Each apartment sleeps a maximum of two people and is fully equipped with separate bedroom with king-sized bed, bathroom and living room with kitchen.  Both are rare in having large private outside space for your exclusive use - Apartment San Felipe has a terrace opening out from the living room and bedroom and  Apartment Cervantes has a spiral staircase leading to a large rooftop terrace with sunbeds, sofas and a dining area. 

Both apartments have secure underground car-parking available in on-site for a small charge.

The apartments are located in relatively quiet areas of the city but are within a short walk of Malaga's many historic sites - the Roman ampitheatre, the Arabic Alcazaba palace and Gibralfaro fortress, the catherdral, museums and galleries.  Also nearby are many tapas bars, restaurants and cafes.  The beach at La Malagueta is a short 15 minute walk away.

Nice and spacious location in central position, 10 nin by foot to the city core and the central market. Lovely decorated with heart and style. Furniture is a bit oldschool, but in good condition, all is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped sufficiently, fridge and free use of washing machine and tumbler-dryer are a definite plus. Nice and friendly staff/owner, that reacts extremely quick to messages. Absolutely worth the money, I really enjoyed my stay.

Good location only 5 minutes walk into the old town across the river, 10 minutes to railway line, 10 minutes to all the main bars and restaurants. Lidl and Aldi less than 5 minute walk. Security was good, accessing apartment on arrival very easy. Apartment well stocked - cooking utensils, bottle opener, dish cleaning gear, maps etc. Bed comfy, fridge on when we arrived, lovely hot nice pressure shower, really everything we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay at Tourist holiday apartments. We arrived really late in the night but the check-in instructions were very clear to follow. Also the aivalable parking space for 10 euros a day is fantastic, right around the corner. We used the car only for trips to neighbouring cities as the location of the apartment ideal to visit Malaga by foot. The apartment is well equipped, good shower and strong blow dryer.

At the time we combined our careers with the management of this first apartment, which was followed by another and then many more, enabling us to grow and grow as a company.

Marketing on channels: 15% of bookings. This percentage only includes the marketing of the property on holiday rental channels: Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Homeaway, Spain-Holiday and Airbnb. 

Fixed fee: for the service of collecting and leaving the keys at our office in Calle Córdoba in Málaga from Monday to Sunday from 9am until 10pm.

Comprehensive holiday rental management contract in Málaga

Basic package: we charge 20% commission. This percentage includes the marketing on web portals and the check-in. The cost for bed linen, towels, cleaning and maintenance is additional. 

Semi-relax package: we charge 30% commission. This percentage includes bed linen, towels, etc., but does not include the maintenance, cleaning, check-in and marketing on portals. 

Full package: we charge 35% commission. This percentage includes everything: cleaning, check-in, maintenance, etc. 

Please note that our contracts are non-binding. For the full package option, we will take the photographs, a virtual tour and video of the apartment and cover the cost of this. Once the contract has terminated, owners will be provided with digital copies for them to keep. We will also upload the apartment to all the holiday rental platforms and to our own website www.holidays2malaga.com . Each owner will have their own access code to log in to our platform and view the bookings on the calendar.
