STAY AWAY! This agency has no idea what they are doing. They copy and paste from the other agencies they work with with no attention to detail and take NO responsibility for their "work." Why would you pay money to this company when you have to reconfirm and correct everything a travel agency is supposed to do? They misspelled my husband's name on his plane ticket - we had to call ourselves and correct it. They gave us WRONG information on when and where a tour starts. When we expressed our disappointment in their work they said, the tour can change times, not our responsibility. Susan and the owner, Trish are both careless and negligent. Please USE ANOTHER AGENCY!

Was good until I called with an issue. Regardless what the outcome of that issue would have been, follow up was expected. Our conversation was over 90 days ago and nobody cared about our experience enough to get back with me. Good luck.
