Trip Instructions / Essentials

The experience begins with boarding the helicopter from Atlantis the Palm Hotel helipad. You will then embark on a thrilling ride around the city to see Dubai’s top attractions, which include:

• The Jumeirah Lake Towers
• The Palm Islands
• You will receive the confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher by email 
• If you fail to receive the email,  check your spam folder or notify us
• NOTE: Please contact us to check the availability
• Children above two years must get an adult ticket (minimum 16 kg)
• Children below 2 year and guests with heart conditions are not allowed on the tour
• Women up to 32 weeks pregnant have to provide a doctor's certificate allowing them to fly
• A paying adult must accompany senior guests and guests with physical handicaps to assist them
• Bring a valid passport or photo ID with information matching your booking
• Be at the meetup location 45 minutes before the helicopter departs
• I-pads & Selfie sticks are not allowed, professional cameras are not allowed on board, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed to bring onboard/ stowed in checked baggage due to concerns over the phone’s fire-prone batteries.
• Route variations: Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations, or other operational or safety considerations.
• Weather conditions: All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. Below 5000 mt of visibility, our helicopters are not allowed to fly.

Cancellation Policy by Passengers:

• Tours canceled more than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 100% refund
• Tours canceled 24 to 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund
• Tours canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded
• Cancellation from our side: In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or technical problems, customers will receive a notification call. A full refund will be arranged or an amended booking for an alternative date can be made.

No-show passengers:

With immediate effect, we will be strictly implementing our terms and conditions (stated on our booking confirmation) without any exceptions. If a passenger did not reach because their taxi got the location wrong, or if they are not feeling well, or if they missed their connecting flight, or for any other reason they will be immediately considered as a “No show” without the need to give the customer any special justification. We strongly believe that it is the duty of each passenger to ensure that you are well informed of the terms and conditions and ensure to abide by them. Just like catching a commercial flight from an airport, there is no consideration if you report once your check-in counter has closed.
