesterday and waited for Charlotte to assist us. The holday was booked efficiently and knowledgeably. Charlotte is a credit to your company.

So easy from start to finish

I was welcomed on arrival, explained loosely what sort of holiday I wanted and was immediately shown several that sat within my parameters. All potential extras were explained allowing me to make a decision. Initially I hadn’t planned to book something, rather to see what was on offer and then chat to my daughter about it. But I saw a holiday that was perfect for me. The Lady didnt push me, she allowed me to see all options but in the end I found what I wanted.
